James Powell I have used these guys twice and have been more than satisfied. They are professional and efficient. This time, I took my wifes hybrid Camry with the Galaxy Aqua paint. The light blue on the logo really clashes with the paint, so I had them black out the logos and remove the hybrid emblems all around. It looks fantastic!

Bill Schultz Glad to have found this place. I used Faustino years ago when he was at PS VW. He is a great guy and knows his VWs. Office is nice and tidy. Shop is huge and clean. These guys are honest and dedicated. They performed my oil change and got a price to replace a window regulator. Very reasonable! Much less than a dealer would charge. Fast service and friendly! Go and see these guys. Very professional.

Christopher Gorrie 111 Automotive is an awesome family-owned small business doing emergency car repair & maintenance throughout the Palm Desert. I was stranded at my friend’s uncle’s house where the A/C had broken down and it was 106 degrees. I’d been replacing my alternator and accidentally stripped the lower mounting bolt. I called these guys up and Devin came out to extract the stripped bolt, put on the alternator, and then Devin searched high and low throughout Palm Desert to find a corresponding bolt. It took him a day to find one, but kept me updated frequently on where he’d been and what he’d found. It was outstanding, highly transparent service, and Devin got me on the road within 24 hours of my original call, helping me get home to San Diego and out of the extreme heat. He also only charged me $204 for this incredible job. I can’t thank Devin enough! Serious savior of the 111.

Thomas Tyle Davies Auto Care is my trusted mechanic service. Its across-town for me, and were now a one-car household, so I have to wait there while work is done. This trust goes a long way in helping me justify the time and expense. Ive left restaurants/films/relationships because of dis-trust, and that is NOT the case here. Good business, good people. Only one request: As were so tied to our phones, and sometimes the wait is necessary, maybe wifi access to internet for customers might help in diffusing the time. Also, if *I* could do a little proactive research, Id like to find a food place nearby, walking distance.

Margaret Emerson I’ve been looking for a trustworthy shop to care for my aging vehicle with relatively low mileage. I had a breakdown this week and decided it was time to try City Auto. They were able to get me in the next day and diagnosed and repaired my issues, as well as inspected the vehicle. The price seemed very reasonable, too. I’m extremely grateful to Jeff and his staff. I’ll be using them for all my future vehicle repair needs.

Tricia Dillon I responded to a safety recall from the dealer to replace the delivery pipe (fuel rail) on my older Kia Sedona, less than 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I had to have the car towed home from a friend’s house less than 4 days later, because on the way there, my car stalled every time I came to a stop! When I first noticed something was wrong, I had asked an auto parts store to put their diagnostic device on my car. The clerk said , my older car probably wouldn’t be worth fixing. My son-in-law and I could see from the reviews on Desert Car Medics, that it would be to my advantage to get an appointment with professional, skilled mechanics who are fair and care about people. They didn’t disappoint! Their kindness got this 76 year old woman back on the road for awhile longer. They finished the job the dealer left undone!!!
