5 /5 Cameron Bader: I am a college student with a very old 2001 Jeep Wrangler that often has little hiccups. Villa Auto has been so kind to me the past four years I have been in SLO, especially the owner, John Villa. However, the reason I was motivated to write this review was primarily from the exceptional service of Leo Lopez, the employee who helped me most recently when I had transmission issues.
Leo Lopez was extraordinarily helpful. He answered all of my many questions in detail, providing me the confident, in depth explanation I was seeking about the problem my car was having and what needed to be done to fix it. As a gal who has limited knowledge about cars, especially all the technical pieces of the puzzle, it was so reassuring to have Leo Lopez break it all down for me so I knew where my money would be going. As a worker of two part time jobs and being a full student, where I spend matters. Leo Lopez did not hesitate to help in every way he could, and was extremely empathetic to my situation. I am so impressed with the customer service he provided. Thank you Leo—and thank you Villa! Would highly recommend this place and these individuals to help with your car troubles.
