5 /5 dean m: Our truck broke down about 70 miles away from our destination on a Sunday , we happened to be pulling our travel trailer and the truck over heated. My wife found Villa automotive on a search engine because we were not from this area and had no clue of local mechanics. We called Villa who was open on Sunday, and we told them of our issue and our tow truck would not be in time to make it to Villa, they said we can get yo in first thing in the morning. We asked if we could park our trailer on the street in front of the shop and Villa had no problem with that. The next day at 7:00am our truck was in, radiator replaced and we were on our way. Thank you Villa Automotive, you were so kind and helpful

5 /5 Bob Tapella: Villa is great and honest! Open on Sunday is a big plus. I had a transmission light come on and then go off. They checked it out and although I told them to go ahead and flush the transmission, they said it wasnt needed and saved me a lot of money.

Villa Auto has been so kind to me the past four years I have been in SLO, especially the owner, John Villa. However, the reason I was motivated to write this review was primarily from the exceptional service of Leo Lopez, the employee who helped me most recently when I had transmission issues. Leo Lopez was extraordinarily helpful. He answered all of my many questions in detail, providing me the confident, in depth explanation I was seeking about the problem my car was having and what needed to be done to fix it. As a gal who has limited knowledge about cars, especially all the technical pieces of the puzzle, it was so reassuring to have Leo Lopez break it all down for me so I knew where my money would be going. As a worker of two part time jobs and being a full student, where I spend matters. Leo Lopez did not hesitate to help in every way he could, and was extremely empathetic to my situation. I am so impressed with the customer service he provided. Thank you Leo—and thank you Villa! Would highly recommend this place and these individuals to help with your car troubles.
