I had no idea what to do, and usually, my dad handles these things, but being away at school, I had to figure it out on my own. Calling around to different shops was stressful (I hate making phone calls), and I was completely lost when it came to insurance and towing.
That’s when I found Visit Auto Repair. Sal was amazing—he explained everything to me over the phone in a way I could actually understand, from how the warranty worked to how they could tow my truck themselves. That alone was a huge relief! Throughout the whole process, I was able to text for quick updates, which made things so much easier. Sal was honest and upfront the whole time, and I never felt like I was being scammed or taken advantage of. They even gave me a ride to the shop to pick up my truck!
When my truck had the same issue again, Sal took care of it immediately—no hassle, no stress. Paying was easy since they accept all sorts of payment methods, and the whole process was quick and efficient. From now on, anytime my old truck acts up, I know exactly who to ‘text’!
