5 /5 Brooke Barkley: While waiting for an oil change, I was taken to a place of my choosing to wait. Upon completion of the oil change I left the establishment and accidently dropped my wallet at the restaurant and VW fairfield was able to get ahold and notify me that I left my wallet. Big thanks to them and the member rhat found and returned my wallet!!

5 /5 Ashley Russell: I was able to get a same day service and everyone was so nice! I wasnt inconvenienced by having to wait either, because the lobby is spacious, has plenty of charging ports as well as a counter to set up my laptop and do homework or handle business. There is a spot to help yourself to coffee, water and tea. As well as small snacks. Its very welcoming and comfortable in their lobby, so before you know it your vehicle is ready!

5 /5 Jean Timken: Corri in the service department treated me very well. My car had to be towed to the dealership and after the initial assessment they knew it would be there for awhile. Corri did a great job communicating with me about the process and helping me get a loaner. My car is now running great and I was very impressed with Fairfield VW service!
