Carly Hegle I went here because these guys are authorized installers for Tire Rack and I needed an opinion on whether to get new tires before a long road trip. They were incredibly honest and pointed out that I really didnt need them for quite a few thousand miles! They also checked my systems in my car in general to make sure it was in good shape for the trip. Amazingly, they would not let me pay them because they had done no actual work on the car. If you want an honest, caring and kind auto repair place, Local Heroes on Bodega in Petaluma is it!

Eddie Grant Excellent experience with Golden Gear. The problem with my Toyota Tacoma was quickly diagnosed and repaired. The price was fair and the turnaround time was quick. The office communicated with me very well regarding the status of the repair and when it was ready to pick up. I have used Golden Gear before and they never disappoint. Highly recommended!

Billi Vogan My sister and I both are so grateful for Ultimate Auto Care. As single women, it is imperative to have a mechanic we can trust. Justin is amazing in his kindness, skill and exceptional service. My sister bought a used BMW that had a lot of issues, and Justin was there every step of the way. He is extremely reasonable with his fees and always does exactly what he says he will do. I had a mini disaster with my Mini Cooper with flooding recently. Judy Kurt and Marty are trustworthy and very knowledgable about VW’s (probably other cars too, but I’m a VW owner). My VW has been under their care since I’ve owned it. Other than routine maintenance I’ve had zero problems with the car.

Jennifer Kabat The folks at Brodies are awesome. As a female, Im hesitant when going to get my car serviced, but the whole experience was pleasant. I was able to let them know what I needed without anyone trying to add on unnecessary work, they called me with a total before any work was done, and when I went in to pay, I had a coupon and they found a better coupon for me. My car runs beautifully and I will definitely return when my car needs servicing again. Thank you, Brodies!

Tina Andruss Apparently when batteries (there are 2) are approaching failure on S-class Mercedes, alerts go berzerk. Our car completely shut down. After a 40 minute wait it returned to drivable, we contacted shop, and Danny said "bring it in now". He deployed his diagnostic computer, (low batteries), ordered and replaced same day, and we were safe to make our 9 hour trip back home to San Diego. Wonderful experience! Hes top-qualified Mercedes mechanic.

Tom Greenaway Purchased a pre-owned 2016 Toyota Rav4 here in May 2019 and have had excellent experience with the car. Have received two email notifications about upcoming maintenance checkups since then and I scheduled appointments easily within two days of the notice and both visits were completed within 90 minutes of my arrival at their service department. Spacious waiting areas with coffee and selection of snacks available. Wherever you decide to wait they will find you when your car is ready. Quick & Easy.

Misha Jigarjian First things first best tire shop experience I have ever had I’d give ten stars if I could. Wasn’t sure what tires to put on t truck. Bill called me back and gave me the in depth rundown on all options very detailed and in depth. Fast responsive got me in almost next day after calling. Met bill when I was getting my tires put on and had a great conversation and learned a lot. They really know what they are doing and am vey happy with everything thanks guys!

BARNOWLFLEDGLINGS Ive been going to Rick for years! Rick has kept my 2001 Chevrolet Silverado truck in tiptop running condition (with 450,000+ miles to date), delivers on time, so I can continue to do my vineyard work. As for my vintage car, Rick just loves it, so Rick has been great at providing extra smile miles in that department. Frankly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles…. PERIOD!
