5 /5 Fae Gershenson: Five stars isn’t enough. Our family has been planning this bus-based vacation for a year. The day before our familys huge trip that we planned for a year, the fridge broke. With 100 ° heat on the menu for the week long trip, the refrigerator quitting was a trip killer. We limped into the shop without an appointment, expecting a long wait, our trip to be cancelled, and a big bill. Instead, the crew jumped on it right away, stayed past 8 p.m., and kept us in the loop the whole time. By morning they’d found the only workable fix: pull the entire windshield, widen the opening, and slide a new fridge straight through the front of the bus. Wild, but they handled every step: sourcing the unit, coordinating glass removal, custom-cutting the frame, reinstalling the windshield, and cleaning up so our children wouldn’t step on a rogue metal shaving. The new fridge is running cold, the windshield is sealed tight, and our trip is back on track. They didn’t just repair a rig; they saved a long-awaited family adventure. One of them told me to try Watson diesel parts and service. Best decision I made to call them! Even if they were already all booked, they found a solution to help us and Luis us, working overtime and he made the repair on the spot. The conditions were far from ideal (dark and rainy).
