5 /5 Mike Smith: after dealing with parent company Wicked Sounds for several years without incident I was more than willing to give Wicked Automotive a shot when my diesels air conditioning pump took a crap on me. I dropped truck off and they got right on it diagnosing the issue making sure what I had explained to them was indeed the issue. they confirmed the issue and dug deeper to find what led up to that issue. they fixed the air conditioning and got back to me extremely quick. air blew colder than ever before. they didnt try to up sale me or make me feel like I was dumb. they did the job, got me back my truck affordably and checked in on me a week later to assure I was no longer having issues. the owner and his team will do their best to make sure in the event of an issue down the road you will be wanting to call them first. A+ customer service and professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMEND.
