Despite being late to my appointment due to ride-share issues, they graciously waited nearly 30 minutes and worked past closing without compromising on quality. The salon itself is modern, clean, and welcoming, with thoughtful touches like lockers for personal items. While it’s a bit hard to spot due to limited signage, the experience inside more than makes up for it. Unlike other salons, my nail tech prioritized the health of my nails, carefully grinding off old layers instead of over-soaking or over-filing. Despite my efforts to keep the design simple, they encouraged me to add decor and meticulously ensured every detail was perfect—from cuticles to polish. Though there was a slight language barrier, they communicated clearly at every step, ensuring we were aligned. The prices are fair, but the exceptional service makes it worth tipping generously. I’ve never had so many compliments on my nails, and I proudly recommend X-Bay Beauty to everyone who asks. I will probably never go to another nail salon !
