Pauline Marsh Took my Ferrari 488 Spyder into One of a Kind Motors for a paint correction. There’s Prestige in front and One of a Kind Motors in the back so be sure to go to the back. LeeAnn helped me get situated and explained the different options I have for getting my vehicle into pristine condition. They measured the clear coat and we found out the car had been repainted. They only use top quality tools and I was impressed. The end product was comparable to a piece of glass. My Ferrari is black without metallic and there was not a single sand scratch on the vehicle. It took them two weeks and cost more than anyone has quoted me but now I understand why it cost that much. They really did put in the 80 hours they quoted. I can’t be happier and will be bringing the car back for a full clear bra.

Andrea De Santis Had a great experience getting my oil change done on my 2017 Alfa Romeo Giulia. They did a great job and they are one of the few places in Thousand Oaks that can work on this car.

Johanna Mullen Ernie saved the day for me once again today. The battery light came on in my car this morning. I took it to a national chain to have the battery tested and replaced. After paying for service, I turned on the car, and the battery light was still on. I was confused. I asked them about it, and only then did they test the battery. Turns out it was the alternator. I called Ernie. He looked at the car right away, said they should have checked it BEFORE replacing the battery, and that the new battery was not going to last long without a functioning alternator. He ordered one right away and replaced it for me. I was very grateful for his fast and expert assistance. As always, he goes through the pricing with customers to ensure they know exactly what they was paying for, and what their options are (e.g., Did I want a new alternator, or an after market one, and what the prices were, and what the pros/cons were.) He does beautiful work, is fast, offers fair pricing, and ensures you understand what is going on with your vehicle. And hes a super nice guy. Thank you, Ernie!

Flotsam PR I was in a spot the day before Thanksgiving, 70 miles from home visiting family, and needed fairly major repair, new radiator. I went to shop one before they were supposed to be open and the owner was there, he gave a ride back to hotel and my car was ready by noon. Saved my holiday from being worse than just a lighter wallet, Cheers.

Matt Ramirez Scheduled an appointment for brake diagnostic due to vibrating in wheel while braking. Also needed an oil change. They called and gave me their honest opinion about the rotors having some life left and that most the vibration was due to the tires needing a rotation (which they did). The price was fair and the service was great. Definitely recommend these guys.

Sara Dybeli Hal is the absolute best! Brought in my car because the engine light was on. After inspection, Hal confirmed with Mercedes the car had an extended warranty on exactly that issue and that I should bring it to a dealership because it would be 100% covered. He could’ve easily taken the car in for repair but he graciously declined and looked after my best interest (and looked after my wallet). I can’t thank him enough! This was such an incredible way to gain my trust and I now will always be coming to Hal.
