Renee Birden I was very excited to attend school here. Due to unfortunate circumstances I am unable and was hoping to be refunded my registration fee. If Im not going to the school why keep a registration fee. Is this how you keep your doors open? Money hungry institutes like you leave an awful taste in a single mothers mouth.

Tatyanna Pineda I have completed two courses here and had two completely different experiences. I took a phlebotomy course back in 2020 with Steve, great experience and had so much guidance all the way to the end of my externship, 10/10.
However, I then took the LVN course in 2023 despite the fact that I was only going to be a part of the third cohort. A messy program is such an understatement! Our original director dropped from her position mid school year (she was great), leaving an unqualified instructor as a director for the time being- one who could unfortunately not handle the workload, her feelings and would call students bullies. We had over 10 instructors in and out throughout the program, never reliable. Although efforts were clearly being made to improve the course, the main instructor Anthony who had outbursts during class- packing up his belongings and leaving, yelling at students, making sassy remarks and just being unkind was never acknowledged by the higher staff. He even wasted more of my time after graduation, I had asked him to write a letter of recommendation over email, he responded saying yes but never completed it- then told other staff that he was refusing to do it. Everything had been so unorganized from class schedules, clinical schedules, instructors, etc. One instructor who didnt last more than a few weeks had mentioned to me "you probably be stealing peoples mans too, I could never trust you as a nurse" after I accidentally signed my name on the wrong line of an attendance sheet. Students who spoke up about inappropriate behavior by staff were only punished or ignored. The only hope I have for this program is Nina, she took over as director once I left but she is so amazing, so helpful and kind and a more than considerate instructor- I know she will do great things for this program to make it a much better experience for other students.
The director of education, Jessica F, is also no help- she "investigated" things throughout our year at CCMCC however never made any changes. She acted as if she was trying to help students but then would purposely ignore calls and emails.
