D I have family who goes regularly to have any and all things done. The parlor does a great job as well as the staff having been very friendly the day I visited to pick up once. The place is very clean and comfortable for anyone.

P Wise This place is so cute! Cathy R did a great job on my sons hair. She was so nice to him, letting him know how to style his hair and what to use. Cant wait to go back!!!

Sierra Huff I seen an acquaintance hair i went to school with and loved her color.I facebooked the owner.She told me she would text me Tuesday. I never heard from her.i called the studio and left a voicemail and never heard back.i then called again and spoke to the owner.She was obviously busy and told me to text her with what i wanted and my schedule .of course i was willing to take off work early for it if i was given a chance to explain that.I felt like no one tried to help me and put off.Hopefully this will be taken and appied to the buisness more functionally.it made me feel unimportant. Maybe clients are already friends of hers but thats not how you treat someone actually making an effort JUST to make an appointment.It looks unprofessional and messy.Take this and use it to use a different approach. Because i may or may not try again.The efforts were too hard and this salon hasnt been around long be this hard to book in.I gave several chances.i have several friends in the hair cutting world and I have never experienced this.

Shannon Murray This is the cutest salon Ive ever been to! Victoria did a wonderful job on my hair and has very reasonable rates. Highly recommended!

Tara M Went to Pat to get my under cut trimmed and he did an amazing job! Very knowledgeable about how to shape the bottom near my neck to make it more flattering. I don’t usually go very short since I feel like it makes it too masculine but he convinced me and I’m so happy I trusted him! 1000% worth it!

Abigail Howell Casey did an excellent job cutting my hair. Its hard to find someone who will listen and do exactly what you ask for these days. Im so glad I found her. I sent my daughter to her and she loved her too! This salon is super clean and the customer service outstanding!

Erin Johnson Brande is amazing. Me and my two older daughters had a blast. She gave us exactly what we asked for. My oldest choose a pink look from a pic she found on google so I was extremely impressed . Also I have crazy curls and she gave me the best bob I have ever had. We will never go anywhere else again! :)

Jim Johnson Casey is so good with my hair, and encourages me while Ive been growing it out for Wigs for Kids. The whole Salon is very popular and professional. If your hair is looking for a new home, I suggest Salon St. Johns.

Noneya Beezwax Charlotte was great! My hair feels light and airy, which is so much better as the heat creeps back in (so much for FL winter - ha!). She was friendly, attentive and the shampoo experience was sooo relaxing! Also ended up purchasing the Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner. It made my scalp feel refreshed and cool, highly recommend it. Thanks again, you guys are great!

Bill Barrow Tiffany was fantastic. My regular stylist was not there, so I was apprehensive. Tiffany was very reassuring and careful. Plus she exuded a calmness and professional attitude which out le completely at ease. Plus, she gave me one of the best haircuts Ive had in a while!

Kimberly Burr Taren always makes me feel special. I leave there feeling like I caught up with an old friend. I always look and feel amazing after a visit with her!

Theresa Claxton Charlotte was amazing! I went in there for a shampoo and blow dry and she ended up layering my hair and blow drying it beautifully. I will be coming back to see her again for my color. Im so glad I stopped in

Dallis Navarrete Jordan cut my bangs and did perfect. I’ve been to two other salons that did horrible, both the other “stylists” said bc I have curly hair curtain bangs wouldn’t look good and my hair would be unmanageable. Jordan took her time and was so sweet and patient. I’m so freaking happy with how good she did.

Sheila Hinson I have never been to this place before and I went with a friend of mine he was getting a haircut and his beard trimmed I sat and watched as the barber was doing everything he was so friendly so professional but yet down to earth I felt so welcome there as a female just sitting there and the barber talked to both of us the entire time he offered us something to drink he did an excellent job on my friend and I will be recommending this shop to everybody

Nancy Pine It has been over 3 years since I got such a great hair cut. In fact it was perfect! Darlene knows everything about hair. I didnt even have to tell her what I wanted; she just cut it to best frame my face. I will never go to anyone else!

Erna Pearce The girls are so nice, helpful. They listen and try to give you what you are looking for your hair desire whether cut, perm or color. The two I know best and recommend them are Angie and Darlene.

Rebecca Krys is a wonderful stylist and the salon is always very clean and very welcoming. She cuts my two year old son’s hair and my own, he won’t sit still for anyone else but her. We tried three other salons and none of them could come close to how great she is with him. As for my hair, she always gets it exactly how I want it. I stopped coloring my hair a few years ago, but she does do a wonderful job with colors as well!

Chelsey Johnson I’ve been going to Krys for about 9 years and she has now started doing my moms hair who was a hair dresser for about 26 years and she is the only person that can touch my hair or my moms. She is very good at what she does and she will not let you do something to your hair is your hair can’t take it. After Covid my hair was very thin and very bad condition but she brought it back to live. She will be the only person that will ever be doing my hair until I die and I can promise you that go see her if you need anything done.

Kourtney Farmer Wonderful atmosphere My hair has always turned out amazing. Expressed my concerns due to past issues, she listened and guided me through how to better take care of hair going through coloring process. Couldnt ask for a better stylist.

LARRY WITHERS Besides loving Krys like family her, artistic talent with me and my hair goes above and beyond. My husband recently passed away but Larry loved going to her also. He was in late stage dementia and she had such grace with him. Thank you girl!

Cynthia Sorey Saw online that an express cut was $12.97 so I booked an appointment for that and it literally took 3 minutes or less because all I needed was a trim. Went to pay and it was $24 plus I left a $5 tip. Didnt feel like arguing about the price, but definitely wont go back. Didnt help that the stylist seemed like she doesnt like her job, or people. Not going to name drop, but I rather have someone with even just a small amount of personality and customer service. I probably would have had better luck striking up friendly conversation with a potato.

Sara Dickerson Jessicas my go to girl for my hair....if shes working and I see her, I go in the salon to get my hair done Shes professional,kind and a great sense of style I feel extremely comfortable with her and I trust her completely Highly recommend Jessica for your hair care!!!!! Clarence Cook Jessica Miller at the Smart Style 1024 sr 19 BOTCHED my hair and I had to have another stylist fix it as best as she could just so I could look decent as far as hair goes.

Shannon Bruner Very hostile environment with the 2 employees verbally arguing back and forth between the 2 in front of customers. Made our hairdresser angry. She did not even speak or offer any services or products there. She did not even introduce herself or attempt to communicate. Made it very awkward and uncomfortable. You should replace them with more friendly staff that makes customers want to return. I was nervous just being there. Wont be returning there and wont be referring anyone there. Please fix it so others might enjoy it.

Jacqueline Dutch First, I scheduled a shampoo, cut and style; which I did not get. I guess they don’t even look at what customers have scheduled online. Then I showed a picture of what cut I wanted. After 5 minutes of snipping, she asked, “How’s that?” I showed her the picture again; which showed a little shorter layers. She said, “You don’t have enough hair to do that.” I left it at that, and expected my shampoo and style. Instead she took the cape off of me and told me to have a good day. I also tried to converse a little with her while she was cutting, and she just ignored me. I will NEVER go back there again!

angela Hill Well..I have been here 3 or 4 times. 2 times MAI has done a great job on my nails and I have left feeling good about the product I received. The problem is that not one of the workers has any customer service or personality skills. I mean, I’m not looking to be entertained but at least try to aknowledge me as I am sitting there RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU... FOR A WHOLE HOUR. The place also needs a cleaning. It’s sad, the location is great, MAI does a stand up job....the other guy has almost sawed my fingers off with the file the other two times. The young woman sits on her chair curled up with her phone so it won’t get away I guess. Probably the worst soft skills, And customer service I have ever received at any salon.

edward cusato Was very happen with pedicure, French manicure, manicure not so happy. Been there before, always happy. I will be back. (Will never have French manicure again) thank you. I should have got gel. Had to file nails down when I got home, White polish was chunky. Sherry Cusato

Jess Buck I was hoping to find a new permanent nail salon. Now Im not so sure. Got a full set and pedicure. Full set was great but they did not match my toe color to my nails. I still paid full price and tipped them even though my colors werent matched.

scottie Jervis Worse haircut i have ever gotten!! Definately will not go back and would not reccomend marley to nyone that wants a haircut.. My hair actually looked better before the cut. and it looked terrible before she cut it.. Do not waste your money or time!!

Pamela Becker You could not pay me to go back. I use to really like the place but Marley has far too much going on, doesnt listen and cant remember what she is doing. She cut about 10 inches off of my hair when I ask not more than 2. Without my glasses and her running back and forth, its hard to know what she is doing. She is now in to real estate so it will get worse. NO THANKS!!!!!
