jaycie elizabeth I had my first visit here and I am extremely disappointed. The first nurse that saw me was great, very friendly and welcoming. Then the nurse named Michelle came to see me, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I couldnt even finish my sentences telling her about my health concerns before she would cut me off- blaming my chronic fatigue on depression (I have worked with psychologists and psychiatrists for my depression and was actually told by my psychologist to get some medical tests done for the fatigue), cutting me off just saying "ibuprofen" when I started to tell her about my severe menstrual cramps. At one point she looked me in my face and said "you are GROSSLY underweight, you arent eating enough" before she even knew anything about my diet. One of my concerns was actually about my being underweight despite having a normal diet, but her telling me that I am "grossly underweight" and making accusations about my diet was extremely rude, it felt like bullying to me. Absolutely vile and disgusting behavior. I felt disrespected, unheard, and belittled. After going back and forth with her and advocating for myself to have tests done, she did end up ordering some labs for me so thats good at least.

Anita Millward I have been going to this place now for about five years I really like it a lot there are seven different doctors I don’t get the same one every time I go but I haven’t had a problem with any of them and I love the fact that there was a walk in clinic so if I wake up and I don’t feel good just go to the walk in clinic and I see the doctors! When I do my physical I can ask to do the Pap there also and not have to see my gynecologist clear over in Orlando! They used to have an office in the Leesburg mall and I really like to go in there cause then I could shop on my way home but they’ve close that one down! I just really like it because anything that I have that I need to have done I can have done there ! They have always been very nice to me! And I never have to wait

Chik Shank We moved to Mount Dora last year and made Adult Medicine our primary provider. It was the right choice: we’ve received first-rate service from everyone there, for every need and visit. We recommend them whole heartedly!

R Jr Ive been a patient of Adult Medicine (Dr. Davina) for almost two years now. Everyone who has attended to me has always been friendly and professional. Dr. Davina is great to work with, personable, caring, authentic. Its true that when I first started coming here the phone support was not good, but that has changed considerably over the last year. There is also an Akumin lab next door which makes it very convenient to get tests, xrays, etc done without having to go somewhere else.

Sharon Davis My mother is a 78 year old patient with lymphedema which causes mobility issues. We have two issues. The first issue is this office takes it amongst themselves without contacting the patient to change appointments and times then penalize the patient for missed appointments. The original appointment scheduled for February 12 at 2:20 was supposed to be a visit for a follow up of bloodwork in which Dr. Davina‘s office did not send over to quest diagnostics. The appointment was then switched to a visit for the mobility chair, however, In June 2023 my mother went into the office for a visit due to her mobility chair becoming non-operational. At that time she was given a referral with the hopes of receiving a new chair. Unfortunately it is now February 2024 and she still has yet to receive the new power chair. The company referred by Dr. Davina‘s office is nu motion which have informed my mother that the doctors office did not send over the clinical notes in order to process the chair. Therefore, my mother contacted the office at 9 AM and expressed her concerns at that time. She was informed that she would receive a call back. And in hopes of some resolve, Matt, the office manager contacts my mother, and she began to expressed her concerns at that time. Matt accuses her of twisting his words and the other individual words that she has spoken to prior to speaking to him, (Wow… this is implying that the patient is a liar) he then begins to yell, and she expressed to him that she is old enough to be his mother to not speak to her in that manner he continues to yell, and become very sarcastic, because she expressed that she needed clarity about the mobility chair and the care that she is receiving. I hope that you take into consideration the level of care that you will receive before going into this facility and how you would be treated. Matt the office manager is very disrespectful and unprofessional. He does not know how to properly communicate to bring resolve to an issue. Instead, he escalates them by speaking to patients in a manner that is degrading he tried to make my mother feel as though she did not know what she was talking about. The way my mother was treated is unacceptable and no human being should be treated in that manner. Beware under the leadership of Matt I see why the office staff is so dysfunctional.and I will make sure Dr. Davina knows what is taking place.
