Morgan Ive never been so disappointed in someone I went to leave a review but here I am. The pedicure was fine, nothing wrong there, but the customer respect is what Im here for. On Saturday at 445pm (they close at 6p) I come in for a pedicure, asked if it was okay first because we were about an hour from closing. Everything was fine. I left at 530ish, get home and realize I left my water bottle there. Its not a little bottle. A hydro flask 64oz $85 dollar bottle including straw. This has been with me from continent to continent. I was SICK. When I realized, they were closed so Id have to wait til Monday because theyre not open on Sunday. I left at 530pm Saturday and called at 10am Monday, first day theyre open, and they say it is missing, no one has seen it. Maybe the cleaners came Sunday but they dont have it. The store closed 30 minutes after I left and no one was there until Monday and within an hour of opening I call and its gone. They took my number, called later and told me it was gone. "I saw it when you left I remembered it but idk, its gone now" and I sent my mom over to get my REFUND as she said she would credit me for the bottle but they gave me a gift certificate to their store. Not only do I not have my bottle which is 1 foot tall and 6 inches wide and weighs 6 pounds its not like it just rolled away... But they think I can buy a new 85 dollar bottle with a nail salon gift card? I take responsibility, I shouldnt have made the mistake of leaving it there but I did, we all make mistakes. Weve all lost something and prayed someone would find it and do the right thing. I lost that sentimental item and I was told by two separate people that the saw it after I left Saturday, they closed and werent open in the interim and upon return its missing so heres a free nail painting for your troubles. Whether they took it or their cleaning service took it, its way too big and heavy to just disappear and since yall like to play games with people I will at least let everyone know that theyre very friendly but heartless and lazy. No camera check, no actual money returned. 30 second camera review could have shown were the bottle went.. 30 second call to the cleaning service. Instead you sat on your hands and showed youre a Company that doesnt care about their loyal customers. Not 1 but 3 people spoke to me and no one cares. Pathetic effort. Very disappointed.

Beth DAlessandro I had the absolute worst manicure here. Do NOT let the older man do your nails! I’ve been having manicures for years and this man did a terrible, terrible job! He was very rough also! I will never go back here again! Buyer beware!

Kirsty Irwin I got a fill and nail art with Tony. He did a fantastic Christmas set on me. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did a great job at executing it, while adding some extra flair so it wasnt just a carbon-copy of the picture. Prices are reasonable. Pros: -Skilled nail techs -Reasonable prices -Walk-ins accepted (plenty of staff) Cons: -No dust filtration system at stations, so dust gets everywhere when filing.

Wonderful place to go to and I will continue to go here so glad I found this nice salon that is run by husband and wife they are great.

darann path I’ve had the best first time experience here at MT Hair and Nails with Theva as my nail tech, I requested a Deluxe Mani/Pedi and they fitted me into their appointments right away! She did great with my leg massage, loved the hot towels, and hot stone massage! Also Theva’s husband Moses is such a funny guy. The salon is nice and smells great the atmosphere in the salon is very welcoming I definitely recommend this place!

Damaris Reyes I went 3 weeks ago and got my nails and feet done and I honestly can say Im very satisfied this is a first that Ive been this long and still my nails havent started lifting. Definitely from my spot.

Ste Fania I visited this place for the first time. Made an appointment although they said they didn’t need it. Asked them the prices and confirmed the service charge. Prices were different of their website. I made an appointment anyway arrived and made me seat for 30 minutes. Finally they started he pedicure. Then they asked me if I’d like the calluses removed for and additional $5 apparently they don’t include that in the charge, only nail clipping and polish with massage. That never happened anywhere else I went in Bradenton. I felt scammed especially because I called and asked them if that was an express pedicure or it included everything for 30$. It’s not about the 5$ it’s a principle. I want to support any hard working immigrant but from now on I’ll choose American salons where transparency is the key to a successful business and earnings trusts from the customers is a priority. Poor management.

Felicia Nicole I got my nails done here on 10/03/24, I picked a purple/green chrome color which is not the color that’s on my nails. My nails came out a copper chrome. I went back on 10/04/24 to let them know I’m not happy with the way my nails came out. They are the wrong color, they are already chipping and you can see the false tips under the acrylic. They wanted me to pay for them to fix my nails and change the color when they were done wrong and look terrible. I have been going to the salon for years and I have NEVER been so unhappy With my nails or the salon.

tracy sherrin Worst acrylic and gel polish fill Ive ever had. Color is completely streaked and clear gel top coat if missing on nearly half of the nail of almost every nail. My nail underneath is pulling away from acrylic. Acrylic and gel is ragged looking. Will not be returning

jennifer nav This is my second visit & this time I had them remove my old gel nail for a full set & has a deluxe lavender hot stone pedicure with 10 min massage. I love the sparkly polish and the topcoat really makes it shine. I saw Andy today and he was meticulous on my nails- I told him to make them thin and natural, not bubbly & he did great. My nails are short enough to use my fingers for every day tasks and work and still look feminine and pretty. My toes are almost a neon glitter- would be great for summer but still just so well done. I’m glad to have found a place the pricing seems consistent and I’m not being duped. Money well spent-ps: my review from last visit seems replaced by this one so I’ll add the photos atleast- Gina did good work

Robin Harman Very nice staff, however when painting my nails they left gaps between the polish and my nail bed. I looked like I had my nails done a week prior when they were finished. Will not ever go back. I pay 100 plus, my nail needs to be completely painted. Such a shame, the color is gorgeous, but again they look like I had them done a week at least!

Dr. Carole Gadomski KT Nails located in the Publix Plaza is a great place. They do manicures, pedicures and waxing. The place is very clean and run professionally. They have an extensive menu with multiple options and price points. The color selection is also very extensive. You can call ahead for an appointment, or just do a walk in. I can only speak to the pedicure aspect as this is what I go there for. It really is about the spa treatment for me. You honestly just seem to melt into the fabulous massage chairs. I always get the $40 pedicure with the extensive massage, hot rocks and hot towels. What an absolutely amazing experience!

Christopher Carman Hadn’t had a mani/pedi in over 6 months. Went to old location and it was a new owner and much higher prices. Decided to try a new place. Went to Diva Nail and Spa on Cortez near Winn Dixie. The service was exemplary and the costs were more reasonable ($58 mani/pedi vs $60-$70) and closer to home. Basically a great place to go and calm soothing atmosphere and Amy and Vickie were great technicians. Will definitely be back here again.

Lola Manchester This business recently opened to provide manicure and pedicure services among others. My first visit was very good, the person did my nails well, the second appointment was the same person and I liked how they turned out. The nightmare started when one of my nails fell off and there was fungus on it, I decided to carefully remove the rest and there were two more nails with fungus, horrible. I went to the place and I spoke with the owner, I suppose, and the only thing he told me was to go to CVS, where they sold things for the treatment of nail fungus. The place looks very nice, they serve you well at first, but when things like this happen the service is 0. I wont go back or recommend it to anyone.

Tiffany Mccallister The two men that work here does exceptional service. The ladies on the other hand not so great. I recommend Tom he pays attention to detail and gives amazing massages during pedicures. The prices are great as well.

Jackqueline Daughtry Tiffany and Helena are the absolute best at LA NAILS. I get my nails, toes and brows done there and Im always satisfied. Highly recommended.

Llama Juice This immediately after the lady finished my nails. Im literally still standing in the salon absolutely befuddled that this is the finished product. That this nail artist literally thought it was ok to send me out into the world like this. All the scratches, streaks and bubbles on top of the slanted and crooked shape. I remember this place use to be packed and now I see why we were the only people getting our nails done there the entire hour. They are horrible at what they do and she had the audacity to get an attitude and shoot me a look because I didnt tip. This place is not what is use to be. Helena should be ashamed of her staff and set either higher standards or lower prices. Like wayyyyyy lowered prices.

Kylie Camer All of the staff that work there do excellent work, are friendly and make you feel welcomed. This is what a nail salon experience is supposed to be like! This place is very clean And they focus on the customers needs and wants. World Nails is a very nice establishment I always go here for manis and pedis. I always feel great and look great.

Gabriella World Salon is probably the only nail salon I always leave satisfied with my nails. Wonderful experience today, clean shop, I got a gel french tip. I love how my nails turn out!!! They have done my nails exactly the way I have always asked.

Calliope Brooks World Nails Spa is best nails Ive had done They did my mani perfectly. The staff is helpful and friendly and aim to please! My tech was very friendly and professional, pricing is inline with most other salon I have been to.

Merita McDonald World Nails Spa is the best in the area by far. As always, the gel nails are beautiful and one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time. Their prices are good and I never have to wait long for a service. They were nice from the time I walked in until I left.

Marissa T I was following a nail tech from a different salon. It was always inconvenient because she said they don’t take appointments here. I continued to drive there because I liked her. I’ve had to wait in more than one occasion. Today I decided to go for a pedicure as tomorrow is my birthday. I called as I was driving to make sure Nicole was available. A woman answered told me to hold while she checked with her. She came back and said she will be available in 10 mins, I told her I’d be there in 20x she said that’s fine she will be waiting for you. I arrived at the salon and went to the desk and said I was there for a pedicure with Nicole. He said Nicole is unavailable and with a client. I then stated I called 20 mins prior and spoke to somebody who stated she was available And waiting for me. He told me there’s no way as there phone isn’t working. He told me she isn’t available for an hour and a half. He pretended to not understand my English and tried to confuse and manipulate me. Nicole came to the front and said I’m sorry I have a client coming she is on her way. I’m confused first come first serve and they don’t take appointments how does this make sense? Needless to say I wasted over an hour driving to and from the salon for poor communication and manipulation. I will not return! Terrible customer service!

Damaris Hisick Went to get my toes done, the first time was great except my right foot had crooked toe nails. So I went in another time to get those fixed. I told him ( the tech), she( another tech that did great), used tips and he told me “ it doesn’t matter it will be the same.” And so he ( THE tech), went ahead and applied acrylics to my entire nail without tips. And it turned out even worse. And he told his manager in another language ( of course not in english so I couldn’t defend myself.) that he was confused when i told him right before he applied acrylic. I noticed the acrylic on my right acrylic pinky toe was kinda coming off. So I thought I would remove it. And i removed it alright. Long story short my entire pinky toe natural nail came off with the acrylic. And I called them to let them know hey this happened. And The manager had THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME IT WAS MY FAULT ITS FROM MY SHOES. I literally wear the same sandals everyday of my life or I’m barefoot. I wear those same sandals every-time i go to get my nails done fingers or toes….. ALSO!!!!!! Its doing it to my other toes and it hurts!!!! i have 3 toes without natural toe nails going on 4!!!! He wants me to come in there to show him for idk proof or something?? Well heres your proof. This has never happened to me before.

Rachel Rhodes Best nail salon place in town! We walked in this morning and was greeted. Everyone was so nice and me and my daughters nails turned out so good. I literally showed a picture of what I wanted and they rocked it! Ivy did my nails and I absolutely loved her. Thank you guys for making our experience so pleasant!

Dee Leboff I read the other reviews. If you want posh and pampered and someone to ask you about your life, then this may not be the salon for you. I go to the woman and have for years. Is she overly friendly? No, she is just quiet. But she is consistently fast and good. She remembers my specific preferences. I go in, read a magazine and I am out in great time, with nails done exactly the way I like. She catches any potential issues and their price has remained more than competitive. I would not go anywhere else.

Holly Watson If I could rate a 0 I would. My nail polish lasted not even 24 hours before it literally fell off my nails. I returned the next day and complained. The owner (man) said they only last for one day. I said no they should last a lot longer than that. He said I will do only one more time for you. By god the second time done only lasted 12 hours before they chipped off. Mind you I did no house work, or swam or anything that would cause them to fall off. I would never ever go back but I will tell people not to go there. I had a mani pedi for $30.00 plus gave them a $10.00 tip. Never again.

Jennifer Strohl The worst. I have never walked out of a nail salon. Today I did. RUDE RUDE RUDE. I dont know how they could possibly stay in business. Most of us today get gel nails and most of us know that using those drills is best kept to an absolute minimum because it destroys your nail bed. I asked her to please not remove the existing gel that way and she got all huffy because I guess I was wasting her time. She was on her cell phone walking around and put my hands in acetone. I asked why she didnt wrap my nails in foil with cotton soaked in acetone like everyone else does and she said they dont do that and it has to be filed off with the drill. I said Ill go somewhere else and left. If she would have been even slightly nice it might have gone differently. Obviously they arent interested in their reputation at all. Do yourself a big favor and skip this awful place. It didnt even look sanitary and they dont belong in a service business.

Penny Johnson Went to have just a simple gel fill, hmm yeah..the husband did my nails the first time and did a GREAT JOB! So I went back.This time the wife did them, well she filled my nails and did such a crappy job. Then she proceeds to charge me ..$25.00 how did the same fill turn into $5.00 more? I was only charged $20 from the husband, and he did a great job.I would never go back or recommend this place for your nails. Hopefully my picture post and you can see the crappy job on my nails, see the edges, horrible job.She just wanted to help the next person.

Andrea Koch They are great! Both daughters got nails for Xmas and that stayed on until we soaked them off over 2 weeks later!!! My kids normally loose a nail with in 48 hours. Also, their prices are some of the lowest around. When I leave/pay, I end up paying exactly what is listed, which is very unusual for nail salons. I highly recommend!!!
