Honestly very friendly and they actually have conversations with you rather than just treating you like another guest. It was great. At the end of my nails session he asked would you like any other services I said I actually will get a pedicure. I really loved the attention and atmosphere here.

Mariana W Wow. What an amazing spa pedicure experience! Kelly took care of my dry heels like no one else ever has. The gel pedicure was worth every bit of the $10 upgrade. Nail technician took her time to massage and revitalize my calves, using methods of exfoliation, massage with hot rocks, soft wax, hot towels, the WORKS! Y’all, my feet are literally baby soft! So excited I have found this place! Definitely ask for Kelly!

RACHAEL THOMAS Very good experience, salon is always clean and they are very professional. We come for pedicures and this time I needed to have my acrylics (from another salon) removed to give my natural nails a break. She did a great job on my toes and took very good care of my natural fingernails. I am very pleased with the result & we will definitely be returning!

Carrie Burch I have been going to this particular salon for about three or four months. For the most part it was an okay experience. I learned early on to not have the owner (male) do the design on my nails. Why there are anyone working at a nail salon that cannot do simple designs is beyond me. I am not a fancy person. I do not get stones or anything crazy on my nails. The young gentleman that did my nails did a wonderful job. The last trip to Florida Nails was the first time I had seen them during a busy time. I asked for the design in the third picture. The first and second picture is what I left with. I felt like I was rushed out and as I was leaving I was told by him to "Come back when we are not busy and I will fix. It wasnt dry when I put on the top coat and it chipped off." While pointing to my ring and middle fingers. I just ended up going to a new nail salon instead after it had grown out. The older lady was the one who put acrylic on my natural nails in an overlay and I had one nail that had broken off. Instead of putting a tip on my finger she just put acrylic on top of my nail and poorly shaped it. I will NEVER go back here and I hope no one else goes here to get their nails done at this establishment!

Amber Jones I got a pedicure with acrylic on my toes a while back in early/mid 2024. My toe has since then caught a fungus infection and I’m still fighting this infection in January 2025. Haven’t been back since. I normally go to them for my nail and pedicure service but not any more. The prices aren’t even worth the work anymore. Barely trained and educated technicians who soak your feet in water, scratch them and slap paint on top. A five year old could paint nails better than they do.

EC This nail salon is very professional and clean and follows guidelines for social distancing. They want to make the customer happy and listen to what customers want and will provide it. Ive never been unhappy with my nails or toes and always get exactly what I am looking for sometimes its more than I expect. I really enjoy Jimmy as my nail technician.

Natalie Vance Went for Mani/pedi. the guy didn’t say 1 word to me, acted like he was pissed to be working on a Saturday. He filed my finger & toe nails like duck nails in the shape of a U. When asked to fix he acted like I was bothering him. He made my fingernails so short “trying” to fix them I eventually took the file and did it myself. The paint job was mediocre if that, splotchy and he initially only put one coat on my toes & 2 on my fingers so they looked totally different, had to have him fix that too. I paint them myself. He didn’t even do a full manicure even tho I paid for it. No hand rub, oil on cuticles or anything. It was a waste of $60 to not even be happy and treated like I was a bother to the guy. Would not recommend. Each time I’ve been it seems to get worse.

Salon Noble (BONITA) Katie did a great job on my nails. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. It only took a little over and hour which is perfect. Will be coming back! Finally a nail salon that gets it.

L Miller ALTHOUGH Hanni is my favorite for meticulous dip manicures that last 3-4 weeks (even though I am hard in my nails as a gardener), I was a walkin today with Dan who did the Cat Eye polish. Coolest application ever! I have been a customer for about 10 years. If you ever have a problem, just go back and they will make it right! For this reason I do not understand the negative reviews. Thats how I found Hanni, the owner. They remodeled in 2020 and doubled in size and the finishout is very elegant and spacious adding to the comfort. The prices are exactly the same as those salons around I-75 and Corkscrew. I consistently pay 45 for a dip and 55 for a French Dip. They have recently improved their appointment system. Phones are answered quickly but they dont interrupt the clients service. Customers always greeted by name at entry and exit. The staff number is huge so waiting is rarely a problem for walk-ins, but if you request a specific tech, appointment is recommended. I see many men and couples getting nail services. They added lash extension services. I highly recommend.

Perez Family Ann has been doing my nails for 8+ years and I love given her an open canvas. The results speak for themselves. Rhinestones last 2-3 weeks for me and she nails its every time. Wouldn’t let anyone else touch my nails or do any art work.

Honestly Jody This visit was a total disaster. I broke out in hives from the nail polish for 2 weeks straight. Its a shame. The customer service was poor and Im not sure how clean the tools are. I had to get all the polish removed which costed me $150 in total of the expenses for all my medical care and to remove the polish. It is truly a shame.

sandy hood Extremely clean, modern type nail bar with 7 pedicure seats and lots of well staffed salon tables. They have a few waxing rooms as well. They always have room for walk a in. Fastest most least relaxing pedicure ever but my nails look great.

Paola Iglesias Bad service!! I paid $35 for a pedicure and $50 for a manicure which is overpriced compared to where I usually go to. After my pedicure was finished, I told the lady “do you not cut the cuticle and skin around the toes?” She said “oh I did” when it was clearly visible that she did not.. I stayed quiet I did dip on my manicure and she did not let the powder get to my whole finger from her, the back edge did not get any color. She had one of my hands under the light and the other she put a fan before putting it under the light (which I did not understand) She told me she was “done” and there was polish all around my fingers and hands, my hands were blue (color requested) and I told her “my hands are all dirty, do I just wash it under the sink?” She shrugged at me after I paid and said “if you want” I washed my hands and everything remained dirty around my nails. My nails also looked very tarnished. I showed my mom and she told her "I dont like this, very dirty, you are not finished and I paid a lot of money for your bad service" lady also gave many dirty looks and stars during my service Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name for her, but I will not be coming back As soon as I started complaining all the workers came to see what had happened

Krystal Beyers I have been going here since they first opened. Almost like clock work once a month for my brows and my nails. Great quality work and fast. Paid a little more today than I usually do. Not sure why. Finger Tip knicked and all that was done to remedy it was trim the skin. Any deeper and it would be bleeding. Could be worse I guess. Overall I recommend this place regardless.

Kristal Velez I asked for matte coffin nails and got crooked half shiny half matte nails. I told the male tech (never got his name) that two of my nails were very crooked and he proceeded to tell me my finger is crooked! I wanted matte color and he told me shiny is better. Um it’s what I want not what you want. Will never come back here. I paid $40 for a full set of horrible nails. He did a great pedicure for $25 which I was happy to pay. So maybe he should just stick to that and never do anyones manicure.

Alain Sexto Horrible Thieves!!!! My wife went today and they charged her $110.00 for a manicure and to paint her nails. When she looked at the receipt she went back inside and they acted like they didnt understand her. My wife was too nice and they took advantage of her. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

Lesley Cook Although nice, Tammy did my nails. I asked for her to match my color with a picture my husband liked. As you can see that did not happen. I even questioned and was told the powder will change to match. As you can see that did not happen. Before I was done, Andy had let his customer sit too long and told Tammy to finish. My nails were not cleaned up and I was told the color around my nails and skin will wash off she was done and I was to just go with them that way. I complained about color as well but it did not matter. I had eyebrows and lashes done by Christina and that part I recommend. Will not be back for nails. I went next door and was shown the horror that happened to this young ladies fingers who went there and got such a severe nail fungas on more then 3 of her nails. She had to go to hospital. Nope. Definitely will not be back.

Olga Valdez I was recommended to go here. Never again. They said I had sensitive skin and that’s why my eyelids look like my skin was peeled off. I have had my eyebrows waxed before and this never happened. When I was there, it burned and I shook it off because I didn’t think it was that serious. When I woke up the next day and I felt my eyelids burn, I looked in the mirror and I look like I just got beat up. I called and they told me to go in but I am not driving from Naples to Lehigh just to prove how bad my eyelids look. Then, they said to just put neosporin on it. I’ve never had any beauty professional tell me such a thing. I would give zero stars if I could.

Chelsea Mendez The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because my pedicure was great. Marilyn did a fantastic job and was very friendly . But the lady who did my nails was horrible. She clearly just wanted to get me out. She rubbed one of my fingers raw with the nail file and made the other bleed, then sprayed them with alcohol. My fingernail beds are super sore the next day. The nails look horrible but I just wanted to get out of there so badly. Again, Marilyn did an amazing job on my pedicure but nail set…never again!

Alisa Pignataro Great Experience Today! I just moved to the Fort Myers area and needed to find a nail salon. I walked into Majestic Nails Salon, which did have a 30min wait which was fine as a walk-in on a Saturday! Ran some errands and they promptly sat my husband and I upon our return, 30 min later just like they promised. I was assigned Linda and she went above and beyond to do exactly what I asked for. I needed a fill-in and I wanted to change my nail shape as well as do ombré nail! I showed her a pic and I didn’t need to say anymore - She new exactly what to do! She was very professional, nice, explained everything she was doing, and gave me the most beautiful nails! I have to do a video shoot on Monday and I feel so confident thanks to Linda! Jerilyn Patton Love my nails, I thought it was little too much with extra cost I was charged for length, then extra for nail design but at the end, "you get what you pay for." I left VERY pleased! Staff is very friendly, professional and when a bail broke, I was not charged for repair! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My design was the date of my twins birth and their initials.

K Murphy I LOVE LOVE my nail salon! I drive nearly 1.5 hours every two weeks sometimes three because they’re always so durable to get my nails done here! Everyone is so sweet and very accommodating and the staff really do care about you, and who doesn’t enjoy being greeted by name EVERY single time… I wish I could give more stars!

Ashley Vangraafeiland Been going to this salon at the other 2 locations for over a year & only recently tried this location. Sin did a beautiful job on my fill with gel polish. The pedicure was done by Mama T & she did great except for the polish, it was streaky and bumpy/ bubbly. I returned the next day to have it fixed by someone else & still the same issue. I don’t think I’ll be returning for a pedicure. I’m gonna paint them myself at home because I didn’t want to go back a 3rd time for them to be fixed. Edited to add: I called the salon and they gave me a gift card for a free pedicure. I’ll be returning in a couple weeks

Alex Horrible the guy couldn’t do a simple French tip and a heart didn’t even cut cuticles he was in such a hurry for idk what reason he didn’t have anymore clients and didn’t even care to ask what color acrylic color I wanted, horrible place don’t recommend super expensive for horrible work
