Mia Lock First time. They did a decent job but for $65… I don’t know. I was a bit grossed out because they had used an old file on me. Which is illegal because it can cause infections and diseases. When given a hand massage the nail techs hands were covered in acrylic dust and I was very grossed out and I would’ve passed on it and I had told her I had to get home and she still proceeds to put lotion on me. I probably won’t be coming back to this one.

Holly Brandvold Jasmine is amazing. My daughter had a vision for her christmas nails (we do our own nails so this is a big deal) and Jasmine made that vision a reality. This is definitely a hidden Gem in San Marco.

Kinzi Linzi The techs were really nice, but the quality of my pedicure and my friends pedicure was rushed. The polish wasn’t applied with much pride. There’s a lot of unpolished edges, there’s still old polish that was supposed to be removed. My friends polish smeared off despite us sitting under the fans for 30 minutes. Despite it being a very convenient location to my house, I will not be returning.

Alyssa Key Just had my nails done here for the first time. And it was, pun intended “hands-down”, the best experience I’ve ever had. The place itself is spotless, everyone there obviously loves working there, and the actually quality of my nails, and the suggestions given created a better experience than I’ve ever had at any other salon in my 44 years. A+.

Alyson Brumbach Let me tell you what, my mom and I got our nails done here, not only was the staff really nice but the acrylics I got have not come off, no lifting, nothin. And I am AWFUL with my nails, usually they break off sometime during the first week.

Dejaunni Edwards Dont want you to have an opinion about your nails. If they mess up and you correct them. They will ask you to leave and say "they dont want any trouble". Wasted my gas. Poor service. 0 stars. Poor service. Poor quality. Asked me to go somewhere else when I called prior to to make sure they had an opening. Wasted gas. They put what they want on your hands and to save money they say no other options even if it looks bad. Manager told nail tech to stop and ask me to leave because the nails being cut weren’t even. Asked a thousand if unnecessary personal questions but when I asked for a different nail because it had been cut too short I was asked to leave. And then they started talking about me in another language. Disrespectful.

Salimah Jackson They gave me exactly what I asked for and I also got a pedicure. The service was precise and didn’t take too long. All of the techs were friendly as well and not stand offish like in some nail salons. They were also funny lol they have complimentary drinks, including wine. Very classy and upscale environment. I will be back.

Jessica Devine This nail salon was the absolutely best! All the ladies there were beyond sweet and even offered us drinks! The girl who did my nails did an amazing job!!!!!! I love my new nails and can’t wait to come back!!!!!

Tiffany Cash We had a horrible experience. They messed up my friends toes and as the lady was doing them my friend kept telling them she wanted her big toe longer and wants is square and the lady didn’t do that at all and when my friend was tired of repeating herself she finally told the lady she didn’t like it and she had nothing to say she just looked at her crazy and they still charged her $65 and her toes are VERY uneven. Then , my nails had this weird color thing going on and it won’t go away and I had to file my toes and my nails because after repeating myself multiple times she ignored me and I payed $100. Horrible service and nails !!!!! VERY RUDE PEOPLE!! They started to ignore everything my friend said to them because she says she didn’t like her nails and they didn’t try to fix It to how she’d like it.

Mary K This place is AMAZING!!!! The owner Sophia is the kindest , sweetest person ever !!!! She cares so much !!!! I have had many pedicures and she gives the very best !!!I have been coming here for 5 years and drive from almost Callahan for the amazing service !!!!!!! Everyone is so kind here … the whole family comes here. Sophia treats my grand daughter like a total princess . I highly recommend!!! I have NEVER had any issues here !!!! Both my daughters and husband feel the same way !!!!!

Maria Beyer I’ve been coming to FL Nails for a few years on and off with my husband. Sophia is great and all the techs have been very friendly. The salon is always clean and the prices are fair.

Jasmine Spares The quality of customer service has changed since Manager has become owner (Sofi) I was there getting my nails done and the manager walked over to a customer and said your friend paid for your nails, and she left and only 5 dollar tip. So was so rude about it to the customer in the store. I will say this it seems to be a regular thing at FL nails that they talk about their customers. Most reviews are accurate they do share items And if you pay attention they do not come in sterile bags from an autoclave I have decided not to return here anymore after 8 years as regular monthly customer

Crystal Armstrong I had a fabulous time yesterday, I didn’t even know they were in my neighborhood and I had random time without children so I wanted to get my nails done. I came in with the expectations one does walking into a random salon only to leave a huge fan. Not only was the man who did my nails incredibly friendly, but it was obvious he cares about the work he does and he has made a new regular and fan out of me - we are about to be besties for life because nobody has ever done my nails so well and I cannot see myself going anywhere else.

joseline Poo HORRIBLE!!! Stay as far away from this place as possible if you value your time! I went in the day before Valentine’s Day for a simple acrylic set, requesting a tapered square shape. As the tech was filing my nails, they started to look more like coffin, so I asked if he could fix it. Instead, he started yelling at me, insisting that he knew his shapes and trying to continue. I explained that I didn’t want coffin and asked him to adjust it, but he flat-out refused. At this point, I asked him to just remove the nails so I could go somewhere else. He cut off the tips and left them unfinished, then REFUSED to soak them off. To make matters worse, he started berating me in front of the whole salon, accusing me of wasting his time. It was incredibly humiliating. Then, he stormed off to the back, leaving me stuck. I just wanted the nails off at that point, but he refused again, saying he was the manager and wouldnt let anyone else remove them either. I had to pay another salon to remove the nails and redo my set. What should have taken no more than two hours ended up wasting my entire day. This man was beyond rude, had ZERO customer service skills, and was completely defensive about any kind of constructive criticism. DO NOT waste your time or money here! Clearly, as a paying customer, you’re not allowed to voice your concerns without being treated horribly. The other salon I went to had much friendlier, professional staff who actually understood what tapered square meant. If you’re thinking about coming here, RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!

Meghan Barbera I’ve been searching for a go-to nail salon in the area and I think this is my spot! The salon is super clean and they used fresh equipment for my nails. Londa was so kind and did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure. She really took her time and was so meticulous while she was painting. I think it’s the best manicure I’ve ever received! I will definitely be returning!

Kimberly Moritz We go back and forth between New York and Jacksonville. The mani/pedis I’ve gotten at Cozy Nails are the very best of anywhere I’ve been. They look perfect and last longer than anywhere else. The salon is super clean and this mom and pop shop has the owners there doing a job to perfection every day. I make it a point to get my nails done here every chance I get. Don’t hesitate to make an appointment! They are the best in the nail business.

Lisa Crawford First of all, I get better pedicures for less elsewhere. The man was very controlling and I had to remind him to do the massage for the Deluxe Pedi. He barely scrubbed or removed callouses. Now to the manicure. I asked questions as I’m a random acrylic person. I rarely get them. But one thing I don’t like is super chunky nails. So as I was asking questions about filing down and such, the lady said “I know what I’m doing”. Which I found odd. I’m sure she does but she doesn’t know my preferences. And also I don’t know the process that well so I was, as the client, asking about it. Anyway, my nails turned out chunky and uneven. Some are shorter than others - one pinky nail is shorter than the other, for example. I went back because one jail was wonky and aiming sideways. I asked her to put a new one on and she didn’t. She added more sculpting material so now it looks worse. One nail is so thick at the cuticle, it’s catching in my hair and on towels. So, not only os this place expensive (and I tipped 20%) they don’t listen and their work is subpar. It’s like they no longer find joy in their work and resent their (new) clients.

Ashley Jayco Edit: Raising to 3 stars since they did contact me and I did go in for a "repair" on the nails. They rebuffed and polished my nails but the nails didnt really improve much since the issue which was the shaping and the fact that I had a gap between the acrylic and my skin that made the manicure look ready for a fill in. Also the lumps of acrylic under my nails are still there. Now the gap has polish over it so it at least blends with the rest of the nail I guess though its still a gap. All things considered they do look better but that is due to the fact that I paid an additional $15.00 at the time of the fix to upgrade to gel polish. I appreciate the attempt at a fix, I just wish time and effort had been put into that fix. Original Post: I came in a group of 3 for mani/pedis on Sunday, its Tuesday today and my nails have looked like they needed a fill in since I left. The shaping is very bad, there are gaps and missed spots on my nails, acrylic under my nails in hard lumps, and its very thick. The polish is also beginning to chip. Toes are the same. Bad experience and waste of $70.00

Leona Jacob Absolutely my worst experience at a nail salon. I asked for my nails to be cut short and square, was told to go wash my hands. Made another comment, ignored again. Plus they came out terrible. I’m not confrontational so I just paid and left but wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and will definitely not be back. My nails are already peeling in less than 24 hours.

Lauren Schmal IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD. I went in on Valentine’s Day to get a pedicure and POSSIBLY a full set. I was seated quickly (as they opened not even within an hour). As soon as I sat down the red flags started coming. First the guy showed me the pedicure services list and recommended the deluxe pedicure; I usually get the deluxe pedicure at my usual salon so I was ok with it…. He didn’t even take time on callus removal and buffing my feet to make them smooth. He then tried to do tip extensions on my toe nails. When I refused he then tried to convince me to do the acrylic overlay. When it refused and just said gel polish only he looked so upset he bs’d the rest of my pedicure because he knew he wasn’t going to get me to spend extra $$$ on things I didn’t want or need. ALSO he used tools out of a box!!!! Not even in the sanitized new tools in the medical grade packaging ALMOST ALL SALONS USE!!! When I said I possibly wanted a full set (this was before the tools issue) he tried 5 times to get me to do the ombré powder acrylic nails for a “natural” look. Once the tool shit happened I told him I had somewhere to be and I won’t be getting the full set he was defeated. He put SO MUCH oil on my legs and feet it RUINED my Birkenstock Boston clogs. I had to immediately scrub my body 3 times in the shower. I only used this salon out of convenience because my usual salon was booked up. It was a WASTE of $70. Praying I don’t get a fungal infection and explaining to my chain of command and PCM why I have this. Honestly might go to my usual salon ASAP to get this shit fixed.

Skylar Skinner I came in and asked if they were able to do designs and was told yes. I showed the design and was told they can do that exact design. The nail shape was wrong and when I asked if it could be changed I was told she could not change it. The design colors as well as the design was completely off and it was a simple design compared to the designs they have posted. The shop was about to close and it was late so I came back the next day they were open and explained to them what happened. The workers argued with me and tried to convince me they looked good and told me they could only fix the chipping although I payed $90. The customer service is unacceptable and prices is unreasonable since they cannot fulfill basic designs and overcharge. I would not recommend this place especially if you want any type of design.

I had a tight schedule, and they honored my time limit without compromising quality. The salon is comfortable and clean. I get dipping done here, and the color selection is amazing. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and service you receive. I highly recommend Bellezza Nails for anyone looking for a great nail experience!

KALI Monroe Im so impressed with this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a spotless environment. The cleanliness of the salon really stood out to me. The lady who worked on my nails was an absolute sweetheart They were friendly, efficient, and did an amazing job on my nails. I was in a rush and they accommodated me with no issue. Trish Howard !!!!!!!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!AWFUL JOB, JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!!! If I could give zero stars I would… this is the absolute WORST nail salon I’ve ever been to in Jacksonville.. First off the lady was rushing like she had a place to be… her work was SLOPPY and her work area wasn’t kept neat. She removed my acrylic nails with a metal spatula INSTEAD of taking her time to PROPERTY soak them off… when I expressed to her all my nails looked different, she then proceeded to raise her voice and hands saying “then what do you want.. tell me what you want” I told her she didn’t have to yell, How IM the one getting a service done so if I’m telling you I don’t like it why are you being disrespectful….she kept trying to yell at me saying “that’s your real nail so how can I fix your real nail” (keep in mind I have tips on my nails) so I told her I don’t want her service and she said I still had to pay…. I paid $45 and their machine was acting up and she had to restart the whole thing… also two people walked out the salon during my service….. !!!!!!!!IF IM PAYING YOU FOR A SERVICE THE LEAST YOU COULD DO IS TAKE YOUR TIME AND BE RESPECTFUL!!!!!!!

Tee Redd The worst nail experience ever. Not only was I harassed by the girl with the tattoo on her face, she called the police and made up a story of me not paying all while still being serviced by the owner who already discussed she was taking off money for the inconvenience. “Tat Girl” proceeded to tell me “if you don’t have the money then just say that.” With a lot of other provoking and belittling words. All because I told her my nails which would be pictured below was not u to par. Not too mention the First Lady who did the nail put on got up because I told her I didn’t want to pay for long nails so make them shorter. It was literally a mess. I had 3 technicians BECAUSE I spoke up, respectfully at that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They are problematic in their and would make it seem like you are.

DAELITE88 I would strongly advise against visiting this salon. The nail technician, Laura, was very unwelcoming and did a poor job on my nails. One hand was visibly shorter than the other, and when I asked her to fix it, she dismissively claimed they were the same length. I had to return three days later to have another employee, John, correct the uneven nails. Since then, the hand that originally appeared fine; nails have started to pop and slide off which split my natural nails in half. Its been less than two weeks, and if I need to get them redone, it would be a waste of over $70. I will never go back to this salon again.

Keysia Newson Omg love how my nails turned out first time at the salon and I got acrylic black tip short and she was amazing, took her time to make sure everything looked great the only thing I wanted to critique is the rewards program they took down my number but never texted for to sign up. Traci Bullard I decided to treat myself today with a manicure and set of acrylic nails.. I had an older man as my nail tech and Im just not satisfied with how they turned out. My nails cost 55$ and I tipped him 10. The lighting is very dim in their and I wasnt able to see them clearly until I left. My nails are uneven and thick. He didnt paint them all the way to the cuticle, so it looks like I already need a fill in. Ill never go back and definitely wouldnt refer anyone else at this place. After looking over the other reviews, its clear to me that they dont care about their customers being satisfied with their services. The whole point is to make them appear natural and theres nothing about them that look natural. I should have bought press on nails and saved 65$. Definitely wont be going back, nor would I refer anyone else.

Mauricia Bates I keep giving this salon grace and I can’t any longer. I walked in and asked for a soak off for my gel polish and a polish change. The man continued to use the drill after I ask for a soak off & the color I asked for was not the color I received. The guy that assisted me did not seem knowledgeable, I had to tell him to file and shape my nails. And to get the color changed would be 10 extra dollars because he already applied the incorrect color.. needless to say, they have lost a regular client that had been coming for over 10 years .. do not go there if you like quality work and want a good stress free experience !

Kristina Lynn My boyfriend and I stopped in for pedicures. The staff was very friendly. It seemed slower today and we were immediately seated, but the place offers lots of seating to accommodate high trafficked times. We were both pleased with the services we were provided as well as the cleanliness of the entire space.

Rachel Shepard Kevin did a fabulous job on my Christmas nails today! I just had to share some photos. Kevin did a beautiful job on my tortoise shell nail request! Not only does he do a beautiful job, he is very efficient with time.

Rebecca Ammon I’ve been seeing Kevin for months and he always does a great job. He is able to recreate any inspo I send him, which is hard to find in a nail tech! My nails weren’t doing great when I first saw him (the dip started to lift after only a week), and I was really frustrated. He uses a gel builder technique that always lasts a minimum of 3 weeks. It would probably last longer, but I can’t stand the super grown out look! French ombré seems to be his specialty.

Alexandra Muzzarelli I give it two stars because Anna was great, she did a great pedicure. Kevin however was fast and boy was he furious. Kind, except I wasnt crazy about being called babe. But here is his rush job on my nails. You can see the pinky that doesnt look like the rest? Thats the one that he repaired. The other nine were fills from a previous woman who took her time and did a fabulous job. Still, the tops are very uneven because he probably spent 15 minutes on this job fill all together, including polish. And he bragged about going fast. I wonder if he could see what they looked like?

Ty.toochill I had Kevin today & he rushed my entire full set. The polish is already peeling off of my nails & I left literally 4 hours ago. He’d be a lot better if he took his time but I didn’t even get all the steps of a normal gel full set. He just immediately started painting so he could be done with me. Now he did do a decent job shaping the nails, but him rushing the whole process just made me annoyed. I still have polish leaking from my nails & getting on everything because he used old polish & did not let it dry completely! I had to use my own nail glue to keep the polish from lifting which I shouldn’t have had to do IF THE WORK WAS GOOD !!! I will not be coming back here unless they can guarantee me Kevin won’t be doing my damn nails!!!! I have been here numerous of times & gotten great work done by everyone else! My family & I spend way too much money here to receive poor work like this!!! Once again, EVERYONE ELSE IS GREAT ! Btw the last 2 pics are a few DAYS from when I got them done! Crazy work !
