Tiffany Oakes I’ve had my nails done at the salon about five times now. I really liked my nails once. My complaint is not about the nail technician, because all of this falls back on the owner. I expect that if I walk into a business speaking a certain language, and they are going to give me a service that they will pair me up with someone else who also speaks my language so that I am able to communicate. The sweet nail tech did not speak any English at all. I walked away, extremely unhappy with my nails. I asked for rounded corners and nails that were not too wide. As you can see, these nails are very wide and unshaped, and the corners are very sharp, which will hurt my newborn baby. I have no doubts that if we were able to speak the same language, she would have been able to give me what I wanted. Also, it’s important to mention that I paid $70 for this service. I am very unhappy and now I have $70 less in my bank account. It is not acceptable to charge that much for a full set refill on short nails. I’m not the kind of person to complain about price ever, but this is ridiculous. I will not be returning. The only reason I did not give one star is because the girl who did my nails was kind and it was not her fault she could not give me what I asked for. If the owner is going to hire non-English speakers, he needs to make sure his customers are able to communicate with employees.

Each time I shared my design ideas with her, she recreated them accurately. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for quality work.

Maryann Michael Honestly I usually love TN Nails. But lately it’s always a hit or miss even if it’s the same person! I had Hannah before and she was great and this time she wasn’t. She cut my toe nail cuticle too much and it started bleeding. She just kept saying it’s dead skin. I asked her not to pull anymore and she obliged. At least she was kind and said sorry and didn’t pull the cuticle again so I let it go. I was also in a rush and she made me finish on time. So two stars for having me finished on time but the lack of quality for over $100 pedicure and color change for hands was def not worth it. Especially she got polish on my skin and since it’s Gel apparently the only way to take it off is to peel the skin with the cuticle remover tool (which Hannah keeps referring to as dead skin). I get it my nails are short but to have each nail look bad. I was not satisfied. Still gave her a tip tho cause she is nice just not a good nail tech. Please see picture for reference. Like I said before, it’s a hit or miss. Hannah was really good the first time I had her and she was fast too. Not sure what happened here.

Flor Marie Do not come near this place if you love your natural nails. I asked for a gel manicure. and my natural nails were pretty long and well kept for YEARS. Pretty simple, right? Not, the lady just rushed me into everything and didn’t even put the shape I wanted and guess what? Instead of gel she used REGULAR polish that chipped the next day & also since my nails were weak I lost the length that took me years to get to. And on top of that $50? I could’ve done this at home for FREE. Bad, bad, bad. Attached pictures to the post. You tell me if this is worth $60? You tell me if this is normal for a “gel manicure” that’s only 3 days old, come on! Taking my business elsewhere and you should too.

Genesis Tavarez Love going here to get my nails done! They last me almost a month. Yessika is the best, she’s sweet and very in to the details. I love Zena too, she’s fast and lovely!! But they have lots of girls their for you to get your nails done! I suggest to call and make an appointment!!

Melissa Suzanne I just moved to the area and did research before coming in. The reviews looked good and they have won an award for 5 consecutive years stating they were the best so I was impressed and expectations were high. I came at 9 am on a Friday to beat the rush. I had to wait for a nail tech since they were all just arriving - which is absolutely fine! I sat in the pedicure chair for 30 mins before the manager walked over to a few nail techs that were chit chatting nearby and told them I was waiting. The young lady, who was there just about as long as I was, came over and started the pedicure. She seemed like she didnt want to be there at all and had an unprofessional phone conversation (Im assuming with her boyfriend) the entire time I was in the chair. My toe nails were cut WAY too short and paraffin wax left all over my feet. She got up and said "okay Im done" and walked away. I had to chase after her to tip her. I had to lift the armrest and put on my shoes before locating the next person to do my nails. There was also another nail tech who was working with another client also having an incredibly loud and unprofessional phone conversation as well. Pedicures are supposed to be a relaxing experience and for $60 ($70 including tip) I expect that. The nail tech that did my nails was very nice but I didnt like the way my nails turned out and the color was much darker than my toes even though it was supposed to be that same. This was disappointing. Typically, Im a very easy client who tips well and is very "go with the flow"..I also get my nails done twice a month. They are missing out on having me as a regular. $150 not well spent. Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism and quality of work here. I will not be returning.

R Brant Update: Owner posted saying she wanted to know my story. Um, it is all here and not going to change. Took a week to heal and by then the thin coat of color is looking very worn. Original review: In awful pain since going here yesterday for a pedicure. Went with my daughter and daughter-in-law. They had a good experience with a male tech (who did my daughters) and a nice lady from Pueto Rico (did my DILs), but the lady who did mine aggressively trimmed my big toe cuticles in a way I have never seen before any time that I have had a pedicure. I have had them scrape and trim put never pull off sections of skin like this woman did. When she did The right one, it surprised me and I cringed a bit. She asked if I was okay, but then she did it more deeply to the left. There was a tiny trace of blood on the right toe, and but the left was more obvious. I told myself she knew what she was doing and the water felt so nice and soothed the pain. But I had a pedicure a few months ago and there was nothing like this! I really think she was just hurrying. By the time I left, my big toes felt hot, but they looked nice to me without my reading glasses. When I got home, I realized that the left side of my left big nail edge had a fairly obvious section of missing paint. And the tip on the right also had a tiny missing bit on the tip, and the paint seemes uneven on both big toes like they have more paint on some sections. I only saw her do one coat of the color which is weird because normally it is two or three. I figure no one but me would notice, but to pay 50 bucks plus a 20% tip for an inferior job is not cool. Still, if that was the only issue I wouldnt be writing this. At two AM this morning I was still wide awake with both toes throbbing but especially the left. Today it is swollen and looks like there is pus. And to think I paid for this abuse! I dont know the workers name but she is from Vietnam. So if you go to this place, which we will not again, and which I dont recommend, ask for the male worker or the other lady to protect yourself. Instead of having pretty toes, I have pain, antibiotic cream, and bandages. The right is feeling almost normal but the left aches constantly and every step hurts. I should have listened to the reviews and chosen another place, but I have had many pedicures and it didnt seem like something you could get hurt by. This is NOT NORMAL. Still giving two stars because my daughters pedicures were fine. But otherwise, I would give zero for the week of healing I now have to endure.

Jasmine Ruiz 5 stars go directly to Kim! She’s an eyebrow specialists and has been doing my brow thread and tints for the past year. I refuse to see anyone else as every time i get my brows done from her I leave happy! She has wonderful customer service and affordable prices. Highly recommend visiting Kim for your brow services!

ProudToBeCoda I respect all type of business and there prices. I was looking around for a good nail salon seen there pictures and I liked what I saw but didn’t get what I saw. very friendly and nice people but the service for my nails was very low quality, judge for yourself, I got them done today 12/29 and paid $55 plus tip. I don’t post this review in a negative way nether to bash the business but this was kind of upsetting for me. This is not a fake post, I’m the lady that left her credit card today.

Always Anonymous I’m going to give a good score in STARZ because everyone deserves to credit their business. The experience I just had was very offputting though. The girl basically argued with me about my nails and had an attitude so I left.

Anginette Tolentino Speechless! I was recommended to come here but it was unfortunate due to the fact that I wasn’t demonstrated, any professionalism or care. I wasn’t happy with the service I received. I verbally stated it too. I wasn’t happy because, I specifically told the nail tech to stop cutting my nails since after all the entire perhaps of me having placed acrylic was for for extra length, and still she continues to file them, they’re so short that it looks bulky and stub like. They’re uneven, every nail of mine are uneven in length and are too thick. She was careless because she was so quick in doing my nails, she was definitely rushing to finish. They hurt, and I’m concerned if it’s my nail or cuticle, or maybe both. She didn’t have me wash my hands, so when she placed the lotion on my hands at the end of everything, it felt grainy, again careless. My hands were dirty with the powder and glue from the filing, but she was rushing so she missed a lot of steps. I figured I might as well write this review since the care and job I received was unprofessional and they were more concerned with taking my sisters money than my satisfaction as a customer. I also mentioned to the nail tech to at least place a design over the nail to fix the look-since they look disgusting but she said it would be extra for design. I was speechless. I JUST PAID HER FOR DESIGN to be placed, on my nails. Why would I pay extra, For the same design? Anywho, here- I guess you pay $5 extra for only two nails to have a design. I felt uncared for here, they do what they want to your nail. I suggest you go to another place. The parking here is also very disorganized, high flow of traffic. I only gave this place one star because they had service brought to them, my sister and I received more than one service and they didn’t acknowledge that we weren’t happy. They rather rush into having more of a quantity of people then the quality of care they were giving their clients.

Mrs.Mary McGee They do very good nails. They are affordable, clean, and very friendly. This is one of Central FL best. I travel from Davenport to get my nails done. Hardly ever a long wait

Sj Sj I did manicure pedicure gel paint after 1day this is look like. As you see paint doesnt cover my all nail it look really bad. When I try to told them they dont understand English. Very very poor quality. Definitely never ever going back & I dont recommend this type of place. I love my nails I have tried so many different places. Never got disappointed but this place is on next level. If you love to do your nails please never go to this place. Instead of this try another place. Dont west your money in here.

Dixie Dominguez Got the cheapest pedicure ($35) done by Kathy The whole first half of the pedicure she was trying to convince me to get a more expensive one. I explained to her I didn’t have time for the longer ones and she gave me an attitude. She burned a few toes with her e-file even after I told her she’s touching my skin with it. I asked her for square toes, and she ended up rounding them out. I had to ask her to lend me the nail file to make them square myself, which ended up making them a lot shorter than I originally wanted. They also don’t have nail dryers, so I had to leave with wet toe nails. Overall, not worth $35 and I won’t be returning.

Kathy Langenfeld I had been here once before for a pedicure, and it was fine. Pricy, but fine. I went in last Saturday for a pedicure and dip manicure and it was horrible to say the least. My pedicure seemed fine at first but they didnt address any of the roughness on my heels. Also, she really dug in on the cuticles on my toes to the point it was painful (more on this shortly). For the price, it was a disappointing experience. The dip manicure was unlike any dip I have ever had done (and I get one twice a month). She didnt trim or shape my nails and instead of using the UV to cure the dip, she had me stick my fingers in front of a mini-fan. She only UV- cured the top coat. Of course now, a week later, they are cracking. The real doozie is the side effect from the pedicure. I started to have significant pain on one of my toes the next day and low and behold, I had an infection. My toe turned all different shades of blue and green with other yuckiness, and led me to a trip to urgent care.

Victoria Rosario Was given a gift card here, since I just moved to the area and wanted to treat myself since I’m 39 weeks pregnant. I went in two days ago (Dec 30th) and got a pedicure and manicure done. The whole thing was very rushed. The pedicure was okay, the used fresh lime on my toes which was slightly off putting, and they didn’t do the normal callus removal. I was pressured and guilt tripped about not wanting to get gel (which I was quoted an extra 20$ for just in my fingers) I got regular polish like I always do and for my finger nails to be chipping on the start of day 2 since getting them is wild, and overall just not good practice. I had to ask my technician to trim certain nails because she was rushing, as well as she left clear coat and blue polish on my fingers ( which I cleaned up at home) overall the experience was 85$ plus tip. I don’t feel like I was done justice unfortunately and wish I would have had a better experience, again especially since I am heavily pregnant. You can do better, don’t waste your time or money here.

Ale Forcade Pineapple is the best. My nails always look perfect and last so long. I always come with my baby boy. He is 15 months. Pineapple is sooooooo patient with him even when he gets cranky. He’s the best! I recommend him to everyone. These are my latest nails. I’ve had them for 2 weeks.

Belinda Santos Horrible service. Always super busy so they put you in the pedicure chair with your feet in the water and you sit there forever while someone rushes through their customer to get to you. Rushed thru my nails and they all looked horrible. One was crooked, 1 lopsided and the other one too thick. Complained about it but was told they are too busy and close soon so I need to come back another day to fix it. Never again.

Zakiyyah Mohammed Kevin was nice and that’s the only good thing I have to say. I made an appointment for a mani pedi. He did not remove any cuticle just cut my nails and trimmed the hangnails around. My hands are so gross looking still and you can’t tell til they’re dried and you go home. They soak your nails and lotion your hands so you can’t see all the cuticles they don’t cut out. The experience was rushed my mom came in for a pedi and we were treated noticeably different from everyone else. People got scrubbed, massaged and nice little hot towels. My mom just got a basic pedi and her tech clearly looked like she just wanted to be done for the day. Would not be coming back.

Elena Raudales I came to this nail salon. The prices aren’t updated. They also charged $42 for a basic manicure. They did a terrible paint job and messed my nails up and didn’t even shape my nails correctly. The lady said she took off my acrylic when she didn’t so she left my nail bulky.

Leah Aybar Went for a relaxing pedicure & left BUTCHERED! The techs name is Nani I think, she cut every single one of my toes. Literally from my pinky toe-big toe! On my big toe, she cut so deep it looks like a small chunk of my skin is gone & I’ve gotten an infection now. I wasn’t going to leave a review, I was just going to let it be but this is absolutely ridiculous! DO NOT COME HERE!

Jazmir Reyes Fi always does an awesome job on my nails !! I only go here. Tammy does my eyelashes and eyebrows shes the best a real pro. Who does my pedicures vary but they are always precise with my French toe nails and whatever color I pick, they do so well! Theyre always my go to. They stay busy but theyre fast. They dont make you wait too long most days.

María Alejandra my last pedicure here resulted in a very horrible infection. this is the second time i have a serious issue here from a pedicure. this will unfortunately be my last time ever going there.

Daysi Guerrero This day I only came in for my toes, but the next day I was going away for Thanksgiving and wanted my nails done. I but I already knew about this place and how they do nails. But anywho, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. And boy, was I wrong again. Just take a look at the pictures. I’m so disgusted of how they look. I paid a total of $115$45 for my toe nails and $70 for my nails…. price is $50 and they charged me $15 extra for the French…freaking French that is suppose to be gel and is already is chipping off. I had a guy do them. I didn’t want him to do but the owner said oh he’s good for the shaping he knows well. As you can see clearly my nails are badly shaped, the cuticles are horrible. Obviously he does not know anything about nails. But that’s what they do, they throw you to anyone. They just wanna make that quick dollar. Well I’m not going there anymore. I love my toes and how they do it but I’ll shop around for a better location. What they use on your nails is horrible. My nails should not look like this a week after getting them done. And if you read all the other comments you can see that they have more bad reviews then good.

This place is no good to get your nails done at ...It might look nice inside but the people who work there doesnt Communicate with u our do a good job. I had gotta my nails done with them on July 16th for my birthday the lady who was doing my nails never spooked to me she seem like she had a Lil attitude when I asked her to shape up my nails she Messed up my toes and the nail polish didnt last that long I had it only on for just a day and it just came off payed 55 dollars for my nails to be done and it didnt even last a day smfh I will never go back there ever again Worst experience I very had at a nail shop and she even made my big toe bleed

e.gabee. Nail salon is nicely designed . I signed in and it was fairly quick to get serviced. In a prime location next to shops and restaurants. Which explains pricing. 25$ just for a gel nail color change. While Nearby salons are competitively priced at $20... $25 for a reg pedicure. hmm.. I tried braking the ice with small casual conversation with my pedicurist and tried to be nice. my first complement wasn’t necessarily reciprocated well. Water is complimentary. Receptionist was nice. It’s clean and they really take their time when doing your nails. Probably will try other salons still. It’s hard to really find a homey one. Also it was just way too warm in there and no air circulation. Too stuffy for my liking in that sense

Christina Hall I love this place!! You bring a picture and they tweak it a bit and nail it everytime. CHRIS IS THE GUY!!!! The blue is my daughter. She CONSTANTLY bites her nails but Lee nails still did AMAZING WITH HER!! 10/10.

Sheryl Rodriguez I’m very disappointed. The prices are outrageous and the product is underwhelming and inconsistent. I paid $80 for a nail fill. The nails are tiny !! 2 coats of gel $18 and the chrome $30 is insane. I’ve gotten much longer nails with design for this price. My toes were painted so terribly, I could’ve saved the $70 and done this my self for a much better outcome. Leaving the nail salon should feel rejuvenating not like highway robbery. I’ll say the staff is kind and for that I gave 2 stars. But kindness and skill are 2 different things. I added pictures because You all deserve to see what you get before spending your rent on this.
