Kelly Farris They are under new ownership and management and WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! Ana has done my mani-pedi twice and she has been amazing. She does freehand designs (I got one for Halloween) and she did a spectacular job. Her pedicures are so relaxing, I actually fall asleep. When I leave, my toes and fingers are so beautiful. If you want your nails looking positively gorgeous, go to Melbourne Nails & Spa. They are awesome (especially Ana!)!

Robert & Jessica Miller Lisa is amazing! She is super sweet and cares! Easy to talk to and I love that we have kids in the same school! Her work is great! I’ve been coming here for months since I’ve moved into the area. I’ve gotten acrylic nails and pedicures as well as Brazilian waxing done. She never disappoints. She pays attention to detail and I’ve had no complaints. My go to place for sure! Online booking is super easy.

Melody Before coming here I’d walked into Winn Nail Salon in the plaza behind this salon and was rudely turned away - even though the sign said they had almost 2 hours left before closing because “if we don’t get many people we go home. Sorry, but we’d rather go home than help you.” I wish I was joking but that’s an exact quote, I used to go there all the time before I moved to Rockledge but now I will never be returning. I have never been to a salon that could do any nail designs or copy a photo off Pinterest with intricate details - until now! This salon is THE BEST, the employees work together (example: while having my gel pedicure done, another employee did my nail art designs) and they understood EXACTLY what I wanted, even when I told them to do their own thing on some of my nails because I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted art wise. My gel polished toes are PERFECT and I AM IN LOVE with these nails!!! I did dip powder with acrylic tips. Then I also decided to get the scalp/neck massage which was AMAZING! I’d recently had two seizures and my neck/head hurt constantly. For three days after this massage I had zero pain! Lastly, I had my eyebrows tinted and it’s the longest I’ve ever had them last, they’re still 80% there days later, unlike other places I’ve been to where they barely last a day. Will absolutely be back to get some Valentine’s Day themed nails before my husband and I leave for a work event/hotel getaway, and I’ll be going here from now on instead of Diva Nail Spa here in Rockledge. Marcella I have not been here for a while and I went back. They told me they are new owners. Patrick was the one that did my nails. Let me tell you he did them the best that they ever have been done! Literally they are perfect and lasted. I will continue to go back to him and I will be recommending him to everyone.

Amanda Byrd Came in and was told it was going to be a little wait, it wasnt long at all. Danny did my toes and he was so kind and friendly. Then the cherry on top is when the owner Vicky does my pink and white set in 17 minutes. Never want to go anywhere else!!

Emily Engelman I always get Eric every time I come in, and he always pays so much attention to detail, and is so reassuring and so kind. I wanted to do French tip but decided to change last minute for the new year and asked for rhinestones. He spent so much time putting each rhinestone on strategically and made sure I loved every single nail he did one by one. I always recommend queen nails and especially recommend Eric!!

G Melissa (Watergirl237) I drove my friend all the way up from Malabar to get her nails done, for a wedding . She had a gift Certificate and she came up to get a pedicure and her eyebrows done. I waited In the parking lot But she came out so upset.She was almost in tears. She Did not ask for a French manicure. She wanted just pale pinkish what she looked like. They didnt file them down neatly. The lines are all anyway. I would never come here because of what they did. And they wouldnt give her a refund and she doesnt have enough time to go and get her nails fixed. She doesnt want to go to the wedding now. Because she is embarrassed about the way she looks. This was supposed to make her feel better. I told her to go back. In and demand a refund and they gave her a partial refund and apologize for how bad they look. But she had explained to them how important this was to her and they failed her. Im not gonna say no go here. Because I dont know how the place really is. I havent been in there personally, but I saw how upset my friend was and how they did not handle it well. In the beginning, at least they gave her the partial refund.But I would never come here.

First Last The atmosphere is my favorite of any nail salon I’ve been to, it’s beautiful! By far my favorite place to get a pedicure because of the beautiful flower trays they bring out! Service here is always amazing. The nail techs are all very talented and do an incredible job. For my acrylics I go to Vicky, the owner, she is by far my favorite tech to ever work on my nails and I don’t plan on going to anyone else anytime soon! She is very fast, has never burned me, and always does an incredible job. I couldn’t find all of my photos of nails she’s done for me but here’s a few.

Toiya butts Amazing Experience at Queen nail The salon is clean, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. My nail technician, Rose was meticulous, and my nails turned out flawless. They have a great selection of colors and designs, and the customer service is top-notch. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive to detail. Plus, the prices are reasonable for such high-quality service. Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be back!

Moy-Lyn Chen The nail tech did a very good base before the nails and it was basically perfect. My right hand came out great but I don’t know why the French is so messed up on the left. He already cured it with the French being messed up on my L middle and index and I didn’t want him to start all over so I decided to just accept it as what it is. They prep well I just wouldn’t recommend getting any designs because of the inconsistency.

Tammy Lynn Had my nails done by Tyson. He’s amazing! I had a manicure with gel polish. They look beautiful. I highly recommend this young gentleman. He’s very knowledgeable and will help you decide on a best fit for you and your nails.!

Baginski Dee 1Well I gave them 1 more chance. Had an appt this past week, 1:00. Get there she tells me someone else needs to do my nails. She was rude as can be. 1 guy starts , another guy finishes. She was talking to some other 1customer and I never seen her again. Was there at 12:45 didnt get out till 4:20. Yes I had a pedi as well. My pedi was amazing by Lee. My nails well look at the pics. My original post was from weeks ago. This post is from Feb 2024. So not happy. My cuticles hurt under the light and still hurt and red and swallon. He cut my finger, my V on the tips is all jagged up and not straight. And look around the cuticles. You can see all the rubbish. Gave a 2 star because my nails suck, but my pedi was amazing.nails a zero.

I G (Girlinterrupted876) I went in for a manicure. I wanted my nails to be cleaned and my cuticles to be cleaned but just like as is expected with everything from China what you buy vs what you get. He said my nails don’t need to be cleaned because the dremel will clean it. Under the bed of my nails are still dirty and this was $50!! Never again. I’m not a one size fits all person. This is why I do not like supporting certain businesses and I prefer to stay home and clean my own nails. Never again. Not here and not any Asian nail salon ever again. I am sooo mad!! I just want this mess off my hands!!! This is one nasty unnatural looking mess.

She suggested getting my eyebrows tinted, and Im so glad I agreed because it made such a difference! Ive been feeling better about myself lately after losing some weight, and this was just the cherry on top. Mary did such a fantastic job that I cant wait to share some pictures with you all. Im definitely going back to see her for some other beauty treatments.

Dominique Haywood WOW WOW WOW!! If you come here start with a wonderful pedicure from DAVIS!! OMGGG!! When I say above and beyond!! I definitely will never ever have anyone else do my feet. THE MASSAGE WAS A++++!! My besties GO-TO acrylic pedicure and nails HAS to be done by VANESSA!!! I love my nails done by ANDY!! It happened so fast! ALL I CAN SAY IS AMAZING!! ANDY was so delicate!! Gadi Colon Whatever you do don’t come here ! Ended up at urgent care from a chemical burn from god knows what they put on my feet. Told the woman it was burning, she didn’t understand me. Continued to fill the bowl up with ice cold water. Was asked a million times if I wanted to get my 3 year old daughter’s nails done, which I kept saying no. Charged me 90 dollars for 2 basic pedicures. They used to be great, now they’re trash. Wish I would’ve gone else where. Now my foot is on fire and have excruciating pain from their negligence.

Kaylah Robinson I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure(non gel) and they charged 73$. New owner did my nails and they started to lift 2-3 days later. THIS WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. She only used one coat on my nails. Does this look like it’s worth $73? ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Tammy Marrison I went to get my nails done for an event I had coming up. I was quite surprised to see this business so packed. I didnt leave only because my hours were numbered. Lol. Well, after waiting for over an hour & a half, I was told to sit in one of the manicure seats. I thought theyd get my spa pedicure done first, but no. So, I was waiting in that seat for about another half an hour. Tired & frustrated with the situation, an argument ensued between two patrons right in front of me. I was hoping for a relaxing day. Now, I was called to sit in a different chair to finally get my nails fixed. This was the first time I tried fake ones. I will say it hurt and the man did it so quickly that it wasnt even. My opinion wasnt listened to, they basically did what they wanted. For instance, the length and style. I ended up with crooked nails, with sores on the top and sides of my fingers. All the services I had requested cost $120, without tip. I dont recommend this place to anyone!

eve racine I am very happy with the service provided! I walk in without an appointment. The boss welcomed me in the nicest way making me feel very comfortable and feel like home. He is very funny and treats his employees like family. I did a pedicure with regular nail polish with Ruby. She is efficient and her work is well done. Unfortunately I made the mistake of asking for 3 layers of nail polish so after a day one nail was damaged due to the thickness of the polish. I went back the next day showing them the nail. The owner did not hesitate and asked Ruby to correct the nail. Customer service and satisfaction at it best. I highly recommend this place! Also recommended doing gel nail polish instead of regular polish if you want it to last longer!

Kennisha Gonzales MAJOR HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS!!!Do not go!!!! They cut every single one of my fingers very very deeply. Not only is this a health code violation ( seeing as these people do not know what disease I could be carrying but I also do not know what diseases their customers could be carrying ) nails were also not done good $40 for a gel color change. And The owner worst part of my entire experience. I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY. I didn’t go treat my self to end up in soo much pain. They will be lucky if I do not call the health inspector.

Aly I absolutely love Kristin’s work! I refuse to go to any other salon or to any other technician! She always is super professional, funny and kind and really takes pride in her work and making sure her clients love their nails and are exactly how they want. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Alyssa Pamenter Very rude technician! Im never going there again. I dont get my nails done often and went in asking for a fill of a French tip acrylic. When I sat down the older nail tech told me that I didnt have French tip, she said I have pink and white. I said, ok and asked if she was able to fill it and make it look the same. She rudely says, "You dont know what you have" and then gets aggressive with my nails and hands and starts talking loudly to others (Im assuming its about me). Felt very uncomfortable and ticked off that people are so rude for no reason! Disgusting customer service. Should have trusted the reviews on this one! Will not be going back.

Sarah Apodaca I came in for an ACRYLIC SOAK OFF. First thing first, I am from out of town, I am also a LICENSED NAIL TECH. I know how thick and healthy my nails are when taken off. Mind you that I speak their language as well. It took the older lady 45 minutes to 1 hour to do a soak off. It usually suppose to take only 15-20 minutes. (Do NOT give me an excuse saying that my acrylics are too thick. My acrylics are done back at home by a CORRECT LICENSED NAIL TECH who is very hard to book with. They are done correctly and perfect.) My real nails are now butchered and it’s red. I was politely telling the older lady to be softer on the nails and she did, but she continued to butchered it. Messy work taking it off and the younger lady in the back was extremely super rude. Telling me that “you should go back to your own nail tech then, that worked on you.” Like is this how they treat their customers? Who does that. Apparently this salon is a chop shop. They take your money, if you complain, they will blame you or make excuses. Then she proceeds to tell me the process of what’s to come and tried to lecture me. I left the store upset, angry, the younger lady was talking to me like I don’t know what i’m talking about. Now I have deep rings of fire by my cuticle and butchered red nail beds. See for yourself. I rather take my time and money somewhere else. I went to cosmetology school and this is very VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It hurts to even touch my real nail beds now. I will not suggest anyone to come to this location and tried to get their nails removed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If you want your nails to be thin as paper, go for it. Very unfriendly and unprofessional.I will also post this online for everyone to see to show everyone the awareness to what they will get when they visit this salon. EDIT: after 8 hours, my real nails are starting to rip off like paper now. I can’t even scratch my own head without having my nails break and rip off like paper. I will be filing a complaint and call inspection services. With the damages they have caused me, this will take 5 months for my nails to heal. I am hoping not to get an infection from this salon. I really really hope their tools are sanitize but I don’t think they are.

Erinn Zenker Had a wonderful experience. They took walk-ins which is so convenient while on vacation. All the employees were friendly and welcoming. My powder dip and pedi came out perfect! Very reasonably priced!

Catherine Nunez My daughter got a full set for homecoming. She got her nails applied and shaped by a gentleman there( didn’t catch his name) he did a great job. Angel did the design. She did fabulous and did exactly what my daughter showed her. In the meantime I got a gel pedicure and that was also a good experience. Happy with the results of both.

The Toothfairy Ive been coming here for months. I always see Angel. Shes the one that sits up front. She does beautiful designs. I always get the dip. Angel is so talented. I always make appointments with her. Highly recommend

Melanie S You set a certain time with a client, and then he arrives and discovers that there are 10 more clients at the same time, I was expecting a better level of pedicure and manicure. The gel polish they made for me is peeling from all directions, really cheap and low quality products, do not recommend the place at all! The most important!!! Gloves are not exchanged between customers, including hand disinfection! Something disgusting on the levels! The nail file they made my nails in looks a few months old and there is a rise in red nail polish! See you were warned the place is not clean !!

Holly Plumadore Mickey did a great job on my nails. She was so attentive to shaping and painting my nails and ensured that my thin nails were properly cared for! I was a walk-in appt which also gets high marks from me! Ill be back for sure!!!!

Nicole Brown Very disappointed in the quality. The gentleman seems more concerned with people walking in through the doors than paying attention when using the electric nail file. I counted at least 12 nicks on my fingers from when he wasn’t paying attention. He blamed me for having thin skin. The left side of my nails are the square I wanted but the right side are more rounded. He stated that’s the way there are supposed to be and it will look better when the top coat is on. The parts on my cuticles were lifting by the second day and catching on my hair. They will not do a refund, only fix which I do not have time to do, nor do I want to receive further nicks to my fingers as I’m getting married this weekend - which I informed them these were the nails for my upcoming wedding.

Tauji Nice people and it’s clean. My pedicure was okay but my nails are actually terrible. The worst I’ve ever had. They are think and the ombré is ugly. They are uneven, just very very bad. I would stick to pedicures if you go here. I have an event coming up and I don’t have time to get them redone before then so I’m really sad about this.

Ivana Happy Nails is amazing. I’ve been coming here for years. I always get my nails done by Sue. Sue is very accurate with her work and doesn’t miss anything. No matter how complex the design is she executes it amazingly every time. Her application is so well I’ve gone 2 months with the same set (no fills) and non of them came off! 10/10 recommend!!

The person who did my nails was very gentle and polite. my nails and my mom and sister toes turned out great! Definitely going to be my new nail place.

Lady Venom I called before I went in, they were pretty busy but got me in quickly. Vivian sculpted my nails, and they came out beautifully! I had my acrylics removed, my natural nails preserved and dip put on instead. Viv told me they are refurbing the shop soon, it definitely needs some TLC but I’m sure it’ll be spectacular and clean when it’s finished! Thank for you the fantastic service.

abigail ozbun have been driving 30 minutes to come here for the past few years because they’re so consistently great at my nails! ken is phenomenal and always takes his time with me and the nails are always so cute! would definitely recommend making an appointment if possible, since they’re in high demand! worth the wait!

Anani Jean-Francois DO NOT GO THERE! Do not recommend! I just went there for eyebrow service and I will never go that place again. First, when I entered the door someone just looked at me, while sitting and ask what am I here for. I told her Im here for eyebrow. While her eyes were away, she told me to go sit down. I stayed there for an hour and no one came to talk to me or to tell me about the wait time. After an hour and a half, I decided to leave and no one bothered to talk to me. This place is awful!. If you dont want to ruin your day, DONT GO THERE!.
