I keep my nails short because I provide care for my medically fragile disabled granddaughter. What an amazing experience and a treat for me. I never imagined it would be this wonderful. Miss Katie is very professional, personable, kind, and thorough with her work. She cares about Clients and it really shows. She explained everything in detail and asked me if everything was ok. This Nail Salon is very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Thank you Miss Katie for making me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I appreciate you very much. Arleth Arias Amazing experience, extremely hygienic and pleasing location to the eye. The nail tech who had done my nails did amazing. Constantly asked questions to ask if I was satisfied with what she was doing. Overall, would definitely be back!

Tee Bailey Not only were they welcoming when you came in. Not only did they offer you beverages when you came in. Not only were they professional. Not only were they very, very nice, but the work that they did and have done was immaculate. I have been to many different nail salons in Orlando, and never have I been more satisfied than I am with this salon. Jesse was amazing. She is the owner, and she is a gem. She talks to you as if youve known each other for years, and its like night and day from other nail salons that dont interact with you much. The other employees there were just as amazing. 2 people came in right when they were closing, and they still welcomed them in and helped them, and I was very, very impressed. I have found my forever salon and Im so happy.

Sandralynn Super nice staff and salon but I paid $60 for just a gel french manicure on my REAL nails (no shaping, tips, sns, acrylic) just for 3 nails to chip 2 days later. If the work lasted I probably wouldn’t mind paying the price but that was not the case. I liked the environment but will not be returning or recommending.

Jacqueline Carpintero I naively went here due to the reviews but I will not be returning. Mia did my nails which at first I thought she was cool to talk to. However, she talked me into paying more and getting a gel top coat over my dip because she said the nails would last longer. I got my nails done on Sunday… today is Wednesday the 3rd day and I have bubbles in my nails with major chipping from just trying to peel a price tag off an item. The photos don’t even do it justice. I informed her I usually get bubble bath dip, she tried to tell me OPI didnt make that color in dip (even though I have had it multiple times at other salons in the area) she showed me something “similar” that she had instead. Mia was nice but she asked if I wanted something to drink, I said water pls and she came back with nothing and started on my nails. Also, she kept doing this annoying tapping before opening each jar. It was like nails on a chalkboard for me. Probably the worst manicure I’ve ever received. I came to get my nails done to feel good not just have a conversation with someone. I rather go to my usual nail salon downtown for quality and even a few dollars less. Not worth it. EDIT: day 4 and all of my nails looks like it’s 2 weeks old just doing my normal everyday tasks. Dip has never ruined this soon. All of my dip nails have lifted and things are getting stuck underneath. Very frustrating.

Meredith Gibbs Wow. This salon is so much better than any other. They are nail artists. They take doing your nails seriously, it’s not a 15 minute rush job where you go home and see how crooked your nails are. They desire for your nails to meet your expectations. We had a race weekend coming and I asked my artist to paint an oar blade for men’s WP Crew on one of my nails and wow. She made it look exactly like the photo I gave her. My daughters nails also look amazing. They chat with you and are lots of fun. The place is clean and lovely. If you are looking for a place where you will leave happy with the results, go here!

Tye Harden I absolutely love love this location !!! But Lilly is my favorite listen if you looking for a cozy , clean, friendly place to get pampered you must try Debonair Nails & Spa . You’re going to fall in love. The owner is so welcoming. It’s just a vibe and I’m super picky 10/10

Ligia Guerra I do not recommend this site! The owners of this place are very friendly and polite! But they dont have good employees, he has a girl who speaks English and Spanish and she is the ONLY one who is really good! I was unlucky and I couldnt take my date with her, pay $ 25 for a job like this, she doesnt deserve it! It took me 1 hour to do a simple pedicure, the employee who did my feet, she herself damaged my shoe with the fresh paint that I have on my nail! I asked her to fix my nail, and instead of removing the paint and making it new, she puts more paint! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS!!

khia Paradise I came and got my nails done here and got a pedicure I’m highly disappointed with the quality of my nails and toes , first off the lady that did my toes rushed .. didn’t even bother to do much and missed a whole toe. The atmosphere was nice and the music was a vibe .. also had great prices. That’s a pro but there was many cons I’m very upset.

Asia Reyes I recently went there on Sunday, it was my first time and it was amazing! I don’t get to go to the nail salon often due to financial reasons but when i have alittle extra i like to splurge. My nail tech was ICY & she was amazing !! so gentle, and actually took her time to get my nails perfected! what i asked for vs what i got was 119292/10! Here is some pictures with and without flash! Heather Quinones Absolutely amazing job totally better than I was honestly expecting and the service was so nice put an 11 month old baby who started to become a little bit fussy towards the end and my nail tech was absolutely amazing so calm like was so easy to work with me because I had to keep using one of my hands for him. You know when we kept having to go back-and-forth and I love it here as long as the nails last we will see Ill let you guys know in a week how everything goes but as of right now, I love the nail service.

janita santiago I went to this salon and I should have known better than to come back a second time because of my first experience that was similar to this. The owner started on my nails than had one of the male employees finish because she had an “appointment” which she did not because my entire time there she was sitting down on her phone what I asked for didn’t even compare to what I got the two pictures were before I fixed the shape and adding the gems myself when I went home they charged me $60 and I was really unhappy with my nails and decided to fix them myself

stacey rodriguez Worst experience ever the first photo is what I asked for and they completely did what they wanted and did such a sloppy horrible job I will never spend my money here again $112 for this?!! Complete lack of empathy and the lady was highly inexperienced my nails are bumpy and so cloudy. Update*** (pictures included) This was my second time trying this place out after having a horrible experience the previous visit. The pedicure went ok although the lady kept pushing for me to get a deluxe pedicure instead of the standard one then the first lady wasnt comfortable doing my full set so I was sent to someone else who burned my nail beds with the drill and then proceeded to do a horrible job at applying the acrylic. It was chunky and began burning my nails which has never happened before and Ive been getting my nails done for years now. I had her remove the acrylic in which her whole demeanor Changed she went from kind to just having an attitude. I left the establishment with my nails looking absolutely horrendous and there is still acrylic on my nails as she couldnt even be bothered to take it all off. I will not be returning to this establishment ever again and will be posting this review on yelp as well. Insane prices for cheap work and poor attitudes. Management didnt even attempt to make it right even came up to the station and spoke about me with the lady laughing and walked away.

Kenzie Leeseberg My pedicure was amazing, but when it came time to my manicure, I told them that I had a deadline to leave in an hour and 15 minutes. It turned out to be about a two hour appointment and I was late to work. The manicure was nice, but rushed, and I was quoted an incorrect price when I first walked in.

Benoit Teves What a great experience! I walked in without an appointment and was seen with a very short wait. I didn’t get the name of my nail tech, but she did an awesome job with my first French manicure. My nails are a bit strangely shaped, so they can be tricky to work with, but they did a fantastic job. The shop is pretty, clean, and quick! I’m so glad to have found this place - I’ll definitely be back.

Janki Patel I’ve been to this salon several times and usually have a great experience, but I was extremely disappointed with my wedding nails. I told the tech these were for my wedding, yet the service took 3 hours for a Gel X French with chrome, and the results were underwhelming. The nails were thick, clunky, and poorly shaped, and the French started chipping before my wedding even happened. On top of that, I didn’t even have time to ask her to fix them because I couldn’t sit through another 3-hour appointment. For $100, I expected much better quality—I honestly would have been better off with press-ons. Very disappointing

Pea I am absolutely in love with my nails! I found Jenn on Instagram and booked with her while I was in Orlando for an extended stay. I desperately needed my nails done and, being a bit indecisive (lol), I wasn’t sure what style to go with. Jenn was incredibly patient, answering all my questions via DM and helping me decide. I booked an appointment for a nail removal and a new set, and Jenn was on time and super accommodating the day of my appointment. She has such a warm personality and is genuinely sweet. Normally, I go for acrylics, but Jenn introduced me to Gel-X, and I’m obsessed! If you’re ever in Orlando, I highly recommend visiting The Polish Room and asking for Jenn. While they do accept walk-ins, I’d suggest scheduling an appointment to make sure your preferred tech is available, as they work by schedule. I also wanted a pedicure (without an appointment), and though Jenn doesn’t do pedicures, she went above and beyond to help me schedule with another tech for the next day. Claudette did an amazing job, fixed my chipped toe, and was just as lovely. If I’m ever back in town, I’ll definitely return!

Bailey Sprague This seems to be a good salon and other nail techs seemed to be good at job their job but I unfortunately had a very poor experience with Ashley. She had an attitude, didn’t seem know what she was doing. I asked for cat eye and someone had to come show her how to do it. She starts doing it on her own and isn’t following the instructions given to her. She also up charged and over charged me. She had also done a poor job filing my nails and they were very unsymmetrical. I asked her to even it out and she tried to blame it on the shape of my nails. I had shown my sister what I was asking for and she confirmed how crooked the shape of my nails were. It was like she couldn’t admit she did a poor job and acted like it was my problem. Horrible attitude and extremely rude. Bad attitude. Poor service. Robbing you. Get this lady out of there and the salon will be much better for it.

Norys Torres I will start by saying that I have come to this salon on and off for years, and most of their techs are very talented. But today I had such a bad experience, that I will not go back. I made an appointment online, but apparently it was cancelled. This morning I went on the app I made the appointment through, and it still showed I had an appointment today. I showed up, the owner told me to sit on my techs chair and that she will let her know. I sat there for 40 minutes waiting for my tech, only for her to show up and say that my appointment was cancelled shortly after I made it. She said I was called and texted but I never answered. If they did do that, they had the wrong number, because I did not receive any phone calls or texts regarding my appointment. I’ve been going there for years and have not changed my number. But what really ticked me off, is that I was told to sit and wait but my tech was obviously not informed or no one cared to tell me that my appointment was cancelled when I sat there for 40 minutes. My time is valuable, I’m a super busy person, there’s nothing that irritates me more than my time being wasted. The tech said she apologized but that it’s not her fault. So I will say, that although they have talented people working there, their poorly run business and lack of empathy or resolution to my time being wasted, I just will not give them my business again.

Hayley Bricker I’ve been seeing Erin for over three years now, and I can honestly say I’ll never go to another nail tech! She’s an absolute artist—her attention to detail and creativity are next level. No matter what design or idea I bring in, she always makes it even better than I imagined. On top of that, she’s super fun to chat with, which makes every appointment a great experience. If you want flawless nails and someone who truly cares about their work, Erin is the best!

How is it that this is all I got done.. but the 2 other girls that walked in after me got nails and toes done and left before me? I was in there almost 3 hours just for this and I got charged $80 for it! PLUS this isn’t even what I wanted! This place just wants your money and will literally look you dead in the face like they are not in the wrong. I will NOT be back. 2 1/2 hrs just for this??!! Crazyyyyy 0 STARS

Rebecca Cartagena Im giving 1 star because it was a terrible pedicure. It was my first time there and when getting my pedicure the water was cold. I told the woman and she added some warm water but it was still cold and I told her again but it didnt get much warmer. The woman told me I should get the pedicure with the callus remover so I did. The woman scrubbed so hard she took off skin! I told her it hurt and not to use that on my other foot. I continued to complain about the pain and Im unsure if she understood me or what. I got my nails done with another tech and she was good. If it werent for the pedicure Id consider going back for my hands. When I went to pay the woman that did my feet was sure to tell the woman cashing me out that I got the upgraded pedicure with the callus remover...even though she cut me and didnt even do the other foot. I tipped because she did do a service but never going back.

Battle Lola (Lovingmylife) I was shopping in the area and stopped by for a quick polish change on my toes. Fortunately, that was the only service I needed. For starters the place is not clean. Likewise, they don’t seem to sanitize tools between clients. All the nail salons I frequent use disposable files etc, but not this one. My technician was nice enough, but I would not be returning.

The Sarah Siak I have been a client of NailSpa for over 10 years. Wonderful service and very skilled nail techs! They also use LED lamps and offer acrylic nails. Very easy to schedule online appts and usually have last minute manicures/pedicure. 5/5 every time and if you aren’t satisfied (which is very unlikely) they will happily fix.

Rachael Makepeace I’ve been here a few times and it is usually a decent place to go. This last time is whole different story. I came in on 4/1 to get a manicure/pedicure and my boyfriend got a pedicure. My lady started my pedicure after my boyfriends and somehow she finished well ahead of them. Mind you we both picked the $45 pedicure, that apparently DOES NOT come with a massage?! I have never been to a nail salon to get a pedicure (especially paying that amount) where you don’t get a massage. Then not even a week later my pointer nail breaks in half. Then today (4/9) my pinky finger breaks in half and pulls the top of my nail off where it is bleeding. Not even two hours later there goes my middle finger in half. I felt COMPLETELY rushed throughout my experience at the salon and highly dissatisfied with the amount of money I paid for my service I received!!

Hildie Rubinoff DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE MONEY AND GET LAUGHED AT. I had a manicure and pedicure yesterday. As I was having my gel manicure I kept telling the gentleman doing my nails what I wanted. Everything I asked for he did almost opposite, it was like he was doing what he wanted not what I wanted even to the color. Another person did a redo after him, and now it is falling off because she didnt completely remove it. I asked her what she recommended and she suggested, I did what she suggested, buffing down what was already done and adding a fresh color. She also told me she wouldnt charge me but I told her to charge me something. She charged me full price and crazy me left a good tip. I went back today trying to get a refund one the color started peeling off so I could go somewhere else and was told there are no refunds. As I was showing the person in charge when I went in the horrible state of my nails, one of the other staff was giving me a dirty look and made me feel VERY uncomfortable. There was not ONE customer when I was in there. I started to get upset because I was being talked about in a language I didnt speak. Why would I want to stay to have ANOTHER redo while being given a dirty look. I have NEVER left a negative review but here I am. When I went into the Target next store I was still upset and told my story to a Target employee who was helping me find something, she said they dont go there either. I will be sharing my story on Facebook and the neighborhood threads to help you all save your money if you get what you didnt ask for.

Julia Lowell Went on a Friday afternoon, wasn’t too busy. Excited to get some TLC time. I was moved 3 times around the shop before someone actually started doing my nails. The acetone had glitter in it…and the lady kept using it(I did not ask for glitter). My gel was uneven(pointer finger) AND there was a fluff/piece of hair cured in my (ring finger)nail. My friend got a pedicure and they didn’t even bother painting her pinky toenail? Customer service was fine, but the actually services done was not acceptable, what so ever.
