Moe Mayfield Im extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The nail shape is unflattering, and the color doesnt match the polish book. The nail design looked childish, and the gel polish was already chipping and had a lumpy finish. I asked the lady attending me (sitting at the back left table) to redo the design, but she argued with me, claiming she couldnt color over it. Fortunately, a younger man intervened and corrected her. She then redid the nails with a solid color, but did a poor job. To make matters worse, theres still visible blue polish peeking out from underneath, indicating she didnt properly drill down the old design. This experience was horrible, and I wont be returning. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

samantha smith 62 dollars for a fill and gel and chrome is terrible. they told me fill with gel is 40 dollars. chrome powder should not be 22 dollars more. DO NOT COME HERE they lie they aren’t the best like there chips and i asked for a certain color didn’t have i originally wanted bc i asked for a color by name. and there is a chip in my nail and i just got them done yesterday and they are uneven it’s a fill.. and my hands were so covered with extra acrylic and i was left with it all around my nails. like why is attach to my actual finger

Daphne Lewis I was really disappointed with my dip. My technician could two layers of powder and they were so thin they cracked in 3 days and he spent so much time filing them down at even made them thinner and when I mentioned it it was as if I was making it up.

MRS VY Found this place down the street from my house, and they were able to get me in right away for an acrylic fill with gel polish, and a pedi. Super accommodating, and gave me exactly what I asked for! Love!!!

Kelley A. Simple manicure for my daughter.... $80!!! Seriously??? Then she lies and said...well she got a full set. Um...no she didnt! They are her own nails. Then she lied and said she did a design. She did a simple french manicure with a tiny heart on one nail. She tried to throw my 14 year old under the bus by saying she agreed. My daughter told me she had no idea what she was saying. AND... as her mother who was the one paying, you should have run it by me...not a 14 year old. We are locals and get our nails done in the area all the time. We have had much better and much more elaborate for a hell of a lot less. This was our first and LAST visit to this salon. Absolutely despicable way to do business. Never again!!!

Samantha Price I visited this nail salon today for a full gel set and an eyebrow wax. I decided I wanted a design on one nail and I told her if she couldn’t do it I would do something else, she said she was able to do it. The beginning was okay. I told her I wanted to do a manicure as well and she agreed. About 15 minutes into my appointment, a woman walked in and said she was waiting for her. The woman doing my nails then started rushing and hurt me with the file multiple times. Once she started painting, she didn’t even ask me what color I wanted underneath the design and did a bone color. I wanted a pink tone. She proceeds to draw the star and seems annoyed that I asked her to fix it very politely so I just tell her to paint it plain. I would have chosen a different set if I knew she couldn’t do it. Then she did the clear coat. I told her there was dust on the nails and she ignored me so there are bubbles in all of them. Then she finished and told me to wash my hands. I still haven’t gotten my manicure so I’m confused at this point when I see her standing at the check out desk. I told her I wanted my eyebrows waxed as my appointment stated. She did a sloppy and quick job there too. I went to check out and totaled my visit based on their menu. $75. She tells me I owe her $87 for a manicure. I asked her what manicure and she said cutting my cuticles. That is the bare minimum of a full set. I told her I would pay her $75 and I wasn’t paying for a manicure I didn’t receive. She proceeded to try and argue with me and I walked away after paying $75 for the worst set and wax of my life. Never will be back.

Jerry Hebner Ok, I’m a dude and don’t normally get this done but this place did an excellent job with my hands and feet. My hands are the best they ever looked and my pedicure is the best I ever had. My wife and I came here twice, once for manicures and the next day for pedicures. Excellent people, service, and price. They weren’t rushed and I felt like they took their time with us. We will definitely be back when I visit my friends over here again. We love Cosmo!!

Ytearie Stevenson Joann did my overlay and shaved my natural nail tip off while filling the underneath. When I asked her if my nail tip was gone she lied and said it was still there. My nail before and after I left on my index on my right hand. This broke my heart and I will NEVER trust her again!

Also, they give you these flip-flops cause y’all can’t put your shoes back on, but that’s all right.The flip flops are cool

We had a bad feeling to and we should have turn around and left atill I saw the regular lady who owns the business or Lang. I wasnt thinking a lady whos eyebrows looked good would mess our eyebrows up but she did. This was the second time I took my daughter to get her eyebrows done n the first time was right before mothers day she was so happy with her experience and her eyebrows but not today the older lady was horrible. She waxed and then started plucking so much that we both had no brow left. Now my daughter doesnt want to ever get her eyebrows done again thanks to the lady not knowing when to stop.

Me and my cousin are teenagers and her parents dropped us off so we were alone she was complaining and being mean to me because I asked for a price and then I asked to change my nails because she was complaining about the design taking all day so I chnaged them my cousin sat beside me picking a color and she was yelling at me and my cousin for no reason.. she was yelling at my cousin for getting up and picking colors which she told her to do.. and she was screaming and rolling her eyes everytime we asked her to fix something.. pls don’t drop ur teens off here because whenever i called them to confront them about their attitude she said ohh noo i was nice!! She lied.. please don’t drop ur girls off here to get their nails done

However the gel polish, that I was talked into, changed the color on my nails. I didnt even realize until I was almost home. 45 minutes away. I called and they said theyll fix it. Told them Im available Saturday, since today was my day off. Its supposed to be the purple color NOT the grayish.

C P My sister and I came here cause our usual spot was closed. The salon was clean. They didnt have spa slippers so my sister did not get her pedicure. We both got the dip both our nails had lumps and bumps plus dip on my skin all of this took over 4 hours.

Nephateria Johnson I didnt want to say anything but it needs to be said, So I have been to this nail salon before and the environment is nice, But the experience I had made me mad. So these pictures are what I wanted versus what I got the man that did my nails didnt know what he was doing. He took way too long to do my nails plus he filed my cuticles down to where my finger started bleeding as you can see the cut on my thumb. I dont mind a person taking their time and doing their job right, but its clear in the picture that he didnt know what he was doing. I am a nice person so I didnt complain, But I made a decision that I will not be returning.

Nisi Mill I went in for a fill and gel polish, and this is the result. I specifically asked for short square nails, but the technician completely messed up the shape. As you can see, the polish is uneven and doesn’t fully cover my nails. When I raised the issue, I was told I could return on Tuesday to have them corrected, as it was only 15 minutes before closing. I won’t be coming back or spending another dollar at this salon.

Tierra Justus Uneven length, unsealed tips, torn up cuticles, bubbles/debris in polish, patchy polish. I’m honestly shocked at how many good reviews this place has, this place is NOT worth the $225 before tip I was charged. I left so disappointed. I stepped in multiple times during the session correcting color choices, areas on the nail, length, and filing issues.. so many times to where I finally just saved my voice and counted this as a loss. I made an appointment and specifically asked for someone who specializes in mail art as I’ve seen amazing work on their socials. Fast forward to this morning where I brought my 5 year old daughter do get her nails done with me (her gel nails were $85, which is absolutely insane for the zero prep done and quality hers ended up being).. Needless to say, I’ve already scheduled an appointment next week at my usual location by the beach.

Jae B ***I posted this review 8 months ago, here we are April 2024 and I gotta make an update after the experience I just had tonight. I promise I will never go back. I will drive to Alabama to get my nails done before I walk in this salon again. I decided to give them another try bc they are convenient, close to where I live. I arrived at 5:30 and told them I needed a fill and pedicure. The nail ladies were busy but the pedi ladies were free so they did that first. Great, no problem. She finishes and tells me the nail ladies would let me know when they were ready. In the midst of my pedicure someone walks in and wants their nails done. Instead of telling HER no we don’t have time tonight bc I’m waiting and by this time it was about 6 pm, they took her. So they tell me to wait and after about 30 minutes she comes to me and asks me to come back tomorrow bc the other customers are going to be awhile. Like I haven’t already been sitting here AFTER working all day myself. I asked why didn’t anyone tell me this after my pedicure. She said she told the lady she should tell me, but clearly no one did. Then I went to pay for my pedicure and I get the most careless “sorry” I’ve ever heard in my life. No discount on my pedi for the troubles AND I still tipped this woman for my service. Y’all have left a bad taste in my mouth for the last time. Definitely should’ve told the walk in you couldn’t take anyone else tonight since I was already there, but prioritizing profit over customer experience y’all thought yall could squeeze one more person in and make double the money. Now you’ve lost a customer who went against her better judgement to give you guys another try for the past several months.*** I saw Lily a few months ago for a full set and pedicure. No issues. Except they charged me $150 which was outrageous, but I didn’t make a fuss I just paid and tipped and left. Went a few weeks after that for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish. It was one of the most awful nail jobs I’d ever received. Polish was all over my skin, nails were filed crooked, and both services were done in the pedicure chair. My appointment was at 530 so they were rushing to get me out before close. I said I wasn’t going to go back, but it’s 5 minutes from my house so I decided to go up there this past Saturday 7/29. I got there at 8:40 and the door was open, so I went in and was serviced immediately. That was nice. I asked for the same thing as last time, manicure and pedicure with gel polish. My feet were satisfactory. Except the polish has a black tinted film on it. I get matte top, and never have I had an issue with my polish looking dingy. But the REAL issue is with my nails. My left index finger polish peeled off THE VERY NEXT DAY!!!!!! Several of my other nails were already chipping. There is polish on my left ring finger skin and when I tried to pick it off it started to peel the paint off the nail so I just left it. This happened after close of business Sunday and I work all week so I haven’t been able to go back. Not that I really care to, I’m sure nothing will be done or I’ll just be given another low quality service. I paid $110 for these services. It’s ridiculous to charge $20 for gel polish for both hands AND feet separately. That’s $40 for a $10 bottle of polish. The ladies are nice though. Only reason they got 2 stars. Services are terrible and products used are low quality. Pictures are from 4 days post services. The one that peeled off happened day after services. Remember $110 was spent 4 days ago and this is what it looks like.

Nina Nadery My first time coming to this nail salon and did not like the way how I was treated by the nail tech. I had initially made a gel pedi/mani for both my daughter and I. When I arrived the environment was welcoming. The place is nice. As the mail tech was ready to start the pedicure I noticed they did not set up for my daughter. I informed the nail tech a few times that I schedule an appointment for my daughter as well but was brushed off/ignored. So, I patiently waited but no one came to start on my daughters pedicure so I again informed the nail tech that I schedule an appointment for gel pedi/manicure for my daughter. He preceded to ask me when would I like for my daughter to get her pedicure done I simply replied with now if possible. He became frustrated with me, rolled his eyes and caught an attitude with me. After he was done with her pedicure I asked him to style my nail with a photo I saw on Pinterest. As he was doing my nails he kept giving me an attitude when I would remind him how I’ll like to get my nails done. It seemed like he was in a rushed to get me out of there. To say the lease I did not get what I asked for and my daughter never got her gel manicure. My nails are uneven in shape/size and poorly polished

Suzy Taylor I’ve never had a salon let me leave with my nails looking like this. I’ve been growing my natural nails for MONTHS and the salon thinned them while applying an acrylic over lay. I have acrylic all over my hands and cuticles. The nails aren’t evenly shaped, polish has air pockets and bumps. I was so disappointed, now I have to grow them out all over again. The staff is really nice and the salon is clean.

They really take the time to listen to what you want and ensure you’re happy with the results. The quality of their work is amazing—my nails always look flawless and last for weeks without chipping. They also have a great selection of colors and designs to choose from. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons, but this one is by far the best. I highly recommend it

Sarah Arguelles I usually love this place but this time was different. Romeo usually did my nails and he took the time to do them exactly how I wanted....Romeo is no longer there, so the older man did them this time. I told him what I wanted, he recommended something different. I asked him to fill certain areas that needed more acrylic and his response was "the polish will cover it." I told him no, if the base isnt right the polish wont be. He sloppily "fixed two" and said the rest would be fine. Nails are crooked and sloppy. Look great from far away.... but needless to say. I will not be going back.

S S I come here quite often to get pedicures and my nails done, but I will not return. I got a pedicure the other day and now my little toe is infected. I tried to talked to one of the employees about it. They tried to say it was not infected and it just happens when the skin is scrubbed too hard! Well now it effecting how I walk with a shoe on and going to need a Dr visit because of them! Do not go here!

Brittney Anderson Last week I had my nail done at a place in Lynn Haven and it wasn’t too good within a week my nail was breaking and looked horrible. So I decided to go get my nails fixed with only having a hour to spare before having to be at work. They took me straight back to be seated and Ms Tina jumped right into fixing my nails she was so nice and she was so understanding about doing it and helping with my issue I had. she did a awesome job fixing my nails and she did it in the short amount of time so I wasn’t late for work and my nails still looked amazing. Raven Goodman Tom is literally the best nail tech I’ve had he helped me make sure I was getting what I wanted and took his time to make absolute art on my nails. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. No pain, no discomfort just did an absolutely amazing job. Could t of imagined a better set first pic is what I wanted and second pic I what I got. Cutest set I’ve had in my life.

JaNea White I don’t get my nails done very often, and this is my first time at this salon. I was saying I wanted just the basic nude pink polish with French tips. I thought that was just called a French manicure. He tried to get more info on what I wanted, but because I was new I was just saying whatever the French tip/manicure is. Which there could be some blame on me because I didn’t know exactly what I wanted since I was new but the ways to achieve a French manicure was also not explained and I did not know the differences. I ended up getting fake white tips with acrylic then clear gel polish on top. He rushed through the entire process and at the end I had a whole bunch of air bubbles everywhere. On literally every single nail. You can see that in the first set of pictures below. I paid $50 for this. I came back in and told them I was not satisfied with the service. I showed him all the air bubbles and he said that’s how they always come out. He made it seem like I should’ve known that they were going to be like that. He offered to “fix them” For another $10. I had to pick an extremely bright pink to cover up the first white tip and then he painted on that pink then painted on the white tips. The “fix” are the photos below. These look like cheap press on nails And I am so dissatisfied. In total, I paid $60 for two bad services. Take it for me, do not come here. It was a waste of time and money.

Thank you everyone for being there today. *****Hey I could only edit my earlier review...but Ive gone back many times in the past 3 years, so Id like to update on my recent visit on 09-15-2022 I got my Halloween on and got these nails done. Great people fantastic job...the black and silver is a full set acrylic nails with one design on pointer finger nail total without tip was $65......its getting more and more expensive to get anything done but at least here the nails last 3-4 weeks before breaking off.

Amanda McCoy I normally do not have problems here but the last time every person I was with had issues with there nails! Customer service is friendly and the shop is always clean and full of laughter! The only complaint here is the quality of work we received! Gel nails were uneven and certain parts of the polished pooled to one spot or another, other places of the nail not covered at all. My basic manicure was terrible. Instead of cutting the cuticles the lady would rip them instead of closing the cuticle cutters all the way like you should. Excessive skin was left.

Megan Ashley Called before I arrived (was basically in the parking lot) and asked if they could take a walk in right now and they said yes. I get there and they said they could do a mani and pedi done within 30 min at the same time. I then sat there for 40+ min and then left bc no one attended to me. I would not recommend coming here based on the lack of communication. If you’re busy just say that.

angela marie My experience wasn’t terrible but it could’ve been 10x better. My friend recommended this salon to me and i had SUCH high hopes since i live in town and was tired of driving to the beach to get my nails done. I get to the salon around 12:40. I wash my hand and they sit me down to take off the dip set i had from someone else. I’ve never done the process of a dip removal and it seemed like it was taking a bit longer than it should’ve, but again I’ve never went through that process so I’m not sure. I show the design i wanted and they said just for the background color it would be $100. So i said I’d just do clear or do a clear pink. They seemed so confused on the design so i chose a different option. They then told me just for a brown French tip it would be $15 extra and the lady that was doing my nails said she wasn’t sure if it would come out good. Confused because she did something identical to the girl before me but on a different shape nail. She proceeds to do my nails and i tell her i just want brown. She puts the nail on and cuts it WAY shorter than what i asked and seemed irritated when i mentioned it was a lot shorter. She starts to drill my nails and constantly goes over my cuticle on my thumb. I pull away and she doesn’t even acknowledge that she hurt me. She does the same thing one more time and still doesn’t acknowledge it. Then when she put the color on I’m assuming she got paint on my thumb and goes over my cut cuticle with her nail and i pull away again and she said, “oh i hurt you?” And i told her yes and no apology or nothing. She finally gets done at 3:00. I don’t usually do things like this or complain, i was just really let down. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or something because they seem super nice, especially to their regulars.

Heather Chavers Long did my daughters nails. He gave her exactly what she wanted. Coffin shape with light pink French manicure. They are beautiful. He took his time and did an amazing job! Most importantly besides a beautiful product, Long and Mia gave us the most amazing customer service. They were both kind and humble and truly cared that we were comfortable and pleased with their service. They are skilled artisans as well as good people. Thank you Long and Mia for taking care of my daughter and for taking pride in the way you do your work. It is so hard to find people that care, I feel like Long and Mia care! Highly recommend them!

Jennifer Erlsten **CAUTION- Most Expensive Place in Panama City!** Gel nail & gel toes. I bought Christmas stickers and brought them in. There was a $5 charge to remove my REGULAR nail polish from my toes. The price told to me when I first got there was $55 for toes & $45 for nails both gel. When I was done they said $115! No acrylic nail. MY own nails! They charged me $15 dollars to put them on. Im still in shock! Since when is there a charge to remove nail polish?!?! Mind blown. Ill find somewhere else.

krystal antonucci Very clean and did a great job on my nails Ive been going here for three months now. The anything I dont like is I cant understand what they talk about and I feel like they talk about the customers but who knows what they talk about. When I go back to get a fill in I will down load a translator where I can see what they are talking about. If its bad I will up date this review but right now I give it 5 stars will keep you posted
