Pam1 Dur2 You have GOT TO BE KIDDING ME? The doctor is very good, but the questionnaire you must fill out at each visit is just Weird. The gentleman who helped me over the phone was top notch as well and I thank him.

Kadie Nice Employees are very rude and act like you are inconveniencing them to obtain services. I went to obtain a religious exemption form for my child (not even b/c I dont vaccine, but because their is one vaccine I do not wish to give tomto children) and I got a lecture on not vaccinating from the front desk cleek. Completely inappropriate. I continued to be very polite but the rudeness continue. The nurse was the only on that was nice and helpful.

Robbie & Kris Everyone is very kind. Doing the best they can with resources alloted. The people on the phone are at a call center, so that negates several of the poor reviews on here. The general public needs to be more patient and look out for each other.

Julia C Some of the doctors and nurses are nice for planned parenthood, but other times there can be mean people at the front desk. Phone call waits are long no one is answering

Kimberly Ayala Went there because when I called the number, it said I could come in and get the Florida Immunization paperwork. The lady that opened the door asked what we needed, told her, she said we are not open to the public. I explained the the lady I spoke to said I could come in. She proceeded to have a damn attitude! I am sorry that I was told wrong info! Maybe give some help instead of an attitude.

Stephen Donnelly Went to the ER for a small head wound. Right in, the staff were wonderful and the Dr was kind and helpful. They really took care of us. Thank you.

‘Mojo’ All I know is that I was referred to this center for a kidney transplant a month ago and have very little time before I require dialysis, so I called immediately just to be told to be patient and someone will get back to me. That was a month ago; I’ve heard nothing. Maybe they’re good at what they do, but if they don’t hurry up and do it, I’m a goner. Thanks a lot for nothing, I sure hope something changes

Ryan Hein Absolutely terrible. My kid had heart issues. Obviously, this takes some time to diagnose. While trying to come and go, it was painfully obvious that there wasnt even anybody at the emergency room. Im literally talking about there is no one in the emergency room. If you walked up with a broken leg you would need ato use the "computer" and no people at all. When we had to come and go considering we have five kids We had to bang on the door of the triage. No one was even on staff. Good luck coming here with an injury. When we came, they just made us start typing on computers instead of dealing with heart issues instantly with triage. Apparently theyre trying to make it as easy as possible for themselves. Completely digital care. If you can find someone to help you, good luck. Some of the nurses were okay. I couldnt even get back into the area where my kid was without knocking on the door. Im literally at a hospital in triage at an emergency room knocking on a door. There is nobody at the desk for almost 45 minutes. This is an emergency room. It doesnt seem like theres a lot of emergencies happening I guess? No idea how they operate like this. Once we told them we just had enough they unhooked my kid from intravenous blood samples, and kicked us out within 8 minutes. Unreal. The state of the health care in this country is crazy and this establishment is beyond terrible.

Mikayla Milne Most staff didn’t respect personal wishes, and treated us very poorly. Very long wait (7 hours), normally I wouldn’t touch on that understanding the gravity of emergencies and higher priorities in an ER but they still found the time to bring 3 separate people to push the same test we denied to take for our toddler all while neglecting the basic tasks that were needed. They then tried to transfer us to another HCA hospital for personal gain rather then children’s where he needed to go. Upon arriving to our next hospital they informed us that they used outdated methods on him and failed to keep him on oxygen which was their requirements and what he had needed from the start.

Greg Y Ive never been to a hospital with such a caring, loving, extremely quick and affective staff all around. To everyone from the people we see to those who work desk jobs or even cleaning equipment. Thank you for the time and sacrifices youve made for others. I know when life throws uncertainty at me. I have a beautiful place I can go if needed.

Suzane Quain We both love having Dr steinberg as our primary physician. His med assistant Tracy is professional and skilled and attentive to us both. They are a good team together.

Fairyonna Fernley This office is great, the front desk is very nice and accommodative. Dr Steinburg is awesome and the last couple of times I have been in and had Nicole Price as my nurse practitioner and she is amazing! She really goes above and beyond and really shows she cares for her patients. I highly recommend this location they are great.

Michael McCarthy This is about my dissatisfaction with the Baycare Medical Group and not any specific doctor. Because I didnt see my doctor for over 2 years I was told that I was now considered a new patient and they didnt have any appointments available for new patients for 4 months. This is apparently standard procedure for this Medical Group. Ive never even heard of a doctor or health group cancelling someone as a patient because they didnt make an appointment within a specific time frame. I now have to go through the process of finding a new doctor because Im not able to wait 4 months to see one. One thing is for sure, I will be looking for a doctor that is NOT affiliated with Baycare Medical Group.

Steve Currier Doctors and staff are fantastic here. My Dr is Steinberg he is a very good doctor and I highly recommend this office.

Megan Watcki The front desk is incredibly rude. The doctor refused to see me due to me being late which is my fault. The front desk staff shoved a form at me rudely when I asked how I can get a copy of my file while I was there since I would have to book another doctors office for a reschedule. No one helped me. I called days later and the front desk spoke over me, and did not hear me out and listen to what I needed. I was just trying to get a timely response from them to get my medical records over to a new doctors office. I do not recommend anyone to come here for medical care. You will be highly disappointed.

Mary Price I Will NEVER come back here!!!! Been here 5 hrs had 1 test and still NO results. No Food, drink even water 9 hrs!!! Screaming Pain. If I had my car I would have left!!!! HOURS AGO! SOOOO MANY MISTAKES ADMITTED BY STAFF!!!!

Shannon Jones My husband went in for a first initial visit. To discuss his depression and a possible spider bite that turned into an absess. He was completely unequipped to take care of the absess nurses had no experience with wound care. Dr. Patel hardly spoke to my husband about his depression just through him on an antidepressant that didnt even know would even be the right fit. Everything else my husband tried to discuss with him He said you need to see someone else but no referrals But billed are insurance for everything he didnt do or couldnt complete as far as wound care. I feel he was all about getting the money he could Bill to insurance. If I could rate zero I would give him negative 1 for review. My next complaint will be to my insurance company. He shouldnt be in the medical field. He will have malpractice lawsuits in his future. he makes Drs that actually care look bad.

Gloria Locklear Dr does not care about his patients unless they make him money. He bases patients care on if he can make money. He does not take time to listen or treat any areas that he supposedly has listed that he treats. He only checks meds, listen to heart & lungs & thats it! He is rude to his patients and his staff. I have seen this multiple times. He is rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate and inpatient with his patients unless his favs. He does not have your best interest in mind

lokiM Worse experience of healthcare imaginable, do NOT go to this doctor office. The lady in the lobby did not even have my appointment registered when I came in, I had to wait longer than needed because she never registered me. As for the doctor, he was extremely rude and arrogant, and did not take his time or listen to my concerns, Dr Patel would not let me speak, he was in a rush and I did not feel taken care of. I left before they were finished, extremely unsatisfied.

Denise Martin Today was my first time at this clinic and must say i had a good experience the doctor seemed so caring he seem like he remembered why he became a doctor in the first place i saw doctor SCUTERI BRYAN. He is a cool guy and he seems to really care about his patients.. i would love to keep coming back to this office.

Mohammed Kalam They basically deprive you of medical care to keep an agreement with insurance. They do everything to limit your quality of care and make care more difficult. They claim they lower costs but they have malicious intent. They push patients to ensure the patient does not get the care they need. If you had a bunch of medical issues that you saw specialists for, the PCP will say stuff like why see all these specialists? And you do not need all these medications. Its basically comments to get rid of medication. A PCP doctor has their area of expertise and specialists have theirs. They also prevent other doctors from contacting their doctors making them go through customer service like patients instead. This really limits the quality of care.

Hotch Very nice front desk, medical assistant, and non-medical staff. It seems like they are really trying to get up and running smoothly being a new center. However, Virginia Goodwin, APRN has some of the WORST bedside manners that Ive experienced in my life. If thats important to you, avoid her.

Tameria Vickerson Worse place ever! SO many mistakes that I am having to take time to fix. Ill never step foot in there ever again. I will report them to the State and do a BBB complaint. Time to find a new doctor who is competent. Stay away from Sanitas.

Marie Castelli Im a new patient that Blue Cross set me up with because my Dr practice closed last month and I called them to make the appointment last month well my appointment is today and no one ever emailed me or called me to confirm my appointment.had to do confirmation myself appointm because they failed to reach out to their new patient. #1. #2. Brand new location barely up and running the office staff doesnt have access to certain things and there are a ton of office staff no one knows anything they are all learning. So the medical assistant gets me weighs me does my chart very through....she is the only reason Im adding to my review and changing the rating the stars all belong to her Id give her 10 if I could, then I think a Dr that Blue Cross assigned me is now in the room to pick up where my old doctor left off back in May which was just to establish w a new PCP and med management.... So what did they ask me questions about? They were asking my pain level today like I was a walk in looking for pain killers junkie...thats when I knew I was in trouble no one knew what my medicine was and what I was taking it for. When I left there they still had no clue why I was there, no one ever asked me why I made an appointment with them once I was in the room... When I left there I was told no doctors work there right now so I need to remake an appointment with the Dr if I want my medicine refilled for 3 months. No one there could do what I showed up there that day to do.. my referral I was told that they handed me said I was at a st Pete location when I was at a Largo location so even that form that they handed to me they assumed was correct because they didnt read it after it printed out. Ive been having questions all day as to how they can get away with me showing up to see my doctor but not rescheduling me as soon as they knew I wasnt seeing the Dr that Blue Cross Assigned me to. And now I need to go back there not in December like Im supposed to but next week. Well no sorry I showed up the Dr I was assigned to did not.. not my problem the referral was no good cause it had wrong address from ordering location because I should not be registered with St pete and if I am registered in St Pete I never got that information. This was indeed the WORST health care visit of my entire life Im 55 not 25 I feel so bad for the elderly who are counting on their meds to keep them alive figuring out that they cant fill their meds yesterday cause no Dr was working there ... They can only have 7 days then they have to go right back there to see the Dr again. Dont even try and call the doctor ever because you will only get the company who puts messages in the computer they dont patch you through and they cant fix anything or barely speak the English language. Good luck this place gave me a literal nervous breakdown because I feel safe knowing I have a DR and knowing who they are. Technically Ive been without a ,Dr but paying for one August 1st. This place tells me I have one blue Cross tells me I got this Dr named Brian. Thats news to me because I never received anything stating thats my Drs name. I dont know what Im doing but Ill never step foot in there again unless they fix my mess they created. This is no beautiful place either its in a strip mall connected to a fast food steak and cheese sandwich shop and a grocery store. This is the way our country is ending up. Strip mall crap with the customer service representatives who dont speak fluid English or live in the USA in charge of your health....you cant call your doctors office ever directly if you trust your health and lives to these people. Please dont be surprised that you cant get your meds filled here and if you have an hmo they will tell you a lie that you can go to another office and see a dr in their St Pete location, they said its still covered because we can see anyone in the group. Thats not what blue cross confirmed today, they said I must see who they have down listed

Jen G I was there for two days and the doctor took blood one day and told me that my white count was high and that my hemoglobin was low. He said he would compare the bloodwork from the following day to see if anything had gotten better. He also indicated that I required a scan of my kidneys for a kidney infection. Not only did the blood navigate taken the following day, no, CAT scan was Completed, the doctor never came in to see me, and he ordered meds that had nothing to do with him from five years ago from CVS.

Robert Jokela I went to the ER in a lot of pain. The staff was efficient, compassionate and thorough. One ER Triage nurse in particular named Tori was nothing short of amazing! "Thanks" to all the staff at Largo Med!!

Erikka Corbett If I could post a negative star, I would…. My mom (94years old) had fallen and was in severe pain. She was transported by ambulance to Largo Med where she was in the hallway for hours (which is understandable bc they were super busy) however, she was admitted and then discharged the next day without ever seeing a doctor. They told us that she had two herniated discs in her back and a UTI. When they sent her home, they gave her antibiotics and told her to take Tylenol for the pain. Two days later she couldn’t move…. We took her to Morton Plant Hospital where she is receiving quality care and they are not discharging her to go home because they said she had fallen for a reason since she didn’t even try to brace herself and she could fall again. I can’t believe Largo Med never sent a doctor to speak with us and just sent her home because they needed the bed. This hospital is a joke and their quality of care is below poor!!!! Look at their reviews!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Michelle Irizarry They hire criminals and alcoholics to drive patients to and from the hospital. I was riding a van before a procedure at the hospital. The driver stopped a few streets before the hospital to go get a bottle of liquor and he tried hidden it inside of a newspaper. While hes getting his liquor he left the car running and the van started moving on its own, when we were going to hit a parked car head on a young man moved from the back and tried to stop the van but instead of hitting the breaks he hit the gas and we were all shook up. I got injured, I had a whiplash, a herniated disk in my neck and back pain. I tried to sue the driver but Largo medical believed him saying that he wasnt involved in any accident and they didnt believe me nor my medical records proving that I was injured. I think is a shame that a hospital can be so irresponsible for the actions of their employees. If they hired him then they are responsible for their wrong doing as well.

C H My daughter-in-law went in to Largo med on Indian rocks for bad pain in her eye and in her head. She asked them if they would please do a CAT scan or an MRI because it felt like she had a rock in her eye but they refused and they sent her away telling her it was a stye and gave her some numbing Drops. Fast forward a few months she’s back in the hospital but this time she went to Morton Plant and they did a CAT scan and found a tumor behind her right eye. I would not take a cockroach to Largo Med on Indian Rocks. Save yourself the headache and just go to the 24 hour one that’s in Clearwater or go to Morton plant, don’t waste your time with Indian rocks because they’re lazy and don’t wanna do more than they have to. They pretty much just want to deal with mental health cases, they don’t want to deal with anything else.

Isabel johnson If I could rate this place zero stars I would.We went in today because my brother was attacked by a dog and needed his lip stitched.When they brought him back they looked at his lip for a second and took a picture and had us sitting there for about 2 hours just to come back and say he won’t help him because he isn’t “comfortable” and tried to send us to a place in Brandon.When we were leaving Physician ADAM HILL called my brother to come back to him because he forgot to have him sign something and that paper was a refusal for partial care which is not ok at all because he didn’t refuse care Adam hill refused to care for him because he just “wasn’t comfortable” stitching him up and he took advantage of my brother knowing he wasn’t in his right mind and wasn’t gonna look twice at those papers thats why he waited until I walked off to tell my brother to come back and sign those refusal papers.i wonder how many people he has done this to because he’s to lazy to do his job.We went to Mortan after and they were able to get him all fixed up and out the door within 2 hours.please take your service there !!

Amy S These people are set on ruining my credit because they mailed an invoice for an ER visit for my 2yo to the incorrect address. Claim they used the same address as the hospital. This is a lie. So I cant take my child to the ER without my credit being ruined? The hospital invoice made out to the correct address got to me and was paid within a few days. I was told the invoice would be removed from collections and I would have an opportunity to pay it. I paid it and they still turned me over to collections. Money was never an issue nor was I ignoring the invoice. It is interesting that the hospital bill and collection bill made it to the correct address but they claim their mail to me was returned. The only solution I have been offered is to leave yet another message for Cynthia Cordisco. I have been leaving her messages for 3 months and she has not returned one of them. Robert is also extremely disrespectful and rude. I was treated as if I was piece of dirt who was refusing to pay my bill. I have not been treated with this much disrespect when asking for help in almost 50 years. Kindness is not something they strive for in the least. 30+ years of excellent credit is being ruined as a result of this companies negligence. This should be illegal. The only option is to not need the ER for my child. Sick.

William Kelshaw These people are incompetent! I had an ER visit several months ago. Got a bill in the mail from these clowns. Called to dispute because they never put it through insurance. They looked into it and saw it was their mistake and that it was now taken care of. Today I got a letter from a collection agency for the same bill! I will be calling tomorrow. If not resolved and if it dings my credit, I will sue them! This is absolute nonsense!

George Kamajian Same as a lot of these people, never got a bill or notification and account went into collections, credit score down by over 100 points. too late to fix any of it because i never had a reason to check my credit because I have no outstanding debt besides mortgage and student loans, and everything else is on auto-pay. Administrator called me back and also told me there was nothing they could do as this company is clinical only and does not handle the billing and to take it up with them, and nothing further would be considered since she deferred all responsibility on this to Duvasawko, and that she had "never heard of this happening before" despite me stating clearly that all of their negative reviews here and on Duvasawkos page are all almost identical for nonexistent communication and poor billing practices. edit: the billing company for these guys is "Duvasawko", also based in florida. When i called, they acknowledged they had the wrong address on file, but its their policy to send bills to collection after they werent paid. I asked how could I pay them without ever getting the bill. Their representative said because the bills were never marked return to sender, even though he acknowledged it was sent to the WRONG address, they still marked the bills as having been received and just sent it to collections, and its their policy to never pull it back. I would advise to stay away from Baycare Emergency rooms at all costs because of how poorly this ER physician group is run and their long-running relationship with an awful billing company. There are plenty of better run hospital emergency rooms in the Tampa Bay area where you can get better care without them accidentally screwing with your credit score.

Josh Greenert If you can avoid using this group (obv difficult if you need immediate care and transport) do so. I had my first ever panic attack and felt as though I was dying. The entire way to the hospital they mocked me and told me to "stop playing games" and "quit faking". Ive never had a panic attack or knew how scary they could be. In a moment where I was terrified and afraid I was dying, I was mocked and treated as though I was faking something that shook me to my core. This group needs basic compassion lessons on how to better handle patients.

H McAuley Terrible Company. Never sent me a bill but sent me to collections. When I found out I paid the bill but now they won’t have the collections company remove it from my credit report. This billing company should be shut down immediately

Ryan Hein Terrible experiences. Took my blood in 4 vials and didnt even do tests. Took my urine, no tests. Lost control of left arm with excruciating pain, came in with super high blood pressure. Gave me "Muscle relaxers" and some steroids and told to take a hike. On duty Nurse didnt care at all. Terrible service. Going to dispute my bill. Go anywhere but here.
