Jaimie Melka WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! OBSCENE WAIT TIMES!
When calling the office for the first time, a lady answered the phone and said she would call me back in a few minutes but never returned my call. The second time, Dr. Rana answered the phone and asked me to come in the next day.
I showed up early for my appointment, and should have taken the hint when another patient said they waited almost TWO HOURS TO BE SEEN. I asked the staff if the doctor typically ran behind and was told the wait was so long because I was a new patient, and they had to put all my info into the system. I was not happy about it but was willing to wait at that point.
An hour and a half in, however, they brought back a walk-in patient, and that was the last straw for me. Never have I waited that long to be seen outside of an emergency room. I asked for them to cancel my appt and left without being seen, and they werent even slightly apologetic.

Scott Whisnant Had my first and last visit there. The only thing that they was concerned about is if I was there for a COVID test or if Ive had my covid shot. Everything she wrote a prescription for I can literally buy without a prescription. Allegra-D behind the pharmacy counter Benadryl over the counter ibuprofen over the counter. Then wanted me to have lab work done? What for? A waste and a joke Id be better off going to an unlicensed Dr in Mexico. Had me put a mask on because of a slight cough covid is 3 years old now and thats still immediately the first thing some people jump to.

Tosha Barry This is a horrible place to go. All the DR Rana cared about was that I was over weight. She didn’t do any proper Diagnosis or treatment to help me. She had blood work done and my blood levels were alarmingly low and instead of actually helping and caring all she could focus on was that I had gained 2 pounds from one appointment to the next. She was snarky and rude when I explained I had lost over 40 lbs the previous year and was still working to lose more however the lack of energy plus a new addition of ice craving had me worried and she didn’t even know what my symptoms meant even though I told her what I was feeling because anemia is a family illness. If I could give zero stars I would!

Karla R-B This was from a couple years back, both my husband & I had gone in to the walk in clinic at two different times that day.
We already have Primary Care Providers in Mayo that we have been with over 10+ years. At that current time, they were book solid. So we decided to go into a walk in clinic.
They were very pushy about us to choose them as our new PCP.
Never going to happen, they were that incompetent, that unprofessional, that pushy, that rude, that annoying.
We had both DESCRIBED why we were coming into the walk in clinic.
They wanted to instead discuss our other health issues that our PCPS handle.
I was there due to sore & very painful throat, fever, pain in my ears. I dont need to discuss much else unless they prescribed something that might interfere.
After a higher cost than a co-pay they did next to nothing.
Obviously we had LET it RUN the course. Which is why we chose to pay a higher cost to be seen & get relief.
I dont need over the counter, I already tried that.
They finally did prescribe something. Then CVS pharmacy where we have been going to since 2009 was like this wont help you with your issue when we checked with the pharmacist. They got it called up to ask them. Oh that wasnt what they meant to prescribe. For real the prescription they wrote out & handed me wasnt the one they meant to prescribe. I was so sick I was ready to cry
I was still very sick & they wanted me to come back just to get a prescription. I ran & I ended up getting into my ENT at Accent in Gainesville which was only $45.
They got me the medication for my tonsillitis, double ear infections like I thought it was. This doctor was like no no, so they misdiagnosed it. I got some relief but I ended up having my tonsils removed at 45 a month and a half later.
I then got a call about them becoming being our PCP, some months later. I laughed, like really. I was still sick & had to get another doctor to figure what was actually going on.
NOPE, NEVER, NOT GOING TO HAPPEN
