Sarah Pike AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Crystal at the front desk was absolutely so kind and accommodating. Boyfriend and I got a couples massage and Japanese bath which I highly recommend. They also give locals discount! The two therapists we had on 2/11/24 were so great but unfortunately I forgot their names. We were able to use the pool after the experience and Sarah at the pool bar was super kind.

Amanda Hassan I’ve been looking for a place to get my acrylic fills in Key West, and I’ve finally found it. This was the best fill / manicure I’ve ever had. The nail tech was patient, thorough, and kind. She even took extra steps to correct some issues from a previous fill at another nail place. The spa was clean and had nice amenities. I will definitely be back!

Kim Pickens I went into this salon on a recommendation of an acquaintance. No one except for the owner, spoke one bit of English. To communicate with my nail tech, I had to use Google translate. When I made the appointment, I told her I was going to be coming on my lunch break and did they think it could be done in one hour. The owner told me that it would at least be an hour and 15 minutes, which i explained was fine. The entire time the lady was doing my nails, She kept acting rushed like she felt like she was in a hurry. the owner hovering, 4 separate times I told her that it was fine, no rush. When finished I left the salon making sure I gave a good tip! Only negative I would say is that she was rough on my nail-beds filing, filing and filing more with all of her equipment to the point, she drew blood twice. I noticed that the normal process I always go through with dipped powdered Nails was done differently by her. She added cuticle oil to my nail beds and a spray product prior to dipping them. within 3 hours, two of my nails popped off in one piece. I called the salon and was able somehow able to communicate with them to tell them that I needed to get a couple of them repaired.I went at lunch the next day. ( took 30 minutes) She seemed shocked that the nails fell off. These were powder dip nails and that is just NOT something that happens! She fixed the two nails and made the comment on Google translate that she was so glad her owner wasn’t there. I over Communicated that I was not upset, and that I appreciated her fixing the nails. Next day 4 more nails, came off in one piece. At that point, I was frustrated. I called the salon asked to speak to the owner, she not there. I asked for someone who spoke English, no one did so one of the customers ( unprofessional ) did. I told the customer what happened and they said they would have the owner call.The owner called an hour later. I’m not sure what I was expecting, but I was not expecting what I got, the owner started talking over me immediately, went into how it was MY fault because I was rushing her tech. I tried to talk and she just kept talking over me. She-said that she had already refunded my money, that no one had ever complained about this tech before, and that she was sorry I was not happy. I told to her that I would like to get a word in edgewise, that is when I told her that I in NO way rushed her tech, it was even longer than what she told me it was going to be. I told the nail tech that she did not need to rush. I told her that it was unheard of for powder nails to just pop off in one piece. Her explanation was that it wasn’t dried. Seriously? I sat under lights with heat three separate times on each hand, I will never go back to this establishment! First of all, if you’re going to have a Salon in a primarily English-speaking island do yourself a favor and at least hire ONE English-speaking worker. It was very unfair to the staff and to me as a customer. And as a customer, I should NEVER have to get on the phone and talk to an upset client FOR you. That in itself is ridiculous. I ended up driving right up the road to another salon and they were shocked when I showed them the whole nails that came off my hand which I saved( see picture attached) They said that with powder nails if it is done correctly, they are impossible to pop off. They have to be soaked off. (which of course I already knew.) The lady was able to redo my nails in 35 minutes!!. She was literally Calling over workers in her salon to show them the popped off Nails. They were all laughing, all of them in agreement that they did not use the correct products to do dip nails.The lady that did my nails at the first salon was very sweet, and I’m sure is doing the best with what she has been given by the owner. But at the end of the day, STOP doing powdered nails until you have the right equipment and people trained on the right equipment! However, thank you for giving me a full refund. That was the right thing to do!

Scott Frickson Just the best! Service, kindness, flexibility, and we are huge fans of this business. They go above and beyond every time to make it an enjoyable experience. How much so? I am a retired Army Aviator that looks forward to sipping a glass of wine and getting my toes,, into shape,, could care less about my toes but the joy every time me and my girls go to this spa it is amazing!

Kayley Hahn It was super easy making an appointment online. Arrived and was offered a complimentary drink. The service was quicker than expected and she created exactly what I wanted.

April Allen Kathryn and Paula (spelling is probably wrong) were great! My nails and feet were done at the same time to make the service quick. They offered complimentary beverages and good conversation. My hubby got a mani pedi a few days before and enjoyed it so much that he made me an appointment. Ill be back!

Brandie Cobo This place is out of business. Ericka has not updated Google or her website. I booked an appointment through her website and she is still taking “appointments” and still charging the deposit. I went to my appointment and it’s completely shut down. I tried contacting the number on file but it’s out of service as well. I tried her Instagram as well as Facebook to no avail. I finally had to message her family member, who I assume is her father. He responded that she shut down and moved away. I have sent a request to Google that this place be marked as permanently closed. She’s taking money at this point and you can’t get in touch with her. I doubt I’ll ever get my deposit back through her

K M I had a great experience at Nailtini! I called them about a broken nail that was painful, warm, and swollen, and they were so accommodating. The owner was incredibly informative, taking the time to explain more about dip nails and even suggesting that I might have an allergy, which makes sense since I’m allergic to other adhesives like latex. They got me in just 15 minutes after I called, and the nail tech quickly and skillfully repaired my nail. The whole process was smooth and professional, and I was on my way with my nail feeling so much better—all in under 15 minutes! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend Nailtini for high-quality service and expert care. If you’re in Key West, this is the nail salon to visit. Thank you for taking such great care of me—I’ll definitely be back!

If you are in key west and want to get the best nails you have ever had please please go here I can’t recommend enough!! (Really wishing I lived in Florida now :) The vibe of this place was perfect! Barbara Kelly I called and was able to get in same day. Mariela did my gel manicure and she did an amazing job took her time and made sure they were perfect. Hubby came in as I was finishing and she was kind enough to squeeze him in a hair braid for his lonish hair. Once again she did a phenomenal job. She takes a lot of pride in her work and it shows.

Annette Taylor So disappointed. Dip nails guaranteed to last 2 weeks and normally last 3-4. Within 2 days my nails were chipping. Within a week, almost all of the product was gone; it was as if it was disintegrating. I was on vacation and out of cellular service range so I took pictures to show them upon my return. I went into the shop and showed them the pictures and dates they were taken. I politely asked for a refund as a “redo” at this time is not possible given the condition of my nails. We will be up north for the next 6 months but I thought I would try the salon again upon our return this fall. The owners wife had an attitude about me not calling or returning within two days. I explained (again) that we were on vacation and without cellular service and we had just got back. I can overlook a bad service if a salon is going to make it right but they did not want to accept responsibility and had an attitude in the process. I won’t be returning. Pictures show intervals of 4 days, 6 days and 8 days after the service.

Sheila Taber I was just a walk-in tourist off the street. I was treated as if I were a long-time customer. The service was fabulous. My nails look so fantastic! I’m just wondering how I’m going to get from Oklahoma to Key West every month because I want to come back!!

heather bryan It was fine. The scrub and message lasted about a minute each leg. The most frustrating part was when we chose the $75 pedicure which includes a complimentary champagne or wine. But when it was time to pay we got charged $10 for wine. Apparently only specific beverages are complimentary but they don’t tell you that. It’s only in the fine print and they of course don’t guide you to them.

Janna Reddig I went to this place a week ago and it’s probably the worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. The technician only had me put my nails under the heat lamp once per round of polish, the mail polish was bubbly on the top of the nail and semi see-through and peeled less than a week later (which defeats the purpose of getting gel). When I expressed my concerns during the manicure she was defensive and had an attitude about it even though it was obvious that the nails were terribly done.

Natasha Perez Im pretty easy to please when it comes to things...so the place was not bad. The nail tech Yen was who did my nails. She was nice and polite. I asked for a number 11 and so she came back with 11...but my color was orange and the color she got was purple. I just kind of took it as the universe wanting me to have purple nails. She was so sweet that she ended up finding my orange and correcting the mistake even though I had already told her purple was fine. I would go back again.

Anne Day Mixed review. They did a horrible job on my feet and hands. Forgot to put top coat on my right foot. They couldn’t figure out how to do a special polish for my nails. Don’t advertise a special effect if you can’t execute it. I left with terrible looking mani pedi mainly because I did t want to spend any more time there also it’s expensive.

Jordan Upchurch I’ve gone to this location twice. First time I had a good experience. Second time was so horrible I won’t be back. While we were there an older Asian lady started talking very rude to her customer. When another customer tried to jump in the older Asian lady turned and said “This is my customer. Don’t tell her what to think!” I work in customer service and that was very uncalled for. Then the next day my big toe nail polish came right off. I won’t be back because I don’t want to be treated like that as a customer.

Kerstyn Taylor Terrible experience. I’ve been coming here for three years. Never had anything wrong love the customer service but today I went in asking for a pedicure and I sat in there for 2 and a half hours before someone sat me they kept letting customers they know in before who where coming in after me so I got on the chair and I sat soaking In the water for another 20 more minutes before someone started my toes. I do get acrylic fills on both my big toes so everything was going good until another customer walks in I guess the lady recognized so she proceeded to stop doing my toes and helps the other lady while she does it she asked one of her co workers to do the fill instead because she didn’t want to do it he proceeded to say no and started working on yet another customer that came in after I did saying she been here longer. I begin to say how I been here since 1:30 pm mind you it’s 4 already so I ask can someone just please do my toes so I can go the lady who started my nails proceeds to ask another coworker who then says no I hate to be rude but at that point I was so irritated and ready to go I blurred out so no one can do my toes I’m just gonna walk out so I did I will not be going back there crazy how this happeneds the one time I’m there by my self I usually go with a friend.

Ive had my nails done in that past at other places and they would last like 2 months or longer. When I called lady that did them was rude and complained cause I forgot to leave a tip cause we had to leave to get to airport.. totally unprofessional

Ive been too other places in town, and they are rush, rush, rush you out because their is more people waiting. - Price is even a bit cheaper too -

Nancy was absolutely fantastic—she gave me fresh, gorgeous, natural-looking nails that were perfect. Her attention to detail and skill were top-notch. Jacqui Herr They were one of the only places open on Sunday and would take me without an appointment. I reluctantly decided to go. It was a mistake. I got a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was not done well. Paint is coming off already and I just got them done yesterday. No pink polish used. Only white tips with clear top coat. My fingernails look OK, but they were busy so she was rushing and got acrylic ALL over my finger surrounding my nail. Ive finally been able to pick it all off. Did not remove cuticles on my nails. The atmosphere was not relaxing or enjoyable. The girls were nice enough and I can tell they work hard, but the quality is just not there. Ill be sure to make an appointment at a different salon next time I get my nails done in the keys. I truly feel like I wasted an hour and a half and $125.

Desirae Caldwell I had my nails done by Kieu this morning for the first time and I am obsessed! Not only is she very friendly and easy to talk to, but she did a phenomenal job on my nails and even mixed a few different glitters together to make a custom look that I showed her. Highly recommend!

catalina salituri I took an appointment to get a pedicure and relax, but unfortunately I suffered two injured fingers and the person who attended to me had little desire to work, looking the other way while cutting my nails and not even responding when I said something to him... I do not recommend and will not come back.

He gave me the best color of my life, was kind and thoughtful to interact with, and charges very reasonable prices. For color in the Keys there is no better.
