Margarita First in formals the most formal spa I ever gone too in Lakeland. I called and received same day appointment for cut, blow dry hair, they got me in 30 minutes later, not only did I receive a cut and blow out but Julie also did a toner on my hair to cover my greys, it looks so natural. When I tell you this place is so relaxing and friendly. So welcoming this family really touch my heart. I’ve not gone to get my hair done in so long and to come to Julie and her family made makes me want to come here more often. I’m highly grateful of the outcome of my hair. I’ll be back for other services and to continue as a regular. My hair feels so healthy looks so shiny it’s so smooth. Words can’t describe how happy I am. Highly recommend CIELO HAIR & SPA

Yaritza I went to this salon because it has good reviews. I got a haircut, full hair coloring, highlights and styling. I was amazed with the professionalism. They did a wonderful job on my hair! I am very happy. My hair looked thin and dry and now it looks full and alive. I recommend anybody to come to this place. They are wonderful people and treated me so kind, i felt very comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!!!!

Daniel Peregolise My favorite haircut experience to date. Giulya is an artist, extremely talented and with a great attention to detail. From the massage chair hair wash, to the beard trim, haircut, and complementary espresso, this studio is very impressive. All from a same day appointment on a Sunday. Pleasure to have my hair cut by a fellow Italian as well! Will definitely be back. Also important to note, Giulya is worth way more than she charges. Extremely reasonable pricing. Thank you guys.

Yesse Olivas I found this hidden gem by just searching on google and looking at reviews been attending here for about 6 months now and hands down very satisfied. Stephanie is the absolute best! She got my hair color on point, she listens to what I need offers advice and is honest in what can and cannot be achieved. The salon is always clean and the staff overall there is nice. I usually schedule my appointments month in advance and shes pretty flexible and with notice I am able to get the appointment dates that I want. Overall very satisfied and my hair looks amazing.

Karen B I feel I should write this so you are aware. First, the young lady who cut my hair was a delight! She took her time and did a nice job; however, she spent over 20 minutes styling my hair with a blow dryer and thats not how I style my hair. I walked out with virtually the same haircut I walked in with when I really only needed more layers to make my hair easier to manage. Another reason for (2) stars is because when I went to check out, the cashier asked me if I wanted to purchase a trial size of the invati leave in treatment that the stylist put in my hair. I said, "Sure, I will give it a try". The "Trial Size" was .85 fluid ounces (tiny size) and they charged me $14.00 for it!!!! Seriously??? I couldnt believe it when I read the receipt when I got home. That is completely unreasonable. I took a picture so you can see the actual tiny size that I paid $14.00 for. By the way, even unused products are not returnable.

All the staff members are so welcoming and make you feel so comfy (no intimidation factor)! I got paired with stylist Amanda and shes been fantastic from day one. Shes a hair color connoisseur! I have dark hair, and its not easy to color/lighten without getting the brassiness. Ive gone to my share of hair colorists, and its always been trial and error. Amanda nailed my hair color on that first visit! I would recommend Amanda for any hair color or styling needs hands down! Shes so sweet and I always enjoy my hair visits with her.

Jessi Kennedy So I went to this place because of the reviews. I was NOT disappointed. Denise was my stylist, and I couldnt have asked for anyone better. I showed her a picture of the colors I wanted, and she matched it perfectly. She made sure she understood exactly what I wanted and made sure I left with a smile on my face. It took over 6 hours to do what I wanted, and she was so kind and pleasant the entire time. If you want someone who cares about your hair as much as you do, ask for Denise. Macy Smith If youre looking for the perfect hair stylist, I found her and her name is Faith! She did an absolutely amazing job on my color. She was able to get the perfect shade of blonde and with my hair thats not easy! Faith is very knowledgeable about color and is also the sweetest person ever. She made me feel very comfortable and took the best care of me. The salon has a laid back, relaxing vibe and is located in the nicest area. When youre done, I recommend getting a coffee at the little coffee shop next door to the salon and browse the little shops nearby. Overall it was such a relaxing experience and I will definitely be back to see Faith!
