Becky Marshall-Waggett I had my haircut with Amy and my nails done with Elizabeth in early December. Was very satisfied with the jobs they both did. for clarity here, I will admit that I was late for my hair appointment thinking it was an hour later than it was scheduled. So, Amy was kind enough to fit me in and give me a haircut. I did not take this kind action for granted. I paid her for the hair appointment that she gave me, she refused to let me pay her for the one I missed, so I gave her a tip that Not only covered my original appointment but was an additional $20 tip. Then, in mid—December my wife called and left a voicemail for them asking for them to call her back to set up a hair appointment. Her call went unreturned for several days. She called and left another message. It was never returned. So, I called the first week of January because I also wanted to schedule another haircut and manicure and pedicure. My call Was never returned. I tried one more time, leaving another voicemail asking for her to call me back so I could schedule appointments and to this day I have not heard back from her. So, today, I stopped by her office to ask if they were having issues with their voicemail. I was not able to speak to Amy, but one of her other employees told me no they were not. So, I explained our situation and said that if she chose not to do business with us anymore that is her prerogative, but she could have the courtesy of calling us back and letting us know so we didn’t continue to leave voicemails. And then I wouldn’t need to go out of my way to stop by her salon to see if there was an issue with her voicemail. We could have made appointments elsewhere weeks ago!
