Cory Pommerencke So today I decided to try out a new nail salon. I got a fill and a pedicure. I didn’t notice til I got home because it was very dark in the salon that my feet could have used another coat of black gel nail polish and most of my toe nails didn’t get fully polished. My 10 year old daughter could have painted my toes better. Also the hot towels they used for the pedicure didn’t smell very clean. Very potent musty smell to them. I’m very disappointed considering how much I spent and how much I tipped. Wasn’t very happy with the quality of my nails either. The length from hand to hand didn’t match compared to the other fingers, some longer and some shorter. It’s not like they were busy either. At one point I was the only person in the salon. I will never go back here. I recommend you save your money too and go elsewhere.

P G I was in last week for a pedicure. I had been once before and Amy did a wonderful job. When I walked into easy nails for my second pedicure, I noticed the interior had been totally remodeled- it was beautiful with all new chairs. Amy did my pedicure again, and did another amazing job. I think I fell asleep :) Amy is great and it’s beautiful inside !

Taylor Devaney I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. I visited another salon earlier today, but I had to rush out before they started because I was called into work. They didn’t have any more openings until next week, so I booked an appointment with Easy Nails for later in the evening. I always choose places to go based on reviews, and I saw this place had 4.1 stars, so I decided to give it a try. Not going to lie, when I got to the parking lot, I looked at photos in the reviews and was terrified. Some of the pictures look terrible. I’m not sure how people were okay leaving like that. But then again, I am VERY picky about my nails. I have a specific shape I like, that no one ever seems to get right, and they must be a certain thickness, etc. I debated leaving before even walking in. This nail salon is very basic. It’s no luxury salon by any means, but don’t let that deter you. I would argue that these are some of the best nails I’ve ever had. He gave me exactly what I was looking for, the ombré, which other salons seem to having trouble doing. The shape, which I always ask for and no one gets right, was PERFECT. These nails are almost flawless, which is a huge compliment coming from someone who is so picky.

Donna Dustin Went to Golden nail today for the first time. I was not disappointed. The staff is friendly and experienced, the facility was clean and inviting. I had a wonderful experience and I received the best service. I love my nails and will be going back. From what I understand they are newish owners. Im glad I went here before I saw the old reviews.

Tina Colon Went into Golden Nails to have a fill and pedicure done, first time I have been in since a new owner came in. They did a great job! Was very impressed how the new owner has remodeled and freshened up the salon. Very friendly employees.

Leslie Thomas NEW OWNERS! NEW LOOK! I did nt realize the ownership had changed when I popped in without an appointment but they got me in super quickly and did a fantastic job on my gel manicure! I told my lady that my thumb nail splits all the time and she took extra time to apply a bit of SNS dip powder to make it stronger and it hasnt split for a month now! My new go-to salon - thank you!

Sarah Wilkins Comfy chairs is the only plus about this place. Went in for a pedicure, we were the only ones there, the manager was only person in there, he called someone and she came right away to do my pedicure. Didnt ask what type of pedicure I wanted just started the pedicure. She cut my nails without asking if I wanted them cut or just filed. She was rough with the file under my nails. All she did was scrub the bottom of my feet and put scrub on my calves with a 30 sec rubbing it in then rinsed it, put a hot towel then painted my nails unprofessionally. I didnt get a foot massage or ask how I liked it. I have dry spots on my door still, cuticles that need cut. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Chelsey Rayne Abigail Hess DIRTY. UNPROFESSIONAL. SHODDY. ZERO STARS. Came in for a fill, the lady who did the fill drilled into my nail beds and hurt me several times, she also put on a color I picked (to test it) before taking off the old product, and ended up drilling off my old color with uncured gel color that got into her drill bit making it harder for her to get the old product off. She didnt get all of the old gel off. The shape of my nails wasnt asked or done in any respect, they are uneven from one side to another and went from a coffin shape to some sort of loppy rounded squoval. The gel was put on in glops where I came home with uncured nails that smudged, flaked, and looked like Id just been through a tractor pull. The gel she put on also flooded my cuticles, and I have glitter stuck on my skin. Also, the interior of the shop was pretty dirty, and the nail tools that they used didnt look clean. The stations have seen better days and also had a lot of drilled off products built up in the corners. It didnt seem sanitary and gave me the creeps. Im never going back, Id give zero stars if I could. The nail tech was also unprofessional in that she kept bringing up politics and made some borderline racist comments.

Lexi Jordayne I had such a great experience as a first time visiter! I absolutely loveddd my nails! I’m a very simple style design kind of girl and she nailed it perfectly! Staff is super friendly and accommodating to all of your needs. They will be seeing me again very soon.

Renee I have found my new favorite nail salon. I have been looking high and low for someplace that can do shorter acrylic nails, have them stay on, still keep them relatively thin, and not burn me or make me bleed during the actual manicure… This is apparently a challenge in the Nail world. Cyndie has done my nails twice now, and they are absolutely amazing! She keeps them thin enough that I can actually pick things up off the floor (most ladies understand when I say that they pass “the coin test“) I also have had zero issues with them lifting or coming off. I use my hands a lot and they’re in and out of chemicals all day… zero issues! I uploaded a picture of my most recent manicure – I brought her in a picture of what I wanted and she even added some beautiful additional details! Great job!

Heather McCully Would give zero stars if I could. Signed up for mani Pedi and couldnt stay for manicure, it was such a bad environment. Elderly couple owns the place or runs the place? Female was sleeping behind the counter for about half hour, when she woke up she turned her phone to speakerphone very loud and was broadcasting her conversation for all to hear. Elderly man takes his cigarette break in front of open door to salon so we can all enjoy the smoke!! Not relaxing or "Classy" in the least bit. Not a good way to do business Young man doin the pedicure was nice and understood why I cancelled the manicure, I think he was embarrassed Pedicure $65 tipped $20 will never go back.

Kenya Fenelus I am still looking for a good nail tech in Palm Bay and found this place online. The men were very nice and polite. However, apparently only the older lady does the designs. I asked for the curve french tips. I tried to explain to her that she made the white too thick. She gave an attitude and was not receptive to anything I was saying. So I left there extremely dissatisfied. My nails looks horrible so I wont be back.

She was helpful with choosing color and did an excellent job on my gel manicure and pedicure. Very reasonably priced as well. She gained a loyal customer. Highly recommend.

KATHLEEN OLIVE I use to live in the area and then moved away for five years and just returned to Palm Bay two weeks ago, best part is being close to Classy Nails again! So happy to see the quality of work, friendly service and relaxing atmosphere hasn’t changed! Highly recommend them!

Alyssa Lawson Horrible experience. I usually don’t have an issue but this time it was so bad. I asked to just get my acrylics removed and for my nails to just be painted. My nails are extremely bumpy and uneven, there is still some acrylic on some of my nails, and I paid 40 dollars for this. I am extremely dissapointed. It is clear in the pictures that the nails look absolutely horrible. It’s really embarrassing.

Brittney Roberts I’m new to Palm Bay, and was told to try pretty nails. Never again very rude from the moment I stepped in the door. I asked about a certain color , and was told to just look for it in the samples. As I’m trying to explain and show them a picture of what I’m looking for it’s the same thing” just look for it just look for it” thought that was very rude so I ended up not getting my nails polished at all and leaving the shop only paying for the fill. I would never recommend a shop to anyone.

Aahana Bernard Unreliable! I wanted to get my nails done for Christmas. I found the salon online and initially tried to call them. When my call was ringing, nobody picked up, but someone sent me a message from the other end. If you can send a message, why can’t you pick up the call??? Anyway, I responded back on the text message saying that I needed my nails done for Christmas, but I had a few questions since this was my very first time getting nails done. She said that she would call me back as soon as possible, but never got a callback. The next day, I sent her a message again trying to reach out one more time from my end. This time, no response to my message either. I’m surprised that people have left five star reviews while I had a completely opposite experience; where in, the business completely ignored me. This makes me genuinely question the reviews left. If you cannot service, the least you can do is let me know. I do not recommend this place. If you want to get your nails done for a special occasion, don’t rely on this saloon, as you might not get any service at all. Disappointed!

Connie Culver I was a walk in and they took me right back. The pedicure itself was ok but the nails were not properly cleaned leaving excess skin, the polish itself was not done very well, lots of missing spots, my grandkids could have done better. Felt like I was intruding on her time. Doubt I will be back. Shame because they used to do a great job.

Tamica B I am highly disappointed with the manicure I received from Cindy. She was very rough and rushed the entire process. There was no cuticle care, there was no moisturizing and exfoliating and no massaging of the hands! When I asked for lotion I was told to do it myself.

Carol Chisolm First visit was good. Hi was my tech and did a marvelous job on my gel manicure. Second visit was AWFUL! Y was my tech. Pedicure was fine. I wanted gel French and it look hideous. The white tips were too big. His reason was the my nails are uneven. I have natural nails, which more often than not, are not all the same length. I had him take the French off and I went with another color. One of my nails had a crack so I asked him if he could put a little acrylic at the break. He did but instead of filing it down, he left this little hump in my nail, which was not noticeable at first but when he put the color on it, my nail looked like it had a hunchback in it like Quasi Moto. His excuse was that it was the acrylic. Okay, but he couldn’t smooth it out? I had him remove the color and he didn’t even do that well. Look at the pic. Never again. If you do decide to visit, AVOID Mr. Y!

Latrail Rideau Today Cindy/Sherry ( she was reluctant to give me her name) did my nails and eyebrows. She was mean and unprofessional. She dug her finger nail under my nail bed (which I hope was an accident) but she hurt me and laughed about it and claimed it was because my nails were short! I wanted her to touch up one of my nails and she wouldn’t let me get a word out. At the end I was completely unsatisfied my nail was already chipping but she said I didn’t know what I was talking about. My nails were not cleaned up at all (which she said she did). Photos attached. I do not recommend her! 0 customer service!!!

DAYZE Owner is extremely rude and threatened me, harassed me though her business account & is racist towards white people. Called me Karen & Becky when i am Mexican. its crazy how a business owner can go and comment and harass me online then is trying to play victim by threatening me to call TDLR when this nail tech is using gel polish in a airbrush putting your health at risk. further more the gel polish work is messy & glue from the rhinestones are messy. not only that the nails are crooked & thick. the owner got upset because i pointed out that after she started the harassment on my page. now shes upset & cant do anything about it. threatening to sue me for exercising my 1st amendment. highly recommend avoiding this salon xoxo a LICENSED SEASONED NAIL TECHNICIAN

reii b Carmel had saved my life on my trip after having my appointment canceled by another stylist. Her price point was great compared to other stylist , the establishment was clean and up to part , the energy was very welcoming I would more then recommend visiting this salon .

ROBIN Fullwood I have been going to Carmel since she was doing it out her house and everytime i came to her with and idea and she would put her twist to it and it was always fire. My daughter also went to her and she got every design she asked for i would recommend Carmel to anyone.

Smokeyz Hideout The Receptionist is such a sweetheart and did great when i called for my consult and instructed me on how to schedule and who to schedule with . My lashes are beautiful thanks to the owner Carmel. I AM GOING BACK AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Its cute and cozy and very comfortable . They made me feel like family.

Christina Gibson I really hate to do this because I really like the owner Lee but I recently had the worst possible experience ever at this place. Everything I just read in the negative comments is true. The white girl, and I’m white lol is just horrible at her job and completely rude. I am now wondering if she even has a license. Anyway my mom had her the first time we went in and complained for two weeks about her nails. I told her to go back and talk to Lee which she did and he and his family took care of her and everything was fine and I did the same. Well last week we went in and I sat down and the girl I believe is named Nicole just picked up my hand and started working on my nails. She didn’t speak to me or. Say hello, she just started, during the process she hurt me 3 times and answered her phone twice never stopping or acknowledging me just yelled at her kid. I took my hand out of the dryer and she scolded me to put it back in or my nails wouldn’t dry right. I said “but my finger hurts “. She just looked at me. I finally got so upset I did yell and call her rude and she told me that I’m rude and got up and walked away. The owner wife came to console me as I was crying now. She finished the top coat. However my nails are a mess! They are chipping and braking. I just wanted to share my story because I have never had anything like this happen to me before…

Amiah Monè I have been coming here for almost two years now and I enjoy my time while Im there. Although everyone is pretty to themselves, I dont mind it because my time to relax. Everyone is nice and very accommodating. I recently came and asked for a design which they did, however I didnt like the look for me and they did something new which I appreciate so much because they didnt have to.

He always show me the nails before he continues to make sure I like them before he moves on which I appreciate. I went shorter this time due to working on healthcare, however I have had them longer and they turned out great as well. I recently got a pedicure done as well and I didn’t catch the woman’s name but she also did a great job! :)

Mary Green The girl cut my cuticles on hand and had bleeding. Not less then 20 hours later my polish is already chipping off. Waste of money For my pedicure, she burned my legs with hot stones, have a mark. She jabbed my toe nails and when filed, she tore the skin in 2 places. It was a treat to myself for an occasion and polish already coming off. I work extra for these times do I can do it. Very Very Disappointed and Upset. No apologies whatsoever as well, just hand out for the $$$

Kim & Jeff Luz Had my nails done here today waited for 45 minutes to be seen instead of saying come back because they’re not available. The lady did my nails and it was the worst nails I ever had done in my life. When I told her I didn’t like it, and it wasn’t what I asked, for she continued to do it and never tried to fix it and didn’t apologize or acknowledge anything. I was saying when I told her that I didn’t like my nails at all they were too thick. The shape was wrong. I showed her a picture. She said she could do it and she didn’t do it. The pedicure wasn’t that great either. It was very quick and rushed and I’ve had my nails done plenty of places with no problems. I would give less than one star if that was an option.

tesha chance The worse service I’ve ever received. Paid $30 for a grown man to literally play with my feet because services for a pedicure was not what I received. My water was cold as hell when I asked for it to be hotter it was still cold. My toes were not cleaned or cut even. The man did not want to do my feet and I would have rather the owner ask me to wait for the other lady. I had to ask the guy over and over to fix this and clean that and I was just over it and asked him to stop. I work 50-60 hours on my feet a week so I look forward to pedicures. I also come here frequently and would have thought the owner would have said something but no he just took my payment and sat back down. Very disappointed! Very distasteful!

Amanda Mary Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with lash extensions. Rough application, Ive had this done for years, never have I cried, my eyes would not stop leaking from how rough I was handled. Crappy material and cheap lobby glue. HORRIBLE, they didnt even last the night before falling off.

Eneida Rodriguez So I’m new in town decided to try this place because it was close to home boo oh boy I should have read the reviews before going in smh the WORST first when they started doing my nails there were a few crooked which I asked him to fix he did try but didn’t work so he then began to paint my nails and Lawd I could have done better myself as you can see they were horrible the owner noticed I was upset she said she would fix them in that attempt she cut me and made me bleed then has the nerve to ask for a TIP!!!! Never again I only gave one star because giving none was not an option!!!

mojiminchi I went for a full set, the employees were super nice but the individual who did my nails did a poor job. He cut my finger and painted my nails very poorly. The shape is super off, it looks more of like a coffin shape when i asked for square. He used school scissors to cut my tips and my nails were sore after because of how rough he was with the file. To be honest, they just look funky in general.

Jess C DONT GO Went to do pedicure with my friend and we both ended up with infections. During the pedicure she ended up making me bleed from trying to take out an ingrown nail! MOST painful pedicure!!

Marlene J I have been to this place twice so far, and I’ve decided this will be my go-to nail spot. Honestly, I was giving up on nail salons—it had been a year since I gave one a chance again. The first time, I got a pedicure with French tips, and the technician did a great job. The second time, I had a refill with an ombre design. I loved it! I had another male technician who was nice and did a great job.

I came in originally asking for A-press which they had no idea what that was. Then showed them a picture of what I wanted which they said they could do for $60. Lizzy Milano Please do NOT take a chance here. I was in need of a last minute pedi before a work trip and this was close by. I’m completely regretting my decisions… I should have known the moment I walked in. Two employees were passed out in the pedicure chairs, mouth open, sleeping and all and another just walking around with food in their bare hands. Then the real fun started. Myself and a coworker had two techs side by side. The nail trimming/cuticles etc were fine. But then the color came… my color must have been missing or something so she chose a COMPLETELY different color without asking me. And my poor coworkers color was right, but was ALL over her toes. The gentleman painting her nails very clearly had cataract and could not see a single thing that he was doing… my nail technician definitely knew that she had drastically chosen the wrong color. And it was obvious because instead of having me sit at the drying area for my nails, she quickly threw my sneakers back on my feet and brought me to the checkout desk to pay. Don’t waste your time, money, etc. Just go somewhere else

Sheri Archibald The lady that did my nails was talking on her phone the entire time. Her nail station was extremely dirty, I didnt want to lay my arms on the towel as it was so crusted with acrylic and other materials. She cut my cuticle, didnt even cover the full nail with acrylic, and I have to go home and fix my nails myself.

paiten spencer they did horrible. they laughed at my feet and the color i picked. i picked all white and the big toe with acrylic. she filed down on my skin and made me bleed. along with making my right toe nail crooked. i made sure my toes were completely relaxed and straight so they could do my toes. still came out crooked. i gave them no tip.

Hiris Ledesma The salon is not “fancy” per say but for a quick pedicure/manicure it does the job. Only thing that made me give it a 3 star is that the tools were not in the sterilized pouches. Technician was only using them off the cart that was in place already.

Kaylee Batten DO NOT go here if you want a soak off! I asked for a soak off on my acrylic nails and they drilled the polish off then took nail clippers to the acrylic and ripped the tips off, I was in so much pain and at one point said I dont want that Ill just go home and he offered then to soak them off. He was very very impatient and would only let them sit for 30 seconds at most in the acetone and then he would drill at them again. My nails are bruised and completely misshapen from being cut with acrylic on them. I have never had this issue with any other salon who patiently soaked my nails off. Beyond disappointed.

jayda The people are nice, but the nail job isn’t so great. They’re very rough and don’t do them how you want them. The shape was off and I was cut multiple times and it’s been 2 days since I got them done and they still burn. Don’t recommend at all you can definitely find somewhere better and it’s not worth it. I’ll add the picture I showed them and the first one is what I got. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Juslil Me Save your money! I have never in my life had nails this badly shaped. Fat and wide and the nail tech had the nerve to tell me it’s my nail bed. I’ve been getting my nails done faithfully since I was a teenager and never have I ever walked out the salon with nails like this! Save your time and money and find someone else to do it!
