They are so organized with bookings, I made mine online the night before and it was seamless. Rose was my technician and she was awesome. She gave me recommendations and explained the difference between the prices. She spoke great English and was very meticulous, absolutely loved her work. I will be back and I’m bringing my friends! The total for my full set of healthy powder ombré was $85 and worth every penny!

She was very patient as I chose a color, and Joy was also very helpful! I believe the manager/ owner was there and he checked in as I was a new face to make sure everything was to my liking. Tommy Holder Cleanest and most enjoyable shop I’ve ever been! Incredible owner and Sherry is exceptional! Everyone who leaves her seat right before I sit down looks amazing and loves their cut. I wish my hair grew faster so I could get my hair cut more often. My favorite place to spend time because Sherry takes such great care of me. And the shampoooo is SPECIAL! I always get my hair washed twice.

I can’t say enough about these ladies. They are professionals, who provide expert care. I don’t trust anyone else. They’re affordable too. While I receive excellent care, I enjoy a glass of wine and chocolate covered strawberries free of charge!! They know how to treat their customers!

I have been coming here since I moved to the Stuart area from Fort Lauderdale in July and from the moment you walk in, you can expect to receive white glove service from start to finish. The women working the front desk are so friendly and wonderful. I started seeing Kiera for filler and Botox and she truly listens to your concerns and recommends a treatment plan that she feels would be best based on her extensive knowledge and experience. They always follow up 2 weeks after each appointment and if you ever need a touch up, they encourage you to come in for a follow up appointment. They will never make you feel bad about coming in for a follow up, which is something I’ve experience with other injectors in the past. They truly want you to be happy and listen to all of your concerns. If you live anywhere near Stuart, I would highly recommend coming to Albany. Truly the best injectors, aestheticians, and service I have ever received, and I have been a lot of different places in multiple states and Albany is second to none. Tracy Miller I had an unfortunate experience with scheduling. I scheduled online, and received a confirmation, but when I arrived for my appointment, they did not have my appointment. I drove 45 minutes to the appointment and was naturally very unhapy Tim, the owner was very rude and acted as if it were my mistake. It turned out it was his booking software. No excuse for being so rude to a customer. I gave them a second chance because the lash tech Kaila is very nice. I should have learned my lesson. These people need to get their act together. They act as if they are the center of the universe and have no respect for their client’s time. Once again a schedule problem. This time they called me the morning of my appointment and asked me to come at a different time. I had a doctor’s appointment and told them I could get there as soon as I was done hopefully by 1pm, but no promises. Again Tim was exceedingly rude and disrespectful when I didn’t arrive by 1pm. THEY were the ones who changed my appointment time. I was just trying my best to accommodate them. Once again made to feel like it was all my fault. Don’t go there unless you have nothing else in your life or schedule EVER! AND you have a high tolerance for rude people. Kaila needs to find a better place to work. She is very sweet.

My nails (Gel X) turned out very pretty. The owner did a great job with my nails and making me feel welcomed. The tech that did my pedicure was not the same as my nail tech. I did not feel taken care of when it came to my pedicure. The worst part .. I never got a foot massage. The best part of a pedicure .. I might be a little dramatic here, but I cried when I got to my car. As I was really looking forward to being out of the house for the first time since having my first baby. I was very disappointed. I can’t say that I will be back. I really wanted to love this place.

LEANA TRAVIS I travel to Stuart every 3-4 months to visit a dear friend and quite often have my Pedicures done while I’m visiting. Coming from NY, I’ve received amazing massages as part of the spa packages. Unfortunately, all of the salons I’ve visited in Stuart have never compared to the quality I’ve received up north. That is, until today! Ashley gave me the best pedicure I’ve ever had in the area. She took her time to shape and file the nails and applied the perfect amount of pressure during her massage. I have extremely poor circulation in my legs and they tend to ache horribly. I felt amazing when I left the salon today!! Thank you, Ashley, for your time and attentiveness. I went on Sunday morning, by Sunday afternoon two of my nails were chipped. Yesterday (Wednesday) the gel polish on my thumb started to completely separate from my nail. I should have known it wouldn’t last because it took her only 15/20 minutes to complete. The pedicure is fine so far.

Ann I am happy with their service. Everyone is friendly and take me last minute if needed. The nail tech Christine is excellent, she takes her time doing my liquid gel nails the way I like it, and I am very peculiar about my nails, she does a good job and finishes them well. I highly recommend this place.

Alex Carames Came in for a manicure for Thanksgiving, showed a picture for reference of a high French and got nothing of the sort. I didn’t get the inside of the nails sanded or my cuticles trimmed. I’m in the service industry and I’m the last person to complain but this was so bad. I asked them to fix it and they said of course no problem. I had to get the color because it was not a “true” color and came off as hot pink instead of burgundy. The girl who worked on me told me she couldn’t start over but she could fix the color AND shape since it wasn’t correct. I got charged for that even though I’d be willing to tip for her time. I’m so disappointed in the lack of fixing the issue. The girl made it seem as though I was haggling for a free manicure when I was just trying to get what I asked for originally. Front desk was nice. I should’ve been reimbursed for the job the first nail tech did since he he didn’t even do all the steps. Family has been coming here for years, we will not be back due to the way the manager handled this situation.
