New star rating, pictures, and review 07/08/2024 I wasn’t able to go in this previous weekend to get them fixed (my scheduling issue, not theirs) but they got me in today with Jessie to correct the previous set. They were very communicative and apologetic and she did an AMAZING job with my new set. I was hesitant to give them another chance but I’m glad I did! That was very nice to offer me a chance to fix them at no cost. I really appreciate it and I will be making sure that all of my future sets are done by Jessie. She was so nice, efficient, and made sure my new set exceed my expectations. Thank you guys!!!! :) I’ve been going here for about a year and it used to be pretty decent but honestly this is the 3rd set I’ve been completely disappointed in and this sadly will be the last time I give them business. It’s a shame because the shop is beautiful but the work is just awful. I don’t think I ask for anything too extremely difficult so that’s what’s even more frustrating. I’ll post what I asked for vs what I got and you can judge for yourself. The length is different on every nail, the shape isn’t consistent at all, and I asked not to take off any length (been working on growing my nails out for a year) and now they’re stubby. I know everyone has off days but the last 3 sets have been such a flop and I’m over paying premium prices for mediocre work.

Kendra Fuentes Veronika has been doing my nails for about a year and a half now and she’s been amazing every time. Once you start getting Russian manicures you’ll never go back to regular ones! All the techs here do such great work and they have snacks and play movies while doing your nails, making it a great experience overall!

Jessica Lukas I’ve been seeing Veronika for about 5 months. I had previously done acrylic nails at another salon and was never fully happy with the outcome and my natural nails being damaged. A friend told me told me about the benefits of a Russian manicure and I saw Veronikas work on Instagram. I had questions before the initial visit and she was very quick to respond. I will never go anywhere else! The salon is beautiful, cozy, and clean. They provide thoughtful amenities like snacks, drinks, play movies, and even cute socks after your pedicure. She always does a meticulous job on my nails, she is very detailed and I always leave there so happy with the result. She is great at any type of design you can come up with. Several times I have shown her inspiration photos I’ve what I am wanting and I’m always amazed they turn out so beautiful!! I’ve never received so many compliments on my nails. The best part is they last 4+ weeks, which is longer than any other manicure I have had in the past. She is not only very friendly and sweet, but a true artist and you can tell she is very passionate about her work. My nails have never felt so nice, natural, and healthy! All of the other techs do beautiful work also. I highly recommend!!

Alex Hubler I absolutely love this place. Veronika is such a sweetheart and you will leave feeling more confident every time. I go to her about once a month for my nails and have been for about a year now. I can’t go any place else. My nails have never been stronger, longer, or healthier. I get so many compliments and although it is more expensive than most places, you get what you pay for. My nails have never looked better and they actually last so I only need them done once a month which works best with my schedule. You will not be disappointed!

I love coming here there is always top tier service and the final product of anything I’ve ever wanted to get or anything I’ve ever seen here is just stunning. They all go above and beyond to make sure your comfortable and happy. Update: okay so I got my nails done here again and Ive always struggled with keeping acrylic nails on when I get them done anywhere else. I work a lot with my hands and tend to be really rough on my nails and they normally break pretty quickly so I stopped getting them done until I found this place. I can not express how amazing they are all of their work is beautiful and I can’t say enough how wonderful the service is here and the nails ARE THE STURDIEST NAILS IVE EVER HAD!!!!! I’ve gotten my nails done here for while now and never have I ever had a nail break. I was in a really bad car accident a few weeks ago with one of my friends and when I was in the ambulance on the way to the hospital I noticed that none of my nails even lifted the slightest bit and I had them on for another week or two after as well without any of them breaking. Definitely would recommend this place I’ve never seen a better nail salon than this one!!!!!

I wanted a very natural look for my nails and while my picture not might do them justice, my nails turned out great. I did a dip polish with gel top coat and a basic pedicure with gel polish removal. The price range I chose was with tip. Pricing is reasonable and competitive. I’d go back again.

Fantom M It was my first time getting my nails done at this place, and I’m really happy with the result! Yes, its not cheap, but its definitely worth it. I loved that my nail technician simply asked me to trust her, and she did an amazing job. The only small issue was that I was charged an extra five dollars for the shape, even though it wasn’t mentioned anywhere that I’d have to pay beyond the base price. But that didn’t upset me; I think it was worth it.

Nona I came in for the first time ever 2 days ago for a GelX full set. Everyone I spoke to was very kind. However during my service, I noticed the adhesive was applied very thick and unevenly which made my overall nail very thick. I expressed that I did not like it. The woman doing my nails kept saying she would fix it at the end but she carried on with painting and curing my nails anyway. She insisted it was the coats of paint making it thick but it wasn’t. I kept telling her for 30 minutes that it wasn’t the paint that bothered me, but the actual application of the gel x nails. However, she was continuing all the steps to finish the nails without going back to fix the nail application. Finally I told her to take them all off and I left. Now I was not going to write a review for this. I am writing review based on the pain I am still enduring 2 days later. During the nail preparation, she did not use any proper methods for removing my cuticles. She used several drill bits to dig into the skin around my nails. These drill bits were not sanitized in any way that I could tell. Even after pulling my hand away in pain and seeing visible cuts, she just pressed them with her bare hands, no cleaning of the wounds, and just kept going until all 10 of my fingers were cut, bleeding and sore. She kept applying acetone into the cuts and I was very much in pain and still am 2 days later. Pics attached are of my cuticles 2 days post service and with my own polish applied layer at home. I will say they offered to fix it and have someone else do it and they did apologize. However after 2 hours wasted there and the amount of pain I was in, I could not justify going through another nail service immediately after. The salon itself was very cute and very busy. You could tell they had many happy customers. I just wish it had worked for me.

Ranada Hughes I came in with my daughter today and location was completely empty. Two ladies were sitting at front desk on their phones. I came in on my last day in Tampa with my daughters to get two gel full sets, a pedicure and eyebrows. I walked in greeted the ladies, expressed what i wanted and they gave me a rude look and told me they dont have anyone to take care of us, yet they are open and no customers. I honestly feel like they treated us this way because we are black and this location is considered very upscale location which i chose because i wanted to experience the spa like environment they advertise. After telling me they were refusing to service us they went back to their cell phones as if were not standing there. Horrible customer service. I found another location inside the mall and told them about my experience and they told me customers come in all the time complaining about the lack of customer service given at temptation nails and spa and how they always turn people away and never want to provide the service. Why are they even open if they are not providing the service they advertise? I wish i could rate 0 stars.

Nita Smith Linda is so sweet and amazing at what she does. She makes your nails look delicate and feminine. She gives alot of attention to detail. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she executed it perfectly. I have NEVER had a salon put gloves on me to protect my hands from the UV light. So smart! Great mini massage after, too. $60 for builder gel and glitter detail on nails. She didnt charge me to fix one broken nail.

Tesa Jewell honestly, just not worth $100 for GEL x only… I didn’t get any other services done…… I ended up having to buy some black nail polish and fixing it myself. here is the info picture on Pinterest and then the photos of what they came out as. It’s upside down and it’s not even a heart. The gel x is good but like The base code is see-through and They should know to do more than one or two coats. The staff was really friendly though everyone was really nice. The environment was really nice. I just wish that nail tech would be honest when they don’t know how to do designs so that I could just pick something else… won’t be back sorry

A Irby An amazing experience! We are visiting and were searching for a nail shop and found great reviews online for this place. Booking an appointment online was simple. When we arrived, the shop was bright and clean, we checked in at the kiosk and seated immediately. Our nails tech were kind and did a great job-and quickly! My tech removed my gel so quickly-which I appreciated. I got a classic pedicure with gel and my husband got a classic pedicure. They have a very diverse staff and offer waxing and lash services as well. While we were sitting, Bruce came over and introduced himself. He has such a personality! He was kind, funny and we even took a selfie. He offered us beverages as well. We checked out with Jimmy who was also kind. I would visit this place again without hesitation!

We called ahead and asked if we could come in for manis and pedis and they said “of course” despite the later hour. We arrive and Lana and Mai were the most kind and welcoming nail techs I have ever met! They both went above and beyond despite my severely damaged nails and both my and my friend’s nails looked wonderful when we left. We may live far away, but I am so glad we stumbled upon them! Kayleigh Anderson This was my first time coming to this salon, I came in for an Acrylic Gel Fill. When i discussed with the nail tech what I wanted done (pink and white ombré) not once was I ever told that I would be paying for a full set rather than a fill. I wasn’t told until i was paying that I was going to be charged for a full set which was $75, if I had know that prior I wouldn’t have proceeded with the service. I went in there expecting a $45 fill. So I was completely in shock when i had 3 or 4 workers speaking to me at once at the front after I voiced my confusion of the price and questioned why I was being charged that. Very unprofessional and not understanding of my side of the situation at all. Once I left the salon I looked at my nails and I had acrylic stuck to almost all of my fingers (see in photos). None of my cuticle were clipped either. I paid $75 to walk out with my hands looking like that?? A week later one nail fell off and the grow out has left the nails peeling up on half of them. Will not be returning.

sandy shores OMG....this was my first time. Bea did my pedicure and Donna did my nails. I got cats eye gel on my nails and I love it. Ill definitely be back
