Karley Kruer I just moved here and I’ve been trying to find a good nail salon and I think I’ve found it!! I called to see if I could walk in and they were so understanding and considerate. They sat me immediately and were so thorough with my nails. They were nice and so so good. Amazing quality, amazing nails, amazing people. VERY good first impression. I would have walked out of there with no nail polish on my acrylics and still would have been happy with my nails, thats how perfect they were. The shape, the size, and then after the polish was on it was amazon and so so perfect. 10/10 I’ve already recommended friends.

Monica Jay was my nail artist, and EMPHASIS on artist because wow! I love my nails so much!! He did not disappoint. See you in a few weeks Jay!!

Laura Gass Ive been going to J&T nails ever since they opened their establishment. Even prior to their own establishment, Ive followed them wherever they went because theyre that worth it to me. All their technicians are kind. The owners are wonderful. I seize to be disappointed. Hands down, the best acrylic nails and designs youll ever get. Ive never had a nail fall off or break and I work with my hands for a living. I appreciate Jay, Tina, and the whole team.

Star G I love this place since day 1 I think 3 years ago once Jay did my nails I said oh that’s it you’re stuck with me . Always does a great job. And is very creative I show a design and Jay always puts his own twist ! I love it ! Also lately his sister has been doing my nails I believe her name is Jackie .. she is just as awesome as Jay !!! You want good nails , this is the place to go !!!! I always recommend people to go here because I’m always getting compliments. Elizabeth C BEAUTIFUL RUSSIAN MANICURE! Stella was detailed, careful, and worked very quickly to complete my manicure. I had no pain or bleeding AT ALL during cuticle cleanup unlike the experience I’ve had in most other nail salons. My nails look healthy and feel very natural, not thick like an acrylic manicure. The location was clean and bright, and the owner was very friendly, helping to translate to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Booking is easy as it is all online. I did accidentally book a same day appointment and was unable to change it (oops!). But the owner quickly responded and changed it with no problem. I will definitely return for my next manicure and pedicure!

Olta Cali I had an amazing experience getting a Russian manicure at Alina Nail Studio in San Marco! They did an absolutely fantastic job with Hard Gel Extension!! My nails look flawless, with clean cuticles and a smooth, polished finish. Not only was her technique precise, but she also worked incredibly fast!!! The attention to detail was impressive, and my nails have never looked this good. I highly recommend Alina Nail Studio if you’re looking for a professional, efficient, and high-quality manicure. Definitely coming back!

Raey Carswell I woke up and Googled Russian dry nail manicures in Jacksonville on a whim because I couldn’t find that service in the Savannah, GA, area. I found Alina! I’m so glad I did. I was able to book an appointment on the app/website and drove two hours to get the best experience. I was greeted warmly by Abiak and Assel, who offered me delicious coffee and wine! Get the red wine, trust me. I’m sipping on my second glass as I type this. Anyway, Anastasia was right on time for my appointment and was very pleasant. I told them I had never had a dry manicure before and was looking forward to starting my healthy nail care journey with them. I was so happy with the level of detail and cuticle care. I love that no water was used, and the process was so gentle, even while using nail bits. Anastasia’s work made my hands, nails, and cuticles look 20 years younger than when I walked in! I booked my second appoint on the spot! The salon itself is very posh and relaxing. Small but mighty, fume free, and decorated beautifully, music and small soft conversation filled the air. I like that not a lot of people can enter, it feels exclusive. It is. So if you want a great experience come on down!

Kimari Hill Absolutely love!!! This was my first experience with Russian manicures and I’m so glad I chose this spot. Very clean, friendly staff, and Stella did an amazing job on my nails. The cleanest they’ve ever looked. If you’re looking for a place to start your healthy bail journey, this is the place to do it!

Kayla Calvaire I came in for a pedicure, the place is very nice. They offer refreshments and the people were nice as well. Some have more of a language barrier than others. My service was not the best. My nail tech struggled taking off the acrylic on my big toes. My feet was not scrubbed properly, my big toe nails were not shaped, I had to assist with cutting my second toe to make it straight, my toes are clean though. I won’t be coming back but give it a go maybe my person was just bad. I was serviced by Kim.

Amanda Maurer I was a walk-in to get my nails done. I hadnt had my nails done in over a year but I knew what I wanted. I was assigned to Yen. She had her nails done and I asked if we could do an extra design on my index finger like one of hers. She was very nice and she was happy to do it. It took her about an hour to do the full set with design and was completely pain free. At no point was there even a pinch. Little did Yen or I know, I was getting engaged! When I go back I am booking Yen from now on.

Catherine Haas Do not claim you can do something you clearly cannot do. I booked an appt for full acrylic nails, No tips. And chrome polish. Mirror like finish. Said they could do all of it. Nope! First person i was say with had no idea how to build out nails. Finally got someone that could. But no one knows how to do chrome at this location. And I paid extra for chrome!!! Do not lie to people to get them in the door!

Mia Oxendine Stopped by on a Sunday and was able to get in with Alex. So glad I did. She executed the design to a tee. And gave me a wonderful experience. Made me feel very comfortable as I am a nail newbie. Thanks so much Alex!

Grace Hellman Nice people but did not do what I asked for. Charged me $15 for chrome but the aura on the nail clearly isn’t there, even after pointing it out. They give incentives to leave a 5 star review. I originally left a 5 star review even though I didn’t get want I wanted because they didn’t look bad or anything. Forced to lower my review because the gel polish is starting to come off on multiple nails after just a few days. Definitely regret spending my $80 here.

Kelly A Let me start by saying I’m extremely picky…..with that said, I’ve never left the salon disappointed! My girls take amazing care of me and all my whims. I’ve been with them since before they moved to Mandarin and they were in Fleming Island. They are worth the drive. Jenny and Stacey (and the rest of the gals) aren’t just my Nail Techs, they are my friends! We laugh and have so much fun. They aren’t snooty, they are personable and funny and extremely talented.

Bella Amos Nail Envy has the BEST staff! They are always accommodating and sweet. It’s like coming in for free therapy and leaving with pretty nails and toes! Who could ask for more??!!

Heather Stankard “Nail Envy Spa” in Mandarin (located near 295/off San Jose Blvd in the Bonefish Grill shopping center) is my go to place for Nails! This place is truly a hidden gem. The staff are all very talented, efficient, and fun! I am literally “in and out” with a new set in around 45 minutes! I am always a walk in, and I have never had to wait. Even today, I came in with a group of three ladies, and none of us had to wait, despite the place being full. The staff all treat each other like family. You can tell how a business treats their staff by the positive atmosphere. I highly recommend Nail Envy Spa in Mandarin! You will be very happy you found this place! Ask for Wendy! She’s outstanding! A+++++++

Amy Rounds Everyone there was amazing, kind thoughtful, and did an amazing job on my nails and my toes for my special wedding day tomorrow and I am so grateful to them. They did exactly as I wanted. Anna McFarland This was my first time at this nail spa and it is hands down the best place Ive gone to get my nails done. The overall experience was positive and relaxing. The place is beautiful and clean and the entire staff are great and very friendly. Ray did my acrylic and Pedi and did such an exceptional job. He is a professional, personable and highly skilled/talented technician. I would recommend this place and Ray to anyone that wants a high quality and amazing experience! You will be very happy. The service here is top tier and I plan on going here to get my nails done exclusively now :)

Liz P. My husband and I went here because it had a 5-star rating. Let me tell you, those five stars are well deserved! We splurged and got the Honey, I Love You pedicure. It was blissful and so relaxing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The whole salon has a nice, calming vibe. We highly recommend OMG Nails & Spa!

Taylor Walker The best nail salon experience that I have ever had. Kim did a phenomenal job on both my pedicure and my manicure. While it was a simple gel color, I’m so happy with how it turned out. The pedicure was so relaxing, and be sure to get the hot rock massage if you go. Some salons have an overwhelming chemical odor, but even on a busy Saturday, that’s not an issue here. Very kind people, best customer service. Eyebrows turned out perfectly, and the brow tech was so nice to me. Gel manicure, hot stone pedicure and eyebrow wax for under $90 not including tip is such a steal. If you’re in Jax, this is the place to go.

Ashley Kerby My mom and I started going to get dip manicures together a couple months ago. The first time we went, I was looking up nail salons close to my home because my mother snagged a nail past the quick while she was with me, and Secret Nail had the most consistent reviews with highest rating, so I suggested we try them for a fix to keep my moms nail protected while the damage grew out. My mom is in her 70s and had never in her life had her nails done professionally before this, so she was nervous. But the woman who greeted us listened to our concerns and suggested dip powder, which is admittedly pricey but has been a game changer in helping my mom keep her brittle nails unbroken since then. We go every 2-3 weeks and have worked with many different nail techs - Elaine, Vanessa, Lina, Diane, and Kevin, to name several. All the staff there have been very kind and helpful as well as consistent in service. They do take appointments, but weve almost always stopped by as walk-ins on weekday afternoons so far and had no trouble with quick service. If you are sensitive to strong smells I would recommend not going on a Saturday, because its one of their busiest days and the acetone scent can be strong then. But otherwise, I highly recommend them!

kauvaris frison I started coming here a few weeks ago , and I absolutely love it. Kate did my nails, and she does amazing on the designs. The prices are great as well! The pedicures are great to. 10/10 would recommend to anyone trying to find a new nail salon. :)

Casey Rivera Went to a new nail salon a few weeks ago with my daughters and spent $200 on 3 sets and we all walked away unhappy! The nails weren’t all the same length, didn’t get at all what we asked for but is what it is. I went here today and Alex made everything so much better. He took his time and fixed their mess up and remembered the design and colors I asked for. He is a true artist and wants his customers happy not just there to make money! Will def be back for my next fill in.

Angelina Perugini I went here on 11/27 and got a gel French manicure. Not even a week later they started to chip from BOTH end of my nail and the cuticle side (pics of nails in car). I went in to get them fixed and all they did was add a coat of white to the tips and put another layer of the top coat on top. Now not even a week later of getting them fixed, they’re chipping and peeling off. I would not come back again given that this was my first time even there.

Janee I absolutely looooove love my nails. I was serviced by Tam and he did a great job. He’s super fast, very kind , and is incredibly detailed. I highly recommended his services and will be back !

My 2cents Tam did an excellent job on my nails just off of a pic..... and Leslie did my friends nails that looked awesome too! And if any one knows where I can find the bobble head on this video let me know I love it!

Meliqua J. Heath This was my first time at this nail salon which is in the most convenient area, right around the corner from my condo! It was very clean, beautiful pictures, and fresh smelling. I loved the tv’s playing like a fish tank video and the other playing a serene tropical, ocean, resort video with the spa music playing in the background. It made the experience very peaceful and relaxing. Mickey worked on my volcano spa and manicure. She did a phenomenal job. She did not rush, was very polite, and provided me exactly what I wanted. She even let me use her portable phone charger because my phone was dying. The massage chair almost put me to sleep too. I got my facial wax:chin and mustache, which was in a separate enclosed room for privacy, of which I thought was very nice as well. The bathrooms were very nice as well. I had such a relaxing experience, I had to book an appointment for two weeks. Thank you so much to the staff who were all welcoming and kind.

Amanda Rush This was my first time visiting the salon for a gel manicure, and my experience was far from what I expected. The nail technician, an older man, was not very communicative, which was fine. However, he repeatedly pressured me to upgrade to a hybrid gel mix, even assuming I wanted it at times. I had to repeatedly tell him I only wanted a regular gel manicure, and eventually had to firmly say no for him to stop pushing the service. When he removed my previous gel, he aggressively filed them with an electric file and buffer, which caused bending and discomfort. He then told me my nails were weak was bending my nails in an uncomfortable way and they needed the hybrid gel. I feel like he intentionally damaged my nails in order to upsell me services. Now, every one of my nails is sore and sensitive to the touch, and I’m experiencing pain whenever they come into contact with anything. On top of this, the final manicure was uneven and sloppy. I was hoping to find a local salon I could visit regularly, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. I felt uncomfortable, pressured, and like my nails were intentionally damaged to push for an unnecessary upsell. I would advise looking for a more professional, reputable salon.

Niya Jackson Nails done by Lily, very talented artist and wonderful staff. This was my first time attending this salon and it exceeded my expectations. It was clean, the staff was polite and overall, I had a great experience getting my nails done. Lily is the nail artist who did my nails and she did a fabulous job. As someone who always like to try out different designs I was happy that I was able to find a talent nail artist such as herself.

Kayla Calvaire My nail person was John he did amazing. Don’t steal him but I’m coming to him every single time. He was super accommodating, he even helped translate for my mom that wanted to alter her nail design. He was great!

Cassandra K. I’ve been going to Unique Nails for almost a decade. I love the friendly atmosphere and highly reccomend Sarah! I like to change up my nails with different shapes (almond, square, etc.) and different styles (French, SNS, chrome, etc.). Sarah always gets exactly what I envision and has great suggestions when I am unsure what I want! I can be picky with my nails, so I am glad to have found her ☺️

Victoria Russell They are amazing. We had a party of 7 which they fit us in asap on a Saturday morning. They are super amazing and so funny. I had Sara for my nails and her design skills are so spot on. Everyone one else is very satisfied with their choices as well they all did pedicures and manicures. Angie B A and A nails is my favorite Nail Salon. The shop is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The nail techs pay attention to detail and the quality of work is Outstanding. I would not go any where else. Lina is the best. If you show her a picture of the design you want she matches it exactly she is very talented. If I could give 10 stars I would. This is what I showed her and she did just that.

Maria Jayna was disappointed with how my pedicure turned out. I asked for square acrylic toes turned out too thick and uneven. The gel polish ended up on my skin and peeled quickly and it hasn’t even been 2 full days. there were spots missed on my nails as well. Workers were very kind and playful but i just wish the service matched the energy. ***UPDATE**** Shayla(owner) was quick in responding to my review and being kind and understanding with my concerns! I was able to walk in anytime to get it fixed!! and my nails turned out beautiful! I would come again!!

Olivia Holland Best nail experience of my life!!! Lovely staff, nails are done quickly and efficiently. I found zero flaws in my manicure which is RARE. Jen braided my hair free of charge while I got my nails done and it came out GORGEOUS. Conversation flowed very well and I was comfortable the whole time. Pricing is fairly reasonable as well. Overall amazing experience. I will be recommending this salon to every girl I know!!

Alexa Lavallee Ive been coming to A&A every months for a little over 2 years. I usually get acrylic with a solid color or French tip with a "nude/not pinky base". With that said. They do the best job in Jax & Ive recommended my family and friends to them over the past 2 years. I went in a few days ago and the guy was shaping my nails after gluing down the tip & I noticed 1 nail was starting to look like a triangle & not almond... I mean Im going to have to live with these nails for a few weeks, right? I asked if he could redo it & he got angry, pushed back his chair, threw his haves up & told me to go over to someone else. He said " Im done with you. Youre always difficult when you come here and nobody likes doing your nails here". I was honestly so shocked. The only reason why I may be "difficult" is because I dont want crooked, bubbly thick nails. When I get my toes done Ive always gotten an acrylic on my big toes because Im accident prone lol. Theyve always made my big toes match, but lately the acrylic one has been so poorly done and they say its not possible to make it look good (which is not true because theyve been doing it for years). Im very disappointed in the customer service here. I get it if I was a rude person, but this was uncalled for. Very unprofessional and its sad to say, but I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Nicole Chilemba Absolutely phenomenal experience‼️ I came with my sister and no appointment but everyone happily accepted us. First, we started to with pedicures, we were served complimentary drinks and asked if we wanted anything else. I felt very cared for and pampered. Next was manicures, I showed an inspirational photo and she went above and beyond with her own interpretation. My nails and feet feel brand new and soft. Amazing way to start my birthday. Without a doubt would HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to check them out!!!

Jordyn Rong Tried this place out since I saw that their Google reviews had a 4.8 rating which In my head this place must be very good!!! But it was a lie. The service provided were amazing by each and every one of them but they kept upselling which I did not like to stack up the bill. Everything was great when it comes to the pedicure part but the nail part were not it. My fiancé who had 2 pictures which Ive attach below as an inspiration picture to show how she wanted her nails done but as you can see the outcome/result of her nails werent exactly like the picture shown. The shaping was not accurate, the polish was to thick and what was suppose to be cheetah print ended up not matching cheetah print addition to that also cut her finger when trimming the acrylic down. Well for me, I got the regular manicure added with a shine but after2 hours I notice it was peeling..... which I dont think that should occur. As well some of my nails were cut unevenly Pedicure was very good, but I wished they mention the ingredients they were gonna put on me, just in case if I have allergy issues. Overall, wasnt worth the money I spent......

Sarah Louvat Lyn will always be the woman I trust with my nails! She is amazing and so creative with her design sets. I followed her as she transitioned to Grand Nails when it opened and I am so excited to see them busy. The salon is sleek, clean and luxurious with reasonable pricing on all services. I can’t recommend Lyn and her team enough!

Jessica A This was my first time ever getting a pedicure and it was a great first experience! I will most definitely be back probably every couple of weeks. My feet have never looked so cute! They do accept walk ins and I was in and out very quickly. Everyone was very friendly.

Ariel When I tell you it’s so hard to find great customer service from start to finish, not here though! I mean from I was provided with just that. My ingrown toenails was removed so gently, great care and gentleness during my whole pedicure AND my eyebrows is popping beautifully. Love this spot, job well done Mimi and everyone there!

Grace did an amazing job on my Valentines nails. She is so talented! The place is clean, everyone is welcoming, prices are great! You will not be disappointed.

Heather Meadows We have tried multiple nail salons and none of them have ever did an outstanding job, until now! Grace was amazing and did my daughters nails exactly how she wanted, she even added in her own little touches that made her nails better than she could have ever imagined. Latanya White I was surprised to learn that the shop was under new management. I am not big on surprises however this one was very pleasant! Andy did a fabulous job on my French manicure! Tae did an equally amazing job in my French pedicure! They were conversational and intimate, which I liked very much. If you want to be treated well please visit the shop and ask for them. Although they ALL are great! Those are the two I had the pleasure of being pampered by today. ALSO, no one asked me to say these things, these are my words and my honest opinion. Sarah Ownbey Ive been looking for a regular salon since I moved in May and Im so happy I stumbled across this place! Andy and Casey are so sweet and helpful! They had excellent suggestions and Im happy with my gel-x manicure. Andy talked through options with my friend and she went with what he recommended and is really pleased as well! They have great options and reasonable prices , and the clean and friendly atmosphere are a 10/10.

Collette Ritums I had a fantastic experience getting a pedicure, sculpted nails, and a foot massage today. The facility is absolutely immaculate, and the staff was amazing—professional, friendly, and attentive. They did an incredible job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
