Rebecca McEarchern Fabulous experience ...everything was so nice from the time we walked in . On a Busy saturday was able to take both of us back and set us together . We had doc John and Mark I believe they both were so nice helping us decide and very honest . I got ugly toes and he was nice didnt make me feel any type of way. I highly recommend this place 1010

jewel blunt Went there out of convenience because my usual tech wasn’t available and I deeply REGRET doing so! I got a fill and the tech completely ruined my set! She turned my once sleek coffin shape med length nails into IRREGULAR SHAPED BLOBS && then charged me an additional $10 because she says they were long! My set is barely med length! I would NOT recommend or return! They have an elite atmosphere and GHETTO service didn’t even offer refreshments to patrons!

Merry Gray Emily is wonderful. She always finds a way to fit me. I get compliments all the time when she does nail art, recommend her highly.

Valerie Ann I’ve been to a few different salons over the past 3 years….Ocala Nail Salon, Classy Nails, Jay Nails, Noir Nail Bar to name a few and Tracy at Queen Nails is the best in the area for sure!! She did a great job, I love my nails. She has gentle hands and she’s super sweet. Also the salon is beautiful and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back every two weeks. Update 3/1/25 Tracey is the best! She’s a wonderful lady and beautiful inside and out. I love getting my nails done at Queen Nails and I’m locked in as a loyal customer.

karen kenton Lei lei does a wonderful job. She is very thorough and pleasant. The salon was clean, well lit, neat, and did NOT have a strong acetone smell. There was an instrument sterilizer in use. The prices are good. I called at 3:05 and made an appointment for 3:30. I had no wait. Other coming in without appointments were waiting 5-10 minutes. This was my first trip to this salon. I will definitely be using this salon in the future!

James Bennett My first time getting a pedicure and my feet are very tender I would recommend this place highly they are excellent prices are good too

M Service: Gel Polish onToes The nail tech put my socks and shoes on and when i got home the gel nail polish was all over my socks and shoes and smeared on my toes, because it was not dry and it bled through… I went back to the salon and was told by the Manager to sit down. No apology, no money back- told to have a seat and we will redo polish for you No thanks, a simple sorry goes a long way. We don’t pay $30 to have our shoes ruined and not get a simple Sorry let alone a refund (or offer to pay for the socks and shoes that you ruined). My dog could have done better

Yetta Stokes I’ve been to many nail spa’s. This one here is a keeper. From greeting me to the excellent service. The equipment is up to date. The option to leave a tip from your credit card is great (IYKYK). The prices are similar to the market. I enjoyed my entire visit and will be back.

Jordan Halligan For my daughter’s 7th birthday she was treated like absolute royalty at The Pamper Palace! For a special occasion like a birthday definitely go all in and get the works, it’s worth the money! I know my daughter cannot wait to return! Absolutely the most upbeat team here, all about the child and the experience. To say I was blown away doesn’t even put it into perspective. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Kelly Durso So we brought my daughter here for some early spa treatment before she turns 5 in two days and let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint!! Amber took amazing care of my baby. She really engaged with her, laughed, sang songs and took her time pampering my princess. The salon is decorated perfectly and the staff is incredibly welcoming. We will ABSOLUTELY be going back!! Thank you Amber for making this moment so magical for her!!

Heidi LaCentra Emma came for a best friend / birthday experience and Christina and Ariana were fabulous. They pampered our little princesses and made them feel so special!! Thank you Pamper Palace for a memorable 6th birthday!!!

Melissa Claremont Ariana was wonderful with my baby girl and the set up for the girls is too cute! Love the idea of a princess pampered day. We loved celebrating a friend’s special birthday here. With the BFF package the girls had undivided attention between the two stylists, Christina and Ariana. Great experience for the little ones!

Maria-Cristina Chaviano Look no further because you won’t find better! They are the best! I’ve been having my nails done with Van and pedicures with Kim for 2 years and my nails have never looked better! I am really impressed by their attention to detail and quality of work. I am very picky and they meet every expectation. I am never disappointed. I’m so happy with how beautiful my nails always come out and how long they last! Their customer service is always on point also. Make an appointment and prepare to be ecstatic!

P. Jones I had the pleasure of getting a manicure with Van, and it was, hands down, one of the best Ive ever had! She was thorough and did a great job, but it didnt take forever, like Ive experienced at some other places. I showed her a picture of the color polish I wanted, and she used 2 polishes to get an exact match. I love my nails! Ill definitely be back!

Joan Charles Hands down the best place to get nails done! Van and Chris are both so nice. Van does my nails and they are perfect every time. She also does some pretty art and can recreate almost any design you want! I never had Chris do my nails but I’ve seen the awesome jobs he’s done! Highly recommend either one. Vans mom does a great pedicure too! Nice massage! Takes her time, relaxing, and I don’t feel rushed!

Mallory Strandberg Last time I got my nails done they were done proper, but this time the girl (not the same as before) really didn’t pay attention. It’s a good shape just BAD painting. After I got the chrome rub she didn’t even have me wash my hands and the excess dust is still on my hand. I will say they do well generally and are very nice people. However, when you pay money you want it perfect.

Mazey Marie I got them done with Tracy and I love them! She did such a good job on the shape and the nail art was perfect! Will definitely be going back!

Ashley Smith Out of the many nails salons I have visited over the years in this county, my experience here was the best by far. The friendliness, welcoming environment and soothing music is the perfect compliment to indulging yourself in one of their many services offered. I had a full nail set put on, a Deluxe Pedicure and my eyebrows done. The Deluxe pedicure came with a glass of wine or champagne to enjoy during the service. My tech for the pedicure was very nice, polite, took her time with massage and spoke English which was great! I was able to relax and actually enjoy my time. The nail tech which was actually the owner also took his time and my nails were a special case since I am a nail biter by anxiety, so he did not have alot to work with. He explained the anatomy of the nail bed and the things he was doing to help expand the life of my acrylic nails and the the follow up time period for best results. He also spoke English and provided great conversation. My eyebrow tech was quiet, efficient and also did well! If you are struggling like I was to find a great place to go for these services, I recommend trying this place out for sure!

Cheryl Tebbing I highly recommend Tiki Nails. Very clean and professional. My husband and I love going for pedicures. It is so relaxing and all the attendants are very professional. Tracy always does my nails and I am always pleased. It’s easy to make an appointment and the owners are so friendly. Very reasonable prices. You can’t go wrong at Tiki Nails.

Nethranjalie Dissanayake ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time at Azulene Nail Spa, and I was extremely impressed! The salon was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. My technician, Michael, did an excellent job—his attention to detail and skill exceeded my expectations. The final result was even better than I had hoped for! I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Jessica Rufus Kayla is wonderful. I followed her there from another salon. Her work is fantastic. I see her once a month and my nails last. I do acrylic with gel color. She always gets the shape right. Kayla is good with designs as well. If you need a really good nail tech you should try her out.

Deanna is kind, patient, I didn’t feel rushed like most nail techs make you feel. Great massages on the arms after nails are finished! She does NOT rush the massage or compromise the quality of your nails to get the next customer! Deanna Excellent work, your art work on nails is beautiful - I love my poinsettia - thank you!!! She filed and designed my nails exactly like I wanted!!!! Beautiful work! Thank you Deanna! You are the BEST!!! I wish I lived here! Next time I’m in town I will be by to see you!

Kayla Terrible experience. I went to do my nails on December 24th and literally two days after I got them done it was completely chipped off. I spent 50 dollars on these nails and it was a complete waste of money. It didn’t even last a week that’s incredibly sad. They said they could nothing about it because they have a three day policy but I was out of town and couldn’t go. They had no accommodations and did not care that I payed so much just to receive chipped nails. Will not be returning here.

Alyssa Roberson I thought the service was okay. The nail technician did a great job with my cuticle work, which was the main reason I went. Unfortunately, the next day my polish was already chipping off. This could have been avoided by preping the nail better before polishing. They do have a guarantee on the nail services for a few days which is nice.

Michelle Abraham Would recommend not to go here. Very sloppy manicure. Nail Tech is think her name was Lulu, was unfriendly, didnt even pay attention to detail when doing my nails, had a bad attitude from the beginning. Made my nail start bleeding and then just painted over it. Missed spots on my nails and nails look lumpy, could probably have my 5 year old cousin do a better job. Did not even think it was worthy of the $50 dollars I paid for. Should have gone to one of the better rated salons nearby.

Michelle m I have been here a few times in received good pedicures. decided to get my nails done today. they sat me at seat 2, the girl with orange blonde hair, immediately I was worried because she spent the first five minutes playing on her phone. she cut my nails down to the length after gluing the plastic nails on. I was good with that length until she filed EXTREMELY too hard and long, she cut off an extra 2 to 3 cm which made my acrylics no longer than my normal nail.. she was talking to someone on the phone the entire service and not really paying attention to my nails. . I asked for white polish with a sparkle at the tip, for the sparkle they charged me an extra $15. I felt like that was a rip off being since well was so short there was such a little polish being used.. your nails will be tender after going to her and she told me the whole time "relax" as she was sawing away at my fingers. would not recommend for acrylics

Alexander Rodriguez I visited LV Nails today. I had a very pleasant experience with the tech Kim. I had a manicure and pedicure done. The gel polish is cheaper than most places and I noticed they had kids chairs. I had a great time will recommend my friend.

Leena Williams I absolutely love Luxury Nails and they are only place I trust. I have been going for years and every person on the staff is kind, friendly, and helpful! I get my nails done by Angela and she is a true artist. She does incredible designs, is extremely creative, and always collaborates with me to make any vision come true. Just today she surprised me with a super cool new design! She is always learning and takes her artistry seriously. The absolute best- no competition!

Stephanie Dawn Linna is amazing!! I walked in here about 6 months ago looking for someone who could do what I wanted and I was pleasantly approached by Linna. She said she could do any kind of design. She did my nails that day and now I won’t go to anyone else. She takes her time and always accomplishes the design picture I show her. I love that her work space is always clean. If you’re looking for a nice nail tech who can do anything, ask for her!

Sharon TheGreat I really wanted to like this place. But I cant spend $70 and get nails like this. Seemed like the nail tech was more worried about leaving on time than completing the service. I was passed on to another nail tech halfway thru the service with no explanation. So, two techs worked on my nails and they still ended up looking like this. The last photo was the design I asked for.

Brittney Companion I’ve had some not so great experiences here and some good, so I guess that’s why I keep coming back but this I feel was the worst experience I’ve had here. Vincant did my pedicure and cut my toe pretty good and the gel pedicure he did wasn’t the greatest there’s still polish on my feet. In all honesty the massages anybody does now it’s not a massage. It’s just rubbing your legs until they feel weird. Vincent wasn’t unkind. He was funny and nice, but there was no apology for cutting my foot or even offering me a Band-Aid. He just kept putting this Green mixture that kept burning on top of the alcohol putting on my feet. My husband had to go up to the front and ask for a Band-Aid. Then, when I explained that I wanted nail design on each finger, no one in the building I guess was comfortable with doing it. Then Sally approached me probably not how she meant to, but how it came a cross was that I couldn’t afford what I was asking for. This is the first time I’ve gotten my nails done nor with designs on my fingers, But I could tell she was trying to talk me out of what I wanted. And just made me feel like I couldn’t afford what I was asking for. Then she put me with June that still did not give me the only design that I asked for, but she did try. I didn’t catch the woman’s name who did my husband’s pedicure, but she was very kind and did wonderful. There customer service can use some work and how they speak to people also need some work. We spent $190, $55 on my hands, $70 on my pedicure , and $65 on my husband’s pedicure. We did tip $5 per person. I put in a picture of my foot that has just stopped bleeding after two hours. A picture of what I asked for which she only did one of the designs in the design that she did.

Bianca I will never go anywhere else! I’m obsessed with Linna and her work (and I’m picky)! I wish I could post videos to show how the red ones changed with the light in different angles but either way you can tell how beautiful they are. Love them every time ! Photos of the most recent attached.

Ki Cin First time coming here and they have gained a forever client. Absolutely fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. The quality of the products/services exceeded my expectations. I had Ken for my full set and Kevin for my pedicure. Highly recommend !

Stephanie Richardson First time, and all I can say is this is my new place to go! Got an eyebrow and lip wax, along with a full set. I haven’t had my nails done in 3 years and Mimi made my experience the best, she was very thorough and sweet. This place has some amazing techs.

Sherry Loria I LOVE this place. They are reasonably priced and truly do an amazing job. There are so many colors to choose from and my tech Kelley is so friendly and talented. Also, nails can take a while so I appreciate the good shows they have on the TV with captions, so I can keep my mind occupied as the tech works on my nails. I always get compliments since I’ve been going here. Another thing I value is you can call or book online your appointment and they don’t make you wait. Your appointment time is the true time you get your nails done. Super happy I found this place.

Theresa Owens Overall good experience. The place is immaculate with nice music playing. I was trying to decide on accent color for my nails and I thought they forgot as the nails were all same color. I had picked one accent color prior then changed my mind. So I asked if accent color being done and I changed to silver. I may have read it wrong but he said something to the other workers in their native language which I perceived as him being upset I changed the color. The silver was applied and It looks amazing. I gave him a hug after the service. That won’t deter me from booking again. So that was why 4/5. Thank you.

Patience Shackley After living in Ocala for over five years and trying multiple different nail salons around the area, I had almost given up on getting pedicures that were actually worth the amount they charge. I called in and was able to get in for immediate service. I had Coco And she was fantastic. She took her time doing my pedicure and insured that I liked what she was doing every step of the way. I appreciate the attention to detail and great customer service she provided. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend it to others in the area who are looking for a good quality pedicure. The massage chairs they have are fantastic! They also have multiple upgrade packages available and they also offer reflexology massages and you can add on massage minutes for $1 per minute. So glad I called and went in!

Dawn-Marie Jackson I’ve been twice and loved every minute. They really take their time and pamper each customer. I never felt rushed like I did at Luxury nails. Warm greeting as soon as I walked in. Offered candy or water each time. The chairs are amazing! My gel pedicure lasts weeks. Will def be back!

Mrs. Mc The pictures of my nails were taken a little over a week after the visit. Absolutely amazing experience for my mom and I. Kenny hand painted my nails. His talent and attention to detail are phenomenal. Andy took care of my mom and also did an amazing job. I wish we had taken pictures of hers. This was our first visit and now we wont go anywhere else. To top off the experience, the prices are very reasonable, and the whole salon is super clean.

Rebecca Thornhill The salon was very accommodating at getting our group in and the owner (I’m assuming he was the owner) did an excellent job on one of our groups nails. The lady who did my nails tried to get them done as quick as possible. I’ve never been to a salon that didn’t trim or push back you cuticles. She also did not do a hand massage! No hand lotion after. Just a speedy, rushed job and the photo speaks for itself. Seems like a nice place and I would go back, but I would not use this same person. (The photos are a few hours after the manicure)

Melissa Jody is fantastic! She did an amazing job on my nails. This was my first appointment with her, and she made me feel so welcomed. The space is private, quiet, and clean. With her experience and expertise, she truly knows her craft!

Samantha Perez Amazing job! They were able to make me a same day appointment even though they were closing early for the holidays and not one time did I feel rushed. Tam took her time and really did a perfect pedicure and polish change. Not to mention, I paid less than I had expected! I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 recommend

Erica Larson I’m fan girling over my nails right now thanks to KIANNA!! she did such a great job from picking out the colors, creating new designs and making this one definitely her own. She is the girl to see. If you haven’t been here, definitely come! I am very satisfied with how these came out and the product always lasts!

B. P.R. See the pics and judge yourself! This "work" was done yesterday in the afternoon and believe me I did complained while the nail tech was doing the nail polish with the lady at the first desk, whom I believe is the owner. I show her my toes and in the owns words she, saw nothing wrong and said I needed to wait until the enamel settles and "even out". Ive worked in nails salon and I know when the products are bad/old/expired and damaged. Starting with the base coat and the thinnered down DND nail polish everything was wrong. You cant complaint because the owner and the staff will dismiss and treat you like your complain is ridiculous. The nail tech Vee was super nice and I know she cant do much. If you go here... dont expect quality in products nor good customer service from the management. If I could, I would have rate it zero star but because of Vee, I will give them 1 start.

Andrew Parillon Mai is absolutely amazing, very nice and professional, friendly and fast. I was not a big taker today, so she let me sit in my thougwhile she worked on my hands. This was my first time, and I will be back for colored nails next time. (Update) I came back, and Mai is an amazing artist. I showed her an inspection photo and wanted a little something on the masculine side. I love what she did. (Updated photo)

Vanessa Gard Very nice place! And open on Sunday! Wait was not long. Tran did a great job with the shape I wanted and and added a nice touch with the flower and diamond and hot pink nails for a hot girl summer! I’ll definitely be back to see what else she can do.

Janelle Marin Spa DeLamore is very modern and clean. Kim is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. She does things in her process that I’ve never seen any other technician do she checks and double checks the shape of my nails. THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here.

Lauren Hooligan Clean, polite and efficient. The menu is a little overwhelming, but they are stocked up on colors. Several displays and a lot of custom options. The chairs are honestly the best and nicest I’ve sat in! Overall good experience!

Shannon Lopez If I can put this at zero I definitely would. I went and got a pedicure and the pedicure man didnt even know what he was doing another lady had to walk him through the pedicure. Once he applied the color is was horrible. I told the lady and she just wanted me to finish my pedicure but he wasnt doing a good job. She told me I would have to wait for someone else to finish the polish. It was horrible dont go there it was my fist and last time going there.
