aishe robinson I have been a customer of Kim’s for over 7 years. Her work is second to none. Hee customer service is amazing. She is a relationship salon. She has a referral incentive plan, customer appreciation days, etc etc. This salon owner knows her stuff and so does hee entire staff. I am so blessed to be a client! She builds relationships, not just nails. Once you go to Legacy Nail Lounge, you won’t go anywhere else!

Jordan Martinez Legacy Nail Lounge is always a clean space. I appreciate the hours they have appointments because my work hours tend to be later than most salons. Mely has become my regular technician and her work is always high quality. Not only does her manicures never leave my cuticles or nail beds bleeding, but never causes any pain. Her line work and nail art is immaculate.

Cat Joyce 4 hours! So we came in on a promo text for a great deal, so I drove the 25 minutes to the nail salon and surprised my two sisters with gel x full sets, however we were in the salon for 4 hours. AND the Con really started at the end when it came down to settling the bill, since I prepaid $170 for all of us, I assumed the deal was done. It was to include 3 full sets and gel polish and two soak offs. They were being shifty and weird about telling me my total before I was going to leave. The manager of salon was assisting the front desk girl and the sweetheart nail tech(Tatiana) who obviously thought like wow how could she be charging this much extra. I got chrome and hearts drawn on, and my sister got French and stickers and my other sister got plain red. I figured like at most $15 for my extra and maybe $20 extra for my sister, they came at me with $65 extra! And let me tell you these claws are NOT clawing! My cuticle paint and several layers of polish are bulky and it looks like a wall that’s been painted over way too many times. We settled with $40 extra and I to be honest am still unhappy, it was never supposed to be that long upon booking she said 2.5-3 hours at most! And I didn’t think my whole Saturday would be wasted. Two things I learned today, NEVER prepay for a service you are getting done until you are satisfied, and NEVER think oh em gee, what a good deal, because you get what you pay for.

Emily Deleon Danys Exotic Nails is the best salon in West Palm Beach that I’ve been too! Dany is amazing at what she does and I will never go to another nail artist again. She is extremely clean, precise, and a pleasure to visit!

Belle Maples I got a gel pedi by Gricelda and acrylic full set from Jenni and I’m sooo happy with both! The salon is very cute and clean. All the girls are very kind and super talented. Will definitely be going back!

Aya Marie Gosh I came here with my bestie and I’m telling you I have never experienced such a wonderful nail and spa. They truly took their time, there was no rush, to make sure they got it perfect (I’m a perfectionist so I was very happy with that). Not only so but they served this delicious cute espresso in a small espresso cup thing. It’s beautiful inside and out. They provided great community time and fun while doing the beat job on my nails I have ever seen

Took my mom there to get her nails done but so many things went wrong. 1 - She asked for full acrylic; she got dipped nails. 2 - She went with a Valpak coupon listing the service as $25 for Dipped nails and $22 for Full acrylic; she was charged $40. 3 - The nail tech could not initially understand the simple design of doing acrylic with nail art over it as a finisher. 1 star was given since my mom liked the finished product, somewhat. They do not honor their own coupons. Will not recommend to anyone.

My nails never looked better! Acrylic nails and I needed fills.. look at my pictures.. my nails look beautiful! Very affordable with a large variety of products and services to choose from… Easy access with lots of parking.. I highly recommend! ————————————————————————— Best Nail Salon in West Palm Beach! She made sure to do my nails to my liking and was very meticulous with my eyebrows. The other lady that works there also did an incredible job with my mom’s nails and was also really sweet. I’m incredibly pleased with the service and I will definitely be going back.

Also the salon is gorgeous super zen and feels like a spa. The price is great super reliable. Didn’t break the bank. Angie has a new client in me. For sure.

Shih An Hua (AliceShih) In town for vacation, got my nails done with Angie, and I am SO glad I found this gem! Angie shaped my nails so beautifully, was so detail oriented, and made sure I like my nails throughout the experience. The design is also so beautiful (they have these pre-designed nails too!). There were also plenty of colors to choose from, cleanliness was on point, and the price was reasonable. Oh - and the owners recently renovated the place completely, and I LOVE how modern and updated the space is. Highly recommend, nothing to complain about.

Yona Noel I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a while now, and even in this new location, they’ve taken things to a whole new level! The staff here is just incredible! So attentive, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure you leave thrilled with your nails. The cleanliness? Spotless! The vibe? So serene and spa-like, it honestly feels like a mini getaway to Arizona every time I walk in. The color-coordinated walls and the decor are so well thought out; it adds to the whole experience. Despite living all the way in Boynton, I make the drive every single time because this place is truly worth it. I don’t see myself going anywhere else! 10 out of 10, hands down.

The ambiance is great, the girls are so nice, and the manicures and pedicures are superb—my nails always look amazing! Highly recommend you get your manicure and pedicure done here.

Heather M Visiting from out of town and this was the nicest , cleanest nail salon I have ever been in. Single use pumice on my feet which I’ve never seen. My husband had a pedicure too and enjoyed it. Highly recommend this salon. I wish I lived here!

Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, I have been seeing Marittza for years and she is always doing an amazing job taking pride in her work and taking her time. If you want an amazing nail tech I strongly recommend Maritza. Call and ask for her, the dip that she does on my nails makes me always feel like a princess!

Jacky Thompson-Padilla Absolutely love this place. If you are like me and like natural nails then this is your place. This salon doesn’t do acrylic nails so there is no toxic smell. Everyone on staff is extremely kind. I was so impressed with how clean everything is kept. ❤️❤️❤️

Arlene Jimenez This place is very clean with ample parking and wheelchair accessibility. The staff is very nice and I love how they are professionally dressed, in uniforms, and well-groomed. The reason that I am giving it three stars is because I was put into a pedicure chair that was very uncomfortable. Although they appear to be new and in very good shape, there was barely any stuffing in it, and so you felt the knobs of the massager that was inside the chair come through and it was very uncomfortable and bothersome on your back. When I mention this to the person who was taking care of me, she mentioned that they had recently been purchased and that was how they came. She was very good at her job when it came to the maintenance of my feet and hands, however, the nail polishing part left much to be desired. I had asked for a French manicure and pedicure and the lines were crooked and not well done. She had done the lines freehand. She already have another customer ready for her by the time I was done, and I wanted to get home since I was there over an hour or so. In all fairness, I didnt say anything to her since I did not really notice until I was out in the lighted parking lot and took a good look at my hands and feet. It was not horrible, however, after I paid $125 for the services, I just think that she could have taken a really good look at everything before letting me go. Again, I should have said something instead of just leaving, but I was done. I would still recommend this place, but they need to do something with those chairs and make sure that the professionals that they have providing services look over their final work before they let their clients go.

Christina Lourdes Viktoriia is the only person I trust with my nails... She is very attentive, meticulous and well-versed in proper nail care so I am never worried about my nail health. She always takes her time with my nails and the result is always better than my expectations. I recommend her 10/10

Jovana Čaprić I had my first Russian manicure done by Viktoria two months ago and I keep coming back because she provides such a high level of quality, detail and skill. I used to do acrylic from other salons but her hard gel manicures are so natural feeling but equally long lasting and durable. She truly is so talented and I always love my nails!

Jordan G avoid at all costs - I just moved to the area and always get gel x tips have never had an issue. I went to get my nails done here Sept 20 THAT SAME NIGHT they all popped off while making dinner I didn’t even feel them. I called to have them corrected for the next available appt which they were very accommodating and Karen did the set which I was please with but unfortunately they lifted and peeled off within the week. I went BACK to address the issue and was told by Karen that my nails are the issue & I should find somebody else to do my nails and clearly she thought I didn’t know what she was doing which was far from the case. Beyond disappointed with the customer service - don’t waste your money, they don’t have 5 stars for a reason.

Odalis Ortiz Dustin is an absolute gem. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with warmth and professionalism that instantly made me feel at ease. His attention to detail is second to none; he takes the time to ensure that my nails are not just done, but done perfectly. The shape he gives my nails is always spot on, showcasing his precision and skill. Mai is equally impressive. I love how she takes my vague ideas for color themes and transforms them into stunning nail art.

Gracie Abercrombie I can’t recommend Jenny enough! I’ve been going to her for about a year now and have loved my nails each and every time. Not to mention, she really takes her time to make sure you love your nails and are happy with the color/shape. She’s the best!

Dragana Stancevic I was very hesitant going in due to all negative reviews. However my friend recommended Dustin. Omg he was so patient (I did acrylic soak off and we all know how much time that takes!) Talking about details and the attention on my cuticles. I will be back!! Thank you, Dustin!

Jazmin De La Peña I asked for an acrylic full set with a gel polish. I was told where to find the gel color swatches and I picked a color. No one told me that the color I picked was actually a color PLUS a chroming powder. No one told me that chroming powder would be an additional $20! Just the color on my set would total $35. And that’s fine but don’t wait until I check out to say this. If I hadn’t asked for a price breakdown they never would have told me and that’s shady. I think he may have also used the wrong color powder because the color came out differently. The last photo I included is my friends manicure. Her technician left stray hair to dry into her polish and it had to be redone. Overall it was sloppy work and she reshaped her nails herself. We came because we were from out of town and this salon was close to our hotel but if I had bothered to read the reviews I would have chosen someplace else.

She is attentive, so kind, and obviously great at what she does! I haven’t done my nails in years and she made the whole experience comfortable for me. The receptionist also so kind and professional. I will always appreciate a salon that puts their clients first.

Tiffany Cox We stumbled upon JL Nails because our regular nail salon cancelled on us. JL is open late and we walked in. Kelly was super welcoming and squeezed us in! The salon is so clean and the the staff is very friendly! We won’t be going anywhere else from now on. JL nails is the best!

Still in perfect shape, this was my first time at JL and it was the best manicure I’ve had in years! I sat down and no one asked me if I wanted wine or soda, a white woman comes in five minutes after me and was offered soda and wine. My technician was good, but I didn’t like that treatment. Meanwhile, I’m 99% percent sure I had more money, more education, and assets than that white woman.

Lacey D. Phillips Great experience! Gina is really good at what she does and takes her time to get your desired look. I got TAP Hybrid nails for my first time and they look amazing! Arianna Been looking for a nail salon closer to my home instead of driving far. My birthday was coming up and needed somewhere fast ! I looked Up salons near me and out of the reviews nails and spa had to highest rated. Very clean and Gina helped me with my color selection she was very attentive and patient. lydia vandyck Nothing but love for this salon!! A lot of the times i bring my toddler with me and she can be a lot sometimes but Karla and Gina are so kind and patient with us. Karla entertains my daughter by doing her nails without me even asking, she just does it out of kindness and i will be forever grateful. Gina takes her time with my nails and they always come out looking exactly how i want them too. I get SOO many compliments every single time without fail. She does amazing work. 10/10 recommend.

Denise Polonia This place is a gem. I feel so fortunate to have found it. I just moved from NYC and the reviews led me to book an appointment with Kevin. I normally get an acrylic fill-in with gel polish and a gel pedicure. The salon was prompt with the appointment time and I noticed the same for other clients checking in for their appointments. Vibe: So peaceful. They’re so pleasant and genuinely care that you’re comfortable and like the service. Acrylic Fill-in with Kevin: I opted for a nude color but inquired about chrome options. Kevin asked if I wanted the chrome to be ombré, and as I had never tried it, trusted his suggestion. I admired his attention to detail especially in reviewing the shape. Fun nails make me happy and when I look at them I smile because they represent good hospitality. Thank you. Gel Pedicure: Carla was so nice and meticulous. She asked me about one of my toes (that had been cut at a previous salon). She was very careful asking me how I felt as she navigated the cuticle. She thoroughly exfoliated my heels. And as if that wasn’t enough, she finished with a soothing massage before painting. Most relaxing pedicure.

Robinson Deborah (Sunny Dee) I love this little hidden gem of a nail salon! First, I love the very peaceful atmosphere! Its not chaotic or noisy like most salons typically are. Second the massage chairs are awesome! Third, my tech, Karla, does an amazing job! I have extremely sensitive nerves in my feet and she is very gentle, as well as skillful with whatever service I want done. Also, they are very clean and use plastic liners in their foot spas. This is a must for me. No liner, no business. At another salon many years ago, I contracted fungal nails because they didnt use liners and they werent as conscientious about cleaning well afterwards. This salon is excellent! Give them a call and see for yourself! Youll be glad you did!

Rue Homola I absolutely love this place. They are so kind and make you feel welcome. On top of that i’m super impressed with my nails. she knew exactly what i wanted and made it happen! Also she really took her time on my cuticles which was so nice because i feel like allot of places neglect that part. 10/10 recommend

As part of my service, she also included a hand and arm massage. The salon was clean, and I felt confident that my nails were done in a healthy manner. Kelsey Never in my life have I been to a place where 8 of my finger nails (gel x) literally pop off clean the next 2 daysss !!!!!! Literally the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced, paid $125 for my nails with no problem but literally every single nail popped off, I went back to get them fixed they fixed it and 3 of those same nails popped off and it’s my bday weekend LITERALLY HAD TO CRAZY GLUE THEM THIS IS A JOKE. Most embarrassing thing ever and they don’t do refunds smfh !!! Only reason they get 2 stars is bc Kevin did my feet amazinglyyyyy but no smh

B Sequoia “SequoiaB” Would rate overall 6/10. Sabrina has potential she did my set in 25 minutes which was really fast. But in her going so fast the shaping wasnt that great, I had acrylic residue on all my nails I had to scrape off and the top coat had imperfections. I called prior to coming in to see if there was availability for 3:30 so I could plan my day accordingly I wasn’t seen until 3:52…. Which resulted in me having to leave and come back later. Fine I paid, left and came back 2 hours later for the pedi. The guy was friendly, offered me wine which was nice, did an overall ok job but I would have loved to know in advance the callus remover was $5 extra.( Never been to a salon where they charged extra for this as I thought it was apart of the service. ) When he finished and I went to pay he rang up for the pedi AND the full set I had already paid for earlier that day. Thank God I caught it before touching my phone with my Apple Pay. I needed this to hold me until I could get to my regular nail tech and salon with the holidays I had to get something quick and this was that. As a stickler for my mani and pedis I won’t be back….. good for something quick or a temporary set.

Michelle Perez The ugliest nails Ive ever done. From a distance they look good but if you detail them, you realize that on all the nails I dont get to where my nail ends and I wipe my natural nail so that it doesnt be noticed, but it looks even worse. And on the toenail I told him that it was broken. That he wanted to repair it and nodded his head implying that he did understand me. When I go out I see that he painted my nail and my skin so that it doesnt be noticed. Horrible

Ash Mc Horrible experience and customer service. If you get a Fill your nails will be left thick and boxy. I asked for it to be fixed at a convenient time and they said I had to pay again. Do not waste your money here.

sacra I wanted a soft translucent pink base color and Winnie mixed certain powders to make the shade I wanted. She was very quick & efficient, Very attentive to detail. I was relaxed with no pain at all I would definitely recommend Winnie.

Amber Wilson Le is my GIRL! She can literally go any design you show her and she is so fast but precise! I always leave loving my nails and also Danny gives the best foot massages during pedicures! I’ve been going to this salon for about 2 years and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! They are all so nice and welcoming when you enter, I highly suggest this salon… you wouldn’t regret it

Amara Dennis Tim is absolutely amazing! He is incredibly talented and pays great attention to detail. My nails have never looked better! On top of that, he is super friendly and made the whole experience so enjoyable. His professionalism and skill truly set him apart. I can’t recommend him enough—if you’re looking for a nail tech who goes above and beyond, Tim is the one! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Tim!

Rosalida First time her and I loved the service and the work done both on my nails and toes. David did an amazing design on my nails and he took his time. He listened to my request and made sure I was happy with each nail. Kelly did a great job on my pedicure, I love how the chrome came out. Definitely recommend!

Tyra I keep trying different nail salons to find which would be a perfect fit for me. But I’m disappointed time after time. I came to this salon which is nice. But the service that I received is not up to par. I wanted an “air brush/aura”look for my nails. To my surprise the nail tech was not able to do it after being told that she could. I sat there as she attempted the style. Once she did one nail & realized that she couldn’t do the style. I was forced to keep the base of the aura nail style which was black. She told me that it would be $15x2=$30.00 for the removal & the new polish. Meanwhile she swayed me to ultimately keep the black, then showed me her phone with Pinterest to find a style. I chose an abstract line style over the black. I did not mind her watching her show on her show phone while she did my nails. But I could feel that she didn’t really want to do my nails. I am so beyond disappointed & dissatisfied that only two days after getting my nails done the black gel nail polish is peeling off. Please keep in mind I paid $141+ $6 Tip. $80 for my nails to be cut & Filled for a short set. $60 for my pedicure even though, I was shown & told that it would be $45. I returned to the nail salon, I waited over an hour & 30 mins after showing & explaining to them that the nail polish was peeling. Every person who was here after me had been seated & taken care of. Its a high possibility that the reviews on here are fake, because I overheard them telling one of their regulars to leave them a good review. I wont be coming here again.
