Kay Will NOT be back. When I went in the day before Valentines day and they only had one person in there I should have known better. The husband of the owner did my nails and he Cut some of my nails super short while leaving others long you can see the toe on my left foot that Im pointing at it not polished all the way and was cut super super short My big toe on my left foot is a reference of how long my nails were but then he chopped my right big toe nail off and left both of them at different length none of the whites tip are even kinda of close when comparing them some are just straight line and only a couple of them actually have a curve. I like to get a deluxe with the hot stones, wax and towels when I get my feet done but they do not give that option and then the man put one hot towel over both of my legs and left it there till it was freezing cold while he did whatever you want to call this to my nails 65$ for this.

Ruth Vetter 1st time here, read reviews so thought it would be a good place for pedicures. My husband and I came in a few weeks ago, no liners in foot whirlpools. That should have been a sign to leave right then. Cut deep into 3 toenails, enough to cause bleeding and were very sore for 4 days. Grabs a pumice type scrubber from door in rolling cart, scrubbed my feet. USED SAME SHARP TOOLS FOR HUSBANDS FEET AS HE DID MINE, USED SAME PUMICE STONE AS WELL for husbands feet. Put it back in the cart again. I have never seen such unclean practices used for pedicures. Will not return.

Kathleen McCombs I’ll say this. The lady owner does a good job but depending on her mood for the day she may not be friendly. My first visit she was sweet as apple pie. Went back for a second visit and I couldn’t believe it was the same owner but it was her. I greeted her and she immediately said have a seat.She was very short with me. She wouldn’t trim my cuticles even though I would pay her extra, she said she doesn’t do that. I wanted my nails shaped oval versus square. She did it but was not happy about doing it. I’ve never seen anything like it. She says she has her regulars and most of her clients are older. I’m guessing they let her do what she wants because it was obvious she didn’t like my requests.

Donna Carvalho My first time at this salon, I made it known I was moving out of state. Cindy was the person who did this manicure and pedicure and she admitted the color on the nails were not dark enough. I was one of the last person in the salon. I am moving tonight to Virginia State I stated that. I spoke to Lee or specified he was the manager. I am 58 years old and I get my nails and pedicure all the time. I have never had any issues prior. All he kept saying if I want to drive at 5:14pm tonight they can fix it. I told him I am moving to go to a hospital in Virginia for severe blood clots in my lungs. I told him I cannot make it back there. I was only up that way due to Zephyerhills post office to change my address. I seen them there and thought a good way to relax from my health and move. No lie I got in there at 5pm and It took 3 hours to do a very simple manicure and pedicure. To only have my nails not the right color and the nails on my toes are not neat or to the base of the cuticle. I called spoke to Lee who claimed he was the manager. I told him I am moving tonight and it was Not!!! Done properly so with saying that, He did not want to reimburse me. I said I can send him pictures. He kept refusing. I told him I will be calling my bank in which I never had to do with a nail salon.He told me do whatever you have too. Cindy the nail tech knew I was not happy when I left. They were not that busy to redo or try to fix it. As, I stated yesterday and today I am moving out of state tonight. For health reasons. Beware if your tech knows she did not do a good job. Keep hounding them to you get what you want. 3 hours for simple one gel nail color does not especially they were not busy and had enough help to assist Cindy. Sincerely Donna Never leave unhappy. It would grow on me I was told. Just very unprofessional...I will be calling my bank to get reimbursement for not a good job at all.

Bridgett Wright Ms. Helen is my mom’s nail tech for years now, always great quality and pricing. She always does an amazing job whether it’s powder dipped or acrylic. These are my favorite set I’ve had done by far!!!

Porche Price I just moved to Wesley Chapel from Virginia and I’ve had bad experiences with 3 other nail salons; however someone referred me to Mercedes and I’m so thankful she did. Mercedes is amazing! She’s personable and did a wonderful job on my nails and feet. I recommend Mercedes 110 percent! I’m a new loyal client now.

Della Marsan I had a lovely experience at Venus Nail Spa! The front receptionist was very kind, I called late afternoon to request an appt for that evening and she happily accommodated me. When I arrived she greeted me warmly and helped me sign in, then introduced me to my technician - Kevin. He was excellent! Very meticulous, gave a wonderful massage and painted the cutest snowflakes on my toes! I highly recommend and cannot wait to return! Thank you all!

Gloria Ortiz-Smith First time at this salon and honestly was sold by the reviews and I can see why. I wanted a subtle ombré gel extension and Anthony did a wonderful job. Very detail oriented and explained the process every step of the way. I didn’t feel rushed and I appreciated the effort put forth into my experience. The price was extremely reasonable too! Definitely will be back.

Jennifer Miller This is my favorite place to get my nails and toes done. They take the time to make sure that your nails are perfect before you leave. They do not rush you. It is clean and all the staff members are so friendly.

I love that they are open on Sundays. That’s how I found this place! They are so friendly, welcoming and clean. Laura Myers My manicure was sloppy and the polish on my toes wasn’t coated evenly, which was clearly visible. Maybe adding better lighting would help them see their mistakes as it’s dark and dingy, specifically in the pedicure space. I told the nail tech they looked bad and she laughed. The pricing is fair, if they did a good job. I would not recommend this nail salon.

Joanna I am not a person of writing reviews but this place has the review and my time deserved. This was my first time coming to get my nails dipped and deluxe pedicure. Although my pedicure did turn out nice and has hold up for 2 weeks, I believe that is decent. On the other hand my nails came out nice the day I got them, but within 4 days they starting chipping off little by little. Till the point my natural nails where ripping off!! The picture I posted are 4 days after and 2 weeks after. I will never be back again. I spent $118 dollars for both nails and pedicure. I do not recommend this place! They used cheap product on my nails so I’ll never be back. As a business owner this is very disappointing…

Mama P WAAAY over priced for mediocre services. Don’t waste your time and money here. $78 for a 6-year-old to get her nails and toes done is ROBBERY. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and tried charging for things I didn’t even get, thank goodness I called her out on it and she fixed the price. Way better service in Wesley Chapel at SWEET NAIL SPA- go there instead!!!

I arrived 2 years ago with a back brace, a wrist cast and needed desperately to have my nails removed until I healed up and a pedicure. He and his wife took such good care of me. I have been going to him ever since. I have never had more beautiful nails. Thank you.

Kelly Fogah I absolutely love this place, it is my peace at the end of the day. I use Cece for my dip or acrylic nails. She does AMAZING designs. Trish does my eyelash extensions and she even has coloured ones, I love some sparkle on my lashes. Mia does my facials, they’re so relaxing. Oh and don’t forget to get a paraffin treatment for when the weather starts to make your hands dry. And let’s not forget, they also have wine!

Kelli Ryman I almost swore off nails. I’d never had a set of acrylics last longer than a week until I found these girls! I started with Shanna over six years ago and my appointments with her are scheduled out for a year. She not only ‘made my nails stay on’, but has created works of art I love to see, kept my natural nails healthy and become one of my favorite people. This isn’t an ‘in and out’ shop that plans to ‘nickel and dime’ you on everything. Their work is sincere and aimed to please and their pricing is fair and transparent. They truly do work so hard for their clients and I am super grateful to have Nail Mavens as my ‘nail gurus’!

Mary Abrams faith, aka groovie ghoul, is the best! every appointment feels like hanging out with a friend, and she absolutely kills it with every design i bring her. no matter how detailed or wild the idea, she makes it happen flawlessly. the salon is super clean and professional, but still fun and laid-back. you can tell they really care about quality and making clients feel comfortable. if you want nails that slay every time and a fun experience to match, faith is your go-to. can’t recommend her enough!

rebecca Lawson I first started going to Shanna when I was pregnant and couldn’t reach my toes anymore lol that was almost 6 years ago now and I haven’t stopped going to her since. Shanna is a phenomenal person inside and out and I truly believe that the best is yet to come for her. All the ladies at her shop do amazing work too but Shanna is the only one who does my nails ❤️

Brianna Kindler Shanna at nail mavens is the most incredible nail artist and person! It feels like family every time I get my nails done. Any inspiration pictures I bring in she knocks out of the park, and if I have no inspiration and leave it to her she blows me away every time with her creativity! All the ladies there are super friendly and incredibly down to earth! There is truly no other place I could imagine going for all of my skin and nail needs!

Kaitlyn Bailey Made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure for the same day knowing nothing about the salon in advance. Was pleasantly surprised to find staff accommodating and friendly, and I was comfortable to be here despite my own anxiety in salons. Annie was fantastic, she’s friendly and possesses an attention to detail and steady hand for fine lines I couldn’t hope to replicate. I would 100% come back in the future for the friendly staff, clean facilities, and skill of the nail technicians. Edit (one month after initial post): Came back for a holiday themed set, and this one is even prettier than the last. Annie is fantastic as always! Photos attached.

maiyana mcintosh BEWARE of this place. Real nail came off with acrylic the day after getting my nails done. Tech clearly didn’t use primer and or they have very cheap product. They then try to gaslight me by saying that I can’t handle long nails, which this is not my first rodeo. I can handle even longer nails very well and also assuming that something traumatic happened to my nail when I was only buckling my child in his seat on an airplane and then my finger started gushing blood. It’s almost as if their product was cemented onto my nails. I have very strong nails, which even the tech mentioned and asked if I take vitamins. I did not even ask for a refund. I just wanted them to take accountability because my trip was ruined because of this. This picture is not even the worst that it looked. It should have been a red flag that I had to put a band aid on a different finger the second I got home because the tech had cut me and I let it slide. Avoid this place and their cheap (probably illegal) products. You can simply google why a real nail would come off with acrylic. After going back and forth with them, they finally offer a soak off in which she mentioned is usually $20 but she’ll waive the fee as if that’s not the LEAST they could do. I kindly declined because I do not trust them or their product. Enter this place at your own discretion.

Kaytlynn Braden I went in and got my nails done by Anthony. The design I wanted was a little more intricate but he sat for around 2 hours and gave me one of the best sets I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming to this salon a little over 2 years now and recommend it to everyone. I get builder gel and it’s always super affordable too! This is the place to go.

Keanna i loveeee coming here !! arzarie is my go to all the time it never fails , she always gets me right from my full set all the way down to my pedicure i won’t go anywhere else. on this set i was testing her patience lol and talent & one again she executed it perfectly just like i knew she would. every little detail is perfect & yea she hand made all of my flowers. if you needed a sign to come here this is the BIGGEST GREEN FLAG FOR YOU !! they are always so accommodating, they provide drinks and it’s just always a vibe whenever i come. this is your one stop shop i would recommend anywhere else and book with my girl ARZARIE :)

Ana Nelson I have been coming here from Dade City since the beginning of 2024. Every time I come, it is a positive experience. I get full arm waxing, eye brow waxing, liquid gel builder on full set (Mia is the absolute best at this. Her nails are flawless. No gel build ups or bumps on her nails. Not cheap, but I have paid the same for crappy job before, so it is $110-140 every time I come, depending on the services I get, but I leave vert happy. I return every 4-5 weeks for a refill or new set. My nails underneath are very healthy and free of that nasty white mark. I have been seen by Amy, Lisa, and Mia. They are all very good in what they do, but my favorite is Mia. I always schedule my nail appointments with her, but if shes not available, I request Lisa. I was seen by Amy first time I came and she did a fabulous job with the sweet romance pedicure, manicure, and arm waxing. The colors are amazing and they have a multitude of them. It is hard to select. I look forward to my next visit and hope that they continue to deliver high standards. I highly recommend this place. Update: 1/2/25: My preferred nail tech was out today, so Li took care of me today. I had a full arm waxing, eyebrow waxing, a fill ( liquid gel builder), nail repair, and shape done with her today. Another phenomenal tech. Super pleasant and talented. No bumps or lumps on my nails. Todays color color pick was 396. I will definitely schedule with Li again if Mia is not available.

BnDL I have come a few times for a spa pedicure and recently added a dip manicure. Very new to me as I’ve not had nails done in many years. I have been very impressed with the friendly attitude of everyone here and today again fixing something that I messed up ( not their fault). I wanted to try a new place and went here after not being satisfied multiple times at another salon. This place was HEAVEN. It is so clean, they are so respectful, and super talented. I also went to beauty school so I know what I am looking at. These are reviews are petty, old people who just want a *discount* and management is nice enough to reply and ask for them to contact for assistance. I’m telling you, this place is amazing. Patricia Henry If I could give them a 1000 stars I would! I have been going to JNJ Nail loft for a few months now and each time I have had a wonderful experience! Lee and Kaleena have done my pedicures which were amazing!!! And Amy does my nails each time. Always top notch work. Very clean and organized. Wonderful customer service. Prices may be a little more than some nail salons in the area but you get what you pay for, and this place is worth it by far! The products they use leave my hands and feet feeling amazing each time. Today I treated my self to the volcano pedicure wow is all I can say. Thank you JNJ Nail Loft for great service!

Robert Gonzalez Dont know whos posting the good reviews, but not true. This place is awful! They were charging us over $40 dollars and they use cheap chemicals. My friends nails turned black. Ended up going somewhere else. At the other place they were surprised. They said they used bad chemicals. The owner refused to do my friends nail at Lindas nail supposedly because he didnt want to do designs. Too lazy. Lousy place. Crappy work.

Today I FINALLY get someone to answer the phone and I ask if there’s availability for today, she says “no” and hangs up the phone. Thats it. Nothing more and nothing less.

So asked do I get appointment when back, she didnt know, so I asked are you taking anymore appointments she said no. So Why lie over and over when you knew on beginning .you church. Music not working for you. Very poor customer service

Aleena Aji I came here a couple weeks ago for nail removal and gel pedicure and both were great, really felt like they took their time and did a great job, but 5 days ago I was quoted $75 when making my appointment for gel x nails vs when sitting down in the chair I was told it’s $80, only after going back and forth with nail tech and when the manager joined the situation did they tell me it’s $75 which I do appreciate that they stuck to their word when I made the appointment. However after, I saw at least 3 ants crawling on the table when I was getting my nails done, so much gel is left under my nails and I asked them to clean up where they saw leftover gel and they didn’t remove the extra gel under my nails on one of my hands, and 5 days after I left the salon, one of my nails is already coming off. Usually it takes 2-3 weeks before my nails feel not as strong, let alone coming off and I’m not doing anything extra that would put strain on my nails. I really wanted to like this salon and not travel 40 minutes to my old one especially since the nail tech was trying to have a nice conversation with me, but paying 75 dollars just for my nail to start coming off in 5 days is not justifiable.

Brenda Wingo There are reviews that state how serene this spa is. Visually it is. However the peacefulness was disrupted by the heavy application of sharp pedicure tools, the gentleman talking on the phone as he worked, using only the purple sponge for callus removal which wasnt very effective and the "touch up" he did on the toenail which resulted in the polish coming off by the time I made it home. And no, I did not have time to go back up there. I would not recommend this facility.

Consweller Brown My lashes were done by Kalena. This is actually the 3rd time she has done my lashes and I absolutely love them. Shes great! No glue on the top at all, looks nice and natural. Lots of compliments. ♥️♥️♥️

Kathryn Petty I have to say I’ve lived in Dade City a long time and I’ve gone to this nail salon several times by myself with my daughters with my mom with friends and I’ll never go back again! Today the nail tech was so extremely rude. I couldn’t believe it. I went a couple days ago and I wanted purple because I was going to my daughter‘s college softball game in SC and I needed purple. She brought me blue and swore it would change to purple and it didn’t it was UF blue! So I went back to get it redone and she didn’t even take the old color off! She rudely proceeded to rush through painting over the original color and didn’t talk to me the whole time! She was very short annd argumentative with me and not once did she apologize! I was blown away by how unprofessional she was acting! There are plenty of nail salons that will own it when they’re wrong and just apologize and go forward but this girl just couldn’t seem to find it in her heart to do that. I guess it’s all about the money not about the customer service.

emma lanz I’ve been coming here for quite a few years now and finally was able to sit down to talk about how amazing Katie and her team are. Not only do they treat you like family but the quality of their services are incredible! I always have a challenge for Katie and she does each design without fail. My mom an I love coming here, and spending more hours then we would probably like talking to everyone lol. I always receive compliments on my nails and I always refer Vanessa nails to anyone who asks where I got them done! Love love love coming here!

Kaytlin Sanders Vanessa Nails is best place to go for pedicures and full sets! Katie and Nikki are amazing at what they do. Nikki specifically gives the best foot massages and Katie executes every nail idea I bring to her. All staff are very nice and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
