Helena Kletch Dr. Moss is such a caring and compassionate doctor. Her staff is amazing as well! I know her rates went up a bit this past year but in all honesty, you pay for what you get. She’s locked in, smart as heck and really makes you feel seen and heard. There are a few jerks giving her business a one star review because of the price increase but believe me when I say it is worth every penny to have such a personalized experience.

djeanfoley Dr. Moss is an excellent Dr. She has been seeing my son for well over a year and has provided excellent comprehensive care. I see several negative reviews penalizing her for not taking insurance. All of this is accurately explained on her website. I pay 50$ a month. That (in my opinion) is a steal. She will see you as often as needed and only charges the 50$ per month for 18 and under. It is worth it to have a Dr who doesn’t rush you out or make you wait and hour to be seen. Her office staff are pretty great as well.

S T Ive been a patient of Dr Moss since 2018 and have had a great experience overall. However after this latest experience I had I feel the need to share it so others dont go through what I went through. We received an email that starting in 2025 the monthly price would go up from $100 to $150. At my last appointment in November, I told Dr Moss that due to me no longer being employed I would not be coming back as a patient in January. Her response was to let them know if I changed my mind and wanted to keep coming back. We also discussed if she had any recommendations of other doctors closer to my area that I live that did walk in visits. She even sent me a recommendation in the portal. Well January rolls around and I noticed my bank account is over drawn, I had been charged for another month of service. I spoke with the office staff and asked for a refund, they told me I had to send a text stating I was not coming back which I did. Then they texted back that Dr Moss "remembers me thinking about not continuing" and that they werent able to refund me because they need a 30 day notice. This is the first time Im hearing of this, not once was that information given to me when I spoke with Dr Moss at my last appointment and now theyre saying theyre "sorry for the miscommunication." Its unfortunate because I had great experience with Dr Moss for years, but I find this response shady to the situation shady and unprofessional. If its a policy that you have to give a written notice then when the patient states they are not coming back you should make sure they know to give it in writing.

Alisa Asif Dr. Moss and her staff are highly competent, compassionate, and caring medical professionals. I have trusted Dr. Moss with my own health, as well as my family’s and my friend’s. Finding a physician of Dr. Moss’ caliber is definitely a challenge. I highly recommend her.

Regan Zink Dr. Moss and her staff are amazing. Although I have returned to work and now have great insurance, I have still chosen to keep using Dr. Moss and it is well worth it. Very professional, polite, always on time and quick to respond especially with the use of the Patient Portol.

meleena jordan after almost a month of my dad being here these Drs, Nurses, and everyone who makes this place run has been nothing short of amazing, very helpful, very caring, very kind, they not only make sure their patient is taken care of but also the families of the patient. they ALL have gone above and beyond what we could ask for, we have gained so many friendships being here and some almost like family. there are so many to thank and the lengths they go through for their patients is just purely amazing!!! i could not ask for a better hospital for him to be at and could not ask for better staff to have in our hands. THANK YOU !! thank you for everything you do and do on a daily basis!!

Valerie Cooper-Miller There was always so much non related noise in the corridor outside the patient room it was very disturbing and disrespectful. The doctors were great; some of the nurses seem to have a problem helping patients that were not assign to them which caused unnecessary delays; the call lights would stay on forever before anyone responded all of them were pleasant and friendly. The cleaning staff were not very good the floor was always cluttered with stuff dropped on the floor even after wet mopping; when you asked them things or throws to show them something they didn’t understand English so there was a language bearer. The technical experience was great they were timely and thorough.

3.Dr. Maria C. Pantaleon, MD

Address: 1840 N Highland Ave, Clearwater, FL 33755

(15) Reviews Dr. Maria C. Pantaleon, MD:

Anna Lopez Sharing a post about the office staff as Dr Pantaleon is a great doctor. Just as another post mentioned the office staff are rude and uncouth. The nurse never calls back, (I’ve tried on multiple occasions to reach out to them) and when I called to ask for support the staff that answered didn’t even listen to what I was trying to ask for. They just argued with me then dumped me back into the nurse line. It’s sad but the other location the Dr. P works from also has rude staff there as well.

Elaine Campoli I have nothing but the highest praise for Dr Pantaleon and her nurse assistant Tracy. They are thorough and follow up with me as needed. I see them every 3 months and they are always on top of every question and medication changes and issues. I have been with them maybe 4 years and often recommend them to friends.I feel blessed to be under their care and also to have had fine care from Dr. Ed Tan also of Florida Med Center. They are excellent!

Paige Parent This is not for Dr. Pantaleon, she is a great doctor and very kind. Her office staff is rude and lacking compassion. I have had several incidents where I needed scripts filled and was told “I had an attitude” when she refused to speak to the doctor about a medication I needed to survive. She told me she didn’t know if the doctor would even look at it today, knowing the urgency of the medication. She was extremely unkind and that is not the first incident I’ve had with unkind and unknowledgeable office staff there. I also made a telehealth appointment today for 5:15pm. I called at 9am. They told me the doctor, who was a male doctor at the practice, would FaceTime me when he was ready. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL, I even checked in online. I have asthma and needed steroid medication for my breathing machine as I am extremely sick. I called the office at 5:20 and the office was closed, after hours lady couldn’t help me, which I understand. I am extremely frustrated with the patient care here and will absolutely not be returning.

Ashley Falco Wonderful doctor. She is compassionate and actually listens to your concerns. I have been to doctors that totally disregard anything I have to say because they know better but she is not like that! So glad I found a doctor like her.

Sam Messina Over a couple of years now I have found Dr. Pantaleon to be very professional and caring. She also takes the time to get to know her patients and to listen to their needs and concerns. My wife and our good friend are also patients and we all feel the same way. Sam Messina

Believe me having him on your side will make you very happy and of course his team is wonderful too!!!!

Glenn B. I was with "Dr." Madan for over 7 years. The first few years Madan seemed to practice medicine however, the past several years he lost the drive to be a professional medical doctor. I lost all trust and confidence in his ability to treat me with the highest of standards. He failed to diagnose or treat my high blood presser, didnt diagnose or treat my apparent kidney disease until I was at Stage 3b and he didnt diagnose or treat my high cholesterol. My advice to anyone that is looking for a PCP PLEASE be careful be careful choosing Madan. Your life and wellbeing could depend on it!

Kurt Werner One of the worst. Does nothing but push hospice. His negligence almost caused my mother to die over a stomach infection. What you would expect from someone that has Humanas logo over his reception desk instead of his own logo. Make no mistake about it he works for Humana not his patients.

Marty Benner Extremely disappointed in in the nursing care or lack thereof. I am an nurse and worked for a competitor. I listened to an iv alarm and vent alarm for more than 15 minutes before I used the call light. Totally unnecessary. They had zero interest in patient care and zero interest to learn about the patient.and today yet another nursing incident. This is terrible, terrible and inexcusable care.

Kailee Chiko The most disturbing ER I’ve ever been too. Went with my friend to keep her company and it wasn’t our visit that made my stomach turn it was this poor lady that was crying her eyes out and shaking back and forth in her wheelchair begging for god to help her and when she Johnathon the nurse was taking her blood pressure he couldn’t give a care that she was in excruciating pain and just strapped on they blood pressure band and then proceeded to tell her and her partner to go “wait in the waiting room” so this poor women was exposed and had to suffer in pain alone and surrounded by strangers watching her beg for her life in concern. The nurses would walk by taking patient after patient and not give a single care this women needed help immediately. Instead of giving her some privacy and at least rolling her back to a corner Jonathon parked her wheel chair right in the middle of the waiting room so everyone could watch this poor women cry and shake in pain just begging for the pain to stop. It was the most heartless, coldest and sadness feeling that I couldn’t do anything but tell the nurse she needs help and then responded to me with “ I’m just taking your friend back I can’t help her” and didn’t even bother to grab someone. The lack of privacy and exposing this women was disgusting. The best way to explain how her pain looked and sounded was a pregnant women having contractions. Right before my friend got called in she made eye contact with me and mouthed “are you okay” and she looked at me in agony and just cried and shook her head no over and over again.

Mar Ann The emergency room staff at this hospital is absolutely horrendous. Jen triaged my son in the waiting room in front of other patients. I dont know who Frank the security guard thinks he is, but that man is out of control has no respect for Patients and their families. They would not let me in the room with my disabled adult son, who I have medical power of attorney over. When I pulled out his disability form from social security and told them then the I am allowed to go back with him because he is disabled, they called Frank out who decided to berate and embarrass me and tell me that if I didnt go sit down and shut my mouth he was going to have me trespassef from the hospital. I am filing a HIPPA violation, an ADA violation as well as a 504 civil rights violation which states "every patient is entitled to have a support person with them". DO NOT go to this hospital its absolutely ATROCIOUS!! All these health care workers and security really think they can do whatever they want since they went out of control with all the COVID-19 2 years ago. Thank God now we have an administration coming into office who dont play all that but and play all that covid b.s.

Carly Muzzy My family member was sent his for a short recovery before getting in to a clinical trial, and during the 7 days he was here, his care was exceptional. Everyone from the wound care team, the PT/OT staff and his case manager- Evan, moved heaven and earth for us to ensure everything was handled in the best way possible due to our short stay. We cant thank them enough! Highly recommend :)

BRIANKELLY1111 I was referred to this group by my cardiologist. I had to cancel my first appointment with them due to I had to go out of town and I gave them over 48 hours notice that I was canceling. They said I would not be able to reschedule because this would have been my first visit and if you cancel your first appointment they will not reschedule you and that is the doctors orders they advised me. It appears that this doctor got into practicing medicine for all the wrong reasons example making it all about money and not wanting to help people who are in need of their expertise. Whatever happened to the good old doctors who were in it for the right reasons and had great bedside manner.

Jim Crosser These people are outstanding. I have not seen their level of compassion and service before. Everyone we dealt with at their office was great and Rose and Julie deserve special recognition.

Romario This is a joke place, avoid, we’re 7 months pregnant and we got up and left, we’re fed up. My wife and I are expecting our first baby boy and Dr Kraft is the worst doctor you can experience. As a clinic they’re a waste of time, they are money hungry, they don’t care. They missed more than 3 of our lab results we had to remind them so they can re-test. They make you wait more than necessary and basically are manipulating, smug and to quote Dr Kraft “they’re not required to give you medical help” P.S. REVIEWS ON BAYCARE.ORG ARE FAKE. Patients cannot submit reviews, theyre all fake made to seem like this joke of a doctor has 4.9/5.
1 /5
Jessica Ellis Dr. Kraft is amazing, but the man really needs to start his own practice because BayCare Medical Group is a hot mess. This is my 4th baby, first with this practice, so I am not a new mom and I know what to expect with each stage of pregnancy -- This practice has dropped the ball more times than I can count (no fault of Dr. Kraft). The entire practice seems extremely overwhelmed and in over their heads. I have to remind staff members to put in labs and prescriptions more than once. Phone calls do not get returned. I am the one reminding the team that I have thyroid issues and need to be tested more often (they should know this). Just recently I showed up to the lab that Desiree, their front desk girl sent me to for my glucose test -- after fasting all night and morning, I showed up only to be told by that lab that they dont even do Glucose testing. The lab was shocked that this office sent me there (35 minutes away from my house too). I was then told no labs had any openings and I basically fasted for nothing. Luckily Dr. Kraft took control of the situation and added "stat" to the labs which forced one to take me that day -- but that was after I had to make several phone calls back and forth and basically freak out on the phone for the staff at BayCareOBGYN to take me seriously. I was also admitted to Morton Plant Hospital at 23 weeks when I thought I was in early labor. I was there for 2 days being monitored. When I showed up to my next appointment with BayCareOBGYN, they had no clue I was ever in the hospital. They dont check your records/history before appointments. Dont forget, this office is ATTACHED to the hospital!! I had to spend my entire appointment recapping the entire hospital visit. You definitely have to be your own advocate if youre going to this office. You have to constantly check to make sure the right things are being done at each stage of pregnancy. Call to remind them to put in labs before showing up to lab appointments. Make sure you double check that appointments are being made correctly. Just really prepare yourself to be on top of everything. Again, the actual OBs are very competent and I definitely feel they are being overbooked and they are just overwhelmed. You will feel like a number here. But if you are okay with that and just want a competent OB, Dr. Kraft really is great!!

Kari West Linda is the most AMAZING front desk health care assistant professional Ive had the pleasure working with. I was a high risk pregnancy and I was so scared to honest. Her smile and reassuring attitude got me through. Treated like family is an understatement. Then I get Dr. Vallejo. She was EXACTLY what I needed. Compassionate but honest. My baby is happy and healthy as well as myself. Thank you to this team. What an unexpected AMAZING experience......and to those being a cry baby about a wait. Shame on you. A mother could be in a position of terrifying news....but who cares but your appointment? How grossly inhumane. These professionals work hard and it shows. This is the realist review youll read. Thank you AGAIN Dr. Vallejo and Linda ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Lauren Frechette Just wanted to praise Dr. Kraft, Dr. Lambert, and the staff at the office. Dr. Kraft was our provider for our pregnancy and did an excellent job caring for us, even as things became complicated. When I went into labor early, Dr. Lambert was on call and performed my c-section. She was excellent at keeping us informed and making decisions together. The assistants and receptionists know me by name, are all personable and have celebrated our new arrival with us. While our baby making days are over, I am so forever grateful for this group (this was my second delivery with them) and will continue to use Dr. Kraft for my women’s well care needs. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and exceptional care. Wouldn’t do it anywhere else!

Drea Dr. Czerwinski is the best pediatrician I’ve had my daughter seen by. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, leaves no boxes unchecked and explains everything in detail so we, as parents, understand all of it. My husband and I were having trouble with another pediatricians office, and Dr. C validated our concerns for a second opinion and she and Evara staff got us in the next morning. That, for a parent, is incredibly meaningful and gives me such peace of mind. Knowing she and Evara staff have that level of compassion is so impactful for a young family like ours and I’m so grateful I got word of Dr. C when I did. My baby girl is healthy again and in great hands if anything takes a turn. Thank you for your care Dr. C, Evara healthcare and front desk staff.

Cortney Im so disappointed in evara health in general. My sliding scale increased from 40 dollars to over 100 dollars per visit based on my 2023 tax return, which was only 33,000 dollars that I made in a WHOLE YEAR. If you consider making 33,000 dollars a year survivable income considering inflation, then you are so far removed from reality. I told the representative that my income has tremendously changed since October 2023 and that the tax return does not reflect my current income. So, I literally have to push out children and be a single mom to get help with affordable health care. They are charging me 175 dollars per doctor visit and 150 dollars for therapy every two weeks. Thats higher than the average therapist with a private practice. This is a joke. I might as well apply for Obama Care in which I will be doing for affordable health care. Then, the representative proceeds to LAUGH in my face about the matter instead of showing empathy. Then she proceeds to tell me they will never turn you away, but they will continue to charge me a high co pay. Im so disappointed in this company. Now, I can no longer afford health care at this time, and Im left with a balance almost the amount of my rent and more than my current pay check.

Edreena Sampson If I could rate this place less than 1 I would. The level of incompetency that has come from this office in my last trimester is actually troubling. 1st they missed blood work that showed I had CRTICALLY low potassium. That landed me in the hospital for more than 4 days. And when I asked why it was missed. An OB or Midwife told me over the phone "oh well it was around the holiday and so it probably got overlooked". What a fantastic excuse for a medical provider who literally deals with PREGNANT WOMEN to give. Just awesome. 2ndly I had a follow up appointment AFTER my hospital visit in which they had no idea what I was coming in for. No idea that I need twice weekly NST. Once weekly blood work and a plethora of other things that needed to be carried out by them, after ensuring me and the OB at the hospital that they would be on top of my care for missing these labs. I had to tell them why I had been in the hospital and what needed to be done. At the appointment I needed paper work for my job filled out. They told me no the hospital has to fill it out since they are fully aware of my situation. Asked the hospital they said no, legally the OB office who has handled the majority of your care has to fill it out. IDK why they would tell you otherwise. I message them today because its imperative its filled out so Im not fired. They d*cked around all day (I sent the message and paperwork by 11am). Just to be told its not guranted it will be filled out before they are closed for the weekend. And was given a genetic letter saying Im okay to go back to work on limited activity. When Im literally sitting in a hospital on HOSPITAL BEDRESTS. Not to mention the amount of times they scheduled me on days I was unavailable due to work. And then they would be booked out for weeks. This practice is a joke. Please go elsewhere if you are able. They see too many patients and are obviously and stupidly outstretched.

(53) Reviews All Care Medical Consultants, P.A.:

Stacey Robinson Zero stars if possible. For this office and the Palm Harbor one. Mother had massive stroke in December. Was discharged for in home care on 31st after horrible experience at rehab facility. This office left her in our care for 11 days before sending the referrals to baycare home care. We fought every day over the phone and was told daily it was being taken care of. We have no medical training and did the best we could with charting our own vitals on our mother and hoping we were doing it correctly. No referrals were sent for any type of therapy as well. The first 30 days are crucial for recovery and this office had not one care for what was happening to her. She has been a long term patient of this office. Nurses have zero empathy and absolutely disgusting manners. This practice is deplorable in "all care". We are on day 24 still waiting on a wheelchair referral to be sent. Called yesterday twice to get a tele visit with primary care Dr. Yamani was never returned call. Situation was urgent due to the high anxiety our mother is now facing. Was returned a call by Dr. Mustapha who was very ill mannered that we even bothered them after hours. Suggested we up her mild anxiety meds and if that didnt help send her back to hospital. Wished us good luck with a sarcastic chuckle and hung up. How is this good practice? Its so disrespectful and disturbing to have a health care provider exhibit such apathy and act as if every question we had was impertinent to her care. We are very concerned for our mother as we only get one. The level of anxiety she is at now with day 40 of post stroke and her brain swelling finally receding has us terrified of another stroke. It is causing an issue with recovery and therapy and the best THIS OFFICE CAN DO IS PAWN HER OFF TO A HOSPITAL SO AS NOT TO BE BOTHERED DURING OR AFTER HOURS. DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES USE THIS PRACTICE IF YOU HAVE ANY CARE FOR THEM AT ALL. SHAME ON YOU ALL CARE MEDICAL CARE. CHANGE YOUR NAME TO NONCARE. We will be seeking full medical board review. Based on, unprofessional conduct, incompetent practice, and once I check the billing Im sure Ill find an issue with that as well. Considering no one has laid eyes on her since discharge and Im sure insurance has been billed for it.

ali stjohn I was so sick and I called today after a holiday weekend hoping they could fit me in. The front desk was so nice and fit me in at 9am. The Dr saw me and was thorough with the exam. Answered all my questions. Assured me I’d be ok. When I left to check out the woman was so sweet. Gave me my paperwork and made my next appointment. From start to finish, everything was so comforting. I am so happy to be at such a caring facility.

Mindy Aldrich I had a difficult time finding this office center because they don’t believe in hanging signs. The scary old building with bars on the windows and doors had a sign on the inside walking area. The staff and Dr was polite. I wouldn’t say this place is A+ but the Dr helped me with my concerns.

But theyve made significant changes to the office procedures and the staff. Everyone is helpful and polite. I love my new ARNP, Erin Cook. She took so much time with me and Im looking forward to seeing her soon. She explained my new meds and gave me servral referrals. It was a great experience.

Stephanie Marie Whoever owns this company really should call and pretend to be a patient to see how they are treating your customers (phone option #3) Due to the way I have been treated trying to make appointments and/or trying to get my prescriptions, I will be finding another doctor at a different establishment. I can deal with it being mostly students and having to see different doctors, but there is absolutely no reason for ignoring phone calls and being excessively rude when answering. Today I called and asked to make a yearly check up appointment and the lady that answered scoffed and let out a quick laugh before asking if I was even a patient there. I am, and this isnt the first time Ive been treated this way by the people answering phones here. When I said that I was a patient, she then proceeded to tell me how my information doesnt just show up on the phone and what information I would need to give her in a very condescending manner. Normally I dont blurt out all of my personal information as soon as someone answers the phone and obviously she would need my name and date of birth to look me up, but the way she went about it was extremely uncalled for. It was the same treatment when I tried to get my already written prescription this past week and multiple other times that I have called over the last two years. Ive even had to drive up there in the past to make an appointment, because they refused to answer the phone. I was already considering going to a new doctor due to how rude they are on the phone, but Ive put it off due to the location and in house bloodwork. After dealing with the their continuous rudeness and refusal to help with an already written prescription (twice this past 1 1/2 weeks), I will now officially be finding somewhere else to go.

Millana Marie First time mom went here for prenatal care .Absolutely loved the midwife that took care of me (Rachel)for my first appointment . She made me feel comfortable and educated me on many things . I love her personality . Clean environment nice nurse (glasses , white hair kinda like a pixie cut ) . Does take a bit to get someone on the phone but they do call back when you leave a voicemail. Receptionist is nice as well .

Gabi Ford Went to today to get an appointment. I don’t know if the receptionist didn’t like me or she just didn’t wanna help me. I needed an appointment. I didn’t want to discuss my medical in front of everybody else. I needed one as soon as possible. She goes well. I can’t give you one if you’re not sick, which makes no sense to me. You’re not my doctor. I don’t. I have not to answer to you Then she’s supposed to give me an appointment card and she hence me a piece of paper with something that had nothing to do with my appointment I don’t think I can recommend your facility if you treat your your customers like this. It’s very very sad and I’m very disappointed Cause I really like my doctor but before you work on your staff, I will find a different facility that will appreciate and be friendly and kind which I didn’t get from your staff member

Jennifer Lee Awful experience. Asked for a woman Dr, they gave me a male student. It took 2 hours, I requested a pap smear and blood work specific to my family history and was dismissed and told I could be seen in a month. They literally have no doctors with experience. The lady Tina at reception was rude too, obviously Im not the only one who thinks so looking at the other reviews! No one is doing anything about her apparently!

Elizabeth C Ladies, if you’re looking for a draconian clinic that will treat you like a heretic and a drug seeker for looking to get another month refilled on your birth control while you wait for your appointment, this is the place for you! Despite having my last physical here 1 year and 3 weeks ago, I was told by the nurse that they would not call in even a month of medication while I waited for an appointment. When I expressed concern over this, I was told by the most condescending person I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with, “I guess you’ll just have to use other contraceptive for a month.” Straight from the Turley Heath Center ladies and gentlemen, there’s never a medical reason for birth control, a condom will control an irregular cycle, heavy flow, endometriosis, etc. They ought to get this brilliant piece of advice published! One telehealth appointment with another clinic and a few dollars later, I have my script while I look for a new doctor’s office for my physical, and I never have to speak to these fools again.

Global Travel Had an appointment at 8:40am today. I did arrive at 8:52am, I apologize and I accept accountability for being late. This however resulted in my appointment being rescheduled for next week. They apologized for the mix up so Im not sure if it was a mix of me being late and them having an office schedule mix up but they could not fit me in today. I will be back next week, will update if I have the same or better experience. They seem nice, I just dont think they viewed me as a patient this time around and more like a number. Again, Ill give it one more try next week.

Greg Walker Absolutely, by far ,hands down, without a doubt...the worst group of unprofessional "professionals" Ive ever had to deal with. The doctors are ok....its just the staff! They dont answer the phone, never call you back, forget to schedule you but tell you that you are all good and scheduled. Ive never seen anything like it .

Alan V At one point my A1C was super high and Dr Brian Mcdaniels put me on a combination of metformin and trulicity. Been a weight management Dr this was a priority as the diabetes was so much out of control. Go forward to last year, my A1C was under control and on last years phisical, Dr Mcdanields told me to stop taking the Metformin and keep the trulicity for weight management as I am still obese. Even upped the dose from 1.5 to 3. My guess is he forgot to make notes or something because when the insurance asked for authorization for more refills, I make an appointment and get scolded by the Dr for not picking up the metformins. It took me by surprise and let me stunned... and at the time I just didnt have anything to say. I was told "What is the point of coming here if you are not picking up your medication". You dont ever tell that to a patient!!!! You educate, you talk. This was very inappropiate of him to say. Because people will do just that. Stop coming!!! Only after I left the office, feeling confused, is when I remembered that it had been him that had told me to not take it because of how good my A1C was. Somehow, pharmacy tells me the prescription was now approved, so I take it for a couple more months but now they need authorization again. They call the office and the Dr declined. Probably because after the last visit, I complained to Baycare corporate about this. Obviously Baycare doesnt care. Look at their reviews... 2.9 out of 5 star for a medical office is very low... Avoid at all costs...

Colleen Obremski I went to this place based on a family referral, but never again. I went for a follow-up visit for bronchitis that I was diagnosed 12 weeks prior when I went to urgent care and was still having symptoms. I ended up with a $350 lab bill because this office could not code properly and make the correlation between my visit and doctor ordered lab tests appropriately for the insurance company. I blame the billing staff and doctor for this error because they should be able to code properly so that the insurance company can see the lab tests are medically necessary based on the visit, and not "experimental." I sent this office 3 faxes with information that the billing manager (Lisa) indicated she never received (even though I had "sent/received" receipts), so I had to take time to physically bring in the paperwork just for her to tell me that they would resubmit it. The few times I did speak with her both on the phone and at the office, she was rude and condescending towards questions I asked and frequently interrupted me. I do have very good insurance that typically covers most of my costs when things are submitted properly. I shouldnt be going for a simple follow-up visit that was recommended by urgent care and leaving with a $350 bill.

Patricia I find all my Baycare doctors to be top notch. Dr Svetlana Enman has been my PC for a number of years and hopefully for all my remaining years (Im 82). All my medical information is available on screen to all my Baycare doctors - this gives me 100% confidence that Baycare doctors are aware of my total health conditions and can communicate easily between themselves, and make the best assessments regarding my health. I love Baycare doctors - all of them

C H I have issues with my back and I’ve been fortunate enough to not have to seek medical attention for a couple of years but today my back put me in the hospital. I know that it is impossible to completely get rid of back pain. Dr. Laurie Lawson was amazing. She understood how uncomfortable I was and did her best to try and make me comfortable until the medication started kicking in. I left the hospital still in quite a bit of pain, but it was far less than what I arrived with. She was compassionate and understanding. Thank you. For helping me

maria raptis At first this place was helpful. a family member was admitted to the adult mental/behavioral health section of this facility and was doing ok. she had poor medication side effects and ended up having to be moved to geriatrics unit for her physical safety/medical care. The care given on the geriatrics unit is the reason for this review. the care on this unit was poor and felt more like a prison than a health facility. This is coming from both my family member being inside the unit and the communication we received from the outside. they were COLD, unwelcoming, and dismissive of patient concerns. (with the exception of a few staff members including Megan and a few others in the mental health unit who were informative, warm, and nice). If you’re not a people person, maybe don’t work in a field of in-person treatment? especially in an facility that deals with mental health and older adults! these staff seemed to have their nose in the air the whole time. the fact that this wasn’t a one time occurrence of maybe only one staff member is concerning. there is a difference between being firm and being RUDE. especially when directed at a patient or concerned family members. and the wish wash, uncoordinated communication was not reassuring and hardly ever informing.

Wendy Borcyk Sent my daughter there because I know you provide mental health services. Your physician Dr. Pon was rude, condescending, and told her at least 3 times that since she wasnt having an emergency like a heart attack he couldnt help her. There is so much stigma with mental health and youre not helping. You didnt show up for her- you need to change your slogan.

Lisa Kauffman ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE!!! ANDREA, the person in charge of getting my daughter in there when she was on deaths door, lied to us about almost everything; that it will only take 15 min in ER because so small to get her in a room...it took 4 hours, to the staff is qualified, that they will place her somewhereafter, etc etc!!! The staff is highly unqualified, they withheld meds, the facilities were cold, they told me she was there when she wasnt, they just discharged her after 72 hours and she was a wreck!! No meds except gaba and absolutely did not help her one bit to find out where to go next. She could not use a computer or anything to help her to find a place to go!!! Just put her out on the street. This place us a NIGHTMARE!!!! IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRID!!!!!!!!

Jane Ixtlilco Great and easy to get into security for both emergency and the East entrance they were very nice. During the emergency room the nurses did take a bit but you just need to communicate with them to make the process faster. For the East entrance nurses they were polite and gave us the information we needed and overall everyone was helpful. Thank you!

Jaime Andrade Went to this hospital at 9:15 am. She was in ER room around 10am. I went there to see her and a PA doctor review the all the test the were done for my wife. And she told her around 1:20pm the she was admitted. 2 hours later another worker came and told my wife that the doctor talked with her gynecologist ( that my wife only make an appointment with her to see her for the first time on dic 16) the my wife is not need to be admitted. BULL... An hous pass by and a pharmacy gay came and ask about the medicine she takes. After that an old lady ( the person to register to be admitted) came and my wife ask her about a medicine she got for the pain the PA doctor gave it was good for her pain. Then she went out and was telling the nurse about that my wife was asking for that medicine and then I saw the nurse talking with the doctor PA ( that never see my wife again). And with almost 12 minutes an old gynecologist Dr came and star taking . He was so old that he couldnt pronounce the words and forget the name of the medicine. So my wife was discharged . My wife was 9 hours and 22 minutes for nothing. This hospital is only a money eater. They dont Care. Even all the staff that work there they dont care about sick people they conversation is asking each other how old are you or something else. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME GOING TO THAT HOSPITAL. AND BESIDE THAT THE DOCTORS LIES WHEN THEY WRITE THEIR REPORT. INSTEAD TO BE NAMED BAY CARE SHOULD BE NAMED HOW CARE

Junius Jones Was just reminded about the ridiculous experience I had at this facility. My wife brought me to the ER, because I was having a hypertensive episode and panic attack, due to what eventually turned out to be my first bad reaction to a food allergy. The people at intake treated me like a junky. The nursing staff seemed to be offended at my existence, as I recall basically being thrown onto the cart and my arm torqued inhumanely, as they set the pick line. While barely lucid, I had to repeatedly assure them that "I didnt take anything", to which they scoffed and made faces to each other, as if they simply just knew what was the cause of my condition. I didnt get any real civility until their tox screen came back that there was nothing illicit in my system, at which point they just wanted to rush me out, as quickly as possible. At the time, I was so worried about what was happening to me. I asked the attending doctor for some sort of assurance (likely something variable unreasonable at the time)... he mocked me. Ultimately, Ive made sure to tell everyone that matters to me to avoid this facility for years. Ive never been so disrespected in my life. I served my country for years, completed multiple degrees, and provide financial systems consulting for the largest tourist attraction on Earth... but at this ER they saw me and said, "Yeah, thats an obvious user." Smh. I hope to God that attrition has made it a better place by now.

Heather Covington This place is a drug pushing no help locked down nightmare. I would never stick your family members here or have them check themselves in. All they do is guess what’s wrong with you and push pills starting very early on the morning until late at night. Save your self a bad scary experience getting woke up every 10 minutes every night and never getting any sleep. That willl make anyone normal very crazy with no sleep for 5 days. Jason thinks he’s helping everyone, but all he does is whine and talk to you like your a 4 year old. The social worker thinks she knows what’s she’s doing and she send my appointment all the way in fort myers. How was that going to happen social worker? What I needed was hormone therapy and sleeping pills for menopause and they treated me like I was a psychiatric patient. I will bash this place to anyone and everyone anytime I get a chance. Don’t do it don’t send your precious family here they will destroy your mind in a. Matter of days. Run away. And Keith…. Thought he was a kind of good person , but he’s far from it. Leaving his woman for having. Menopause. Glad I have a better man than him. Shows what type of person he is. Anyone who has worked on that floor Adler 6 for 20 years has to have their own mental issues. Nancy was the only nurse that I liked. She knew what I had and said they should send me home sooner. But I find out they got a 5 day approval from my insurance company so that’s what they do take that insurance money. Nancy your better than that crazy ward that does nothing to help people. I hope you can get out of that whacked out place. This place helps nobody and it never will. And a lot of the staff at night on their phones and or asleep all night at the desks. This place is pathetic. Save yourself and never check in or go there, they will drug you up and keep you up 24 hours a day to suffer without sleep.

Yaya My daughter is here having her 3rd baby and we aren’t allowed to go in at the same time to meet the new baby. This hospital is the absolute worst place to have a baby. Don’t do it. If you have siblings of the new baby and you want to video or take a pic of the bigs meeting the little YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO IT. IT IS AWFUL WAY TO TREAT THE GRANDPARENTS. AND THE LITTLE SIBLINGS.

Aria Phoenix This place helped me a lot. I was desperately in need of psychiatric help. I knew I had some sort of mental illness but was undiagnosed and had nowhere else to turn. It was interfering with my job performance and ability to hold a job, and since I was raised by narcissists I had no family support. No friends, either. The staff were very kind and attentive, and took care of our needs well. I was diagnosed and provided medication on day 1. When I left, one of the nurses paid for a months worth of prescriptions out of pocket because I wasnt going to be able to afford them. There were so many ungrateful inpatients and I was disgusted by the way they took this place for granted. As for me, I know what its like to suffer without help and these people were treating me well when life wasnt and no one else was. The difference these people made in my life is an experience Ill never forget. Ignore these ungrateful 1 star reviewers who clearly dont know what its like to struggle with mental illness while alone in the world and having to fend for yourself and survive.
