Angela Barto John is the best. I have very difficult hair, curly and frizzy and you wouldn’t believe it because I leave there looking smooth and beautiful. He is so talented!

Paul Messer Another excellent experience at a local salon. Tara is a talented stylist who listens and is able to consistently give great cuts. At my age not too many of my friends still have hair, and Im a little ocd as Im blessed and wear it long. Beard and moustache trimming with a scissors, omg. Thank you again Tara.

Karen B Highly recommend Elan Salon. You wont regret it! I couldnt be happier with my highlights. John went above and beyond. He listened to what I liked and delivered. I received a combination of highlights and balayage. I like it to look very natural, especially, when its growing out. I have naturally curly hair and the cut looks great worn naturally or straight. He really is very knowledgeable AND talented. His daughter, Bella, does my daughters hair and it always looks great! My daughter is very adventurous with her color. I wish I was. Sandra Frabosilio The staff is very friendly. The shop is ultra clean. John, who is the owner, is meticulous when cutting hair, listens to your requests. His knowledge of hair coloring is amazing.

L VR Today was my first appointment with John. John corrected my hair color to exactly what I wanted. He listens to you and understands your preferences and applies his skill and expertise in giving you a fabulous result. He is a very talented colorist and stylist. I am beyond delighted to have found him and highly recommend John and his staff. PS I had one of the best shampoos and massage by Carla! I am so happy to have followed up on a recommendation of a stranger after admiring her hair while shopping. I am thrilled that I have finally found my salon! Andrea

Melissa A Dibble I always took my full thick hair for granted until I reached menopause. I have half of the hair I used to have and my ponytail was pitiful. Kathia to the rescue! She matched my hair perfectly with extensions and they look so real that no one has ever noticed. Kathia is really that good and most importantly it looks so natural!

Agnes Goldberger I am from NYC where I had my haircolor done and it came out really bad. In fact it was a disaster how I looked. I went to see Rich Conte one of the owners of the Salon, who has done my hair color in the past and asked him to fix it if he could. Rich was extremely professional and kind and said that he could fix it. After over 3.5 hours in the chair, Rich did fix my disastrous color! It looks beautiful and and I am very happy with the outcome. I can only say the very best about Rich and the Salon and I highly recommend anyone to visit with him or the rest of his people there.

Peyton Ferreira Kathia Santiago did an amazing job! She takes great care and loves what she does! The staff were so kind and customer friendly. They all just want to make you happy and do their best! :) I had partial highlights done by Paulina( another stylist) 2 months before getting a crown highlight done which is shown in the picture. A partial is about 165 and a crown is 90 so just knowing what you want with the hair will help in deciding! But the stylists are willing to help you decide that too! The picture shows a trim with a little shorter in the front with a blow dry at the end. My hair feels so smooth and healthy. As a dancer, that’s not something I have felt so this is a new and better change for me personally. Go to Conte Salon! :)

Ellen Schwartz My first visit to conte salon was great! Paulina was wonderful from beginning to end. She gave me great advice on how to enhance my color and explained how she was going to help me improve the overall health of my hair. I love both the color and cut. Bravo to Paulina and to the salon overall. It was a "find" for sure and I am looking forward to my next visit!

Camila did my hair while Frank was on vacay, and she is great too. Sebastián gives the BEST shampoo and scalp massage Ive ever had. Pam K. I have gone two times to their new location in Whiteworth Farms Shopping Center. It is a beautiful salon! Everyone there could not be nicer. You want to do business here as they appreciate your business, and it shows! I absolutely think the world of hair stylist, Camila. She does my hair and has for almost two years now. She took me from long to short and I love it. She is the only stylist I will use! I cannot recommend her enough! I am updating my review today - July 2024 - I was in the salon today for a Dip Manicure and Gel Pedicure. It was Dannys first day. He was absolutely wonderful - Does a great job, very nice and it was a pleasant experience overall. An excellent addition to the shop! Bravo! He will be my go to from now on!

Bianca Maria I recently had the pleasure of getting a Brazilian blowout from Kit, and I couldnt be happier with the results! Kit is not only a talented stylist but also an absolute pleasure to be around. From the moment I walked in, their warm and welcoming demeanor put me at ease. The Brazilian blowout itself was fantastic—my hair feels so smooth, shiny, and frizz-free! Kit took the time to understand what I wanted and tailored the treatment perfectly to my hair type. They also gave me a fabulous haircut that really enhanced my look. Its clear that Kit has a great eye for detail and a deep understanding of hair. I left the salon feeling like a new person, and Ive received so many compliments on my hair since! Nicole Triandafils Alex was amazing!!!! I really wanted that golden brassy look out of my hair. I came in with a photo and she absolutely perfected it. What I wanted took a few sessions but finally my hair is where I’ve always wanted it to be. On top of all that she even let me have fun with the sessions and choose from her fun array of foils to use!! My hair has always had problems with remaining healthy after coloring but my hair feels as healthy as ever. I will Definitely be returning, finally found a salon I trust.

Twiggy I just went in to get my nose re pierced for the 3rd time tonight and I just want to say that Jeremiah was fantastic! I will definitely be using him to get all piercings from now on. Clara Bossie Nikki S at Aveda Pyure Salon in Boynton Beach is absolutely incredible! She adopted me into her hair family when I was struggling to find the perfect stylist, and I’ve never looked back. I visit her regularly for my "go away gray" days, getting base color and highlights, which always turn out beautiful. Angelica also works her magic with the most amazing blowouts! Beyond the fantastic color and style, Im truly obsessed with the entire Aveda experience. If I could, Id start every morning with their luxurious shampoo and conditioning treatments, complete with a heavenly peppermint eye pillow, and relaxing scalp and arm/hand massage. I couldn’t love them more!

Lily This was the best salon experience ever! Sierra was beyond kind and walked me through what to expect and how everything will go. I feel like she really listened to me and told me what to expect. I recommend her 10/10! My hair is naturally curly and I straighten it from time to time. This was my first time ever coloring my hair and I will go to her/this salon each time!!

Derek Stayed in Boyton area at holiday inn express and happened on this great family salon. Felt very welcomed by proprietor Joseph very warm greeting and arranged for his sister Maria to cut my hair. Awesome place, family vibe, busting chops, funny and very professional from start to end. Would highly recommend Maria and Joe also has great people and chopping skills. Thanks for a great experience! Also the bakery next store was excellent, had morning coffee there 4 days in a row.

zany brainy Image First was recommended by a friend who was ecstatic about her experience there. As a virgin with this type of service, I had a bit of trepidation but was motivated to give it a try. As a native New Yorker now a Snowbird, I felt I had years of experience navigating upper Eastside salons in Manhattan. Nothing I have experienced prepared me for the warmth, understanding and support offered in this salon that caters to privacy and affords the client an opportunity to speak and “be heard.” The patience with questions, sensitivity to client anxiety and the feeling of “we got you” was something I had never experienced before. Baha spent several sessions explaining options to me, teaching me some tricks of the trade and with his engaging manner giving me a sense of agency and confidence as I tried my first topper for hair loss/thinning hair on my crown. I also had my roots done and hair trimmed by Erica who is a delight as well. From the front desk reception to the person who washed hair to the actual hairdressers there is seamless continuity of respect, warmth and acceptance. The only negative for me is that it is time for us Snowbirds to travel back up north and I have to wait until next winter to experience this again. Kudos to all at Image First and thank you! Mia Chris LaTessa has been my hairdresser for years now. He is highly experienced, personable, and excels in all types of hair. I swear - I have very long hair, but every time Chris cuts my hair, it looks longer. There’s lots of parking and worth a trip, no matter where you are. I would not trade Chris for any stylist in Palm Beach County.

Phylls Miller I was taken 45 minutes late for a 10 am appt. When I approached Frank the owner he became hostile and said my girls work very hard. This isn’t the first time a appt time is meaningless. He is a bully and I would not ever go back to such a hostile environment.

Today was my first actual time in to have her work on me as we did a dual haircut today with back to back appointments with Kathleen. Everything was great as she took excellent care of us getting haircuts for the first time in 3 months due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Rae W. I had my first visit and loved it. I was running a little late, staff called to ensure I wanted to keep my appointment. Everyone was nice. The lychee mimosa was delicious (if you’re a lightweight, 1 is good, trust me). My nail tech was patient, kind, and went out of his way to get the design I wanted done. Make an appointment in advance and you’ll be served as soon as you arrive. Nice color selection. The technicians do a great job…. Cleaning feet, trimming nails and massaging feet and legs. Detailed in color application. Great service and quality.

Nadine Van wyk I got my nails done with Dip Powder on Monday Dec 2nd and then on Friday the 6they nails starts cracking and then I have a pedicure appointment on Sunday . Which I went to and showed them my cracked and broken nail and when the pedicure was done the front desk lady said no one is available to fix my 2nails that broke . Need I remind you my staff party is Monday and I had to go to Majestic Nails who did a beautiful job and I paid less . I always tip 20% and I regret it my pedicure was crap and now my toes my ingrown was supposed to be taken out as I did a level 3 pedicure mam I’m just disappointed I’m tipsy and I have been recommending tipsy to girls at my work place etc and they love going there now but I’m disappointed I’m never going back there ever again. I was told to call Monday as the owner will be there but then only to find out he will be back at 5pm and o didn’t call as I feel tipsy shouldve called me and followed up but they never did. Im hoping to get a refund.

Susan Horne N-A-T-A-L-I-E. Have you been struggling to find a hair stylist that will listen to you and be honest? Do you have short hair? If yes, this artist is for you. She tells it like it is she’s smart, and commands her chair. Trust her. She’s amazing. If you’re a picky vague complainer please go somewhere else- this woman is for people with a clear vision of they want with the ability to be flexible. End result- you look hot.

Jackie ONeill My recent visit to Hot Heads was nothing short of a disaster. I requested a basic layering technique, but the end result was a tangled mess of uneven and jagged hair. Despite emailing them detailed images as proof, they refused to acknowledge their mistake or offer a refund. This salon not only failed to meet basic expectations but also demonstrated a shocking lack of accountability. The indifference to my concerns and refusal to provide compensation for their blatant incompetence is inexcusable. Look at the photos I uploaded. These layers are so far from layers its insane. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place. Their lack of skill and customer service is a hair horror show that no one should have to endure.
