Naomi Luciano The co owner of the salon Sarah did a patchy job on my hair...she attempted a demensional color but failed at the attempt to do it right. After numerous attempts to contact the salon there was never an answer and i attempted to reach the stylist through her personal fb account with no answer back ,i had to book a consult and added a message for a call back ,it was then that she reached me and we spoke about a refund. She said she would find out how to make that happen . I reached out TODAY and was told to come by the salon to have her take a look at where she went wrong ,a possibility of a refund was mentioned but also an offer to fix the issue. Again i made it clear that a re-do is not possible and then i was rejected for a refund stating the only way to make it right is to allow her to fix it . Wait but what was all that refund talk about ...?oh yeah obviously to sucker me into letting her fix what should have been done right the first time. I dont know about you but when i go out to dine and the service and or food is not satisfactory i dont return the meal and complain to the staff with second chances as compensation. I am only giving someone a chance to become offended and spit in the food... so why would i complain to a stylist and expect anything less than worse. I tried to do his the nice way and with the frustration i feel it is sad that i had to resort to this level of pettiness . It is not right to accept money from someone and refuse to compensate them for bad work, and it does not make sense to take responsibility for a bad job done only if that customer agrees to let you fix it(YOU ARE wasting time and products for a second time) No i will not sit in your seat and give you an opportunity to dissapoint me for a second would advise new would be customers to take their chances elsewhere . And i find it interesting that you welcome positive reviews that highlight your business to your liking but you delete and ban unsatisfied customers silencing them from their right to give a negative review and exposes your business in a negative way ... customers should be able to see the good and the bad in a business based on real reviews especially when you offer the possibility of issueing a refund then go back on your word because you never intended on issueing a refund for unsatisfactory poor execution of work the reflects on you as a professional stylist ...

They have 20 stylist, offer a variety of products (Kevin Murphy) and services including nails. They even have a pop up coffee shop!! I have had the best experience with Kolbi! She does an amazing job with my blonde hair!!! I am giving Wildflower five stars!

Phoenix USMC I really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. The salon itself has a nice atmosphere, but that’s about where the positives end. The appointment system seems to be more of a suggestion than a guarantee, as I waited well past my scheduled time while the staff chatted amongst themselves. When I finally sat down, the stylist was friendly but seemed rushed, almost like they were trying to make up for lost time. The result? Let’s just say I left with something inspired by what I asked for rather than what I actually wanted. I also noticed a bit of tension among the staff—nothing overt, but enough to make the experience slightly uncomfortable. Overall, if you’re looking for an unpredictable adventure in hair styling, this might be the place for you. But if professionalism and time management are priorities, you might want to explore other options.

Lauren Robinson Tabitha is a color specialist and is absolutely amazing at what she does! She has been coloring my hair for over a year now and I have never once left her chair without a smile on my face. You can trust that she will always do a stellar job while providing a casual and relaxing experience. The salon itself is beautiful and definitely gives a luxury feeling. Overall great experience!

Megan Tittle This is not a review about Wildflower Hair Co. as a whole, just a stylist, Emily, who rents a space there. The salon itself is beautiful and I didn’t have a bad experience with anyone other than the person that was supposed to do my hair on my WEDDING day. I booked Emily through a salon she used to work at, then she moved to Wildflower right after my trial. She did a great job, BUT didn’t show up on my WEDDING day. I had to text her 15 minutes AFTER she was supposed to be there to double check she was coming when she told me that her family was sick and she wasn’t coming. ON MY WEDDING DAY!!!! She had just confirmed the start time, date, and venue a couple of weeks prior. I understand that things happen and life can be messy, but how do you “forget” that you are supposed to be doing someone’s hair and makeup for their wedding and then cancel AFTER you are already supposed to be there. She “attempted” to get someone else to the venue, but I never heard anything back from her the rest of the day. Thankfully, some of her ex coworkers, who had nothing good to say about her, came to the rescue. DO NOT book with Emily for anything important, she might “forget” to show up.

Shasta Watson I took my daughter here to get her hair straightened for a fashion show she was modeling in. Ive gotten her hair straightened twice before somewhere else and it had taken them over 3 hours to do it. So disappointed!! But I was beyond impressed with how quickly and beautifully they were able to do it here. I highly recommend this place. Ask for Charmaine (might be misspelled) She is the best!!

Tyrone Cleveland All the barbers here are underrated. Dope people. Black barbers that customize and do 1000% dont really have a main man to do my hair. They all put in 1000% effort and time and make sure you leave happy. Well worth tipping and saluting and coming bavk each and every time. Daytona stand up!!! Born and raised since 87.

Kathy Lawrence Marsha is wonderful! She listened to my concerns and gave me suggestions, and worked with me. She told me what she was doing the entire time. She made me feel very comfortable. She suggested products that will help my hairstyle and wasn’t pushy about it, but I bought the products as she did a superb job with my hair. I highly recommend Marsha!

Elizabeth Fuhr I had a phenomenal first-time experience here and I loved it! The atmosphere is very calming, and the salon was very clean. The customer service was even better! I was new to extensions, and my hairdresser did a remarkable job color-matching, installing, and making sure I was comfortable during the entire process. Since I was new to extensions, she took additional time afterwards to show me how to style my hair and answered any question I could think of. She went above and beyond for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful! This place is very welcoming, and it’s the type that makes you want to bring your friends for a salon day. I’m very happy to have found my go-to Salon and would 100% recommend coming here.

Nadine Olney Tori is great. I drive 45 minutes to get my hair cut here and its well worth the drive. The place is clean and comfortable. My haircuts are perfect. I shower and comb my hair and I dont have bad hair days. When Tori washed my hair I get a scalp massage. I highly recommend this place.

ItsJustMe Myself&I Heidi is a VERY talented owner/stylist. She listens to how you would like your hair cut, gives suggestions, and finalizes the plan before she makes the first cut. She is a master stylist, and she obviously hires only talented professionals as well. My number one priority when getting my hair done is that my vision becomes my stylist vision. One that she can recreate on my head. Secondly, the cost is also a factor, along with his/her overall friendliness. Java Hair Company encompasses all these qualities and the price list is about the same as most other salons. Go see Heidi, she will treat you right.

a google user The aesthetic of the salon was nice, and the location was convenient... but I was not impressed with the attitude or skill level of the owner of the salon. She gave me an attitude upon arrival and generalized a group of people while I was there; which was highly inappropriate, unprofessional and off-putting. She cut my hair exactly how I asked her NOT to. Unless I want my hair a lot shorter than it already is... I see no way to fix it... so I am just going to have to wait for months for it to grow out & I am stuck with a horrible hair cut that I hate and have to deal with daily The other lady who was doing hair seemed a lot nicer, but I would not recommend getting your hair cut by the owner of this salon and I will not personally be returning.

Krishna B Kidambi I am a regular at this place for a long time. The staff are very professional and friendly. The prices are not too high. I get a nice hair cut every time and never disappointed. But make sure you make a reservation before you go. There is free parking and there is a Publix supermarket next to it. I recommend it.

Cindy Cameron Ive been a customer at this salon for approximately two years. My hairstylist name is Kim, and she is beyond exceptional. Besides being a master hairstylist unless Iand Colorist-if I have said the Incorrect wording, I apologize- She is A wonderful and beautiful woman inside and out. On this particular day , she did an exceptional job in cutting my hair and highlighting it with the exact color that I wanted. They dont call her master herself for nothing. She knows what shes doing and with her going through some personal. Tragedies, I especially appreciated. She took the time to care for me the way I wanted it. She stayed at that work. She helped her get through the day-to-day. Difficulties, especially when theres such tragedy that occurs. With us every day without us even knowing. I think her and the salon, especially Laura. The one who is quite honest. The boss of the placei calls it because she makes appointments for everybody and knows exactly what everybody needs. It makes accommodations accordingly. This salon makes me feel at home every time. I walk into a wonderful place to be when you want a transformation that will make you feel. No, a 100% better about yourself, at least for a day anyway.

Stephanie Cooper Was looking for a great hair place for years. Theyre super nice, do a great job and if youre a walk in they will take you if a hair stylist is available. So whether your a men,women,or even a kid Theyre the place to go. Ive been to a hair cuttery salon and nothing comes close.

B H I just had one of the best color and cuts I’ve had in a very long time! Melissa did a fabulous job! My hair was brown not a pretty brown either with some gray in the front and I didn’t have any layers or movement in my hair and I must say it turned out beautiful. She listened to what I wanted and that’s what she did. Thank you so much, Melissa!

Melissa Perry Dorian did excellent work on my color and cut. I have fine blonde hair that needed root touch ups and a cut. She matched my existing color beautifully! Also the cut has just the right amount of face framing while leaving plenty of body and shape to my long straight hair type. If you are wondering if you should give this salon a try, the answer is a resounding “Yes”!

Jae Clark I do not know why this says they are black owned they are not. the owner is Caucasian and so is the master stylist which is not an issue Im sure they are great BUT as a black woman I wouldn’t feel comfortable getting my hair done here as I don’t see any evidence of hair care for Black people on the website or more than 1 or 2 in the pics uploaded. so I would not recommend this place. Update to OWNER : my apologies to you miss and thank you for your service HOWEVER let me correct you or you can take the time to re-read what I wrote I never said that your place was not inclusive nor did I question the validity of your blackness , While I may have been incorrect on this being black owned Which I apologize for, I actually took the time and I went to your website looking for representation of styles done on black hair and all I found was pictures of Caucasian hair and like I said in my original post ITS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT. Even if your stylist are ABLE to do black hair I am looking for a salon that specializes in it and again based on the photos listed on your OWN website and the services listed it doesn’t seem like this is the case. And again IN MY OPINION Even though you are a black woman and you are the owner your stereotypical rude attitude when this could’ve been handled more professionally coupled with no representation for black hair on your website I stand on my decision that I would never patron this business and I’m sure at this point you would never have me as well which I could care less about as I have already booked elsewhere. Kimberly Brandon-Hively During the first year of Covid, the stylist that I’d used for two decades retired. So for the next three years my hair just grew longer and longer. It turns out that, after going so long without a haircut, I became scared to cut it in the pixie that I had worn for 30 years. But I grew tired of all that wild hair and the chore of washing it….what a pain. I had always had a pixie, the kind I could wash everyday and sometimes twice a day, with ease! Finally, I gathered my courage and I chose Salon 402 based solely on the positive reviews I had read. And I simply could not be more pleased! In addition to being extremely relieved that a pixie cut still suits me, I couldn’t be happier with the cut that Dorian gave me! In fact, she cuts it better and cuter than my old stylist did! I had such fun watching her cut off my 14 to 16-inch ponytail! She cut it and foiled it perfectly. There is no brassiness in the color, even though I have a ton of gray in it now. She brought the highlights up to the perfect shade of platinum, but just enough that it’s all a natural, soft shade after it’s washed and dried! I’m happy to have finally taken the steps to find my new hair stylist and even happier to find that our personalities meshed perfectly! .

Andreina G sadly, not what I wanted at all. I wanted highlights. The color is way to dark. Inexperienced Stylist, and I mean seriously terrible Constance admitted she messed up cutting my hair and cut one side shorter, one side longer. The next few days the long pieces were naturally falling on the shorter side. I trimmed two long strands but still such a choppy hair style. Had another stylist appt to correct this mess of a hair cut. Had a groupon and still paid $65 on top of the groupon cost of $43. Also oversold me on balayage which I did not need since I had short hair and even shorter now due to her mess up, she cut out the Balayage anyhow! Stylist claims she is experienced, maybe just experienced at screwing people over. I disputed the charge and she argued "she did her job" no matter how poorly it was done. Find another stylist that will listen to what you want as this person does NOT!

I visited Splash Aveda Daytona Beach for the first time and it was a fantastic experience. I was assigned to Victoria who is amazing... I immediately felt comfortable with her, she happens to be from NYC too! I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted, and she delivered... so you know I will be going back! SR C. Mercedes is the best stylist I ever had. Her knowledge and experience has made her top notch!!! She understands exactly what we want and does it with all the technical skills, the result of that is magnificent.

84 punkrockshow (Punkrockshow84) This was my second time coming to this salon since moving to Daytona. Erica has taken great care of me and I love how passionate she is with doing hair. She takes her time to make sure the processes and cut is done to both our likings. She has also been so amazing at getting me in quickly with my schedule. I hope Erica gets the recognition she deserves.

Marie Hamil I had a fantastic experience today. This was my first time here and I will definitely go back. If you love dogs, then you will be greeted by the cutest fur babies. The salon is very inviting and comfortable. The art and decor were colorful and modern. My stylist was Kendall and she was the sweetest. The 1st 3 photos were immediately after leaving salon taken in my car, before I pulled off. The rest of the pics are before. I feel like there isnt much difference. My main reason for going was bcs I wanted less blonde on top. Low lights and chunky highlights. Anyways it cost me 450.00 its never cost me that much just for partial highlights and roots, a trim that took 5min . Im not sure what happened but Im definitely upset about having to find a new spot. 450.00 bucks and there is barely a difference

Ameria Jones I ended up running late due to getting the wrong address, but they were very forgiving and started on my hair right away. Gave me a relaxing wash and blowout and the braiding process was not bad either. I felt they worked very quickly and efficiently and the cost of the style was very reasonable. Will be coming again!

Sool Rool I went to get my hair colored back in December. Wanted blue took her 10 minutes to bleach my hair, my hair turned orange then she add the blue. It looked horrible but I though after a day or 2 it would look better. It turned green, tried to get in touch with Chevel she gave me the run around then said she would get back with me she never did. cost me 120. Had to shave my head down to the scalp. I decided to move on but now I am getting emails from her so I take this as a sign to speak out. When I went there the shop was disgusting and dirty but she said she just started renting and she was trying to get it right. So I just figured she needed a break as we all do. So I stayed even though I saw her giving her dog a bath in the hair sink... yes I know but I stayed I was desperate. I dont know if things are better now, but I would never send my worst enemy there.

Jory Zona First time I went in with Olympia she was great. Went in today with Joel for a trim and basically got my head shaved. Back of my head has nothing blended, around the ears wasn’t trimmed evenly. Completely unhappy with my haircut. Only checked if I liked it once on the side and after all the hair on the back was already gone. Won’t be coming back.

Rachael is not only incredibly skilled but also such a friendly and approachable person. She makes the whole experience enjoyable, and its so easy to get along with her and have a great conversation. Lauren Mrotek My boyfriend made an appointment here w/ Angela & she did so great!!!! My bf has long layered hair and just needed a big clean up and she did JUST that. She was ready when we walked in, so our appointment time was honored. The front desk girl was super nice and welcoming as well. Angela helped him find that happy medium w/ a hair cut that he has not been able to find w/ any other stylist or salon/barber. She took the time to really trim and layer everything, cleaned up his sideburns so nicely, as well as his neck. This place is super nice, clean & “manly” inside lol and we love the fact that it is an mens only hair place.

Sally Giovinazzo Michael has been here for 5 months. I called him and he said to come over and discuss what I wanted and he got right on it the same day. Color foils, high and low lights and a cut. Get conditioning and toning. I looked a mess with grey roots growing out. 5 minutes from where I live.

Crystal King The first time we went Marie did amazing. And it was only 5 dollars for a haircut. So we went back. This time we were rushed out. She was supposed to put layers in both my daughters hair. Instead they have two different lengths straight across. Not graduated at all. And my son has cuts on the back of his neck from her clippers.
