Daisy Pacheco I tried this place however I was not happy with small children while I was getting my mani pedi. The manicurist damaged my feet by using blades to scrape any dead skin which provoked unwanted dead skin on my feet which are now painful until my next pedicure. The manicurist was on FaceTime the whole time I was getting my services. Very unprofessional and not law abiding. Blades should not be used for pedicures. Daisy former customer.

Cindy Torna I found this little gem of a salon by luck using a Google search And was surprised that it was one of the only places open on a Sunday. I was in desperate need of a pre-birthday vacation makeover and Riquitinas saved the day! From the first phone call to the very last moment before I left I received excellent service. The ladies were extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. They offer a full range of beauty treatments including mani-pedis, hair cut/style/color, waxing, microblading and many other things. They offer3d me drinks and food while I was there and made the whole experience very pleasant. I ended doing a drastic change to my hair by coloring it for the first time ever and Yarelis (the owner) did a beyond amazing job. She kept me calm and feeling confident throughout the whole process and I could be happier with the end results. I will definitely be returning for all my future beauty services!

grettel oliva What an amazing experience! Staff was welcoming and attentive. My hair had three different tones and she was able to correct it. My cut was just what I asked and my hair was left with a healthy bounce. Nails and feet were also left looking beautiful. The price was good and most importantly, the service was fast. Maureen Aguilar After hearing lots of positive reviews, I finally visited Aqua. I was extremely pleased with their services. Balayage is extremely difficult to do and it’s hard to just trust anyone for such a lengthy process. I had the pleasure of having Leidy do my balayage. She was amazing! Took her time, was extremely professional and my hair exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend. The owner Adriana is a sweetheart, a true professional and makes sure you’re treated as if you were in your own home.

Lupi Diaz Damaris is great! She is always on time and always flexible with my schedule. The rest of the staff is so amiable and offer coffee and/or foods they have available to their clients. Very amazing at what they do. I have thick hair and they always know how to straighten is correctly.

Thais Polo I had an appointment at 4:30, was there earlier, was waiting paitenly while i see her doing somebodys hair i dont think anything of it. 4:30 comes around and i see her STARTING to blow dry her hair, shes blow drying her hair for the next 30 minutes when i think shes finally done she begins to straighten her hair. by this point its 5:10 already and I just left. This is unacceptable, plan your appointments better it is unfair to somebody and inconsiderate to have them waiting for an hour when having an appointment. They have to time their appointments correctly especially as the owner of the establishment.

Joan Absolutely Exceptional Service She Took Care Of My Natural Hair So Nicely . It Was Tendered Too With Care And I Appreciated The Time That Went Into Making Sure The Coloring Came Out Perfecttt! I Was Offered Cafe Con Leche Multiple Times Throughout The Service. Overall I Loved My Service Definitely Come Check Her Out , I’m Due To Go Back ASAP !

Goodah Lopez DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! NO PIERDE SU TIEMPO!!! Had set up an appointment for my wife she was scheduled for a specific time she didn’t even get seen she left due to frustration. She was waiting 2 hours and no one attended her. No where to sit and on top of that employees were gossiping instead of getting the work done. This was a waste of time and I don’t recommend a place that has time to eat crap and not focus on customers.

Kenya Rodriguez Bad costumer service They don’t have waiting chairs they had me standing for 20 minutes meanwhile the employees where sitting in the waiting chairs I had an appointment and they dismissed it they had me waiting for 2 hours. Unbelievable not going there again very disappointed with the service.

Maya Basquin I had a great experience here. This is a beautiful, multi-generational family running a full service salon, and doing it well. They have been there for 29 years, so they are very experienced. First of all, when I called, they picked up right away. They told me to come by as a walk-in, no problem. This was on a Saturday morning. I did not wait forever just to be seated. They asked me what I wanted and made sure that they understood. I got a wash, cut, and blowout. They layered my hair beautifully. I am very pleased, and I would be happy to go back.

M H Had a 2:45pm appointment with Ruben and got seen at 3:50pm, for my son who has shoulder length curly hair. The place was completely empty, 2 other customers were there doing their nails, 1 doing her hair. Wanted a trim that was suppose to be $25, they didn’t wash his hair and they still charged $35. My sons trim didn’t come out well, the back was ok but the front of his hair was not touched by the scissors. The stylists were complaining to each other in Spanish that I should learn Spanish and teach my son Spanish. No one speaks English but the lady who answers the phone. They are rude, they assumed I couldn’t understand Spanish because my child didn’t understand Spanish. Do not come here. Supercuts is better, easier, on time and won’t change their price after your cut.

cindy sacerio I went here to get my hair done and I left so dissapointed.I wanted at the end of my hair another hair color and I called before just to ask if they know how to do it when I went they fried my hair they put in so much bleach and not only that but the only color I saw was a little of red in my roots,horrible so dissapointed I went because people I know know them for so many years I always see them doing simple stuff on old people . I wouldnt recommend it and not only they messed up my hair but in the middle of the process they made me sign a paper once I told them to fix it at the end they didnt fix it i left with a messed up hair fried and wasted 100.00 not cheap at all please dont go there they are awful

melanie figueroa Horrible!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!! they ruined my hair!! When He was finished it was fried, falling off and not to mention the awful colors!! I went with a picture of a natural brown root and blonde bottom balayage. When He blow-dried it it was Yellow at top and grey/blueish pinkish purple at the bottom (see pictures for yourself) I went to get my money back and obviously didnt want them to fix it again since they already had damaged it so much! It was FALLING off. They refused to give me my money back! It was $105 !!! I couldve done a better job at ruining it! Had tot chop half of my hair off to fix it in another salon!!!

Jose Borot This place is fantastic. The people are wonderful here. Weve been cutting our hair here for 20 years and they are still the same wonderful family they have always been. You cant beat the prices either. My hair dresser (the owner) went on vacation and I had to get my hair cut somewhere else that month and they did a horrible job and charged me too much. A mans hair cut here is $12.00 and my wife says that their prices for women are the best around for the kind of stuff they do for women. Women pay a lot for their hair and stuff and this place is super reasonable according to my wife whos spoken to her friends and is just floored when she hears how much they pay to do their hair. You need to go to this place. These folks are the best. Doesnt matter if you dont speak Spanish either. They have people there who do. Enjoy

sara yanes Will never go back there again my hair was all the way to my waist and had to cut it completely off and it was falling off by the handfuls I have saved it in a bag and showed her and she told me it was due to covid I have never had covid fast forward a year and Im still trying to get my hair back to normal I still have 3 in to cut off it is growing slow and all this due to she was making plans to go on vacation for a sweet 15 of her granddaughter and took care of three other clients while she was doing me and I had a ride first be very wary when you go to this place its awful and the noise is unbearable very unprofessional. And when I went back for her to do something and cut it off she also charged me 2 cut it off. Are you kidding me? I paid out of decency but will never go there again ever. No respect for people or their hair it is a factory thats it shes supposed to be the owner apparently.
