Ari A Completely ruined my hair with a perm not even close to what I asked for. I asked for VERY loose waves on my 18” virgin hair, this man put in 1/4 inch rods. Asked for a blunt cut cause I love my thickness. Gave me layers starting ABOVE my chin. Fed me alcohol and was drunk when he did my hair. Truly disgusting. $500 down the drain. All they did was brag about how much better they are than everyone else. Truly the worst service I’ve ever gotten.

M Mutrux In love with my haircut. I went to Dee and he was very knowledgeable. I come from a family of stylists and salon owners. I had not had anyone else but my family cut my hair in about 20 years. The salon is not your typical hair dresser vibe either. It’s super vibey with a pool table and arcade game. Stephanie Kohn Sam helps me to love my hair. I have very curly hair that is prone to frizz. She works with what your hair does naturally and gives the best cut for it. I flew to Miami from Boston because I no longer trust anyone else with my hair.

David Salinas SHOOK. Absolutely left me quivering. The mastery of Boris’ technique can only be described as total and ultimate excellence. He doesn’t miss. Not even a little. Everything he does is so precise and impressively flawless. The cute part is that he’s also super modest and will talk you through his process. I was like, buddy… you’re great, I don’t know why you’re even explaining any of this to me. How could anyone doubt this kind of experience. Truly, it’s like something you didn’t know what possible to be this good. He’s so swift and has so much control with his hands, tools and your hair. I used to go to my former guy since I was 15 years old. I’m now 36 and he retired. Boris came into my life right in time. I will be going to him for as long as he will take me. Bravo.

Diego was AMAZING personable compliant and was able to fit me into his schedule. They have complimentary drinks whatever you like each and everyone of the staff is extremely kind and willing to make sure you feel your best. I’m so happy I found my hairdresser and best salon ever!

Renata Markozani Deigo has been doing my hair for years. I’m a natural dark brunette, he always manages to highlight my hair without any damage. My hair is healthy and the color lasts for months without fading or turning orange, which is what happened with other colorists. This salon uses the highest quality products, Kerastase. It’s a great overall experience, especially when you’re there for hours like me.

Tara I’m still adjusting to my haircut but it is what it is asked for and they did a great job of delivering based on my ask for volume. I didn’t ask for blow dry but they were nice enough to at least blow dry the front so I could see how it would look like. Would come here again.

Clara Bombicci Did the gel nail promo for $15 with Mara! Nails look amazing and would usually be $45 anywhere else. Super attentive and careful. As soon as I got there we sat down and started. Amazing prices and staff. Will be coming back for sure!

Olga U FreeTime beauty is not only a nice salon but has convenient booking. They provide an online service which allows you to select the service as well as the stylist. They also provide discount days for hair and nail services. Francis is one of the best stylist I’ve ever had. She is friendly and really knows how to cut and style. I would definitely recommend the salon as well as a consult with Francis!

Maureen Peter did a great job on my hair. One of the best haircuts I have ever had! My hair is fine and the previous cut was all wrong until Peter worked his magic. Watching him work, I could see how attentive to detail he is and how he worked to get the cut just right. Its been about two weeks and I have been able to easily keep up the style. Thank you so much, Peter. He also changed the color and made it much more suitable for my skin tone. I couldnt be more pleased.

R St. Germain They might have great reviews on the actual styling but the way they treat people passing by is HORRIBLE and uncalled for. I rarely leave reviews but the way I was treated was so uncalled for and unwarranted. Its such a shame. I know alot of people and love referring businesses. But this type of service will cause you to lose business. You never who people are in this town.

Farah Proctor I’ve been going to Clara for almost 3 years now and she’s been with me through a tough hair growth journey. She’s kind, down to earth, talented, and truly listens during the consult to make sure you’re both on the same page. The salon is always has a chill vibe and many (if not all) of the people working there resonate with that. Finding a stylist who cares about their craft and their clients is hard to come by in Miami and I’m so glad that I started seeing Clara at Ninette.

Devin Shenkman Lymari is THE BEST. She is the first stylist I’ve been to that just simply gets it, on the first try. I’m not exaggerating to say that her haircuts are transformative, worth every penny and then some. Not only does she understand and see the vision I convert to her for what I want on the first try EVERY time, but her haircuts LAST, my hair grows in and still maintains such an attractive shape that I can go so much longer between cuts. Bridget Halanski I never do reviews but I literally got the BEST Blowdry by Jessica- lasted 4 days!! I have the finest hair and always struggle with stylists who use too much product or oil that ways it down. Curls didn’t fall even in Miami Beach humidity. Just went back for deep conditioning treatment (“Absolute Velvet”) and another style! They have very fair prices. You have a repeat customer, that’s for sure! There are also makeup services available for $50. Beach Hair Salon gets you in and out- which I need with my busy schedule as a working mom. It’s perfect for a quick glam before an event! Ask for Jessica, hands down.

Dahiana Bartolome I scheduled a nail appointment with them two days in advance for 4:30 PM. I arrived at 4:25 PM, only to be told that my appointment had been “crossed” with someone else’s and asked if I could wait 30 minutes. They assured me they’d call when the nail technician was ready. After 40 minutes with no update, I went back to check, only to find the technician working on someone else entirely. When I mentioned my 4:30 appointment, she asked if I was a regular. I explained that I wasn’t but had booked my appointment days ago. There was no one else available, so I ended up leaving. It was clear they had no interest in accommodating or satisfying me as a customer, seemingly because I’m “not a regular.” Waisted 1 hour and a half of my day waiting around for them.

Rosario Buitrago I normally don’t write reviews but this experience merited one. This is the best hairstylist in Miami. Everyone here is SO kind and welcoming. Conchita washed my hair and Daniel cut it. Both of them made me feel right at home. I showed Daniel an inspiration photo and he immediately understood it and not only that, he also explained to me in detail what he was doing so that I wouldn’t be caught by surprise. The haircut came out WONDERFUL (curtain bangs and layering) and I am absolutely returning. They stayed loyal to the $40 price and left me feeling so good and wonderful.

We came here today and it was one of the best haircuts she’s ever had! First, when washing her hair, the workers were very gentle and kind towards which made her feel very comfortable. Then when they cut her hair, they made it exactly like the inspiration photo! They did a great job blow drying it as-well. It lasted all day. I can’t even express our happiness. They did exactly what we wanted. They gave her a face frame, long layers, and a U shape. It was a great price for what we got. Perfect and Delightful. Definitely coming back again!

Stacy Moss Hisham is absolutely amazing at his craft. My hair and makeup on my wedding day were better than I could have ever dreamed of. Being a “destination” wedding (6 hours from home), I was very concerned about just picking someone for such an important day so I decided to test out Hisham’s skills by having him color my hair (highlight root touch ups) for the 8ish months leading up to my wedding. In this time we also played around with some wedding style ideas and did my actual hair and makeup trial. The trial was amazing; I got so many complements at the kids birthday party I went to afterwards that I knew I had picked the right place. My final hair coloring was the DAY BEFORE my wedding due to my own schedule leading up to the big day, but I had no doubt everything would turn out perfect given Hisham’s skills. The day of the wedding, Hisham did an unbelievable job; he took all of the feedback from how I felt from the trial and turned it into the absolute perfect look. He also stayed within the time frame he told me which is critical for a wedding day timeline! I can’t wait to visit again for my next root touch-up (yes – I will be driving the 6 hours for my hair) and would absolutely use for any future hair/makeup needs!

Katie Pugh The worst experience I’ve ever had. I feel terribly saying this because my stylist was so nice but both the result and experience were awful. Total amateur hour. I came in for a simple single process to cover grey roots in my dark brown hair and somehow my roots were orange afterwards. The stylist was ready to send me on my way, never parted my hair to check roots or dried a patch to make sure I was satisfied. Thankfully I caught the error (first photo) and back to the bowl I went for dark toner. Second round was STILL orange roots just a shade darker (second photo you can see mid wash the toner didn’t work but nonetheless he brought me back to my chair. This time I asked for a portion of my hair to be dried so I could examine the roots. Nope. Back to the bowl for a THIRD TIME. What was supposed to be an easy one hour hair dye was over 2.5 hours long, I missed another appointment and was charged a fee, and on the end he just died my entire head black, not the result I wanted. To add pain to insult I was charged the full amount. I don’t think I should’ve had to pay for anything here. Especially seeing as when I got home I had dye all over my ears and face. He was careful on the first application and then second and third time just slopped the dye all over my face. I hate leaving negative reviews but given this salon will waste your time, not give you what you want, and then charge you full service, I felt like others should be WARNED.

James is doing my hair since I’ve moved to Miami. If you’re looking for someone really professional for a haircut, he’s the guy! For pedi or mani look for Gaby, she does a great job! Another great professional is Thaisa. I did some facial services with her and I really like it. Ask for the tanning machine!!!! I use this a lot to keep my summer Bronze color. It will be necessary only 10min to get your tanning session. It is really amazing!!!

Morgan Unfortunately, I came here for the first time to do my hair and had the worse experience of my life. BRUNO completely ruined my hair. I told him I wanted to be bleach blonde. My hair was already blonde I just wanted to lighten it. It was so healthy and long and I had finally gotten it to be in great condition after working on it for years and spending tons of money on products. Bruno was very irresponsible & he burned my hair off. I could tell he didn’t know what he was doing because he called a manager over freaking out and they both just stared at my head and told me not to shower or use any product on it for a few days. Like what???? It’s been 3 months and my Hair is STILL falling out. I’m having to pay for treatments now that are nearly 1000$ monthly & also I’m investing money in super expensive hair care & nothing seems to work just to try and fix it. I can’t wear my hair down anymore because it looks so horrible. I can’t even dye it to make the color even because I have to wait until it gets strong and healthy. So now I have to wear a hat or bandana everyday. I’m a model and content creator and I can’t record or participate in shows anymore because my hair is completely ruined. When I went back and talked to the management and owner , they said sorry but “mistakes happen sometime” which unfortunately I don’t think is right at all. I was never offered a refund either, which was very disappointing because I spent a lot of money and now this mistake is costing me even more. They offered me “Ozone” treatment and I tried it…after one use and it made my hair worse and it started falling even more. If someone does this to someone’s hair, they shouldn’t work in the salon or ever touch hair again. This has caused my GREAT emotional damage & lost me opportunities to grow as a model and actress. It’s going to take me MINIMUM a year to grow it anywhere near the length I had it and get it healthy again. And I still don’t know when it’s going to stop falling out. Worse experience of my life. I’m so depressed because of this and I have break downs about this weekly. DONT go here. Worse mistake of my life.

Judy Rivera I had such a great experience at PLT Beauty Salon! The staff was super welcoming and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My nail tech was so detail-oriented and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. The salon itself is clean, relaxing, and has a great vibe. Whether you’re looking for a simple manicure or something more intricate, they really deliver. Definitely my new go-to spot for nails!

L A M I’m so picky when it comes to this stuff but Leandra did amazing ! She gave me the ultimate queen treatment and made me a capuchino and a glass a wine. Their customer service is top tier and the experience was superior. I only got a pedicure but i wish i would have got nails too

sheryl algee I’m on vacation and needed my nails done. PLT Nails was closest to me so I took a chance. I had a Russian manicure for the first time! It was fantastic. I don’t know why all manicures aren’t Russian. I’m sold on the process and will look for someone who can do it in SoCal. My nails look so natural and pretty. , Mariuly was so sweet and professional, she guided me through the process. She’s the best!

Sophia Kane Went and got my nails here done last Friday (~5 days ago), got gel with a chrome layer on top which added $20. Not even a week later the chrome layer is peeling. I’m not rough on my hands and gel manicures generally last me 2-3 weeks. For such an expensive add-on I’d expect better quality, I’m quite disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend.
