Rachel hicks I followed Millie here from Arrow salon and have never been happier with my choice. A great staff of experienced stylists completely committed to helping you look your best. They keep creature comforts in house like coffee, tea, and wine and have a nook with coloring and reading if you are waiting for your stylist: I refer this place to everyone I know for a reason. Renata Prates Steve is a great professional ! I highly recommend him . He took me on Monday at lunch time as I had a hair emergency and need to travel the next day! Thank you so much Steve !

Denise Weiss I called and specifically requested someone with an expert level of knowledge with regards to highlights and/or color, as well as cutting. I also said I would like to book with Steve if he was available at the Pensacola location. Micalah ignored all of my requests and booked me with her since she answered the phone. She is clearly new and far from attaining the distinction as an expert. Steve corrected her a few times while he was there, but he left at least 2 hours before she was finished. I spent 5 1/2 hours in her chair. My hair was over processed...especially the bottom back where she started. I had not had any chemicals in my hair for 1 yr and 2 months. Correcting it is out of the question because it will only damage it further. After spending 5 1/2 hours in a salon, I would expect to be ready to for the red carpet. My hair looked awful when I left due to her applying multiple hair products that were too heavy for my hair type. It wasnt even styled when I left. I should not have been there longer than 2 1/2 hours. I actually had planned to do other things after that appointment that I had to cancel. I, the customer, am the one that now has to suffer through this as a result. I watched Steve and the other stylist work magic with 4 other customers that had highlights and a cut. She should have never booked me after I specifically inquired about booking Steve. Im not happy.

Donna Gosbee Love this place! Treva is a genius at color/highlights/trim! And Patsy does a wonderful job on my Moms short permed hair. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and listens to what the customer wants. Highly recommend!

Gina Miller Tracy the Nail Tech is lovely and gave me best pedicure ever! So reasonable $45 for gel pedi. Tracy very skilled at her craft, nothing hurt and shes friendly. So refreshing to meet someone who genuinely loves their work. The whole atmosphere is welcoming. I highly recommend.

Devin L. Do yourself a favor and go see April at Element’s Salon! I am 34 years old and have been going to her since I was 16. She is the only one I trust with my hair. I came to April when my best friend recommended her after I had an awful experience with a different stylist at another salon. My first time seeing April, my brown hair had platinum blonde thick stripes put in it (and at 16 that was clearly the end of the world). I don’t know what magic she worked that day but I left with my beautiful brown hair back and I have been going to her ever since. April has seen me through many hair colors and styles. Including blonde highlights, peekaboo purple and pink hair, and my natural hair color (brown). She has done a wonderful job at styling my hair for formal events as well as revitalizing my hair when it was dull damaged. April has a wealth of hair knowledge and her skills are invaluable. Not only do I continue to see her as my stylist but also does my Dad, best friend, best friend’s mom, and numerous other friends. I have attached a few photos from over the years. Go see her. You will not regret it!

Frank Lovett Cailyn did a wonderful job on my 17 year old daughter’s haircut. She listened to what she said and made suggestions she had. My daughter is very pleased. Very good service at this salon.

Ashley Allen Way over charged $185...I dont even know how to explain what April did to my extensions..I went in just for a adjustment (tightened up) she added beads on top and bottom (for what I dont know) it was tight for about a week then the sides started slipping..I called her and got quoted 125 to tighten up what shouldnt have came loose yet (2 inch slip)..had to pay somewhere else literally less than half of what I paid here to take it completely out and reset and it looks better than ever! Complete waste of big money here!!!

Sawyer Wright Lauren saved my hair! I went from my hair being three different Colors to it looking revived. She made the experience so amazing, we both know it takes time, but in the end, it turned out so great!

Rdub I made the mistake of going to a walk-in shop and the girl butchered my hair, which I had worked eight months to get back to a healthy shape and desired length. I happened to drive by Trends on the Fourth of July, not expecting anyone to be there, and found Cat and her two lovely daughters cutting and styling away! Cat took my mess of a mop and gave it a cute cut to hide the chop job I walked in with. I have never had a curly cut, but I am beyond happy with how it turned out and I’ve noticed my natural curls are way more defined now. This is the first stylist Ive gone to who didnt cut tons of length off my ends, and that is important to me. I have been to see Cat 4-5 times and she has done a great job of correcting the bad cut as it grows out. Not only is she a great stylist, but she and the rest of the staff at Trends are super friendly and kind, very welcoming. Thank you!!

Sarah Woelber I went to see Lauren for a cut and color and she was wonderful. She did a great consultation at the beginning to see what I really wanted and double checked the color before anything was mixed or done. The color turned out gorgeous and her skill for the cut was beautiful. During the wash, she did a deep condition and used a gloss prior to drying which made my hair look so glossy and healthy (seriously ask for it) She really is talented and efficient. I did mention right away how I’ve been stressed with work and just wanted to be quiet for a bit and she was so understanding of it, I got to read my book while she did her magic with no awkward moments of silence. I was yawning at the end by how good I felt just getting to be quiet while being taken care of. At the end, even though I said how I had no plans for the night, she took the time to curl and style the hair which turned out really pretty, earning a compliment at the grocery store. She was wonderful and I certainly look forward to my next visit ☺️

Christy Francis “I don’t normally post reviews because I stay pretty busy with my family, but I felt like this person deserved to have some kudos. Cat has been my hair rescuer for many years and she is always honest and up front about what needs to be done with my hair. I am glad for her input and knowledge of hair care products because some of the more expensive products aren’t always the best for my hair and she understands exactly what I want and my hair needs. Cat has also cut my son’s curly hair for the last 5 years. She knows just how to layer and thin his hair in just the right places so it lays effortlessly perfect. Cat is a phenomenal hair stylist and I recommend her to everyone! She also is very personable with all of her clients. Over the years, every time I have a hair appointment, my husband walks in the door and tells me how beautiful my hair looks which is the best compliment a woman can receive ~ but really the compliment goes to Cat! Trends Salon is very professional, friendly and everyone who works there has a smile on their face and is happy to help everyone.

Abbie Buonomo Had a deep conditioning treatment and haircut by Susan Dickson - she did an amazing job, took the time to understand what I wanted and explained how to best achieve it. She’s incredibly gracious and humble and very easy to talk to.

Andrea Bravo I went to get my hair cut last year on November 9th, I didnt like Jorgie Lanes service, they charged me 70 dollars and I didnt like the way she cut it, she just cut it with her scissors in less than 5 minutes and that was it. I dried my hair and that was fine, but I didnt like the cut at all.

Suzanne I went to see Jorgi weeks ago. I’m licensed in Arizona and am here in Pensacola to assist my best friend’s family with things that needed done. I told her I wanted a shadow root not lower than a 7 1/2 Ash and highlights no higher than a level 9 1/2 Ash. I even provided the attached picture. I usually do my own color, but wanted to be pampered because of what I was dealing with in the death of my BFF. She uses a color line I was unfamiliar with so I questioned her about it extensively, until I felt comfortable that she knew what she was doing. By the time she shampooed and rinsed it, it was somewhere between a level 5 or 6, barely any blonde left, telling me she decided that my hair was porous and with the water and weather difference between Florida and Arizona that by the time I washed it a couple of times, it would fade to where I’d asked. It didn’t. After several attempts to pull what turned out to be a faded red orange after a couple of washes with high end products with a 30 volume bleaching, my hair is now a white orange with tons of breakage. People said that after paying $260 for what she did, I should make her fix it. Now WHY, if she couldn’t do what I explicitly asked her to do, even showing her a picture, would I begin to trust her to fix it. I’m going to be repairing what was beautiful, thick, healthy hair for years to get it anywhere near what it used to be. It’s my thought that people who must have to work in salon suites do so because a professional salon would hold the stylist accountable for what damage they do. There’s no way to hold this person accountable nor recover the money I spent for her to ruin my hair, the cost for the processes to try to fix the color, and the continual maintenance for the damage she caused to keep my hair from falling out. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON AND DO NOT TRUST HAIRDRESSERS IN SALON SUITES BECAUSE THEY’VE HAD ISSUES OR BEEN FIRED BY REAL SALONS AND EHRN THEY DO THEIR DAMAGE, THERE IS NO WAY TO RECOVER THE LOSSES

Sarah Hill I researched a lot of salons in the area because I was looking for someone who was great at highlighting. Sarah was the PERFECT stylist. She brought my hair back to life with the color and dimension! She also cut my hair to help give it volume and shape. She is a pro at her trade. She is professional and friendly! It was my first time meeting her and it felt like I had known her for years! I would highly recommend Sarah!

Michele Hedden EVERY SINGLE experience I have had at Hairitage House, has been a phenomenal one! From the time I walk in, I’m greeted with beautiful faces and friendly smiles! A D I could have not asked for a better stylist and I absolutely NAILED it when I found Cheyenne. This is the happiest I have ever been with a color/cut service. She listened to exactly what I wanted and put her own professional twists on what she thought would look best as I am prepping my hair for my wedding day. Robin DeRycke My previous hairstylist retired a few years ago and I was in desperate need of a new style and cut. I took a chance and called Hairitage House. The receptionist was very friendly and set me up with a next day appointment. So far, so good! When I arrived, I met Alyssa. She immediately put me at ease. She was so kind and took the time to discuss options with me. Then, she cut my hair and I loved her even more! She is an amazing stylist and I could not be happier with the result. Christine Vincent Kymber and her team are the best - they take such good care of their customers! I always feel so well taken care of and pampered when I get my hair done here. Kymber is the kindest, listens carefully to what you want and then goes above and beyond to make it happen and make your hair look its best (while probably adding a huge side of encouragement and joy to your day). Cannot recommend this salon highly enough!

ML Vos I have been long overdue to say thank you for fixing my hair back in April. I had to take a last minute trip to Florida, and couldnt get in with my regular stylist. (Thanks coworkers who schedule last minute meetings!) The fates must have heard my prayers and I got a cancellation appointment with Karen. It was like she had worked on my hair for years, color looks awesome, my skunk stripe is non-existent and best part is the little bit of pampering I got at Le Vogue carried me right through the work meetings. Obviously Karen if I ever get back to Pensacola, you will be the first to know! If you live here, then Karen and her fellow stylists really know what they are doing and will take great care of you.

Joel Izaguirre I am dissatisfied with the service i recieved from Misrt and Cathy. I recieved a brazilain blowout from Misrt and it only last 2-3 weeks. I told her about it and she only applied a gloss over it and it didnt do anything. Next, I get my roots bleached blonde and Misty didnt leave it in long enough so i had a orange ring around my head. I went on vacation the day after for two weeks and when I came back I texted her and she didnt respond so I texted her agin and she wasnt able to get me in till the week after. I had a little re-growth and she applied the bleach to only the part that was orange and left me with brown roots. That was unproffesional. So I decided to go to Cathy. I wanted my hair a blonde color not platnium blonde and of course it came out brassy orange from the toner she used and sent her picture and she confirmed. She was able to get me in until 5 days later.. Really.. Anyway the only 2 days she had for me I was unable to come and I was leaving a week later to go out of town. I asked for the money back because I needed it fixed and didnt want to re-pay someone else. She only offer back half of what I payed. Lost $250 from Brazilain and plus for the colorS.

Pr1nc3ss L3a I have been a client of the “new” Clippings Hair Salon’s fabulous Hairstylist, Brittney, for several years and I followed her here from her previous location. My first visit with Brittney here was amazing as usual. I loved the quaint and peaceful atmosphere. It made it more enjoyable as opposed to where she was before. I have bad anxiety and going here was so much better. It was not congested, overwhelming and loud like the previous location. I was able to be more at ease while she worked on perfecting my hair. I obviously followed Brittney, because I love working with her and she will “always” ensure I’m happy with my hair before I leave. She focuses on her passion of providing quality hair service and superior customer satisfaction. She is a Hairstylist that loves what she does and that is important to me and my hair. I absolutely recommend this salon and hairstylist to all! To see what she did this time around, see below as I asked her to work more towards an icy silver/shadow root as opposed to me always doing platinum all over for a change and better maintenance and she did awesome!

Chlöe Funk I really love this salon. Salon is always clean, well stocked with products, and a helpful receptionist that is able to check in upon arrival. I like that I am able to book online. Prices are great and affordable, which is awesome because then I am able to tip better. I personally don’t want to spend $80 on a haircut like various other Pensacola salons but this one has their prices right. I’m not a person always coming to the salon but the once or twice a year I do this is where I go. The owner is nice and personable as well. Most recently had my hair done by Hannah and she was quick, personable, and gave me exactly what I wanted. Sweet receptionist and Elle is awesome too!

Tina Stojak Horrible experience with this salon! Scheduled wedding hair and makeup trials for my daughter and myself looking to hire a team to do hair and makeup for my daughter’s wedding party. My daughter drove 3 hours from Tallahassee specifically for these appointments. Upon arrival we were told we had only been scheduled for hair and not makeup and there was only one employee there to help us. To allow my daughter the opportunity to have both hair and makeup trials done for herself, I gave up my appointment time for her. Halfway through her hair appointment, the stylist admitted she does not do wedding hair and knew she would not be able to provide what we needed. WHAT??? No idea why she didn’t admit that before wasting our time. She proceeded with the makeup trial for my daughter which was incredibly mediocre and disappointing and was definitely NOT wedding makeup. We were given no explanations for why our appointments were scheduled wrong and why we were scheduled for wedding hair trials with someone who does not do wedding hair. Highly disappointing and unprofessional experience with this salon. I do NOT recommend them especially for wedding services!

Deanna Anthony After having my hair ruined at Ulta, I was nervous about going to anyone but I couldnt take it anymore!!! Luckily I found Hannah at Penton House!!! She was sweet and explained things. Why we could do some things and why wed wait to do others. Great group of ladies all working in this cute shop they make you feel right at home. Not like those snoby salons where you dont feel worthy to walk in. So glad I found them and Im counting down my weeks until my next appointment with Hannah!!!

Rebecca Alex Ryan is awesome! She’s incredibly talented and really takes the time and effort to make sure you love the hair you leave with. I used to dread hair appointments before I found her and now I actually look forward to them. She’s very knowledgeable and makes the process stress free and fun whether it’s a trim or lengthy balayage. I really can’t say enough good things.. My hair looks the best it ever has because of Ryan. The salon itself is also very nice, and prices are extremely reasonable compared to other places I’ve been that weren’t nearly as good as the Penton House is.

Jada Lea May may did my lip blush and I appreciate her and I love how good she did ! She’s so sweet and amazing . Very chill and laid back but professional her office is one of my favorite parts ! And she has the best Mary Kay items ! I highly recommend her ! And the shop is so classy feeling and everyone is so sweet ! I can’t wait to go back !

Raven Jurena Becky gave my hair the best treatment. With my curls I was of course worried when going to a new stylist but she was thoroughly knowledgeable about what to do with my hair. Gave me a light layering and a diffuse dry and my curls had more volume than Id ever seen. Also, this place is Queer friendly. I felt very comfortable.

Joyce Szymanski Had a great experience with May May. I normally have high anxiety when people are working on me but she made me feel so at ease and I felt so comfortable in her chair as she did her magic. I had a lip blush and eyebrow wax with tint. She gave me everything i asked for and now I only need to wear lip gloss to get my lip looking good for the day. I highly recommend her services and Tease Hair Boutique is a great atmosphere! The people are wonderful and you’ll leave the salon feeling like a better you!

TravelingBaldwins Kim k saved my hair. It was ruined by another stylist in fwb but she took me in and made me feel like myself again. I left super relived and with a huge smile on my face. I trusted her with my hair after being burned and she made me feel 100% confident. I had a such a relaxing experience. She gave me great advice on shampoo for my hair and I just am so happy I went to her. She knows her stuff! She gave me a warm ashy blonde which fits me, saved me from the nasty bleach job I was given in FWB. I would 10/0 recommend if you need a stylist. She has an eye for color correcting and is just super nice.

Mary Johnson I’ve had two wonderful experiences with this salon and the stylists there. Kim cut my hair. She was talented, professional, and even gave me detailed instructions on how to take care of my type of hair, which I really appreciated. She is an artist and was very helpful. I love my new haircut! Asia cut my toddler’s hair for her very first haircut. She was incredible with her, gentle, chatting with her easily and turned an experience which could have been scary into a wonderful milestone. She even gave us a cutting of her hair to keep. Our toddler has been telling everyone what a wonderful “spa day” she had with Asia and how much fun getting a haircut is. We are so very grateful this first experience was a positive one. Her hair looks beautiful as well!

Niki Rodriguez I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the hair services I received at your establishment. The hairstylist did not possess the necessary skills to blow out or straighten hair effectively, resulting in a frizzy appearance that was worse than when I arrived. Furthermore, the hair dye application was poorly executed, with dye staining my forehead and the side of my face. Despite spending two hours attempting to remove the dye from my hair and face, I was unsuccessful. Additionally, the dye damaged my expensive sweater and pants. I am deeply disappointed that the manager was not present to address my concerns and that no one noticed my visible distress. I believe that your establishment deserves a thorough evaluation of its hair services and customer service protocols. I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter and a resolution that addresses the damage caused to my clothing and the unsatisfactory hair services I received. Hey, this place clearly doesnt take any responsibility for their actions. Theyre even trying to defend themselves by saying Im the first person to give them a bad review. Like, why do I have to tell them that they messed up my hair and ruined my clothes? Couldnt they see it themselves? And then they have the audacity to tell me that the person who did it is an independent contractor, as if that excuses them from any responsibility. And let me tell you, I think there might be something racist going on here because all their reviews are from white people. I dont need to talk to anyone in person about this. The bottom line is, I want my money back.

Im glad that I was able to find a colorist that not only does a great job with transition from dark hair to lighter tones but also makes an emphasis on making sure my hair is healthy and shiny ✨ The atmosphere in STYLE Downtown was great and they are easily accessible + they have parking that. Tiffany Terry Always love coming in this salon. Berkeley and Tara are magicians with my super fine hair. Berkeley does my extensions and some color and Tara also has done my color. I recently needed to work while getting a service and they were so accommodating! I LOVE the permanent jewelry from Tammy. So pretty. Love the community events they host, especially the Santa one! The boutique is so lovely and the women working in there are so kind and talented.

Serene Hansen 10/10 would recommend! The vibes are incredible from the moment you call! The receptionist is so sweet and makes you feel welcomed the moment you talk to her! Everyone was so amazing but I had Mindy! She did such a fantastic job. She gave me the perfect face framing layers and highlights! She told me she would fix anything I didn’t like and to not be shy! It almost made my cry knowing I was safe to express my concerns. I have never had an experience like this and I most definitely will be coming back!

Annie Fisher I have been getting my hair done by Rebecca at epic since 2017, and she is the BEST! She takes the time to listen and talk me through what were doing each time, making sure I actually understand and want what I think I want, offering suggestions to make my styling fit my lifestyle, and just clearly putting in the effort to make sure Im happy with the outcome. I used to go to supercuts or whatever was easiest, thinking it didnt make a difference for my long straight hair until I started going to Rebecca. Now people frequently stop me to ask who does my hair! While epic is more expensive than some other places, I dont find their prices high for the area, and the service Ive received has been worth every penny, every time :)

Joseph Hermance Suzi and Janie are fantastic hairstylists! The salon is very clean and I felt fancy walking in there for a Men’s haircut. Suzi cut my wash then cut my hair and tamed my eyebrows for free! Took maybe thirty minutes total and affordable! I highly recommend this salon and even my wife loves it for her long haircuts.
