Every member of their team go above and beyond to make you feel pampered and comfortable. The treatment I get is called "Go Smooth" and its the only thing that has made my hair manageable in this South Florida heat/humidity. Highly recommend them & their customized products!

All I wanted was a blow dry, it seems the natural hair sister are hurting her business! I was told to wait for another young lady that blow dries my HAIR TYPE much quicker. Its to hard to get into ALL THAT HAIR! Mind you I made an appointment, as an R.N. and new mommy, my time is limited. NEVER AGAIN

I have been in so many other salons where they claimed to make my hair, straight and silky, but after washing my hair, then it was back to where it was. But Jesica, the technician in this salon worked on my hair for three hours with patients. I just could not believe my eyes when I looked in the mirror and I decided not to make a review yet until I wash my hair . And yes I did and oh my God it is amazing. Jeannette Beitra Mo, the owner, is the best eyebrow threader in Pompano Beach, hands down! Tried having my eyebrows waxed at an Asian salon a couple of weeks ago and it just doesnt compare to the shaping Mo does. He is truly amazing. I know no matter what shape my eyebrows are in, he will always make them beautiful. Ive also had the double keratin treatment done here several times and LOVE it. Jessica takes her time and does an amazing job! She focuses on the problem areas and makes sure you are completely happy. Oh, and the treatment lasts a long time. Im sure this varies, but mine has lasted 7-9 months. Try this place for yourself. Dont be influenced by the negative reviews. Once you have your eyebrows and keratin done here and love the results, you too will be a believer. Just focus on the results :)

Vivian Levine I just went for first time to get a keratin treatment and I am very pleased with the way Jessica did my treatment. Hair came out beautiful very straight the way I wanted. Mo the manager of salon was very welcoming and answered all my questions about how it works and how to follow up after treatment. Jessica the beautician has a very sweet disposition and is very attentive to the way she applied product. There was a big fan that took any fumes. I left very pleased and will definitely return.

Not only did he do an amazing job with threading & reshaping my eyebrows into a natural arch but he was delightful to talk with. Elizabeth A Today was my second time at the salon for a keratin treatment. I was immediately greeted when I entered by Moe, who was very friendly and professional. He checked in on me several times during my treatment to make sure I was comfortable and happy. He even offered me chocolate, which was very tempting!!! Jessica is a total professional. I have had this treatment at other salons and was always on edge because the technicians were too close to my head with the flat iron. i was completely relaxed with Jessica and never had any discomfort at all. Jessica took her time to get it perfect! She is an absolute perfectionist! I highly recommend this salon and procedure. My hair looked amazing the first time and it looks even better this time! Well worth the trip!!!

Alison Kappen I’m from NY visiting my daughter and was looking for a place to get a haircut for us both. Found Anna’s place online. It was close and I liked the website and the reviews. I must say I totally agree. Anna was wonderful. Because we never go to anyone else than a friend I went first just to make sure my daughter wouldn’t be unhappy. I told her what I liked and she did way better that what I ever would have expected! (The look my own hair dresser….friend hadn’t done!) When we arrived she was doing an older ladies hair and that woman stayed throughout and it turned out she was kinda watching her till her daughter could return (so sweet) My daughters hair came out wonderful as well. We had a great time chatting it up and sharing laughs. She loves what she does and she’s damn good at it too! I will be returning on my visits back to Pompano beach for sure! Thank you so much Anna!

Bredt Aiken The worst highlighting experience Ive ever had. Anna did not listen to my request for minimal highlights. I explained how I prefer more of my natural color and just would like minimal highlights to give my hair more dimension. She proceeded to do the highlights without listening my requests. My hair turned out way too blond- ruining the efforts Ive made over the last 12 months to allow more of my natural color. Additionally, I had a similar result to another reviewer, the color did not extend to the root. The result of that is that I have a visible sharp line near the root where the color is extremely blond highlight. I have made an appointment at my regular salon back in new york state to have my hair corrected next week. She also does something Ive never had a stylist do; bang on the foils with the broad side of a comb. When that is happening at your head and around your ears its just a little annoying. She insisted it was necessary. If so, why have none of my other stylists done this?

Elieen M Walking into Annas for the first time it was so clean and great music. She changed my life. She did a wonderful style and highlights I Iooked younger. I would recommend everyone to Annas she is a great colorist and stylist and a wonderful person. She loves what she does and it shows.

L. Zappa Anna is a good hairdresser but the salon has serious scheduling problems. First time, Anna’s daughter scheduled me, I took time off from work and drove 30 minutes. When I got there they said I was not on the schedule and they closed the door on my face. I thought it was mistake and a few weeks later I decided to give them another chance. This time, I had called, spoken to Anna, even asked about her trip and when I showed up for the appointment she said I was not on her schedule. I had to convince her that we talked on the phone. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in my life! No customer deserves this type of treatment. I wish you all the best Anna but I will never be back.

jennifer mesagno I got rushed into my room when i got there and went there for an hour massage to get less than that and i had to express to the woman i felt like i was just being rubbed with lotion… i can do that myself at home. Once i ask for now a deep tissue massage i then proceed to ask her to massage a specific area 4 different times because she kept missing the spot i was most concerned about. I am now home pissed off, while my neck and back still hurt, and money out of my pocket. I have been here multiple times but after today i will not be returning.

ella berzin The worst experience at a salon in my life. The hair stylist asked what style of hair I wanted and we agreed to do loose curls and few pins to hold on the sides for my veil. She began washing my hair and as she was done I asked her how the pricing works and why this is considered a special occasion because she told me it’s 65$ if I just walked in and ask for loose curls but since it’s considered a occasion it would be more. I just wanted a clarification. I asked nicely and calmly. She goes to the front desk and the receptionist to talk to me. She told me that I have to reschedule my appointment with someone else because she is refusing to do my hair. My wedding is at 430. I was so confused and disappointed. I don’t know the ladies name but she was a middle aged woman with long blond hair. They told me I could wait for someone else to come in and do it for me. No thanks. I thought this was going to be some tranquil spa like experience but was the complete opposite. Left there with wet hair and were going to charge me 40$ for a wash….. not the best was h experience for sure either.

Mike Rotella This place stinks. I took my son there because he has long hair and i figured a girls salon would know hownto cut it. A rude guy stuck him in a chair, made literally one straight line cut across the back and said your done. My son and i were shocked. I paid and we left. Hindsight i should have punched him in the face and left without paying, but we were too much in shock.

Dominique Brazeau If I could do 0 stars I would. Leona absolutely destroyed my partners hair and beard. I have no idea how she let him walk out like she did. He has to go get it fixed at a barber. She also cut off all of his hair when thats not what he asked for. He even brought pictures and she did nothing like the picture, not even kind of. She charged him double the price on the website.

I followed her after the other Salon closed down due to the owner selling the building. The Salon is near Cafe Brie, a great place for breakfast or lunch. Although you have to pay for parking it is worth it for me. Just make sure you download the Pay-By-Phone APP.

Lynda Richards Wonderful salon that makes you leave feeling like a brand new person. Riley did an excellent job coloring and cutting a blunt style. She took her time, was patient and detailed. Found my new hairstylist.

miriam cresap EDIT >> Im sticking with my review...I was at Hibiscus a few weeks ago. The girl that colored my hair burnt the ends badly (see attached photo) When I went back to the salon I was told that I needed deep conditioning treatments at least three times. They said it was free. Today the owner calls me and insists that I have to pay for the treatments. ???? Her stylist pretty much ruined my hair and yet the owner wont let her fix her mistake? The young woman was willing to do my hair for free. The owner is not. Dont go there. EDIT!!! I have seen the owners response to this review. She was not at the salon when I was there. Shes never seen my hair. Bottom line? I walked in with long straight gray and naturally blonde hair at the ends. I walked out with the ends of my hair stripped and frizzy...I stand by my original review. PS- I rarely post bad reviews here. This is unusual for me.

On the second visit, I fell into the caring hands of Raquel, and she put my hair in order, treated it, and made a beautiful haircut as I wanted. I really like the way I look now. Bianca Rivera Please do not go to this place. All I asked for was a trim and ended up with completely botched hair. She told me she was going to trim the dead ends off of my face framing pieces but instead she took so much of my hair and cut it way shorter than the rest of my hair. Also, I did not get it blow dryed because she wanted to charge me $55 just to blow dry it on top of the $30 haircut price which is insane. I did not realize how bad my hair actually was until my hair dried. I had to go to a different salon right after to get my hair fixed. I also was not happy with my eyebrows as I just wanted them to be cleaned up but she made them thinner. Please do NOT waste your money here!
