Jessica Masterson This review is for the endo team. Every single person I came in contact with today was so nice to me. They were all patient and kind. They helped ease my anxiety before the procedure and I felt very safe with all of them. The anesthesiologist supervisor Mo I believe his name is was also so sweet to me as well as the anesthesiologist that was a woman. I forgot her name but they were all very thorough with what they were going to do and what would happen. It was overall a great experience despite my anxiety. Thank you so much to everyone who cared for me today.

Shawn Havens Where to honestly start. ICU was excellent. Great staff and very helpful. Once my grandma who is to be sent home on hospice was sent to a room all changed. Staff become extremely rude. Very short and no reply to sympathy or us not knowing something and saying the typical Im sorry. Was very quick and zero sympathy that my grandma was hurting to be touched treated her like a football player. Absolutely no quietness. Ghetto responses to our questions that they failed to hear due to noise level. Arguing when the doctor scheduled to release her to when they felt she would leave. If we werent getting rude responses to our simple questions we were being treated like we didnt exist. If u value your familys last moments in life I encourage and beg you do not bring your loved ones to this asylum treated so called health care facility. I wouldnt trust my worst enemy to be seen, treated or cared for here. Please value your loved ones and do not punish them with the hell this place will burden you with

E I would like to thank the staff in the ER for the kindness and grace shown to my grandmother with dementia. She isnt the easiest to manage when she is irritable but they met her with humor and helped guide her mood to happy. And for that I am thankful. Id like to give a big thank you to Ken in radiology for his kind treatment of my grandmother. I havent seen her smile so much in a long time.

Liz Graybiel I was a little disappointed in my PT. I had just completed 2 months of PT in Indiana and it was much more rigorous. I had a licensed PT who was always with me, correcting form, increasing weights, etc. He rarely had another patient that he was working with at the same time. He was always prepared, collecting the weights and props I needed ahead of time, so there was never waiting between exercises. The first 2 weeks at Advent they did not have my records. After numerous calls I finally got that straightened out, with no help from Advent. I told the staff numerous times that I had done more strenuous exercises, but nothing changed. I saw a licensed PT only 3 times, so I was always with an aid and they always were working with 2 people. There was a wait between each exercise when I had an aid. Ty did a good job of keeping the therapy going. These are just my thoughts. If I hadn’t been in such a good program before coming, I most likely would never have known the difference.

Rachale M. Goodell I am a new patient to the practice and I’m seen for medication management. One visit and it completely changed my life! I was with another behavioral health provider for 2 years due to my insurance and limited providers in the area and was ready to give up on finding a new/decent provider. I am beyond thankful I gave this practice a try. Kelly was nothing short of professional, understanding, and knowledgeable. She actually listened to my needs and met them.

Larry Kinsella I turned down an appointment to another walk in clinic to give this walk in clinic my business, as it is 7 miles closer to my home. The young lady at the front desk was polite, however, this clinic is no longer a walk in clinic, only a tele-clinic. Their website says nothing about this. I understand family emergencies are imperative to attend to, but it only takes minutes to update your website. Thank you and have a pleasant morning/day/evening

Hallie Harrold Not a patient but an intern. Everyone here is amazing but I want to give a shout out to Morgan. She is so patient and kind with everyone she interacts with. I definitely recommend coming here if you love friendly people!!

Kelly Combast My family has been going to All Family Walk-In Clinic for all of our healthcare needs for the past couple of years. We have had nothing short of superb experiences every time we are seen. The office is always very clean and has activities for the little kids in the waiting room which is a plus for my kids. All of the staff goes above and beyond. We usually see Kelly and she is always very honest and straightforward and really takes the time to make sure her patients are cared for. Its been great to have found an office who will take care of the whole family; my husband, myself and our two young children. Its really hard to find a provider who listens to you and takes the time to address all of your concerns, not to mention receiving fantastic care. We got very lucky finding Kelly and we will continue to go to All Family Walk-In Clinic for all of our familys needs.

Melissa Roche My first time at this clinic. Went to establish myself as a patient. Very nice staff. Kelly is the nurse practitioner that I saw today. She was so caring and compassionate. Just very easy to talk to. I love that they take your blood right there. So convenient. So much easier to go to then trying to find a doctor or even get an appointment with a doctor as a new patient. I’m so happy that I went there.

Ronda Strain Family member went here for years. Treated for different ailments. Was never sent to a specialist until she had a very serious ailment. By then it was too late. Some of her symptoms were ignored or said to be something else. I really dont recommend going here. I gave 1 star because I had too. The office is clean and the people are nice

John Harason Ive been a patient many times here. And all that I can say is that this hospital and especially the staff really go beyond the great service that they provide. Making your stay as comfortable as possible. They will in some cases go beyond their duties to make you feel at home. Their input and output processing is just fantastic. The rooms are kept spotless, the lobby is relaxing to the eye, ( gives you the feeling like a resort ) and the reception process is rather quick. If you have to choose a hospital, choose Bayonet Point.

Chris Werwega Very friendly and knowledgeable doctors and staff. I arrived at the emergency room at 10:30 pm on 2/7/25 experiencing a heart attack, I was immediately taken into the ER room where several doctors and staff began my treatment. I coded during my treatment, and fortunately was brought back to life. They then immediately took me into the operating room to insert a stent. I’m alive today thanks to a very experienced staff. There isn’t enough stars I can give this hospital to show my appreciation for the care I received throughout my stay.

Valerie Smith At first when they thought I had a stroke they were excellent. Once they determined it wasnt they totally ignored me. Gave me IV Hctz and gave me no way to urinate. I pushed the call button and waited almost an hour. Im aware that there was an emergency. But other patients are important also There was 1 nurse named Stacy that attended myself and 5 other patients in the ER holding area that was phenomenal. After that the nurse on the 3rd floor was horrible. I will NEVER go back to your hospital and none of my family and friends I felt tortured in the ER. I have worked in hospitals before and this was totally unexceptional.

Roy Gatlin Every patient experience may vary. I have to speak on my own. Due to my severe injuries, I was transported by helicopter to Bayonet Point on 2-2-25. From my first moment of clarity I was treated with nothing but respect, dignity, compassion and kindness!!! Every Nurse, PCT, Dietary Aide, Housekeeper and the list goes on! Everyone of those team members made me feel comfortable and safe!! These staff members are a reflection of YOU Bayonet Point! Please keep doing what you’re doing to create such an amazing team of people!

Jeanette Jordan I went in with Vertigo, the room was spinning and I had nausea. they took me in right away, but the Dr. did everything but check check my ears. I ended up back to my doctor and she found a left ear infection. what is it with Doctors not wanting to examine you? the staff under doctors care were wonderful and sweet, the hospital was clean, I dont like the recliners, but that is only personal likes. The doctor, I have questions about.

Thomas Bowen My wife had to go there for a procedure under anesthesia and I was favorably impressed with the hospital. Very pleasant and helpful staff from the greeters at the front dest to the nurses in the pre-op and recovery. Very professional but also friendly. Very clean and.brightly lit. The handicapped parking areas in the circular drive were very handy.

Ricky Morison-Myers My Mom went to a nearby walk in clinic not feeling well for about three weeks. They said her heartbeat was irregular and to get to an ER. That is how she ended up at this hospitals ER. Everyone was very professional and friendly and they took terrific care of my Mom. She was in AFIB and had pneumonia. She had to stay five nights and she is now completely back to her old self. I completely appreciate everything they did for my Mom.

darien cac I went in for an MRI on my abdomen at the request of my family doctor 10/14/24, and to my surprise, they did a thorough check on my health. They discovered that I had appendicitis and needed to be admitted quickly. Thankfully, I received prompt treatment and Im happy to say that Im alive, well, and on the road to recovery now. The staff here were incredibly professional and kind, which really changed my perspective. I used to think that staff at general hospitals might not enjoy their jobs and that I wouldn’t feel valued as just another patient, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. The charge nurse even accompanied me downstairs to make sure I safely got into my car to go home 10/16/24 11am !

Siesta Key Been waiting to see a doctor in the ER, no doctors in sight. Girl comes over and says she’s nurse practitioner. Told her issue and she looks completely lost. This place is a huge waste of time. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GO TO BayCare or Advent hospital. This place hired a bunch of kids as nurses straight out of nursing school and they are just walking around doing nothing.

Loving_Lioness Doctor was a "no show" for 2 of my appointments. And 1 appointment I arrived for he wasnt even there yet at 1pm, I was told after waiting 30 mins that he "was on the way". Ridiculous, disrespectful, inconsiderate to say the least. I will never return.

Frie Ofala They make it easy, call my primary care and got it approved with my insurance. And they gave me a private waiting room when I asked. Good job!

George Nielsen Be prepared to wait 2 1/2 hours to see Dr. Hiba. HES WORTH THE WAIT. This man doesnt just treat patients he SAVES LIVES! Just bring a good book to read, get comfortable and block out 4 hours of your day. How long would you be willing to wait to see a doctor that not only had the knowledge, experience and expertise to save your life? He treats every patient like a member of his family.

Thomas Beaverson Approximately Four years ago Dr. Hiba saved my Life at the Bayfront Hospital, Brooksville . Since then he is the most competent and knowledgeable Doctor I have ever met! He takes time to speak with my wife Lisa and ensures she knows all thats going on. Yes, you may wait in waiting room a tad but TRUST me...its all worth It! Dr. Hiba even shares personal stories that make him so real and caring. Hes like a relative you absolutely love and cant wait to see again. Francine Vance It’s been over a year of digestive issues and complications with my 19 year old son after he had mononucleosis. We had him at a pediatric specialist which ran every test recommended for him, but still with no diagnosis. A local friend, who is also a nurse, HIGHLY recommended Dr. Hiba and said that he would help us figure out what was wrong with my son and not give up till he had a diagnosis. Today we’re rejoicing at a clean bill of health and an explanation for his issues. Dr. Hiba is just wonderful! He was very thorough in explaining things to us and never gave up in finding an answer. I can’t say enough about the staff either. From the beginning, they were a joy to work with. They were very kind. friendly, and informative. For his last procedure, one of the nurses knew I was nervous for my son, she stayed and held my son’s hand. They were a total blessing to us.

Tiverly Wint My son and I have being in this hospital for some time now. PCU room 11. We have been here for about two months. The first two weeks he received excellent care but then i noticed that he had different nurses almost daily. Inadequate nursing staff - especially on weekends. Some nurses gave very good care and other nurses were not good caregivers. When I point out that my son was not being turned appropriately & regularly the staff would get upset and had a bad attitude. One nurse actually told me that he would no longer be my son’s caregiver. I am really upset - my son is supposed to be turned every two hours and he was not. He came here with a small skin tear on his butt and now he has a big sore on his butt. When I shared my concerns with the nurse -he or she would have a bad attitude and complain to the supervisor -that i am disrespecting the staff. I always spoke to them calmly & privately in my sin’s room. But the nurse who was taking care of him got upset and said I disrespected him. These patients needs to be handled gently and patiently. they can’t speak for themselves so family should be encouraged & supported to communicate on behalf of the patient. I would not recommend this hospital because of all these reasons.

Dakota Renee The hospital and nursing is wonderful, but the way case management treated my family was absolutely awful. I would not go back to this hospital for this reason alone. If you are this miserable in your job you should find a new one, something needs to be done about this department immediately.

Carol Acevedo After being in LRMC for three weeks with dx -flu & RSV & then pneumonia & UTI my husband was transferred to Connorton Advent Health LTC hospital to stabilize & before going to rehab and then to home. The nurses & techs & respiratory therapist & occupational therapist & physical therapist & speech therapist were caring & kind & amazing and made us feel so comfortable. They listened to us and were responsive to my husband’s needs. We have been here -now three weeks and the level of attention & care given to my husband has been excellent consistently. We were particularly impressed by the case conference lead by Merry in my husband’s room PCU 23- it included myself & my three sons (two of whom participated over the telephone). The Case conference included pharmacist & dietician & therapists & Chaplain. At this case conference we addressed several of my husband’s health concerns. We were concerned about my husband’s Parkinson’s medication schedule and discussed options to maximize its effectiveness- the pharmacist were able to consult with the physician & made adjustments that has since proven to be better for my husband. We were also concerned about my husband’s diarrhea secondary to tube feeding - to which the dietitian was able to suggest a change that has resolved the problem. This has been one of the most difficult times of our life -but they were with my husband daily making -sure he was getting better physically and mentally and spiritually. The MyChart iPad that was placed in my husband’s room- was also a great communication tool-We were able to view notes & test results. I am thankful that I was able to stay by my husband’s side-in his room. This indicated to me & my family -that this facility is actively involved in extending the healing ministry of Christ (as posted on their wall).

Nathaniel Prentice Horrible service, called 3 times to try and see how my grandmother is doing. All three times, the guy who picked up mumbles to where you can barely hear what hes saying. Then once I do get directed to the nurses station, it sits on ringer for 3+ minutes just to get picked up and hanged up on.

Jacquelyn Keleher after being stuck in hospitals for a month for an infection and heart condition i was transferred to connerton until I was ready to go home. the nurses and techs were amazing and made me feel so comfortable. only one male nurse made me feel like a burden and didnt seem to listen to me. besides that the almost month i was there I was comfortable and taken care of. it was one of the most difficult times of my life but they were with me daily making sure I was getting better physically and mentally.

Chris Ratley I was admitted around 11:30 am on a Friday for what hospice calls a respite. It means my sister who is my caregiver at home hospice went on vacation so hospice put me in a facility for a week until she returned. I never got my meds and every hour or so I would just ask for an update but they would only say that hospice had called the scripts in wrong and they were rude and dismissive of my symptoms as a hospice patient. Even hospice was shocked by how lazy and uncooperative the staff was just trying to get things fixed. The place is a dump and the staff is horrible

gloria Parker My Aunt was at this facility till the end of her life , she was so well taken care of here . They treat the residents with respect and are treated like family. The facilities are clean , the grounds are well taken care of the food is amazing, big shout out to Ms Frankie Plummer and her kitchen staff . The activities director keeps life entertaining for the residents and there is no time to get bored. The rehabilitation staff are amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The Nursing staff are so caring and attentive I can’t say enough good things about this place .

George Clair Brooksville Health Care is the most wonderful place to have your love ones to be placed in. It’s very clean the staff is just wonderful and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you and your love ones needs are met. Staff members Laurene, Kristi, Cheryl and Stacey are the best employees you could ever ask for that are caring for your loved ones.The Nurses and CNAs are what you want to care for your love ones. Kris Hockings Anyone looking for a rehab facility for their loved one understands the stress that comes along with it. Our family has gone through this several times over the past couple years with my father-in-law. Unfortunately, due to insurance changes we were not able to get into the facility that we thought was, superior and the best around. After receiving this news, I was off to visit all of the, “skilled nursing facilities” that our insurance company would cover. This is where Brooksville Healthcare Center comes into play. I met with Laurene from admissions and she could not have been more helpful. I immediately felt that my father in law would be in good hands. After my father-in-law was transferred to Brooksville I was pleasantly surprised by the staff. Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming. My father-in-law feels very comfortable here and all of the staff takes time to explain everything and answer all of his questions. I think the thing that I am most impressed with is the therapy. My father-in-law is 92 and lives alone which is amazing within itself. His goal is to be strong enough to get back home. He needs to work with PT and OT in order to be able to stand up sit down, walk as many steps as possible and transfer from his wheelchair, walker, to the bed, recliner, chair, etc. I cannot say enough about the Physical Therapist, Denyse, and the Occupational Therapist, Richard. The progress I have seen in just a matter of days is more than I saw in weeks at one of the top rehab facilities in the area. My father-in-law has a great attitude and is willing to do the work. Denyse and Richard listen to him and work with him so that they can get him home and in a safe environment as soon as possible and that’s all we’re asking for. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the fact that the food has been great as well. Congratulations Brooksville you are amazing all the way around!

Scott LaVancher My mother was transferred from their sister location in Dade City, do to flood waters there. Well, I live in Brooksville and this made it very easy to visit my mom on a regular basis. So I proposed to my mom that she stay here, she did put up a little fight at the beginning, but after seeing how often I was dropping by, she didnt want to go back. Now, this was not an easy decision, because the other facility was and is amazing. The transfer was absolutely painless and extremely easy. My mom is a completely different person now, so much happier now and she really loves the staff here at Brooksville Healthcare Center. That goes for me as well. Every time I come in, which is often, no matter how early or late, everyone is so nice, friendly and accommodating! Thank you for Loving My Mom Brooksville Healthcare Center

Wade Jack (Jawman2000) Poor communication between staff members and their own doctors orders. The doctor asked for a follow-up in person with me just for the staff to try and schedule me with someone else and not inform either party until the time of the appointment.

Janice P Bedside manner was nonexistent. Doctor Kirin and his staff are insensitive and rude, and completely unprofessional. Treated my sister like she was just a name on the schedule, when you are giving someone life changing results you would think human nature would cause you to be compassionate, not in this case. I don’t recommend this practice at all

Kelly Gonzalez While, Dr. Packey was really sweet, his staff leaves a LOT to be desired. First making you jump through hoops just to get an appointment. Been working in doctors office for better part of 22 years and it has always been their responsibility to obtain records from previous physician offices. In addition, when asking if they participate in medication assistance programs it was advised that "they do not fill out paperwork". Wow. Did not realize that sending a Rx to a company was that difficult. Would not recommend due to front staff.

Keri Benson Lisa and Kim were absolutely amazing, from the beginning to the end . Dr. Kanuri has an amazing bedside manner and and a way of making you feel comfortable. I was extremely nervous and the entire staff made me feel at ease… highly recommend

Sara This place is absolutely disgusting. The women that work in the office are not even human beings. The way they treat people is disgusting. I am owed money never received it. I got hung up on and cussed at. Initially with my first appointment I came in with my baby because I had nobody to watch her and one of the nurses said you don’t have anybody to watch your baby like it’s wrong for me to bring my toddler with me to my G.I. appointment. I was hung up by the manager several times when asked to speak to a different nurse or a doctor. I was never given the chance I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and anybody else that I can so everyone knows that this place should not be running a business whatsoever with the inconsistencies and, the uncleanliness and the rude and unprofessional, nurses, doctors, etc. DONT COME HERE!!!!!! Anywhere else but here!!!!

Elizabeth Marzan There is not enough to say about this facility. I came from New York to a new place. Between everything being different i ended up needing a gastroenterologist. I found the most compassionate people at this office. From Lisa exceceptional, Itina the anesthesiologist to Dr. Kanuri. God bless you all the most beautiful experience in a doctors office my entire life. If you want a real experience go to this facility. I promise you will thank me. The best!!!

Lynne MacInnis Very professional. The most organized office I have quite frankly ever seen. Dr. Kanuri was excellent and very kind. Went in for a colonoscopy and was apprehensive, but turned out very good and was back home doing all my regular chores.. Highly recommend this office.. kind of a rare especially locally.. The anesthesiologist he works with looks like hes pretty experienced and put me at ease... Nurses were great and the nurse who put the IV in for the anesthesia, I hardly felt the needle. Just all around very experienced professionals..

Marleny Saldana I am having issues with billing. They overcharge me and then I called so many times and the person in the billing department never returns my calls. I had left so many messages she is either out on longer lunches or she is never available to speak to anyone. I am still waiting for a call after 4 messages that’s I left since a week agog.

Smokey OIG (1-800-488-8244) and the White House VA Hotline (855-948-2311). For every veteran on here, the above numbers are some very important numbers to call if you’ve been mistreated or not got the care you deserve and are seeking. Believe me, they will get you what you deserve, very, very quickly. Been in the VA system since 2013 and this specific location for a couple years. I never found it necessary to call OIG or The White House Va Hotline on any location in the 11 years I’ve used the VA. I’ve called probably 5 times on this facility in the last year alone because that’s the only way to get these folks to do the job they’re paid to do. And every time, either OIG or the White House Va Hotline has had a desired result by the next day (literally).

Andy (Fun Guy) Mental health is a joke. Psychiatrist actually argues with you. Never listened to what I had to say. He already judged me before even talking with me for the first time. From what all fellow veterans tell me, this place is one of the worst VA Clinics in the country. They have zero listening skills. Terrible place. Seriously, stay away from this place. ;(

Mark Day I placed a call into this mental health clinic last week. Before I made that call I had already called the veteran crisis line. The crisis line referred me to the Brooksville Mental health clinic so I called them. I was able to speak to a doctor on duty but he said someone would have to call me back on Friday. Never received a call. Veterans crisis line called me back to see if I was able to talk to anyone and they said they would notify the Brooksville clinic to contact me. Needless to say, Im still here in the same state of being and situation without actually being helped. So where does the actual help start? How many other veterans who are in need of help who actually reach out are being ignored and pushed aside? It appears the only way to get any help is to say you have thoughts of suicide or are thinking of hurting other people or actually attempt something before you can get help. Its all a farce. The veterans crisis line and this mental health facility is letting us veterans down and something need to happen. These issues need to be addressed before more veterans become a new statistic.

frank bruno Dr. Banwatt and Nurse Linda are the best care givers I have ever come across in my life. I have been going to this clinic for years. Whenever I need help, they have gone out of their way to help me out many times. These people are not just doing their jobs, they really care about the well being of their patients. Its hard to find good people like this these days. I really appreciate all these two have done for me. The staff there is also very professional and nice. I have never had any problems with this clinic at all and would recommend this clinic to anyone who can go. Its honestly the best clinic hands down.

Ash Leigh I went to the ER from work after being told to do so by my doctor. I was having horrible pain, fever, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Recently, I had an IUD placed so there was some worry of an ectopic pregnancy. My father met me there so I would not be alone as my boyfriend was working. We sat there quietly talking, but my head was pounding. I asked for some Tylenol. The nurse came back with Haldol and Benadryl. I worked in hospitals and my boyfriend is a doctor so I have some medical knowledge. Enough to know that Haldol is an antipsychotic that was regularly given to extremely unruly patients. I thought it was weird but decided he had a medical degree and I didn’t so I wouldn’t argue. This was a mistake. The pain got worse despite the heavy sedative keeping me unconscious which I was told my pain couldn’t be that bad because I was sleepy… I was then misdiagnosed by the ER doctor. Turns out my labs didn’t show that at all. So either he didn’t wait for my labs before releasing me or he didn’t bother to read them. I read them with my primary care doctor and learned he did absolutely everything wrong. Oh and worse, I’m allergic to Haldol. So I was in pain and bed ridden with shakes for three days for a medication I should have never been given in the first place. Now, I’m left with a big bill and the knowledge to never let this facility touch me again.

My boyfriend went cause he got some wood in his foot & he got it out & I cleaned it at home cause it was about & half inch in but a couple of days later the pain & his foot was swollen. They did a xray & sent him home with antibiotic just in case there was an infection. His foot was red he is latin & dark skin so to see red that’s a sign of infection & I’m not a nurse. I know cause I work with med mal lawyers & seen a lot & deal with a lot of docs. Well they said no infection but sent him with it like I said just in case. Him being a Marine & had infections before he had a feeling it was infected. Well he got home 2 days later he was in pain & he can handle pain he had brain surgery before, knee etc. So he went back to the hospital & they admitted him asap & had to get IV & given antibiotics thru the IV he was kept so far 3 days. They did a cat-scan & no foreign objects. All over a piece of wood nothing huge.

Sunshine Daydream Very attentive staff, especially my nurse, Brittany. She made me feel so comfortable and made sure I had everything I needed. The DR had great bedside manner and all the techs I encountered were extremely nice. I’ve been to this ER a couple times and this was the best visit yet. I was overwhelmed with emotion trying to explain why I was there and the entire staff from check in to check out were very nice and understanding.

daniel torony Don’t go here very bad service This was the second very bad experience I had in this ER the first time I developed a giant bruise on my wast it was about 10 by 24 inches wide I was told by a nurse after telling the doctor the concerns and having a mri there were no problems and was being discharged I was never told the cause other than possibly caused by caugh. Now the really bad one I’m 78 I fell of a ladder at about 7 ft high I went to the ER the next day because of heavy badly sprained ankle type pain after an mri I never saw the doctor again was told by the nurse no broken bones or serious injuries I had asker for something to take care of the serious ankle type pain and told take Tylenol a caring doctor would have prescribed something I did do some walking which helped some but it was painful. WORST HOSPITAL I EVER BEEN TO I would like peace to know that this review was NOT about TGH but brevea the had just taken over brevets hospitals and the reviews were immediately checked to TGH

Corey Hall Came into the hospital because the past 3 days Ive been puking, feeling heavy on my chest, hard breathing. Today my body started getting numb from my feet to my hand spreading everywhere. Pain in my stomach. I come into ER and walked up and down saying hello out loud not yelling. Checked side door to registration it was locked. No one. Not a single worker present in the ER. I sat at the first desk and still no one came. I had to yell for someone to even notice Im there. About 10 workers can come out together but cant keep a single person at the entrance to ER. Staff comes out treating me like Im the issue when they arent posted where they should be. I didnt just come in screaming I came in looked for someone and called out hello a few times before I started yelling. Then to have staff treat me poorly because no one was present is wrong. 1 staff member says they are understaffed (thats not my issue nor the issue of any patient and shouldnt be used ever as an excuse that problem to deal with thats the hospitals) another staff member says they arent understaffed its just something was going on...I didnt think registration workers typically respond to emergencies but all staffSo then Im being lied to by one of the staff members? Is it common for hospital employees to lie to their patients? Should still have a staff member at ER even if its just an officer or someone to greet it should NEVER empty. No one should ever have to yell to get attention or help in the ER.

Rob McPherson I would not recommend anyone going here who has more than one child and doesnt have anyone else to watch your others. I made the drive, got there before our scheduled time, waited 20 minutes, and when they called my daughters name, the "dental hygienist" very abruptly said I couldnt go back there because I had my other two children w/me. One who was in a stroller and one that will stay seated if told to. She then went on to say that shes cleaned my daughters teeth before and thats all she was going to be doing. She lied to my face. Weve only been there twice for her and I had never seen her before. My daughter has an extremely strong gag reflex and if a dentist or whomever is being too rough, she wont express that. I wont let any of my children go into a dentists office alone. Mind you, Ive taken all my children back w/me before but this time they had an issue w/it. The receptionist came back to the window and said Id have to reschedule and not bring "my" other children. So no worries, well find another dentist. Thanks for wasting an hour of my time w/travel included. Thank goodness my daughter got out of school early.

R.D. M. Staff is very friendly and makes me feel like Im a person no matter what I may choose as a gender or pronoun! But a person, and Im greeted with respect and dignity. I appreciate and . represent and have to go through to continue their service for ALL. REGARDLESS OF WHO BELIEVE OTHER WISE THANKS AND A SHOUT OUT TO THE GREAT JOB TOTHE HERNANDO COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

Steven Padin This center is definitely unprofessional and not helpful at all, they scheduled an appointment for my mother their and wait till she came to check in and said oh your supposed to be a the new port richey location then when asked if they have the address no they do not I find that ridiculous, ethier have people who want to work or get rid of these works who arent trying to help people wasted our time and gas I just dont get how your paid to help people but dont like if u say new port richey, Im pretty sure they have the location its a shame and unexcusable.

Azmi Had a great experience, the front receptionist that works Tuesday and Friday was absolutely amazing. So sweet and patient. My sister in law moved from another state and needed help and she helped us through the whole process. The nutritionist was also very kind and informative. Thank you guys for all your help. High recommend. :)

Nicole Cox I took my son in for an appointment with Dr Chaudrey. This is the second encounter I’ve had with the Dr. and every time he is a chill, calm, understanding human. He also gave amazing insight to my son. As long as we live in Florida, we will be going to this office.

Adi Rao Dr Chaudhary has a refreshing honesty that helps gently ground & guide you in reality but within a safety net of genuine support & care for your wellbeing. He is no-nonsense & straightforward but kind & focused in his approach. He has helped open my eyes to things in my life that may have been keeping me stuck & helped me with radical acceptance & challenging my cognitive distortions. I enjoyed & got something out of nearly every visit. Would definitely recommend at least one visit with an open mind. Staff are welcoming & supportive.

Valerie Audino Dr Chaudhry is the best psychiatrist Ive ever had! Ive had psychiatrists on and off for a long time. I had major depressive disorder and was a mess when I saw Dr. Chaudhry. He tried me on some antidepressants but none worked! He then finally put me on an MOAI patch and it worked very well! Im still on it years later. Im grateful that Dr. Chaudhry was a very good listener and stuck with me until I felt better! I wish he was still my doctor today since I moved to Georgia, but Im ok still. Thank you from my heart, Dr. Chaudhry!

Makenzie Blakley Dr. Chaudry is dismissive, uncaring and only looks at symptoms at face value. I have NEVER had a psychiatrist make me cry after a med follow up, until seeing Dr. Chaudry.

Denise gill I had an appointment with Dr Chaudhry and it was very nerve racking. I explained to him I suffer from extreme anxiety and I had recently passed out and went into a seizure having one. I am on disability for bipolar and extreme anxiety. He didnt address bipolar and told me a "pill" wont help me is a bear is chasing me. He told me to go in a corner and have my little panic attack and go about my day. My panic attacks are extreme and if you pass out and go into convulsions you cant just go about your day. He didnt listen. He minized the reaction I have to my panic attacks. He spoke to me like a teacher and was condescending. Do not go to this doctor if you have a real problem. You will be told its all in your head. I was actually having more panic attacks after talking to him a second guessing myself. I felt traumatized after our appointment and couldnt stop thinking about how it went wrong. I was blindsided.

Purple Flame ok lets talk about the doctor did not get rid about the affects that making me prevent to sleep. i had a phosphene eye so google it up then. i dont want to take that medicine because its gonna get worse. like bruh why my parents making me turning into karen and now i am not exist anymore or either a karen stoles my soul. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT GO TO THIS BAYCARE CENTER! ITS DANGEROUS! FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT HAVE BUNCH OF 5 STARS!

Susan Rhubottom They really dont know how to deal with mental health people very good. Ive tried to change my medicine. Doctor because shes just not good for me. And they tell me no, they wont change my doctor I have to work it out. I dont think thats a very good mental health place. Because you shouldnt do that to a patient Also, there was a mix up with their pharmacy. The pharmacy told my doctor I wasnt picking up my medications and I had 3 bottles at home. But my medicine doctor would not believe me. She kept asking me, Susan. Where did you get the medication from? And I kept repeating myself Yall gave me three bottles ahead of time until my program went through to pay for the medication

Genny Verdone I am so disappointed and upset with this healthcare facility. My granddaughter has been seeing a doctor there for over a year. We are always early. sometimes we have to wait past our time and the Dr. apologizes. This time traffic signals and a line at the facility made us 8 minutes late. The woman at the desk asked the doctor if she was ok with that and the doctor said no!! What kind of caring is that? My granddaughter needed to see this psychiatrist and there was no compassion, no understanding. This place does not care about its patients. I never felt that the doctor even remembered my granddaughter and she only wanted to keep dispensing pills and collect a paycheck. Wow!

Nicole Harris I would love to leave a good review because I really like my therapist. The problem is the inconsistency of care. This facility has an on going shortage of therapist which makes it very difficult to make progress in your individual treatment plan. I dont know why they cannot secure enough therapist and perhaps they should stop taking new clients. I have never experienced this type of inconsistent mental health care. If you are need of weekly or bi-weekly support, please go somewhere else. I see my therapist once a month and I need to move on myself.

Howard Boras I went in voluntarily and was taken care of. The nurses are very helpful and I was even given a shave. The food is fantastic and I met a lot of interesting people. A tech suggested that I write a book called "the no name book" regarding my visits to mental hospitals. So you get smoke breaks and you can also visit the recreational room. I was able to decompress and reset my mental clock. The facility is very clean and I saw a pest control guy spraying the area so there is no need to worry about that. All in all its just another brick in the wall.

Jonathan Herzig Well over a year ago they picked me up in Orlando. They brought me there. I was really wanting to get help really wanting to get treated for my illnesses and instead I had a guy that they were treating punch me in the face while I was in intake, nearly busted my jaw and cheek bone, but they never did anything. They give me cause they were trying to manipulate my thing in Springhill at a regular MD hospital. Because the one patient hit me when I was an intake and I was bleeding and they were trying to manipulate keeping me there and I refuse to go there so I went home but every time I’ve really In the past, since then they refused to pick me up. They refuse to help me. They don’t care they only push an agenda to make money they don’t care about true recovery I do know if you talk you ask them questions if you don’t be quiet, they will threaten me with the injection and they will strap you down and inject you as many times as they want to. That you’re very rude. Their customer service is nonexistent. They don’t care about patient care. They don’t care about helping fellow healthcare workers who are going through burnout like myself as a CNA. They only care about one thing strapping you down, giving injections or a baker acting people to stay there longer than they need to. I went to go in voluntarily last week they told me that I was going to be in the crisis care unit. Meaning psychosis unit and no way to leave once back there. They also said I had to take off my clothes even as a voluntary. They let me leave without getting any help.

Rachel G Unacceptable treatment our family experienced during his recent stay at Springbrook Hospital. This situation was deeply distressing and highlighted severe issues in communication, professionalism, and compassion among their staff. My brother was admitted and held for 24 hours while waiting for a transfer due to his lack of insurance. Despite the circumstances, the communication from staff was chaotic and inconsistent, with different shifts failing to relay messages or document updates in his chart. When my parents called earlier to ask why he hadn’t seen a doctor, they were told they didn’t need to treat him because he didn’t have insurance. When we offered to pay out-of-pocket to ensure he received proper care, Christy (Im not sure of proper spelling) who was HR rudely told me, “This isn’t a hotel.” Such dismissive remarks are wholly unprofessional and showed a lack of basic empathy. Things escalated further when my brother called me in tears, scared because Maggie (who I later found out was the receptionist/intake staff) told him she was “going to give him an injection to make him go night-night.” He had not been combative or disrespectful—there was no reason for such a threat, which felt like intimidation. I returned to the hospital to speak with Christy and Dora about this, and Christy brought up that my father had been upset on the phone earlier. I reminded her that my brother should not be treated differently because of my dad’s concerns, but Christy’s attitude was dismissive and rude. When I asked for the state contact information to file a grievance, she laughed at me. Given Maggie’s comment to my brother, I felt it necessary to stand by my car outside the facility to ensure his safety until his transfer. Even while outside by my vehicle, staff discussed trespassing me, though I had done nothing inappropriate. Every interaction with Maggie & Christy during this ordeal made me feel as though we were an inconvenience. During his 24hr stay, my brother was left sitting on a wooden bench in a small intake room without a mattress, in a space kept uncomfortably cold with black mold in the vents. The only person who showed genuine compassion and tried to explain the situation was Dora, and I deeply appreciate her efforts. However, the overall behavior of your staff—particularly Maggie and Christy—was deeply troubling and entirely unprofessional. Patients and their families deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and clear communication, regardless of insurance status. The behavior exhibited during this experience does not meet those standards. This place needs to be formally investigated.

loyce allen In all actuality I give this facility 0 stars! There has been so much abuse reported at this facility, including death! If anyone need facts just try news reports on Google on this facility. I also have a friend who was taken there and kept against her will they refused to release her. It was a total nightmare experience for her. She aeakened wit what turned out to be a ermanent scar on face, and have no clue how it happened. When she woke up she was bleeding. This is not a facility that appears to be there for patients giving care andvservice but one of total disservice. Again based on the information that has been shared I rate this facility withp 0 stars!

Carissa Newman Dr. Hanna was a huge help for me with helping find the right meds for me but the hospital it’s self was terrifying. After morning meds I felt like a zombie everyday. By the afternoon I was so hyper it was weird. Held for 7 days :( had a roomie that was whispering how she wanted to hurt me as I fell asleep. Cameras everywhere, green mold all over the bathrooms (personally saw 3 separate bathrooms) had 1 phone that all the patients to share that was always dying or dead. Was co/ed in main area’s but separated in the rooms. Wood rotting in one of the bathrooms and sinks were nasty as heck. It was scary and traumatic when 4 different patients started a fight with each other, (2 men on separate occasions at separate times) food was alright day staff was amazing!!! Night staff scared me :( tv was busted chairs were miserable plastic and uncomfortable. Smoke break a guy ran up and out of the gate and they said we had to keep it hush hush. Weird vibes overall healing for the experience myself 0 stars.
