RKEGV Goody Every time I bring my kids here, the staff is so friendly, genuine and empathetic. The office is clean and they are efficient. I feel that the providers are also here because they genuinely care about their patients. Some urgent cares seem to rush patients out, which I do understand that with urgent care they have a revolving door so-to-speak. But here you can tell that they want to make sure the patient/ parent of has been heard and their feelings and concerns are validated. I work in the medical world as an MA, Ive worked in specialty and Internal Medicine. And I have to say from a professional and personal standpoint, I recommend Dairy Road Urgent Care for all your acute (not chronic) needs.

Mayra Ramos My son began experiencing ear pain on Saturday night. I called on Sunday to inquire if we could come in as a walk-in. The receptionist explained that they close at 5 p.m. but prefer patients to arrive by 4 p.m., which makes perfect sense to ensure they have enough time to see everyone. She was extremely professional, caring, and polite. The nurse practitioner was thorough and knowledgeable. This was our first visit, but it certainly wont be our last. While it’s tempting to keep such great finds to yourself, I believe its important to share when healthcare professionals provide care with such professionalism and compassion. Thank you!

Shuck Cimitiere Always loved this place, but the last few times I had to stop in were a mess. Insane wait time. I had to wait 35 minutes in an exam room for the physician to stop talking to his colleague about the new season of White Lotus before being seen.

Shannon Maher I am so thankful for the people at this urgent care!! They always take such good care of me and are always as quick as possible getting people in and out. This is the only urgent care I recommend in brevard!!

Ameika Smithers I would most definitely NOT recommend Dr. Arun Abraham. We did not have an altercation of any sort but he did convey very clearly that he could care less. It was overly obvious. He should not be working with the community.

Brit Azul Doesn’t care about your health or pregnant woman health sent me away and was trying to “schedule me for the next day” due to closing in 10 mins I told them I have a uti and the provider said she wont see anyone else … The worst and disgusting

Felicia Renee Amazing facility. The doctors and staff are so kind and made my nervousness fade right when I started the check in process. I am so grateful to have chosen this facility as my forever doctor.

Hanna Luna The staff and the doctor who treated me, Sara was her name, were incredibly friendly and made my experience as a first-time patient a wonderful one. Im also not one to leave reviews but I had such a positive experience that I felt inclined to do so. I highly recommend choosing one of the doctor’s at this facility as your primary care physician.

Greg This review is for the pharmacy. If I could give 0 stars I would. My dr cake in an anti-inflammatory and it took n this pharmacy over 2 business days to do it. The excuse, "were backed up. What do you expect is the end of the week". Worst service on every level! The clinic and the dr office are great. The pharmacy is terrible!

Christina Harrington My husband and I have been seeing our primary at Brevard health alliance since 2018. Staff is always friendly, front desk is always courteous, nurses and doctors have always helped us. We have nothing bad to say about the Babcock location. It is very convenient. Especially now that they have added a walk up clinic. Monica Nelson is amazing and so is Raquel that is in the walk-up clinic. We really appreciate everyone at Brevard health alliance at the Babcock location.

Michelle N. Myrick Today was our first experience with BHA aside from making the appointment. Being new Palm Bay transplants, it has been challenging to establish medical care. Our experience with BHA, from the first phone call, to the check in, to the medical professionals during the visit was nothing short of excellent. At no time did we feel we were not the only patients in the building, however, when we arrived the waiting room was so full we had nowhere to sit. It was of little consequence as we were called back in less than 5 minutes after check in. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and professional. My 14 year old received a vaccine while there and she commented after we left how, for the first time ever, she barely felt the injection because of the gentleness of the MA. The BHA office and staff at 5720 Babcock have won us over on our first visit! We look forward to continuing with BHA for our health care moving forward.

Drew F This place was ok a few years ago but it’s really gone downhill. It feels short staffed. Patient needs help using the bathroom and it takes over an hour to get assistance. Nurses can’t get responses from providers in a timely fashion. No one seems to know what’s going on. Patient is a Health First employee to boot. If you can’t take care of your own family, what are you even doing?
1 /5
Patricia King-Weatherman Employees were very friendly and nice. The waiting room is always the most awkward especially when there are people in there that are very, very loud and playing their cell phones on audible so as to this other patients sitting in the office.

Mayi Weber Doctor and male nurse were outstanding. I was in excruciating pain and they saw me right away. The place was empty tho... Cant understand the poor reviews to his hospital. I dont go to the ER, unless is really bad. Everyone was very professional.

Kimberly Elaine I have been to the hospital within the past two weeks with both of my children, and they really helped a lot! Going above and beyond to make my children comfortable, and getting to the bottom of their horrible virus. I am so thankful to the staff and friendly PAs that helped with it all.

Kailyn Kyle Booked an appointment with the obgyn office and was told at the time of the appointment that I couldn’t be seen because I needed another appointment that I was not informed about. Incredibly ridiculous that a doctor’s office wouldn’t take the time to schedule a patient correctly or inform them of important information regarding their appointment in a timely manner. I was brushed off by the staff and it made me feel that my healthcare is unimportant to them.

Alice Absolutely do NOT use health first as your provider and especially at this location. Terrible billing procedures and they will absolutely do everything in their power to screw you over financially with no empathy to chronic illness or diagnosis. No accountability or transparency and what you are quoted will not be what you’re billed.

Inkd Plmbr I just came for my second appointment here and I work across the state… I arrived 10 mins late and they told me that I had to reschedule my appointment with ZERO people waiting when I arrived because of me being late because of traffic. I have blood pressure issues and some things that can be potentially serious but they don’t care because I already paid my money… go somewhere that actually cares about patients if you are seeking medical treatment.

Demi Hooper Came here for genetic testing blood draw and it took three tries to get my blood, she finally got it bandaged me up and then says Opps I forgot one and had to go BACK in for another tube of blood! Horrible experience! THEN, they just called to say I have to come back and redo it cause they forgot to label the tubes before sending off! No thanks I will find another lab this is ridiculous! Worse experience ever! They tried telling me I was going to have to come back to the same lab always get a second opinion from anything you hear here because I called my doctor at another office and they were very helpful! Unfortunately I will have to go and have blood drawn all over again but hopefully can prevent whoever is reading this from the same issue I had!

D. R. The facility is good and my doctor is great unfortunately their call center; patients need to use to communicate is absolutely horrendous. It is indictivite of the problem with the medical industry and a step back from personal medical care. As much as I like my doctor I despise their terrible call center customer service and Im looking for other options. This call center always has phone issues, rarely follows through with call backs, is so uninformed its laughable, and has no sense of urgency. I did one time get a normal person on the phone who was actually good but that was one time out of dozens. Who ever instituted this call center should have their hell composed of daily conversations with this call center for every task they need done. Part 2: I called every day from Wed to Monday to get my prescription sent to a new pharmacy because every pharmacy is out of the medication I need. I found 1 pharmacy out of 30 that I called so I asked health first to expedite the prescription transfer and its been 6 days and they still havent completed it. They told me it was escalated on every single call but I guess we have a different definition of "escalate." My definition would be "make it a priority and act with some type of urgency". Health Firsts definition is let the patient call back for 5 days and pretend to send over the request but really misplace it and say that our policy is 24 to 72 hrs for change of pharmacy requests. Just glad the medication wasnt for a life threatening illness. This was the last time for me. Im done with health first. Im going to need therapist just to deal with their custom service center.

Kimberly Sibole My mother had to be placed after surgery for iv antibiotics and a wound vac. This place was exceptional, the ENTIRE team do rounds on a weekly, the Drs do rounds daily and the care was the best. After spending 3 months in a skilled nursing facility and almost died it was a comfort having my mother at Kindred. Thank you for taking good care of my mother for the 3 weeks she was their.

Jennifer Vernon My mom was a patient here for the treatment of respiratory failure. The pulmonary team was amazing and did the best they could to wean her oxygen. Unfortunately, despite the best care she was not able to recover. I am thankful that kindred gave her the best chance to pull through. Every department worked together to treat her. They truly treated her like family. Thank you Kindred team.

Leimana Meme My dad was admitted into kindred near the end of Oct 2024. He was there for a little over two weeks and was improving. 4 days before he was to be released he started feeling sick and coughing up bloody mucus. It took a week for them to find out he acquired MRSA pneumonia from someone in the hospital. Almost a week later I showed around 12:30, much earlier than my normal visiting time (usually I’d visit late after noon). I found his room empty! I went to the nurses station and was told he had been moved to the ICU!!! When I went to the ICU I found out he had been moved about 2 1/2hours before. I was LIVID! No one had bothered calling me, even though I had medical power of attorney. They ended up having to intubate him that evening and he died a few days later. I waited a little over a month since his passing to write this. My family’s experience with Kindred was terrible. If your loved one is placed there I hope it is better than ours.

Jennifer Miller I am so appreciative of the care i received from the therapists at Kindred ARU. Courtney, Jamie and Kaylee are amazing women, confident, intelligent and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with them . They encouraged me to do the best each day and succeeded ! These ladies Rock and you are very lucky to have them at the ARU.

Lindsay Stork I am writing this review in the hopes that it will bring attention to the deeply concerning practices at Kindred Hospital. Over the course of several visits, I’ve witnessed a disturbing trend: patients enter the hospital appearing healthy, only to experience rapid decline and, in most cases, death shortly after their admission. This isn’t a coincidence; it’s a reflection of systemic failures in patient care that cannot be ignored. From the moment you walk in, there’s a palpable sense of indifference. Nurses seem overworked and understaffed, rarely spending more than a few minutes with each patient, and often fail to communicate clearly about diagnoses or treatment plans. Some nights they even took my mother’s nurse call remote away for hours at a time so she would not bother them. If you care about your loved ones do not send them here. This place cost me my mother and you cannot get that back.

Oliver Olinger Good, thorough doctors. Easy to get same day appointments, if necessary. Clean environment. Only issue I have is that weve had quite a few long wait times after being escorted to our exam room... but thats probably due to the thoroughness of the exams. Which is understandable, but still a difficulty for people with very busy schedules.

Genna Lee We took my son Ryder to see Dr. Hardison and we did enjoy her as a physician. You can tell that she’s very knowledgeable and good at what she does. However, our last two experiences have been not so ideal, as to why we will not be returning. All of our children’s vaccinations have been administered by registered nurses or physicians. My husband asked the doctor if there was a nurse that would be providing the vaccinations. She said there was no nursing staff and that the medical assistant administers the vaccinations. He was very uncomfortable with this, but allowed it with the confidence from the physician. The vaccinations were given way too high on his leg NOT in his muscle. This is why I prefer nurses.. it’s a scary thought that this was done incorrectly. We brought Ryder back in for a sick visit on the weekend. He was miserably sick for nearly 2 weeks and recently started developing a fever. Nothing we were doing was working for him. My husband took him to see a nurse practitioner who dismissed our idea of giving him an antibiotic and instead sent him away with a diagnosis of chronic asthma. My son has never been diagnosed with asthma. I have been a registered nurse for nearly 10 years and have been battling sickness on and off with my son since he’s been born. I know what he needs and I’m very upset that our recommendations were dismissed so abruptly. When I called the office to speak with the nurse practitioner, a registered nurse spoke to me, telling me why they dismissed the idea of giving him antibiotics. I thought there were no registered nurses at this office? I am very upset with the lack of concern and treatment for my son , this office staff is very disorganized and in my opinion doesn’t understand basic care. We winded up going to another physician later that day and immediately when they assessed him, they told me that he will need antibiotics. 24 hours after antibiotics, my son is almost 100% better. I don’t understand why that was so hard?

Mayi Weber Dr. Ana Martling is a great pediatrician, and the entire staff is as well. They are always super helpful, professional, yet friendly. We feel very lucky to have them as our sons care team.
5 /5
Crystal Green They have gender and pronoun questions on intake paperwork. It’s so scary that a pediatrician office promotes this. Children should not be pressured to be anything besides children. They are innocent. Gender changes are a very adult decision. Not for pediatric intake paperwork. It’s sad I even have to see this when I just need to take my sick baby for treatment. Otherwise a good dr for the most part. The Palm Bay office is amazing. Melbourne is always along wait.

Lindsay Russo I have been going to this location for the past 11 years and have been seeing Allison Bird, ARNP. I absolutely love her. She is sweet, caring, knowledgeable, and she is a Mom herself so she can empathize with you as a parent. I just love her and am grateful to have her as our healthcare provider. She is honest and I absolutely trust her with my children’s health.

Kristy When I called to make an appointment they answered right away and the woman that answered was very nice. She took my concerns seriously and made sure that I got into see someone in a timely manner. When I went in there was a scheduling conflict, but they worked that out and made sure that I could be seen that day. They went through all of the paperwork with me and it was quick and easy. My appointment was great. They don’t rush you in and out, they actually take the time to make sure that everything is done properly. You can tell that they genuinely care about you and your well-being. The staff, the nurses and the Doctor were all amazing. Thankyou for treating me so well and making sure I was taken care of. I will be returning consistently for future appointments and it’s good to know they care.

Cathleen Rose Worst place I have ever been to. I was complaining for several weeks after my test results that something was wrong. Either my test results were incompetently read or no one ever truly looked at my charts. I wound up in the emergency room four weeks after the initial testing after excessive vomiting. What I was diagnosed with at the ER, was on my charts the entire time from the initial testing.

Emilly Martinez Place is horrible. Literally took me a week to book an appointment with them. They kept telling me to call back tomorrow to see any openings. Finally when I told them what I needed the appointment they confirmed. A week later finally go to the appointment and doing everything they asked that told me I couldn’t get the tests I needed to take. And that I will need to find a different clinic. So I just spent a total of 3 weeks wasted.

James K I had a great experience during my surgery and stay here. All staff are professional, experienced, friendly. Dr. Zhuge and his surgical team were great. When I woke up from anesthesia, nurse Lesley Fritz sped up my recovery with her professional, competent, and friendly work ethic.

Sandra Beach Space Coasts best hospital and staff! Plus, epic views from hospital rooms of the gorgeous Banana Lagoon. I love seeing dolphins on their morning routines! ICU took great care of my sister, the only thing Id change is how quickly she was released to Kindred Hospital; On top of the fact my sister did not get the treatment she needed while at Kindred, actually the exact opposite -she even coded!!! Thank God she is no longer at Kindred and back at a real hospital.

Rebecca Kimbel I was happy with my over all care. But beware before you pay!! Months later and hours of endless phone calls. I still have not received my refund. I had to pay in full to have a procedure. They said my authorization wasnt in yet. (It was!!) Now I cant speak to a human to see about my refund!! I literally was on hold one day for 2 hours. Still at the mercy for someone to do their job.... DO NOT PAY unless you check with your insurance first!! This is terrible it wasnt pocket change. $2100.00!! And theyll be dammed to refund it. I paid because I believed them when they called or I had to reschedule my procedure. Very sad this is how they work.

James Vega My recent stay at Cape Canaveral Hospital was outstanding. The Doctors and nurses made sure i was happy and safe during my stay. The Nurses from the ER to the ICU and beyond went above and beyond to making sure i understand everything that was going on. I wish i could remember everyone of their names cause each one treated my like family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the outstanding job everyone did.

Meghan Curry The nurses were great, the doctor was absolutely awful. It was doctor Brandon J Taival, he acted like he could care less about me as a patient and almost made me feel stupid with how he was speaking and the tone in his voice. The doctor never followed up with me after I requested him, I started to be discharged without even knowing what was wrong with me. He didn’t even bother to ask me anything- not even how I was feeling, how long have I felt ill/off-nothing. I went home feeling like I was lied to and unsure because of the lack of care from the doctor. The nurses were great. I will be leaving a review to the medical board regarding this, calling the hospital and complaining does not help and I don’t want other patients to feel disrespected and confused like I did.

Rebecca Karp I want to thank everyone at HF Viera starting with registration Lady when we first walked into the ER. I brought my sister in because she was very sick and she has stage 4 lung cancer. The lady in registration was so sweet and the triage nurse was very kind as well. This was on 1/27/25 at 2:30 in the afternoon. We had to wait a bit to go back because they were so busy. When we got back there unfortunately we were in the hallway but the staff was amazing Dr Montgomery, was quick to see my sister and start ordering test. Natalie her nurse was so busy but also so attentive, so sweet and she was working her butt off! The guy who used the ultrasound machine to get IV started was amazing unfortunately I don’t remember his name but he was very nice too. Once we found out her diagnosis she was admitted we then got a room in the ER until a bed came available. Her new nurse Christina I believe her name was, also amazing. Then the next afternoon she was moved to PCU her nurse Jen also great! Transport guy my very kind and caring too. All I can say is the care my sister received was amazing even though they were so busy! All the doctors were very helpful and kept me informed of her condition. Keep up the great work and thank you for being so kind and caring to my sister and us!

Summer Whatley Only giving two stars because my past experiences with doctors and nurses have been great. However, tonight there was only a few people in the ER. The triage nurse Rose was very rude and didn’t seem to take my symptoms seriously. I felt so sick I ended up falling asleep on one of the chairs in an empty waiting room. She then told me she needed to take my vitals again (id been waiting in an empty waiting room for hours now) then wait for someone to be sent up upstairs before I can get a bed. I don’t mind waiting for more serious cases before me. But to be waiting in an empty waiting room when there is nobody else while I am sick is ridiculous. This has never happened before. Care here has always been prompt, urgent, and compassionate. What I experienced was the opposite of that. She judged me, asked me the same questions, and didn’t care about my comfort. We ended up leaving before she could take me back because I was so fed up. I have had nothing but good experiences here so this was extremely disappointing. I don’t plan to come back after my experience with Rose. I will choose another hospital from now on.

Knapp Sheryl Kennedy Had outpatient procedure and was impressed with the friendliness, professionalism and cleanliness of Viera Hospital. Ive had previous experiences with a family member both with the ED, and their ICU unit, and have always been very pleased with the hospital, staff and care provided. The ED or what I refer to as ER, is always efficient and quick to provide diagnosis and care. After many X-rays, scans and labs Im impressed they almost always return results within a reasonable time frame. After 13 yrs of caring for a parent I remain very pleased with Viera Hoapital and their staff and care.

Liana I’m a 22 year old medical child and I’ve always disappointed with how I’m treated. I have Fibromyalgia, sjogrens, arthritis, asthma as my main issue. I usually live my life on a 5-8 pain scale. Whats disappointing is when I’m in the ER coming in from a referral from Urgent Care for a CT scan for possible appendicitis, you would think I would be near the top like I was told I would be. I was crying barely able to walk properly, pure body aches all around my body. I couldn’t stand straight with the pain in my abdomen. I couldn’t even breathe with out it hurting. With a running fever. I told the nurse who checks you in all this information. She saw me in pain and crying. I told them I was negative at urgent and the referral she refused to see cause I’m supposed to give it to the doctor. They make me to blood, urine, swab test. I waited in the lobby for over 2 hours. I watched as patients who were taken after me get a room. I watched as elderly people with a possible hurt foot, a teenage who was laughing with her mom who “suddenly was hurting” when the nurses called her to a room for a possible uti get taken before me. I may be young but I’m just as prone and feel pain 10x more than a normal human. So when I was finally called for a “room” as my mom advocated for me. I had to walk, hunched crying in pain using my mom and the walls for support. As the young interns learning walk slow and watch me suffer. Saying there’s no more wheelchairs. As I walk to my “room” which was a bed in a hallway. Every elderly person had one with them for just in case needs. When I was on the bed I couldn’t even move myself without assistance anymore cause I was declining badly. As I eventually met a doctor an hour later on that bed. He explained how everything was clear when they knew that previously and he didn’t see why I was being like this. I had to explain again why something was very wrong and should him the referral. Then I eventually got my ct with contrast. While being transferred an intern asked how long I waited and said it wasn’t bad for someone like me. Tells me they’ve heard worse. I had to be carried onto that scanning machine and carried off crying I was eventually diagnosed with gastroenteritis. Then this same doctor said wow I guess this affects you differently with your fibromyalgia since you seem so susceptible to that much pain. Like I didn’t know and had to fight to even get the ct scan done. No one should be treated like this. My own mother even told me just take an ambulance next time for something like this cause she would rather have to pay the price then have a possible chance I don’t get seen or treated right because of this. I’m beyond disappointed.

Deborah Del Vecchio I had hip replacement surgery last week. From the check-in, preparation, surgery, recovery and one night stay, everyone did their part in a thorough, professional and kind manner. My pain was well/managed and explained to me and my husband. Even the meals and snacks were good! I felt very safe and cared for.

Tina Van Dine The lack of communication, being lied to and the incompetency is why I will never come back to this clinic. I spoke with a nurse who said they could see me after I got off work, knowing what time I got off work. I was here eleven minutes later and all of the nurses had already left. After I have been trying to reach them for 4 days just to be told someone will call me back which never happened. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told to come back in the morning and try again.

Wolf Girl I called last week for an appointment due to an issue, they said a nurse would call me back, to see if an appointment is nessasry.. Friday comes and still no one calls. I call again and they say someone will call u today or Monday, not a single peep...i called agian....same run around of a nurse will call you. its now Friday again and not a single word from them or a nurse... how is it that ur patient feels so undervalued to you that you dont call them back, maybe a period for over a month and a half isnt that serious? But atleast ease my mind!! Smh... I guess Ill take my services somewhere else... and if it is something serious, I will be calling the medical board and filing a complaint...

DENISE I give it one because I guess with all the reviews, I have to make vist here. Will be my first time seeing for myself. Understand when people are so much pain and waiting to see the doctor it gets so frustrating, because they want it immediately taken care of. But sometimes we all have to patiention about it. Kristy Pro: The leaning scale paperwork was quick and easy for me to fill out. Big bags of free condoms were included with each visit. Cons: They do not take insurance of any kind. I was refused birth control because I was a smoker. I was given an attitude from the women that I was speaking with about my birth control options. The medical assistant could never give me a straight answer to any of my questions, including test results. I was told that they do not do STD testing. My appointment days were always getting mixed up in their system, there was always confusion over the phone and in person about what my appointments were for and I constantly had to explain everything to them and repeat myself. I was told that I would just be sent home with a bag of condoms and no birth control because I was a smoker, and after practically begging for a birth control prescription the doctor told me that she would only give me a three months supply and that if I didn’t quit smoking by then that I would only be able to receive condoms from them. My questions about other birth control alternatives were never answered.

StrategyMED Dean On Wed, March 21, 2018, I called this location and left a voice mail message seeking a return call. Based on the reviews I had read, my expectations were quite low. Within 1 hour, however, a very helpful and polite clinician returned my call answering all my questions and providing additional insight. Her name was Mary; apparently there are 2 Marys at this office. The following day, Thursday, March 22, I visited the University location and was promptly met by a receptionist who could not have been more warm and friendly. Unfortunately, I failed to get her name but she was a lovely and wonderful woman. She directed me to complete some minimal paperwork which I returned to her and then headed to the seating area. After approx 30-40 minute wait, she called my name to advise me that she was sorry for my delay with being seen and was heading to check on the status. She returned promptly to relay that I was next to be seen. Fortunately, the same person who returned my call the previous day came to get me and provide the immunization needed. I applauded her for her responsiveness the previous day. She was professional, polite, knowledgeable and was skillful with my injection. So, I did not have an appt but was instead a walk-in, received professional service at each point of contact, and left within 1hr 10 mins for less than $100. The gentleman who settled my account was I believe Jorge, and he could not have been nicer or more efficient. In total, my first experience at a health department, at age 54, was a very enjoyable and professional experience. On a side note, each patient I encountered in the waiting room were nice people, too.

vlog World Ruthies “SC” This hospital is so amazing and I’m so thankful for them helping out my dear senior friend who is going through many transitions in her body. They were able to test out to see exactly what was wrong with her. They found out that she had to 3 -infections and she almost lost her life. She’s currently on life-support and they were able to stand by her side And so she will stabilize. Thank you so much for your efforts. Way you guys truly cared for her and stood by her and make sure she got the best care one by one. Everyone was very polite and made sure she was able to breathe again. Some people have special gifts to work in a place of trauma. I’m happy God chose you guys.

Eric Schappert I spent six days at this hospital last August, and I can honestly say that the care I received, especially from the staff on the third floor, was extraordinary. The nurses, doctors, and every team member showed such compassion, warmth, and genuine care that I still think about it to this day. It’s rare to find a place where everyone, from the dining services team to the transport staff, treats you with such dignity and kindness. Each person made a challenging time so much easier, and I’m incredibly grateful for every interaction I had. The people from Dining Services went out of their way to make sure my meals were just right and tailored to my needs. And the people who transported me to and from surgery were so reassuring and gentle, helping me feel safe and supported every step of the way. It’s a level of dedication and compassion that I never expected but will always remember. I’m genuinely grateful for each person who cared for me during my stay; their kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Thank you to everyone on the third floor – you’re truly amazing. A special thank you to those nurses who spent just a little more time with me and made me feel so much better.

Sav Marie has been one of the worst and most traumatizing experiences I’ve ever been through. I came in because I was on the verge of having an asthma attack, barely able to breathe, and coughing up blood. Despite this, they made me wait until I was struggling to breathe before taking me to a room. The doctor ordered medications I had already refused because I didn’t need them, and now I’m being charged for them on top of other unnecessary orders that were later canceled. Dr. Kyle verbally told me he was going to order multiple things, and I clearly told him I did not want or need the medications. I specifically said I didn’t want their expensive ibuprofen because I already have it at home. The nurse was blatantly rude, getting in my face and dismissing my concerns, saying it wasn’t their problem that the doctor ordered medications I didn’t want. They noted that I “refused” the medications, even though I had made it clear from the start that I didn’t want them in the first place. As a full-time student who just spent my last $20 to make it to the emergency room, I expected a hospital to provide care—not to exploit patients. Instead, they prescribed every over-the-counter medication with a fancy name to pad their profits, showing no regard for my well-being. This is unfair and unacceptable. I would never recommend this hospital to anyone. If you have a loved one or anyone even yourself and you need emergency care do not go here they only care about the profit they make they do not care about your well-being They will watch you suffer and What happened today today Waiting until You’re unable to breathe and stop breathing to Any kind of care

dawn walters I am simply impressed with the level of service and improvement across the board I recently received from PALM BAY, HEALTH FIRST HOSPITAL, from every staff. Everyone was very pleasant, kind and caring. I have stayed in this facility at least 3 times in the past, and I have to say it is a complete upgrade of professionalism and service. The head hospital doctor is such a calm, gentle, and humble soul. The female cardiologist and other physicians who saw me were, super great, but to top it off my attending nurses on all shifts were excellent, here is what melts my heart, my doctor who performed my procedure was singing JOY TO THE WORLD! I knew there and then my life was not placed into the hands of someone who trusted a Higher Power than himself. BEST HOSPITALIZATION EXPERIENCE EVER!

Lizbeth Morancy Good evening, I had to take time to write this review. It saddens me to even have to write this review because writing this makes me relive the incident. My best friend’s mother was hospitalized at Holmes Regional Medical Center located in Melbourne, FL. On January 25th, 2025, I took a visit to the hospital to drop in and check in on my friend’s mother. When I walked into the hospital room, I was uneasy and bothered by the conditions she was in. There was a pile of dirty/soiled linens balled up in a corner, her food tray seemed as if it had been sitting out for a while, her wedge pillow that should have been propping her up was thrown under the bed, my friend’s mother head was uncomfortably propped by pillows, and she disgustingly soiled. Which seemed as if she had been lying in it for a while. I then walked over to the nurse station desk, which was located right across the door, and I asked the nurse can I someone report to her room so she could get changed. The nurse then replied, “I’ll call someone”. Granted I understand hospitals are very busy and it’s not based off waiting on you by hand and foot BUT that someone reporting to the room took 45 to 50 mins. When the nurse finally arrived, we waited another 20 min so she could receive help turning the patient over to get her cleaned up. After waiting 20 min I offered to help because I could not have her sitting in all that mess a minute longer. After getting her changed I asked the nurse when the last time was when she had got changed? and the nurse responded, “this morning around 6am or 7am”. Mind you we are now around approximately 2:30 pm. I asked the nurse to place the wedge pillow under her and to rotate it often so that she can prevent bed sores. I raise awareness to the food tray lying around. The nurse responded, “I didn’t know she needed assistance feeding” the nurse exits the room. I then began tidying up, disinfecting, and making sure the room was in better condition. I asked the nurses for clean linen to change out the dirty ones he was covering with. I gave my friend’s mother water and when I say she was THIRSTY! She drank two full cups. Just to take you back a bit my friend’s mother can’t feed herself nor drink by herself. She requires assistance. Based off how chapped her lips were, and how she was saying how thirsty she was and needed water, it lets me know this hospital clearly needs more staff. There was another lady in the room with her (her roommate) and the roommate’s son was there. While waiting for the nurse earlier he stated how he had to wait 1 hour to get anyone to clean his mother because she was lying in feces. This is disheartening, just imagine the patients that don’t have anyone to check in and make sure they are doing well. I couldn’t imagine what happened to them. These days a lot of people go into a field for money not because they love what they do anymore. Becoming a nurse nowadays is more so part of a trend to make money. A lot of concerns fall on deaf ears. It’s not their loved ones being mistreated, neglected, and ignored. Take note of this review and take heed. My friend’s mother is in bad shape. The way she came into the hospital Is not how she left or was any better. My friend had to get her mom out of there because if not she would have died God forbid. UNDERSTAND I ONLY GAVE 1 STAR TO POST THIS REVIEW. THIS HOSPITAL NEEDS TO BE AUDITED THOROUGHLY.

Williams Phoenix I am very disappointed in Holmes Regional. Even before my surgery date there were issues during interactions with the staff. No matter how polite I was, they had no sense of urgency or willingness to help, theyd just hang up on me or transfer me to a different department. They refused to believe my insurance was covering the procedure when the issue was an incorrect diagnosis code. My doctor was wonderful but some of the nurses here lack empathy and will watch you suffer in the recovery room and do nothing. I had a bad panic reaction to the anesthesia and was in a lot of pain and they just stood around and watched. Hopefully I will never have to come back to this place, what a nightmare.

Krystal McPherson The young lady at the entrance of the zone B lobby was super helpful and nice. The procedure I needed done went smoothly as well. The reason for the 5 stars is the young lady named Satori..she helped calm me down by playing one of my favorite artists. This was above and beyond what her job is at the hospital. That was kind and i will forever remember the hospitality and comfort you showed me during an overwhelming time. Thank you

Kathy Albers I had back surgery with Dr. Datta 1 month ago. EVERYONE on his staff are wonderful! As you will see in almost every comment, front office staff, the handling of messages and attempts to get return calls from your Doctors office is beyond totally unacceptable. I left a message after the phone was answered by automated messaging system. I left 4 messages in 3 days. I couldnt get a human on the phone for three days. So I went to the office. To make a longer story shorter, I refused to leave until I talked to someone in Dr. Dattas office. I was told by the woman at the front desk that wasnt possible. A young lady named Ebony came out and I told her my story. She went to the back and brought back Penelope. The got an exray ordered and afterwards, they got me an appointment with Dr. Datta. Luckily all was well. EBONY, PENELOPE AND DR. DATTA ARE GREAT!!! The phone messaging system and the people who run it should be retired. Its sad that a medical staff as good as Dr. Datta and his staff might be graded by their front office which may be the worst I have ever seen. If you need to talk to a doctor, or his staff for a simple question, you have to go there and refuse to leave until you see someone from the Doctors office. Ask for the Office Manager!

cindy mazon I don’t know where to even begin on how terrible the office staff is with the exception of MaryEllen. She is kind, courteous & willing to go above what the others lack in efficiency to help you. Recently I was on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I drove to the center from Rockledge with my phone still playing horrible elevator music. I more or less demanded to speak with the office manager. The lady at the front desk is emotionless & on the verge of being rude. She actually fits the decor because it is so dark & dismal. So the office manager takes me & my sister into a cubicle with her notepad & has no idea why I’ve been on hold so long. I voice my concerns with how the scheduler called me 2 weeks ago & left a message. I tried calling her back 5 mins after & numerous other times plus emailed her. She never responded. So the O.M. goes & talks to her & comes back with 3 possible surgery dates. I choose 1 & they make a pre-op appointment. This was last week & the first appointment or anything since June. Attend the appointment on Tuesday & the nurse goes through paperwork says everything is in order. Damian comes in & goes through things & says I’m missing clearance from my primary doctor so I left & called that office & got it sent over. He said everything else was there according to the staff. Sends me to the hospital for all prep op bloodwork. Surgery will be Thursday. So……. Wednesday at 3:30 I get a call saying they don’t have clearance from my cardiologist. Are you kidding me? You’re just now figuring this out?The kicker was the scheduler didn’t even send out the clearance releases til the Friday before. 2 of my doctors aren’t even in on Friday. So my surgery is rescheduled. Damian seemed really nice & I’ve heard good things about him & Dr. Hynes. Their reviews are good. The office manager said she was working to revamp things. She needs a miracle. Oh & when I was leaving from my pre op appointment there was an older gentleman in a neck brace complaining to the surly woman at the front desk about how long he had been on hold! I guess things haven’t changed.

alan culver The receptionist at the front desk should have been fired a long time ago. She was rude and definitely does not know how to talk to people. Theres no place for a woman like that as a receptionist for doctors office. I just wonder, does the doctor actually know how she is interacting with his patients. Thats awful strange if he does. I actually like the doctor. Its the lady at the front desk that needs to go! She is very far from being professional. I cant believe that the doctor actually keeps her there. Wife or not, shes nothing but a pain in the ass! I can just imagine how much business they lost having her at the front desk. Get real, get rid of her! ALAN CULVER

felipe marin Took my wife for her immigration evaluation and the first visit took about 2.5 hours JUST to get some vitals, went for a follow up a week later and wanted to confirm the call and the old lady at the desk kept hanging up was rude and belligerent, threatened her with canceling her appointment after paying $600 for this process. Second appointment was told to come in at 2pm rather than 12pm and we waited for 4 almost 5 hours. This is completely unethical, stay away from this place at all costs. I would rate zero stars if I could, this place is the worst!!

tb tawng Dont get me wrong, I understand immigration paperwork is not easy, but its ridiculous at this place. This place needs better time management. Our appointment was at 11 a.m., and we had to wait until 5:15 p.m. The front desk lady kept skipping the line. Spanish-speaking and other individuals who arrived after us were seen by the doctor first. Its extremely racist and unprofessional. If I could give a negative rating, I would.

Shaniel Parkes The receptionist is so rude and unprofessional. My nephew is doing his immigration paperwork and needed to get some additional vaccines done. We went to the office today and the receptionist told us that he needed one more. He calmly told her that the doctor told him only to get the ones he got and didn’t told him about another one. She got very loud saying that she will not repeat herself and he needed to get it done or she will close the documents and send it to immigration and have then deny it. This is so unprofessional and unethical for her to even say that. Now my nephew is worried that she might sabotage his paperwork.

John Gault Beware! This hospital used to have an excellent reputation, and Im not sure what happened. Over the past few years, Ive had several close friends and family members admitted to this hospital, and overwhelming the experience has been bad.....really bad. Its unfortunate, because there are some really good Drs / Nurse that are outstanding, however it far and few between. If you are currently in, or have to be admitted to this hospital do this: Pray. Make sure you have someone who can advocate for your treatment. If not, I think they offer this service. Watch your bill, and question everything because it looks like they try to keep you as long as possible....and collect as much $ as possible. Good luck to you!

Alysse Hanrahan I had an awesome experience here and with the ER at that. I had rolled my ankle so l showed up to the ER. They had me sign in, and right after I did, the nurse called me in for my triage. After the triage, I sat down and waited. After being there for a total of maybe 10-15 mins I was called back to a room. The nurse practitioner immediately came in and got my info and ordered the x-ray. Waiting for the x-ray to get to my room was probably the longest part, as I waited for about 30 mins. They came, took their pictures and then I only waited 15-20 mins for the results to show! Nurse practitioner came in and told me I sprained my ankle. They immediately brought the items needed to take home with me (boot, crutches, etc). Everyone was so kind and helpful. I have never had such a good experience at an ER! I prob spent 2 hours here at most when usually its at least 4!

J Dig Absolutely disgusted with the logistical flow of this ER. Huge hospital and weve now been in the waiting room for 7 hours after being told to go in from a Dr that performed surgery. My wife is in a lot of post surgery pain and no one has an ounce of urgency IN THE ER. Had vitals taken twice, people getting IVs in the waiting room. DISGUSTED
