Vivi Garbanzo The place was ok. Staff was friendly and they did a good job and on my mani pedi. But I decided to get my eyelashes done here. The eyelash tech used way too much glue and placed the lash underneath my eyelash instead of over, allowing my eyelashes to feel heavy and become crunchy. I am very disappointed with my service because this was a botched job. I want the owner and the eyelash tech to understand that our eyes are valuable. It is not just an ugly beauty treatment, defective eyelashes could lead to hair loss, infection, or even escalate to blindness if the person wearing the lashes doesn’t have the judgement to remove them. I think I’ll have to report this service to BBB because I am disgusted by the lack of consideration for my eyes. UPDATE: three star rating down to 1. The manager responded stating I would receive a refund. I call the salon to verify and they tell me “come in and we’ll see.” I tell them that is an unacceptable response. They tell me I will receive a refund if I come in. I go to the salon to be told by the owner that she did my eyelashes properly and that they can’t do anything if I took the eyelashes off. (I attached the pictures prior to her even offering the refund). They wasted my time and gas. They have terrible customer service and are disrespectful. There are other places to go, don’t waste your time you’ll just be mistreated.

BABE FRAZIER I got a pedicure done last week and I believe her name was Lucy or Linda she did an absolute fantastic job I walked in with cow feet and I walked out with feet that look like they belong on a human I hope she remembers me she painted on black Im having a bit of a problem because I looked at my credit card and I charge $45 but the pedicure was 40 and I put $5 tip on the card and when I looked at my credit card it said transaction was canceled please get back to me and let me know what happened because if it was canceled I owe you the money so please let me know because I want her to do my pedicure again next month my experience with this nail place first time was fantastic

Miami Wicked I come here to get my eyebrows and eyelashes done. And I am never disappointed. They do a great job. I bring my all lashes because I like a certain brand but they do have different brands less even colored lashes available so they are definitely recommended in my book.

Lashon Hoston I went here during Valentines weekend, I always get my nails done with no problem from another nail place... since they were close to my home I used them... my nails were done incorrectly and the nail tech infected my thumb... I will be looking into this matter ASAP.. MY WHOLE HAND HURTS ... PLEASE DONT USE THE SECOND TECH BY THE DOOR ... SHE DOESNT KNOW HOW TO DO NAILS AND YOU GOT MY FINGER INFECTED!@@

Amy This place is a really lovely salon. They built it with great ventilation so it doesn’t smell like chemicals. The manicurists are very professional and very talented. I always feel relaxed when I’m here and walk out with a perfect manicure or pedicure.

Adriana Medina Ive been going to Holi for about 2 years now and every time I go its a great experience. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. The salon is very relaxing. I have had my nails done by almost every technician there and they all do an amazing job. I love the dazzle dry polish, depending how I take care of my nails they can last for about two weeks. I also get my facials there as well with Shanice and leave there beyond relaxed every time. Thank you ladies for always being the best!

Jacqueline Shepherd I am a new yorker snow-birding in the area. Of course on the hunt for an amazing nail place ! I was greeted with a warm smile right away , and asked if i would like anything to drink . The place is spotless! I asked to have a manicure and pedicure at the same time and was happy i could be accommodated on such short notice. Christine gave me one of the best pedicures I have ever had! And I have had many! The attention to detail and cleaning was just what I wanted. Andreina did my hard gel manicure and It was fast and beautiful . This place is a new FAVE. Maria Fernanda Salazar Very good service, they took me very fast without appointment. I asked them to do one of my nails again because I didn’t like how it looked and they did it. Very gentle and my nails look great. Very reasonable price. I got regular manicure and pedicure

Erika Janicsek I had my nails done at this salon on December 21, 2024, at noon. By the morning of December 23, one of my nails broke off while I was sleeping. Communication at the salon is minimal. They claim a 5-minute wait time, but I waited for 40 minutes. They work like an assembly line, rushing through each customer’s nails. The black-haired woman who did my nails seemed to be the main communicator with everyone. My nails were done in about 20 minutes, possibly less. I’ve never had my nails done so quickly before. Initially, I was pleased as I didn’t notice any major issues with her work. She used air-dry acrylic, with no other options available. I found my nails to be quite thin. Oddly, she didn’t trim the cuticles or clean my nails properly. I’m very upset because I rarely have short nails, and I’ve never had one break off before. The next morning, while adjusting my pillow in bed, my finger caught for a split second, and the nail broke off instantly. I regret spending $50 on this service. I chose this place because it was popular and seemed reasonably priced, but it was a huge mistake. They advertise a 10% discount for cruise ship passengers, but didn’t honor it. The staff’s English is poor and hard to understand. This was the worst decision I’ve made. I’ll be in America for two more months, coming from Europe, and now I probably have to wait 3-4 weeks for my nail to heal! I strongly advise against choosing this business due to serious quality issues. This place should be shut down! I don’t understand how they can operate like this.

Matty Medeiros Absolutely horrible! Got a manicure just before my sailing and they have started to chip and peel in less than 24 hours! The experience was less than ideal! Had to go back right after my appointment as some of the nails were bubbly! Then today it’s peeling! Not worth the 60.00 I paid!

Gra Oliveira This has to be the worst job someone has ever done in my nails. When I was done it looked like my little niece did it. The cuticles looked so poorly done. The nail polish wasn’t even, it had many “holes” on the “finish”. So bad that I had to go back and ask for a touch up. Still, it looked terrible! The job was done in a hurry too. I’m never going back again. 1st and last time.

Elsa Lopez Please please DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! Go to POSH nail DAVIE or COOL nails instead. I asked for an almond shape French tip and the work speaks for itself. I arrived at 2pm and left at 4:30pm. When I asked for my nails to be fixed they said it would be another hour and honestly there was no fixing them without starting all over. Tech was incredibly nice but the front desk was extremely rude. Please save yourself your precious time and do not come here.

She is very thorough and great with the details; I came to her with a basic idea in mind of color / design and she came up with a result that was better than I imagined! I will visit for Ramona’s nail services every time I’m back in town and would recommend her to anyone staying at the Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort or local to the area!

Nickey wilkson The picture explains itself. Why are my eyebrows uneven. Not all that, my mani/pedi was trash. I had to go home and go over them. I’m going to stick to the nail salon that’s a bit pricey that I go to, but I don’t have to worry about the service because they are amazing!

Rod Col So disappointed this is my go to salon Don always does an amazing job but he wasn’t there. After this experience I will NEVER let another person touch me except him. The fact that I was still charged full price is insane . I expected my nails (4th pic) to be the color of the 3rd pic . My nails and toes are two different color pinks . And the lady that did my toes skipped my pinky toe and didn’t even get the sides of by big toe was well as leaving a line across the middle from the previous overlay .

Sara Reyes This is the most lazy service overpriced place I’ve ever been to. Today 12/9/2022 at 12:51pm I got a regular manicure no color as they do not do regular color only gel. Let’s start with the fact that the lady at table 2 days they don’t do manicures. After questioning her twice she said yea we do but not regular color just gel. I said I don’t want any color. She said that’s fine and sit at table 7 VERY LAZY job. After having to instruct the manicurist what to do which was extremely simple … cut my nails file and clean the cuticles … she had to do it 3 times as she did a VERY LAZY job each time. 1. I informed her I had clear regular polish she decided to not acetone it and use the filing machine to remove regular color which is easily removed with acetone 2. she didn’t push my cuticle back. She used the long tool and brushed up on it. Like are you kidding me!!! No!! Do it right. 3. I asked her to push back my cuticle so I can have a clean finish. She played it off like she didn’t speak english all of a sudden. So I spoke to a young boy in English who translated for her. She still didn’t push it back hence the finish product is SLOPPY! Once done which as u can see in the photos is the finish job … she gave me no lotion no oil nothing just a spay of alcohol … Ready for this….. they charged me $20 for this! I’ve never paid more than $10 for a regular manicure. Consumer affairs will be notified of this scamming OVER PRICED location! I am absolutely disgusted at the service they provided!!! I can only imagine what they charge for a set of tips!

I’ve seen a lot of regular clients(that speaks a lot) and the ladies working here are amazing (and the 2 dogs). They just earned a new regular customer.

Lori Hindsman I love Apogee Nails Spa! I have been going there since they opened! Bee does my pink and white gel and Kayla does my pedicure and nail art on my toes. They also give you a hot stone massage on your calfs as part of the pedicure. Theyre prices are very reasonable.

kelci borden I recently moved back to Fort Lauderdale and have been trying to find a nail salon. I am so happy I called here, I love my nails! I’m quite picky when it comes to filing, and most techs don’t file the sides evenly if that makes sense? When getting almond I feel where it starts to curve they don’t smooth the whole nail together so I always have to ask but here I didn’t have to do that so I’m very happy :-)

Cheryl Abreu Came in for a pedicure. They greeted me straight away and I was seated moments later. My nail tech was good, but just lacked a little extra umph and for that reason I couldn’t give 5 stars. Still overall good service and my feet look better than when I walked in which is the point, right? I’m not mad. Almost fully satisfied. They also have a cute doggy in house. Love that perk! I see they do great services as far as gel nails so I’ll be back to try that and update my review at that point.

Alexis Quittner Kelly is the best. She can do anything you want. I have a hundred pictures of the beautiful nails she’s done for me and I’ve included a few, but once my daughter asked if I could get her avocado stuffie that she sleeps with on my nails and I brought it to Kelly and she did it.

sophia kessler It took me 20 minutes to get seated, I made an appointment with Felix but they just sat me with someone else. in total, the service took 2 1/2 hours and my pedicure is very poorly done. My manicure is OK and the person who did my nails was very nice but not skilled in painting nails. I would have asked for someone else to do my nails but the service just took so long and i couldn’t save time to stay there anymore.

Brooke Clark I’ve been looking for someone who specializes in structured gel nails, and Gabriella is definitely the one! I’m from Central Florida, but come down south very often and it has been so hard to find someone with skill, expertise, and care to do a good job. I drive 30 minutes just to come to her, also had the best pedicure I’ve ever had when I’ve spent hundreds at salons. Can’t forget how sweet and genuine she is. Will recommend her to any and everyone! .

J F Pro tip: make an appointment! Been going to this nail salon for over a year now. Im the kind of woman that gets the same dip mani and pedi every time. Im talking about the same red color, same length, every time. Because of that, I look for consistency and longevity in my nails. Mindy is fantastic. She takes her time and is diligent. Her work is consistent and clean. If you notice a flaw or something is off, shell correct it right away. I get a dip mani with OPI powder and it lasts me over 3 weeks. Now I can use my REAL nails instead of tips because the treatment has helped my nails grow longer and not break off. Kudos, Mindy. Youre a wonderful artist. Great work!

Briana novo THIS IS HORRIBLE. My nails look horrible and nothing like what i asked for. I payed $65 dollars for horrible nails. My best friend was also getting her nails done and she had 2 different workers do her nails. She had one lady work on her nails for an hour then had to wait 30 minutes for the second worker to continue and finish her nails and that lady took 45 minutes to completely finish her nails.They take extremely long. They took 2 hours!! The lady that did my nails was very nice but the staff did not greet us when we walked in. We had about 20 eyes on us and not one of them said a word until we spoke. I DO NOT recommend at all.

David Cook I have been coming to this salon for 8 years. I have yet to have a bad experience. I am always treated warmly and with kindness; and my nails alway slook impeccable. As a man who tends to pick or bite my nails, I have been getting dip powder on them for years. It looks completely natural; and it also keeps me from wanting to mess with them. I have had several different individuals work on my nails over the years; but I must say the last 2 years have been my favorite. I am always greeted by name and even when I need a pop-up appontment becasue I forgot to make one; they find a way to squeeze me in that day. I have read 1 or 2 other reviews and both reviewers have a history of writing negative reviews about several businesses; and the way they scribed just makes me feel that they are unhappy people. You can TRUST Flora de Nails. They are amazing and I will not go anwhere else.

Kim Theresa did a thorough job with good detail and care. Very nice and detailed. I would definitely recommend her. I also like that I didn’t have to spend 3 hours at the salon for a mani/pedi.

Christine Leverett I’ve had some pretty great experiences at this salon and have been a returning customer for many years. However I just went to get my nails done just now and had such a bad experience that I wanted to write a review. I went in for a manicure and asked which would last longer gel or dip. They advised dip and so that is the service I selected. When the manicurist started she didn’t touch up my nails except to cut them (very very short, despite growing my nails out so they would be longer). Absolutely no manicure, just polish. It was not a relaxing or enjoyable experience. When I asked at the end I could tell they were looking at my nails and were very confused about how to respond. I’ve had dip done before. I’ve had gel done before. There is ALWAYS a manicure process in addition to paint. No attempt was made to correct this, nothing but shocked faces. They look horrible, I’m so disappointed and Will not be returning.

Gia Baillie I had my first appointment at Venetian Bal Harbor Square with Erik and I couldnt be happier with how my nails turned out! He was excellent and was very attentive to detail. This is one of the best manicures Ive had in a long time- bubble bath dip. I will be back!

Andy Just left this place. Came here to get my gel manicure removed. HOW HARD is it to do a good job?? Apparently VERY hard for Lisa. You can clearly see residue all around the perimeter of my nails. She sucks!

Kellyn Habinowski I went for the first time the other day and the experience was so uncomfortable. I called for a gel x set AND soak off. The women at the front desk was so sweet and friendly. She welcomed me right away and checked me in. I picked my color and waited for someone who was capable of doing gel x which was fine by me. Except for the fact that the man actually had no idea what he was doing. Or just didn’t care. He did not use any acetone to remove my nails!!! At all!!! He used a nail tip and pryed them off one by one. Except they were all on good so he also had to drill and use clippers and pick off piece by piece. I couldn’t believe it tbh. It was so unnecessary and uncomfortable. It didn’t save any time at all. He also cut my cuticle and drilled a spot so far down in my thumb he had to use hard gel and manually fill it on top of the gel x. I was wincing the whole time and he picked up on it and asked if he was hurting me. He just laughed at my response. You can tell he has never gotten his nails done and has no empathy. I don’t know why I got this treatment as other nail techs seemed to be doing proper procedures around me. This was a very different experience that I’ve had at other salons with the same service. Why are you allowing your nail techs to treat customers this badly and not upholding standards? I have heard good experiences from friends about this salon but I won’t go back after this. Either have some pride in your work or don’t take a client. I’m scared to see what my nails look like when I have these removed :(

Samantha I’ve been going to Kevin for my nails, and he is truly the best! His service is always top-notch, and I always walk out feeling confident with my nails. I typically get a dip manicure, and Kevin does such an amazing job that they never break or chip – even weeks later. I constantly receive compliments on my nails, and I owe it all to his attention to detail and expertise. If you’re looking for a nail technician who provides excellent results and a great overall experience, I highly recommend Kevin!

bella harris i used to come here religiously until i will no longer be coming ever again. Jessica did my nails, took 2.5 hours for a simple french nail. sloppily done, was made fun of for having skinny hands, pulling and rough with my nails and hands lefts with two cuts. the technique was unprofessional, she complained to me about my design choice saying it took too long. was left paying 80$ which is not what is priced for french tips, and dirty sloppy looking nails. please don’t ever go here.

Georgia Peach My nail technician was not accommodating nor very skilled. She immediately advised me that she would not use the pale pink polish that I selected because it was too light. (I’m accustomed to having 3 coats of that exact color), I told her “fine I’ll take a French mani & pedi.” She completed my pedicure with the quickest few seconds massage in comparison to my sister next to me who had a basic pedicure juxtaposed to my green tea/lavender pedicure. When we moved over to the nail table she used clear acrylic although she saw that I have flesh/neutral colored acrylic. I verbalized my concern she responded, “it’ll be alright.” They had the correct color. I should have demanded what I was paying for. She ended up using too much acrylic making my nails different thickness and widths. I have thin narrow nails and have acrylic applied to prevent breakage but they shouldn’t all be different! She proceeded to apply the polish and then the French tips on top. I didn’t remind her that was not what I requested because at that point I was ready to leave. I didn’t tip her but did tip my sister’s technician for providing a great massage. I left a few hundred dollars later and have now decided that I’m done with acrylic over my nails. No more poisonous chemicals thanks to poor service so I guess something great came out of this anyway!

Jonna Tuukkanen Tiffany is the best and she takes such a good care of my nails. And all staff is amazing too. Everyone is always happy and so polite. Call ahead to make an appointment because sometimes it gets busy, but they are always able to fit you in!

Denise Schmidt Got my nails done there several times and have always been satisfied with it. I got a French manicure this last time and was convinced to get a light pink instead of the clear I didn’t like it because I came back the next day and said it then they did nothing about it. I never even asked for a refund. All I did was ask for a discount when I came back in two weeks.

U N I have come to this place several times to get a pedicure and gel manicure.....today I came but the person who does my nails he was gone for the day so they told me that Joy can do it for...I waist $75 the pedicure was horrible I notice when I get home and look closer but the gel manicure ..the color its not even she left a bump on my nails the lenth was not even...horrible, when I told the owners she ask me if I want to come back to fix the nail with the bump...and the rest? I dont have time to come again...

Patricia I am very disappointed at the treatment I received on yesterday 9/18/23 around 6 pm. I had been going to this establishment for years. I came on 9/8/23 towards the end of my acrylic refill E had me dry my nails under the fan instead of the UV. I thought that was odd because I she use to always put me under the U . My nail chipped and I went back yesterday. The man up front needs to be fired. I have never be treated so badly. 1) He kept trying to sale me on Gel. I said you need to fix this. Intimidation does not work with me. Then he says his nail tech does not work for free he should have taken ownership and did it for free. I paid and additional $23 for this mess. I went to the nail tech he lied and said he could not fix it. IHe did a poor job as you can see. He apply cleat and was telling me to go to the fan . I said no I paid for UV. Then he put a coat of the gel on my nails and was rushing. And put it in the UV. I am never coming back here again! The lady owner is real sweet. Sorry but you weren’t there you need to do something with his deceitful lying self. YES. The one sitting in the front with the glasses. I am gone.

rexx Sorry not sorry, this place sucks. It was $27 ($22 base plus $5 tip) for a basic manicure. The guy who did my nails was so distracted he provided a terrible service. The included “hand massage” was less than a pea size of lotion and was just him petting my arm like a dog while he talked to the technician text to him. The painting job was also terrible, the polish is inconsistent and bumpy, and even with 3 coats, there are bits where you can see my natural nails. I have been coming here for years, I wish I could say this was just a one-time experience, but it’s not. I keep hoping it’s gotten better but the quality stays the same, while the service cost goes up. I wouldn’t even pay $10 for the job they did.
