Juani Thomps Nail polish & awesome people & fast service & its relaxing there. (Forgive my camera quality) they look better in person; my nails. I left smiling so much...I could not stop smiling and admiring my nails! Wow!

Melanie S You set a certain time with a client, and then he arrives and discovers that there are 10 more clients at the same time, I was expecting a better level of pedicure and manicure. The gel polish they made for me is peeling from all directions, really cheap and low quality products, do not recommend the place at all! The most important!!! Gloves are not exchanged between customers, including hand disinfection! Something disgusting on the levels! The nail file they made my nails in looks a few months old and there is a rise in red nail polish! See you were warned the place is not clean !!

Sophia Wolf Do not go here!! They are very rude and trust me only certain people are treated ok. They messed up my nails after I showed them picture!! Then the nail tech was so rude I told him what I wanted and he said he could do it and messed up everything!! THEY SHOULD PUT A SIGN SAYING ONLY CERTAIN PEOPLE ONLY!!!!

Holly Plumadore Mickey did a great job on my nails. She was so attentive to shaping and painting my nails and ensured that my thin nails were properly cared for! I was a walk-in appt which also gets high marks from me! Ill be back for sure!!!!

Kassandra Alexis * Disclaimer I am embarrassed and horrified by the photos I am attaching to show complete honesty and accuracy of this statement * It breaks my heart to have to write this review as I have absolutely adored my time with this salon. Bebe is beyond talented, as well as kind, and so is the other staff. I have had pedicures and manicures done there multiple times over the past year and have never been dissatisfied. This issue is, I had my nails done under a month a go at this salon and my dip began to pop off like acrylic/fake nails. As I further inspected the situation, I noticed two of my nails have developed a discoloration resembling a fungus. I instantly grew distraught and felt sick to my stomach. Upon further research, the result of this is due to a rush in process of not letting every layer set completely/in proper drying of nail bed through layer. A beautiful salon, but maybe has dropped the ball on this one. I will be seeking out a medical opinion on this disaster of a situation. 11/19/2024 UPDATE Reached out to salon owner and was told it was my fault. Unacceptable.

Kate Patarozzi Very pleased. It has been years since I had acrylic nails. Made an appointment online and while I thought I scheduled with Mia, I actually saw Sara. Regardless, I had never been there before and had just randomly chose a name, so no big deal. Plus, Sara did an amazing job! She paid good attention to detail and was also was very quick. I will likely return to have them filled as I really like how they look.

Sarah S I love this place… they do my acyclic shape and style PERFECT every time I go. I’ve had two different people do my nails, both did an amazing job. They are always open to do designs and never made you feel bad if you want a more complicated set. I was on vacation and went to another spot in a different state… needless to say to say they were terrible and made me miss Fleur a lot haha. Can’t wait to go back when my current set grows out.

Alyssa Pamenter Very rude technician! Im never going there again. I dont get my nails done often and went in asking for a fill of a French tip acrylic. When I sat down the older nail tech told me that I didnt have French tip, she said I have pink and white. I said, ok and asked if she was able to fill it and make it look the same. She rudely says, "You dont know what you have" and then gets aggressive with my nails and hands and starts talking loudly to others (Im assuming its about me). Felt very uncomfortable and ticked off that people are so rude for no reason! Disgusting customer service. Should have trusted the reviews on this one! Will not be going back.

Sarah Apodaca I came in for an ACRYLIC SOAK OFF. First thing first, I am from out of town, I am also a LICENSED NAIL TECH. I know how thick and healthy my nails are when taken off. Mind you that I speak their language as well. It took the older lady 45 minutes to 1 hour to do a soak off. It usually suppose to take only 15-20 minutes. (Do NOT give me an excuse saying that my acrylics are too thick. My acrylics are done back at home by a CORRECT LICENSED NAIL TECH who is very hard to book with. They are done correctly and perfect.) My real nails are now butchered and it’s red. I was politely telling the older lady to be softer on the nails and she did, but she continued to butchered it. Messy work taking it off and the younger lady in the back was extremely super rude. Telling me that “you should go back to your own nail tech then, that worked on you.” Like is this how they treat their customers? Who does that. Apparently this salon is a chop shop. They take your money, if you complain, they will blame you or make excuses. Then she proceeds to tell me the process of what’s to come and tried to lecture me. I left the store upset, angry, the younger lady was talking to me like I don’t know what i’m talking about. Now I have deep rings of fire by my cuticle and butchered red nail beds. See for yourself. I rather take my time and money somewhere else. I went to cosmetology school and this is very VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It hurts to even touch my real nail beds now. I will not suggest anyone to come to this location and tried to get their nails removed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. If you want your nails to be thin as paper, go for it. Very unfriendly and unprofessional.I will also post this online for everyone to see to show everyone the awareness to what they will get when they visit this salon. EDIT: after 8 hours, my real nails are starting to rip off like paper now. I can’t even scratch my own head without having my nails break and rip off like paper. I will be filing a complaint and call inspection services. With the damages they have caused me, this will take 5 months for my nails to heal. I am hoping not to get an infection from this salon. I really really hope their tools are sanitize but I don’t think they are.

Erinn Zenker Had a wonderful experience. They took walk-ins which is so convenient while on vacation. All the employees were friendly and welcoming. My powder dip and pedi came out perfect! Very reasonably priced!

Catherine Nunez My daughter got a full set for homecoming. She got her nails applied and shaped by a gentleman there( didn’t catch his name) he did a great job. Angel did the design. She did fabulous and did exactly what my daughter showed her. In the meantime I got a gel pedicure and that was also a good experience. Happy with the results of both.

The Toothfairy Ive been coming here for months. I always see Angel. Shes the one that sits up front. She does beautiful designs. I always get the dip. Angel is so talented. I always make appointments with her. Highly recommend

Kaitlin Buchholz It took me forever to find a nail salon that was it. My nails stayed on for at least three weeks. I’ve never found a place that had such quality in dip. I have very fragile nails so mine break easy and this was the only place they’d last. I just moved and I miss them so much.

C M I just left this place and Im literally in tears. I couldnt bring myself to be mean to the lady that did my nails because she was very nice. However, she did a TERRIBLE job on my nails. I asked for glitter and matte fall nails after receiving a fill. Her application of acrylic was barely there and watery. Her shaping is non-existent. My nails ails are so uneven. The length and shape of my thumbs are different. The polish is so thick and lumpy so now my nails are lumpy, thick, and uneven. I asked for rhinestones and I was told she wasnt allowed to do them for me but next time because the boss said no. Then she rushed me basically out because I guess one of her regular clients was there. She didnt clean the debris from around my cuticles or anything. I basically was rushed out of the way.. I still tipped her.. I went there because my normal salon was just too busy and I needed something temporary. I wish I wouldve just waited. I do not recommend this place.

Sam McDonald I’m pretty new to this salon, I’ve been several times and Ken is my nail tech, he has been great each time I had him. He takes his time every time & his pedicure massages are great, just yesterday he did pink and white ombré on my toes and nails and he did amazing! I’m So pleased :)

Simona Nagyova Review from a visit on Sunday, September 1: Awful customer service. I made an appointment and still waited 40 minutes until they started on my pedicure. Then the whole service was super rushed. The attendant didn’t not communicate in English at all. The previous owner of this salon was running her business exceptionally, but since the change, everything went downhill. I will not return. Update: Three days later, Wednesday, September 4, my gel manicure starts chipping. See second picture attached. Educational moment for the owner : Errors happen, that is just the way it is, but there are ways to avoid one star reviews despite your scheduling is running behind. You could call to let me know. Or, you could tell me when I show up so instead of having me sitting in the chair forever I can go and run an errand at the mall. Honesty and kindness go a long way. You could also not hide behind your employees and come up to me to apologize, maybe throw in some extra service, or to offer a glass of champagne. P.S. to the owner: we didn’t leave at 5 a clock. At five a clock I was already enjoying a drink at home. The full service took less than one hour but that would be great if the quality would suffice too. The ingrown toes were not treated because the attendant did not understand nor listened, and my gel mani started to chip on day 3.

Kathleen Sumner Jessica did amazing! I was a first time customer amd nervous as I like classic acrylic nails/shape. I like short sharp square. I also asked for nail art for spooky seasons which she did all by hand! She was also very gentle which is a bonus!!! Im so happy with the art and nails I will be returning for more!!!!

debra logue Absolutely love my new set. I walked in not knowing I needed an appointment. The owner of the salon decided to take me anyways (knowing she is pregnant and is supposed to take it easy). She saw the condition of my nails and decided to fix them, the last place I went to last month made my nails so thick it ended up cracking 5 of my nails side wall to side wall. I can’t express how much I love my new set, you are not just a client at this place, they make you feel welcomed.

Ashley Hammond I have tried almost every nail salon in Palm Bay, and this one is by far THE BEST. The staff is absolutely amazing and always super nice and accommodating. I always get my nails done by Sara, and I get compliments for weeks afterwards! My nails never break, my polish never chips and she is super patient with me when I want to do designs, try something new or do crazy colors. I would never go anywhere else, and I recommend them to all my friends, co-workers and family as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Payton Ward I’m not a very confrontational person at all, and the nail techs always ask if you like what they’re doing, giving you plenty of chances to speak up without feeling uncomfortable. I’m absolutely in love with how my nails turned out, and my overall experience at Jasmine Jadelynn Nail Salon was great. The work was super diligent, and I’m really impressed. By far the best experience I’ve had getting my nails done in a while. For reference, I got dip powder nails with tips.

Mary Biletnikoff Need zero stars to properly review my mani/pedi. Horrible experience. This should be a relaxing experience and it was anything but. Greeted with, "wash your hands and pick your color". No niceties. No introduction. Jessica spent the ENTIRE pedicure talking in Spanish to the nail technician and client sitting next to me. She did not try to converse with me AT ALL. My pedicure was sloppy at best. Then she spent half of my manicure talking on her cell phone or to the woman sitting next to me. She gave a half-hearted attempt at my manicure. When she told me to wash my hands, I had to ask if she was done filing them because it looked like they had be chewed. Also, we discussed square nails with rounded edges and she had done completely square. When she applied the polish, she kept going past my nail and onto my skin. She seemed upset that I pointed this out for her to fix before I put my hand under the light. At one point she said that the polish moves when I move my hand. Um, no. The polish was applied sloppily. I had polish on the outside of my thumb nail - when I pointed that out, and before I put it under the light, she said she would file it off at the end. Why not take care of it up front? Overall, this was an uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. I could not wait to get out of there. This was my first time at this salon - and my last.

Bridget Elam As much as I want Micky all to myself, I must share!!! She is so good, the best manicurist Ive ever been to!!! Fast, detailed, and perfect with her application. I work in the service industry. Having my nails in water most days comes with the possibility of them falling or popping off. Not with her! She uses the gel in a tube for me. Magical!!!

Lauren Blake This is my go to nail salon! Everyone is really friendly, professional, and does a great job overall. I usually get my nails done by Kenzie, but I have also had Mickey do nail art too. I have never been disappointed! (The picture was taken after a long vacation so my nails were grown out.)

Nes Ive came here on my vacations from colorado.They always do such a fabulous job!I was the gentleman last one for new years eve 2024.He taught me what to look for when needing a new set on & what to ask for when I get back home to my colorado nail lady.The are true professionals & know their stuff!To truely listen to listen to a customer will always make me come back!!I would highly recommend all around!!

Vickie Sarmina This was my first time here. Paul straightened out what another salon had done on my nails. He was very gentle, friendly, creative, and had my nails done in an hour!! I am very happy with the end result and will be coming back here again!! UPDATE:: I have been with US NAILS for over 3 years and have always received the best service from Paul and Jenny. They are absolutely awesome!! LOVE THIS SALON AND WILL NEVER CHANGE!!

Lil Brit The inside is beautiful and super relaxing. I had the man do my nails, I think his name was Paul, and they came out PERFECT. He was super nice and gentle. I paid only $30 for a fill and gel polish. I also got out within 40 minutes. I will be coming here to get my nails done from now on. (I have naturally dry hands that’s why they look dry)

Lady Venom I called before I went in, they were pretty busy but got me in quickly. Vivian sculpted my nails, and they came out beautifully! I had my acrylics removed, my natural nails preserved and dip put on instead. Viv told me they are refurbing the shop soon, it definitely needs some TLC but I’m sure it’ll be spectacular and clean when it’s finished! Thank for you the fantastic service.

abigail ozbun have been driving 30 minutes to come here for the past few years because they’re so consistently great at my nails! ken is phenomenal and always takes his time with me and the nails are always so cute! would definitely recommend making an appointment if possible, since they’re in high demand! worth the wait!

Anani Jean-Francois DO NOT GO THERE! Do not recommend! I just went there for eyebrow service and I will never go that place again. First, when I entered the door someone just looked at me, while sitting and ask what am I here for. I told her Im here for eyebrow. While her eyes were away, she told me to go sit down. I stayed there for an hour and no one came to talk to me or to tell me about the wait time. After an hour and a half, I decided to leave and no one bothered to talk to me. This place is awful!. If you dont want to ruin your day, DONT GO THERE!.

Going to Suntree Nail & Spa, I know that I will always leave with the most hgih quality nails. Mai is extremely skilled in her craft to the point where I can show her a photo on pinterest and she can replicate the photo, even better. The photos below are from both my wedding and my honeymoon trip to Greece. I got the most compliments Ive ever received on my Greece themed nails and felt so beautiful & confident! My wedding nails were also exactly what I was looking for; simple and elegant. I love knowing that I can trust Mai, Henry, & their team and that I will always walk out happy with gorgeous nails!

They remember your name & make you feel valued as a customer. I recently moved about 45 minutes away but I still figure out how to come here every month for my dip manicure and pedicure - its worth the drive!

Shawn Garrett Absolutely Horrible work and a filthy establishment. Ladies do not waste your time and money here. I thought I would try something new because my daughter recommended this place and wow was she wrong. I knew I should have never left Tiffany nails in suntree. I learned my lesson and will always stay with Tiffanys. I politely asked for my nails to be fixed because the design was so bad that they had just put on. They didnt want to correct it then were incredibly rude about it.

karen minor I had been coming here for years and have seen it change hands now 3 times. After my last visit for my typical SNS dip, I decided never again. I arrived for an 11:00 am appointment and got out at 1:45. Had a standard pedi but the nails took forever and afterwards they looked like a 5 year old did them. The surface was lumpy and edges were rough, the powder stains were all around the nails, and this was the owner who did mine. She told me “ I can fix” well after 2:45 hrs there, no thank you! But If do it right the first time she wouldn’t have had to say that. I’ll miss the convenience of how close they are, but I’ll never, ever go back. It continues to go downhill!

So I recently started going as well, and I can honestly say each time Ive gone to get my nails and feet done they have done a really really good job. I went in today for a fill and design, she did the design exactly how I wanted. They turned out really good. Definitely will/continue to go to get my feet and nails done! GREAT SERVICE!!

Johanna Primus If you dont know much about pedicures/are young. Do not allow a nail tech to use the callus remover if you do not have one! They do that here unfortunately. My feet are rough now. Thanks a lot.

Jillian Stansell This place is gross. It needs cleaned. There was water everywhere because they have a broken waterline AND the pedicure tubs wouldn’t fill up. I only stayed because my mom didn’t want to leave. They don’t use sanitary, new tools and my chair was so threadbare that the massage chair actually hurt instead of relaxing me. Until they remodel or clean or learn the correct health and safety procedures, I would go somewhere else.

Sabrina Woods I absolutely love this place. They are husband and wife working together to provide for their family. They do a great job. Never had an issue in three years. They will fix broken nails for free. What more can you ask for?

Alexis I’m from out of town and didn’t have time to stop by my regular salon. While out at dinner, I ran into Tina and complimented her beautiful nails—to my surprise, she did them herself as she’s a nail tech at this salon! I came here this afternoon as a walk-in and was pleasantly greeted by Tina. She did an excellent job removing the old dip powder on my nails, picking out a beautiful lavender color, and shaping my nails perfectly. If I permanently lived in the area, I would be a regular, but for now, I’ll be coming here whenever I’m in town!

Charity Montgomery I really enjoyed getting my nails done here! The pricing is really good and the service is great as well. I got my nails done by Cindy and she did a great job on my nails and made sure throughout the entire process that everything looked good. I have been here a few times and they have been great. I havent gotten any crazy designs so cant speak on that but for a simple acrylic set it was amazing.

Sahara Mamunur The price was 55 for a full set.(I paid 70 in total for tip) She told me to pick colors and then didn’t use said colors and the design is barely visible from how dark it is. The amount of glue that was used left a bunch of residue around and underneath my nails, not pictured below as this is the day after. I was left with a bunch of residue around my cuticles and on my fingers that was not taken care of in shop. My entire nail was also not covered completely on most of my fingers. When I asked for her to make the red drops thicker so they didn’t look as poorly done (I did not say they were poorly done in shop) she said ok and then proceeded to not do that. She added a clear coat on the red drops but as pictured below they do not line up correctly and are sloppily done. This was my first experience at Ocean nails and I will not be going back The only thing I like about the nails is the length and how she free handed the stripes Edit in response to your reply: like I said, 70 is with tip, 55+15 =70 (15 is tip) if you recall I did wash my hands before and after but simple soap is not going to remove gel or acrylic, only acetone will do that. As mentioned above I did not want them darker, I wanted them to be visible and lighter, the response is not addressing issues stated above

Carly Gallagher I’ve been to Tiffany’s Nail Salon a few times before, and every visit has been fantastic. The interior is modern and luxurious, the customer service is top-notch, and they always do a thorough job with nail prep. Even their basic pedicure includes extras that many other salons charge more for. Today’s experience, though, was truly above and beyond. A few weeks ago, I was in a car accident and suffered a severe leg injury. I’m temporarily in a wheelchair and wearing an immobilizing knee brace, which has made a lot of everyday activities feel daunting. The team at Tiffany’s was so accommodating and kind, making me feel more relaxed and comfortable than I have since this whole ordeal began. The foot massage was absolutely amazing and included hot stones, and their pedicure chairs are handicap accessible, which made the entire experience seamless. I can’t thank them enough for their thoughtfulness and care. Tiffany’s Nail Salon has always been a wonderful spot, but today they showed just how much they go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend!

Mary Worden Here’s the deal: This place is very nice-looking and they have all of the amenities. The staff is very friendly. However, they are NOT clean. Not at all. Yes, they use tub liners in their foot tubs, just like every other salon. BUT….. the person who did my toes used tools that she brought straight over in her cart from immediate use after another customer. The foot file she used had previous customers’ skin CAKED on it. This salon looks very nice, but they are NOT CLEAN. Please be aware.

Dharma Cooper I only went to this nail spa since I received a gift card from a friend. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was very upset after leaving. Starting off the older man that did my nails didn’t ask what shape I wanted. He then cut me a few times on my cuticles and started chuckling. He then proceeded to place rubbing alcohol on my cut that made it hurt even worse. After this I noticed that the cuticle cutters weren’t sterilized for both my manicure and pedicure. They simply sprayed the tools with alcohol, which again made my cuticles burn. They switched me to another lady to do my pedicure and she was a lot more gentle. But she also cut me and sprayed alcohol on my toes. Maybe my cuticles are just thin, but this has never happened to me at other nail salons. In the end I didn’t want to give a tip, but the lady was eyeing me the whole time I was signing waiting for me to write it down. I’m hoping I don’t get an infection on my cuticles. I hate to sound rude and ungrateful, but it was just a very unpleasant experience.

eve racine I am very happy with the service provided! I walk in without an appointment. The boss welcomed me in the nicest way making me feel very comfortable and feel like home. He is very funny and treats his employees like family. I did a pedicure with regular nail polish with Ruby. She is efficient and her work is well done. Unfortunately I made the mistake of asking for 3 layers of nail polish so after a day one nail was damaged due to the thickness of the polish. I went back the next day showing them the nail. The owner did not hesitate and asked Ruby to correct the nail. Customer service and satisfaction at it best. I highly recommend this place! Also recommended doing gel nail polish instead of regular polish if you want it to last longer!

Kennisha Gonzales MAJOR HEALTH CODE VIOLATIONS!!!Do not go!!!! They cut every single one of my fingers very very deeply. Not only is this a health code violation ( seeing as these people do not know what disease I could be carrying but I also do not know what diseases their customers could be carrying ) nails were also not done good $40 for a gel color change. And The owner worst part of my entire experience. I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY. I didn’t go treat my self to end up in soo much pain. They will be lucky if I do not call the health inspector.

Aly I absolutely love Kristin’s work! I refuse to go to any other salon or to any other technician! She always is super professional, funny and kind and really takes pride in her work and making sure her clients love their nails and are exactly how they want. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Jenn Martin Save your time and money. The products are old and diluted. My toes were polished twice and the polish slid right off. I was told I had to wait for them to be dry. They bubbled and had a black undertone, due to the the polish being diluted. I was told I was wrong. While I was sitting in the pedicure chair the technician went to dilute the bottle she was using. You can look at the wall of polish and tell. The gel manicure was sloppy and thick. Edges weren’t clean and the clear coat was all over my fingers. Clippers were dull and everything was filed unevenly. After the second attempt at the polish for my feet I asked for a refund. I was told no, they would fix it. I didn’t want it fixed, I wanted my money back. The products were old and I was done. The person at the front became frustrated with me and told me I wouldn’t get my money back. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Unacceptable way to run a business.

Charmaine Hilary I have tried many charms but Best Nails II is always the top choice. The quality of service here is excellent, from the nail painting to the gel filling, everything is done very carefully. The staff is friendly, funny, always ready to advise me to choose the most satisfactory nail style. Highly recommended!

Picture this: Cucumber fizz for the water, cucumber scrub, cucumber moisturizer, and ACTUAL fresh sliced Cucumbers wrapped in a hot towel! Yes it was heavenly! After that stone massage! Oooh!
