Beck Lamb Great place! It’s always hard to find a decent nail salon when I’m traveling (especially when I don’t know the area very well), but I Googled nail salons near my hotel and this was one of many that came up. I loved how easy it was to book an appointment online AND that prices and inclusions in each service were clearly listed on the website. Check in upon arrival was on an iPad, which made it super easy and staff saw to me quickly. In fact, the staff at the front desk were DELIGHTFUL :) I always hate choosing a polish color and the young woman at the front was so gracious in assisting me :) Lots of different styles of pedicures available (I went just for a plain one), including Hello Kitty — super cute! Very clean and quiet salon — and NO harsh chemical smells like you find at other salons. My nail tech didn’t speak any English, but it still all worked out okay and I was happy with her work. Unfortunately, however, she was coughing and sniffing as she worked on my feet and do wish she’d worn a mask as she clearly wasn’t 100% well… Massage chair was great too, and I loved the sparkly motivational quotes on the walls. Very reasonable prices too, especially for Miami. Would definitely recommend this salon!

Olivia Holmes Dai did the best acrylic set I’ve had in my life!! I’ve been to Miami Nail Bar twice and both have been great experiences. Everyone is so friendly, they have TONS of options, and I always love how my nails turn out. The price is fair in my opinion ($120 for gel polish French tip full set, gel polish removal, and gel pedicure, without tip). I highly recommend!

Elizabeth Orlova I ABSOLUTELY love this place! The atmosphere is always so welcoming, and they always have fresh flowers at the front, which makes it feel extra special. I get parallel service, so I can get my mani and pedi gel done in just 2 hours! They always do a fantastic job. I recommend this place 100000%—it’s the best!

The Russian Manicure is game-changing — the attention to detail was incredible. We also got regular pedicures and both agreed they were the best we ever had. 10/10 recommend and well worth the price! She’s amazing, if you’re looking for someone who’s not going to rush doing your nails and it’s going to do an impeccable job she’s the one! She made my manicure just as I wanted to and even took the time to shape them with my desired length, she works with passion and it’s very kind, respectful, and nice to her clients.

Janelle Sales 2nd time getting serviced here. You are easily able to book an appointment via phone and they will send a confirmation and reminder text. Parking is easy on the street in front of the shop or directly north of the building in the grass area for free. The chairs are comfortable and they have a very good selection of polish colors. They sometimes have deals on Groupon if you want to try them out but you will not be disappointed! I have loved my nails everytime.

Celine Perry Ebony did a fabulous job with my gel mami/pedi! Epic Nails has a very high sanitation standard, which I appreciate in a nail salon even when there isn’t a pandemic. Natasha Carter This nail salon is in the area where I work so it’s very convenient for me to go there right after work. The young lady that works in the shop did a wonderful job on my pedicure. Very attentive and gentle. The polish came off on a couple of my toes within a day or two but I will definitely go back…hopefully it was a one time occurrence. I do recommend this place to get your nails done!

Diana Padilla Arango They didn’t accept that I buy the Groupon in the store because I didn’t say in the beginning. You have to buy the Groupon first and show them at the end. Don’t say anything about Groupon because they will treat you in a rude way. Yinka was good until I show her that I have Groupon, she didn’t accept that I paid the Groupon at the moment so I have to pay full price that it was $57 Gel Nails Full Set - Hands $10 + Majestic Manicure $17 + Majestic Pedicure $30 Total= $57. I don’t know why the Majestic Manicure if it was wherever and poor quality. She was angry because I didn’t tipped her but I didn’t expect the price it will be so expensive. In Groupon shows $25. The place is in Overtown.

Julian Rios The most amazing customer service and cleanest spa I’ve ever been to. Really this place is spotless. The scalp massage and detox is a must, very much recommend. Great place.

Alexia Ruffino I’m not the type to leave reviews, I usually just get a service, and if it’s good, awesome! If it’s bad, I just don’t go back. But I had to share this because I just had my first AMAZING nail experience since moving to Miami five years ago! Tati did my Gel X manicure and regular pedicure, and she was so detailed, took her time, and made my nails look gorgeous. For the first time, I actually felt good spending money on a nail service!

Joseline Figuereo I had a regular pedicure appointment with Maryanis (I think that was the name on her tag), this morning, that was a surprise bday gift from my husband. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The place was nice and clean, friendly staff. I was served a nice cup of peppermint tea and the pedicurist turned the massage chair for me. The pedicure itself however, was just ok. While my toenails look nice, my feet are rather dry and still rough. I noticed this when I was done drying and headed over to checkout. The young lady at the front desk asked me how it went. My response, “It was just ok. My feet are not smooth. They’re a bit rough.” She proceeded to complete my transaction ignoring my discontent towards the service. There was no attempt or offer made to rectify the issue. UPDATE 2 weeks after initial visit: I decided to schedule the follow-up appointment that was offered. Customer service was again wonderful. This time I was serviced by Yani and she did a great job. I will definitely be returning.

Be mindful and respectful. Don’t rush the specialist because you wouldn’t want them rushing when they are working on you. Expect to wait your turn. Self awareness & kindness goes a long way.

Vyanie D I went for dip mani and reg pedi. It was awesome. I wasn’t able to get their names. But my pedicurist was great professional and careful. My manicurist has such a wonderful hands. Not tough so when he was doing my dip it was so soft, easy and comforting. The color was perfect and he did exactly what I wanted He even suggested to add the color that matches exactly with my toes. I was very seelaxes and happy. Oh and when is was doing my pedi. I was getting a massage.

Ann H I am probably the hands down pickiest client to ever walk into a nail salon but let me tell you they nail it every time! There was only once where I didn’t LOVE the color and the manager was PROMPT to have someone fix it right away and the nails stayed on a MONTH!!!! They do get booked and busy because they are just that good!! However I can usually get a same day appointment if I call during the week! I did have to go to another salon once bc they were booked on a weekend I needed a fill and I paid the same price just to leave crying.. it made me realize how great this salon is!! I refuse to go anywhere else. They do the cuticle like Russian manicure too which I love! This is the only salon where I don’t have to monitor the nail tech and can relax and just trust it’s going to be exactly what I want.. they have a lot of talented techs which is also rare bc usually salons have like one or two good techs. I just moved to Miami so unfortunately, I don’t speak much Spanish but they are very accommodating to that for me as well and make sure to still give me excellent service! Such a fun salon.. the nail techs are such a vibe! ♥️ Have to edit bc Helen is really THAT girl! Ask for her!! She got this done fast and she’s such a sweetheart!

My nails always last, and I never have to worry about chipping or poor workmanship like I’ve experienced at other places. Olha I go to this place pretty much every month but yesterday their top master cut almost all my fingers. She said I have sensitive skin but she clearly saw that she was filing my skin instead of the nail. I feel like this salon is always pushing their top masters because it costs more but this is definitely not the work you expect from the top master.

Ann Zakkery This was my second time—and my second negative experience in a row. The first time, I had my nails done, and they chipped within five days—every single nail. They fixed it for free, but I had to waste an extra hour to get it redone, which already spoiled my impression. Still, I decided to give them a second chance. I was short on time and booked another appointment. Unfortunately, this time, the experience was even worse. The staff was incredibly rude—by far the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. The manicurist was rough, pulling my hands and twisting my fingers. She clearly didn’t want to work with me or provide proper service. On top of that, she even made a comment about me speaking Russian during the appointment, saying something like, “I wish nobody spoke that language.” I found this extremely rude and even discriminatory. What is super important: the place is dirty. The previous customer left, and they seated me without even wiping the table. What’s worse, they don’t sterilize the drill bits! I asked them to do it, but they said they usually don’t because the drill bit doesn’t touch the nail. I highly doubt that complies with safety regulations. Please keep this in mind before deciding to book an appointment with them. I will never return and strongly advise against it. st booking an appointment with them.

Laura Aguiar I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I showed a clear photo of the design I wanted, but instead of telling me upfront that they couldn’t do it, the nail tech attempted it anyway—and completely missed the mark. Worse, she decided to freestyle her own design, which was not only NOTHING like what I asked for but also something I absolutely hate. To top it off, as I was taking a photo of my nails, she grabbed my phone and posted a five-star review on my behalf! I’ve since removed that review and am writing this to share the truth. I paid $200 for a manicure I can’t stand, and now I’m on my way to another salon, hoping they’re open so I can have this removed and redone. This was a total waste of my time and money, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Taryn Webb WORST nail experience ever! Was in the salon for 3.5 hours and I came when they had only one other person in the shop who they finished with about 10 minutes after I arrived. Went in to get a full set and pedicure and it was not worth the money spent. Pedicure was ok but the white was more of a cream color. Literally got my nails done twice. The first person, John, rushed through my nails. I asked for ombré pink and white but you could see where the white was and the pink acrylic was not dark enough to blend seamlessly and the acrylic was so bumpy and thick. John cut way too deep into my cuticles and caused a couple of my fingers to bleed, which they also charged for. Watched him take his time with non people of color and their nails turned out great. I let them know I was not happy and John tried to blame it on my short nail beds. Sir that has nothing to do with your ability to put acrylic on a nail evenly and seamlessly. Another tech, Lyn, stepped in and tried to fix the nails. It was better than what John did but I was still charged for ombré when she used nail polish to make the acrylic darker and thinned out the nails a bit better. This was a horrible experience for me and they still charged me the full price and didn’t even try to discount for the horrible experience. I don’t see how they have this many good reviews.

Claudia K. Rodriguez I have been going to Ceci Spa for a few months now and my experience has been great. Diana does a really nice job with my manicure and pedicure. She has a steady hand, clean technique, and is meticulous with gel nails. Yanet is my girl for all things hair. I met her in a previous salon and followed her to Ceci Spa; she has earned my loyalty. Not only does she dominate color and styling but she is also a wonderful person. She will make you feel beautiful inside and out. The Spa also recently expanded, you can see the care and effort they have invested to enhance the customer experience.

Sabrina N Kisbel is the best, she always does my nails so beautifully and she’s so sweet and funny. I always do my nails here and she’s helped me grow my natural nails out and they are so healthy. I’m loyal to my girl lol, it’s so hard to find a good nail place that keeps ur nails healthy when doing gel.

Jodi Darren Beware. Originally, I wrote a good review for this salon, but then three days later all of my nails started chipping. I got a gel mani/pedi for $90. It lasted less than a week with 6 chipped nails. Nonetheless, I was quite disappointed as Manicures from other spas last 2 to 3 weeks.. I called the Spa, owner and she refused to believe me or provide proper Customer Service with zero customer concern. So I kindly warn you to not expect your manicure to last more than three days. They used a product to take off my previous gel manicure that I never used before. It was very strong, it burned my nails and perhaps it compromised my manicure. I had 6 of my nails chipped at the ends within seven days. When I called the salon, she said she would do nothing and it wasn’t their fault because they used good products. Here are the pictures to state my case. Please be beware.

Jadyn Thibodeau Unfortunately, my experience at Love Nail Salon was disappointing from start to finish. The issues began when I first called to inquire about basic service prices. I asked about the cost of a gel pedicure, followed by a regular pedicure, and before I could even finish my sentence to book an appointment, the owner abruptly hung up on me—without a simple "Is there anything else I can help with?" or even a "Goodbye." In hindsight, that should have been my sign to take my business elsewhere, but I decided to call back and book two regular pedicures. When I arrived, the owner apologized for hanging up and assured me she would "cut us a special deal" in place of the student discount I had originally asked about. However, the basic pedicure, which was listed online for $40 and included a massage, took no more than 20 minutes and did not include a massage at all. After the pedicure, we inquired about a simple no-color manicure (just a nail clean-up with clear polish). Again, the owner mentioned a "special deal" but ultimately charged $60 in total—$40 for the pedicure and $20 for the no-color manicure. There was no actual discount. While the nail technicians themselves were skilled and professional, the owner’s management and quality control left much to be desired. If a pedicure is advertised as including a massage, it should be provided. To top it off, when I stood up to leave, I noticed my thumb nails were visibly uneven—something that should never be overlooked in a standard manicure. At that point, I was so frustrated that I went home and fixed them myself. Overall, my experience was underwhelming, and I won’t be returning.

Anouk Victor This was an absolute 5 star experience!!! I came in with an inspo pic that was done on an acrylic nails, but i wanted my design on natural nails and they nailed it. The gentleman who did my set took his time and made sure i was happy with every step of the pedicure. Very reasonably priced but make sure to bring CASH TIP!! I will be coming back for sure!

Constantina Konugres Amazing nail salon in Brickell! Anel needs a G in her name because she is an Angel! She was so detailed with my gel pedicure and gel manicure. This salon is one of the few affordable and super high quality places I could find on my vacation and they exceeded my expectations! Great atmosphere and color selection. Dry pedicures are where it’s at! More sanitary and still comes with a great heated massage and lotion. Highly recommend this nail studio!!

Abbi E I had my nails done back in August, but you know what Im still kinda upset about this so Im going to finally write this review. I had a great experience in the nail salon, was fed a muffin even a cocktail. It was very peaceful in there. But, uhh... Look at the nails I left with. Whats the point of providing an awesome atmosphere if the end result of what I came there to get done is going to look like this.

KUN YI SHIN Genesis is an amazing nail technician! She’s always so kind and accommodating, making sure to do exactly what I ask for. Her attention to detail and skill with gel manicure is incredible. I highly recommend her!

Emely Herrera I got my nails done with Génesis, and I loved the experience. She did them perfectly, paying close attention to detail and using a super fine brush to make sure the builder gel looked great and it did. She was also very kind, offered me a coffee (which I really needed), and made sure I was happy with the results. Aurora Nails is a great place to get your nails done. The service is excellent, the customer care is amazing, and the prices are fair—unlike other places that overcharge. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Corin C Over the past year Ive been serviced by Aurora Nails. When you walk in its very girl, purple EVERYWHERE! its festive and the swing is cute. I had the pleasure of meeting various nail techs and they were all nice and friendly even if we are chatting via translator it seems like they really try to engage with me. Although the stations are cramped with little to no room the nail techs do their best to make you comfortable and relaxed. The greeter/the lady sitting at the front is friendly but most times she isnt. In her absence I met the owner once, she was nice. The prices are competitive and reasonable but depending on the nail tech th quality of you nails can vary. The prices on the website are sometimes incorrect and there were times I booked the same service and the price would be different based off the nail tech... Overall, it is convenient, easy to book appointments, they work with you if you need to rebook, send alerts when your nail tech is ready, offer you refreshments and coffee and the music is calming. I gave this establishment three stars because of the inconsistency in pricing and quality of nails, customer service and spacing.

Rachel Fiore I highly recommend this nail salon! I have been coming here for almost a year and it is the best! The nail techs are so sweet, professional and welcoming, and for good prices. I schedule an appointment with Daya every time I go for structure gel nails and it is always a great nail day with her. She is amazing at what she does as well as every other nail tech there, so you will not be disappointed!

Denise Reme-Class This is my second time going to F21 and my first time in this location with Yesenia and I am OBSESSED with my nails. The picture truly does not do them justice. I did a structured manicure and she did a great job cleaning my cuticles and making sure my nails were. Going back in 3 weeks :)

Haychell Castillo I recommend coming here and asking for Oriana. She is the sweetest and I always leave happy with my results. I do structure gel and regular pedicure. I have been coming here since the beginning of the year, I’m so sad I’m losing my nail lady since I’m moving out of state. But I know I can come to her every time I’m in Miami ❤️
