Janki Patel I’ve been to this salon several times and usually have a great experience, but I was extremely disappointed with my wedding nails. I told the tech these were for my wedding, yet the service took 3 hours for a Gel X French with chrome, and the results were underwhelming. The nails were thick, clunky, and poorly shaped, and the French started chipping before my wedding even happened. On top of that, I didn’t even have time to ask her to fix them because I couldn’t sit through another 3-hour appointment. For $100, I expected much better quality—I honestly would have been better off with press-ons. Very disappointing

Pea I am absolutely in love with my nails! I found Jenn on Instagram and booked with her while I was in Orlando for an extended stay. I desperately needed my nails done and, being a bit indecisive (lol), I wasn’t sure what style to go with. Jenn was incredibly patient, answering all my questions via DM and helping me decide. I booked an appointment for a nail removal and a new set, and Jenn was on time and super accommodating the day of my appointment. She has such a warm personality and is genuinely sweet.
Normally, I go for acrylics, but Jenn introduced me to Gel-X, and I’m obsessed! If you’re ever in Orlando, I highly recommend visiting The Polish Room and asking for Jenn. While they do accept walk-ins, I’d suggest scheduling an appointment to make sure your preferred tech is available, as they work by schedule.
I also wanted a pedicure (without an appointment), and though Jenn doesn’t do pedicures, she went above and beyond to help me schedule with another tech for the next day. Claudette did an amazing job, fixed my chipped toe, and was just as lovely. If I’m ever back in town, I’ll definitely return!

Bailey Sprague This seems to be a good salon and other nail techs seemed to be good at job their job but I unfortunately had a very poor experience with Ashley. She had an attitude, didn’t seem know what she was doing. I asked for cat eye and someone had to come show her how to do it. She starts doing it on her own and isn’t following the instructions given to her. She also up charged and over charged me. She had also done a poor job filing my nails and they were very unsymmetrical. I asked her to even it out and she tried to blame it on the shape of my nails. I had shown my sister what I was asking for and she confirmed how crooked the shape of my nails were. It was like she couldn’t admit she did a poor job and acted like it was my problem. Horrible attitude and extremely rude. Bad attitude. Poor service. Robbing you. Get this lady out of there and the salon will be much better for it.

Norys Torres I will start by saying that I have come to this salon on and off for years, and most of their techs are very talented. But today I had such a bad experience, that I will not go back. I made an appointment online, but apparently it was cancelled. This morning I went on the app I made the appointment through, and it still showed I had an appointment today. I showed up, the owner told me to sit on my techs chair and that she will let her know. I sat there for 40 minutes waiting for my tech, only for her to show up and say that my appointment was cancelled shortly after I made it. She said I was called and texted but I never answered. If they did do that, they had the wrong number, because I did not receive any phone calls or texts regarding my appointment. I’ve been going there for years and have not changed my number. But what really ticked me off, is that I was told to sit and wait but my tech was obviously not informed or no one cared to tell me that my appointment was cancelled when I sat there for 40 minutes. My time is valuable, I’m a super busy person, there’s nothing that irritates me more than my time being wasted. The tech said she apologized but that it’s not her fault. So I will say, that although they have talented people working there, their poorly run business and lack of empathy or resolution to my time being wasted, I just will not give them my business again.
