The owner is so inviting and caring she is also an amazing artist I’ve not found anyone in bay county like this place best of bay award deserved honestly and I have to say most places your nails come off or break within two weeks not here I’ve had mine for a month and still beautiful a bit grown out but I still get people asking where did I get them done there beautifully amazing!!!!!

shanda brown They are really sweet and helpful, but I’ve gotten athletes foot twice after getting a pedicure there. The first time I wasnt sure but the second time the timing lined up again. This isn’t to bash anyone but just maybe help with some of the cleaning and sterilization practices. Other than that I’ve always had a great experience here.

Kelley A. Simple manicure for my daughter.... $80!!! Seriously??? Then she lies and said...well she got a full set. Um...no she didnt! They are her own nails. Then she lied and said she did a design. She did a simple french manicure with a tiny heart on one nail. She tried to throw my 14 year old under the bus by saying she agreed. My daughter told me she had no idea what she was saying. AND... as her mother who was the one paying, you should have run it by me...not a 14 year old. We are locals and get our nails done in the area all the time. We have had much better and much more elaborate for a hell of a lot less. This was our first and LAST visit to this salon. Absolutely despicable way to do business. Never again!!!

Samantha Price I visited this nail salon today for a full gel set and an eyebrow wax. I decided I wanted a design on one nail and I told her if she couldn’t do it I would do something else, she said she was able to do it. The beginning was okay. I told her I wanted to do a manicure as well and she agreed. About 15 minutes into my appointment, a woman walked in and said she was waiting for her. The woman doing my nails then started rushing and hurt me with the file multiple times. Once she started painting, she didn’t even ask me what color I wanted underneath the design and did a bone color. I wanted a pink tone. She proceeds to draw the star and seems annoyed that I asked her to fix it very politely so I just tell her to paint it plain. I would have chosen a different set if I knew she couldn’t do it. Then she did the clear coat. I told her there was dust on the nails and she ignored me so there are bubbles in all of them. Then she finished and told me to wash my hands. I still haven’t gotten my manicure so I’m confused at this point when I see her standing at the check out desk. I told her I wanted my eyebrows waxed as my appointment stated. She did a sloppy and quick job there too. I went to check out and totaled my visit based on their menu. $75. She tells me I owe her $87 for a manicure. I asked her what manicure and she said cutting my cuticles. That is the bare minimum of a full set. I told her I would pay her $75 and I wasn’t paying for a manicure I didn’t receive. She proceeded to try and argue with me and I walked away after paying $75 for the worst set and wax of my life. Never will be back.

Jerry Hebner Ok, I’m a dude and don’t normally get this done but this place did an excellent job with my hands and feet. My hands are the best they ever looked and my pedicure is the best I ever had. My wife and I came here twice, once for manicures and the next day for pedicures. Excellent people, service, and price. They weren’t rushed and I felt like they took their time with us. We will definitely be back when I visit my friends over here again. We love Cosmo!!

Jen Webb Everyone was nice but super ackward if you don’t know Spanish, which I wish I knew before I booked. None of the ladies know much English at all. There was a really nice woman in there that translated for me at bit. The manicure hurt and made me bleed around the edges of my nails and she kept scraping at. She couldn’t do a dragonfly on my nail like I wanted so just did a flower and said my nail was too small. The pedicure was all right. Really wanted a foot massage on my sore feet from moving all week, which is the main reason I go to get a pedicure and they don’t do a whole lot of that. Just did calluses removal with a spinning thing, did a bit of washing and little bit of lotion. That lady was able to do a dragonfly at least on my big toe. Like I said everyone was nice otherwise just felt super out of place not knowing Spanish And sucked not being able to talk to them more on what I wanted.

I’m consistently amazed by the results! Nathalia is fantastic at bringing my inspiration photos to life, something I struggled to find at previous salons. Instead of feeling disappointed, I always leave satisfied and excited. During my most recent visit, my regular technician had a family emergency, which is completely understandable—family always comes first. Victoria, the owner, promptly connected me with Ilona, who did an incredible job! I couldn’t be happier and have been sharing my experience with everyone.

Cassidy I have been a regular for 7 months and my nails and cuticles have gotten so much healthier. I love going, and having nails I can be proud of boosts my self esteem so much! The pics are 7 months apart. The growth is awesome! I’m a cuticle biter, so regular manicures never really got my nails looking “clean”. Regular gel was too soft, chipped easily and the application looked sloppy. Acrylics made my nails brittle and would look unnatural. With the Russian manicure I received, time was taken IN DEPTH to actually clean my cuticle. The removal of my old gel wasn’t painful and didn’t use any harsh chemicals, either. Victoria, who did my nails, did not make me feel bad about biting my cuticles, and she did an excellent job - no cuticle flooding, bubbles or, uneven nail shape. The materials used don’t ruin your actual nail, and it lasts so much longer than a regular manicure. Will forever be going back here! Salon: Clean, quiet, and well put together. Nail techs: Respectful, professional, and skilled. Price: $$$ - but this isn’t a chop shop, so keep that in mind! Overall: Love it!

anna palazzi BEST. NAIL. ARTISTS. AROUND. I went to the salon in Panama City (23rd street) for extensions and they did such an amazing job. First, they do not use tips but instead they use builder gel, which looks more natural! Secondly, the attention to detail is absolutely insane. I’ve never had anyone making so sure that my nails matched each hand and were perfect. After years, I finally found the perfect nail artist for me and the quality I’ve been looking for and I will not change. I had Viktoriia and she did such a wonderful job!

Krysten Hayes AMAZING. Went to this salon to fix my nails after a different one in the area did a terrible job and cause my nails to start breaking. I Had an amazing experience with the staff/owners and observed incredible customer service and a desire to make sure the customer leaves completely satisfied they have received what they want. My stylists even helped me understand how to care for my skin outside of the appointments too. My nails have never felt stronger and they even redid the design. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. I look forward to coming here every time I need them done.

Tabitha Chapman I took 3 girls here to get their nails done for prom. They were excited. From the moment we walked in the lady who greeted us at the door was rude and seemed irritated that we were there. We called ahead for an appointment. 2/3 girls were cut while getting their nails done. They have lumps in their gel polish. The man who did one of the girls nails was rude to the point that she was about to cry. The woman who did my daughter’s nails cut her and didn’t even apologize. They ignored the girls when they tried to show them the photos they had of what they wanted. I understand people have bad days, but not one person was friendly. To have a name like happy nails and have 3 girls leave unhappy is ironic. This salon ruined what should have been a good experience for these girls. We will never come back.

I have visited PCB once a year for the past few years and am so happy that I now have a nail spot here. Tee’s attention to detail with my mani/pedi was fabulous. Originally, I had only booked a pedicure, but after seeing how neat her work was, I decided to stick around for a mani and am so glad I did! Christine Meyer I usually do not write reviews, but this is my second time here and this time was amazing. I had come years ago and it was just OK. I mean I just get a pedicure, so how hard is that right. But my husband came with me this time and his toenails are atrocious. I mean, I don’t mean to sound mean I just am stating the facts. He has had two toes smashed off. And they grew back funny so they’re very hard to deal with. The young lady that did my husband’s feet was absolutely amazing. He actually looks like he has normal toes for a change. This is the first place that has actually been upfront with their pricing, especially with my husband’s weird toenails.. I really appreciate that because I hate sticker shock. It was amazing and I do give them five stars.

Christine Bennefield Very poor pedicure. Did not let my feet soak, feet are still rough and nails are uneven. Did trim correctly. Polish looks like a child did it and only one coat of polish. Definitely not worth $30. This place used to be great but has gone way down hill, new people since I was there last. Won’t be back.

Raven Goodman Tom is literally the best nail tech I’ve had he helped me make sure I was getting what I wanted and took his time to make absolute art on my nails. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. No pain, no discomfort just did an absolutely amazing job. Could t of imagined a better set first pic is what I wanted and second pic I what I got. Cutest set I’ve had in my life.

Justine Sowell I came to Mrs.Kim with a vision for some nails for a concert, and she absolutely did an amazing job and made my vision come to life! Not only was she so professional, the salon has every color you could ever think of! I haven’t had my nails done in so long and she took great care of me and my nails! JaNea White I don’t get my nails done very often, and this is my first time at this salon. I was saying I wanted just the basic nude pink polish with French tips. I thought that was just called a French manicure. He tried to get more info on what I wanted, but because I was new I was just saying whatever the French tip/manicure is. Which there could be some blame on me because I didn’t know exactly what I wanted since I was new but the ways to achieve a French manicure was also not explained and I did not know the differences. I ended up getting fake white tips with acrylic then clear gel polish on top. He rushed through the entire process and at the end I had a whole bunch of air bubbles everywhere. On literally every single nail. You can see that in the first set of pictures below. I paid $50 for this. I came back in and told them I was not satisfied with the service. I showed him all the air bubbles and he said that’s how they always come out. He made it seem like I should’ve known that they were going to be like that. He offered to “fix them” For another $10. I had to pick an extremely bright pink to cover up the first white tip and then he painted on that pink then painted on the white tips. The “fix” are the photos below. These look like cheap press on nails And I am so dissatisfied. In total, I paid $60 for two bad services. Take it for me, do not come here. It was a waste of time and money.

Kylar Simpson My friend took me here last minute the day before my wedding to do my nails. Rose helped us find the most perfect color, and did so amazing on my acrylics. Then this beautiful woman got down on her knees beneath the manicure table and insisted she had to paint my toes, despite my feet being dusty and crusty from wearing flip flops all day, she sprayed and wiped them clean and did a quick coat on my toe nails to match my fingers. Forever will be a new tradition to come here for my nails whenever Im back in town, I loved the way it felt like I had been welcomed into their home not just their shop.

Vanessa Casanova Theres nothing like paying 50 dollars for a set of nails that break in half and chip within 3 days, after youve planned a vacation out of state. The acrylic is applied paper thin. Not to forget the damage done to my cuticles, the excess acrylic on to my skin and the excess gel that Ive been having to pull off.. Extremely dissapointed.

Tina Heuer I was a walk-in and I got seated right away for my pedicure. This place is very clean and the lady who did my pedicure was very good. She could speak and understand English which was Awesome. She cut my toenails short like I like them and I got a great pedicure with the scrubbing of my feet and legs then I got lotion and oil on my legs and feet. The cost of the manicure was great too @ $35. I highly recommend this Rose Nails location.

She is such a warm and friendly person to talk to. Since it’s only her it made the experience even better. This is truly the best set of nails I have ever gotten! Z P I went in yesterday and while Jenna executed what I wanted, my experience felt rushed and some of my nails have “bumps” or “bubbles” in them like something is underneath the polish. I appreciate them getting me in when they did, I just wish that my experience was more personable and did not feel rushed. Jenna stayed on her phone almost the entire time and probably said all of 5 words to me the entire visit. Three stars given because the place was clean and the selection of gel polish was great. Deducting the 2 stars just due to the issues I listed above.

Victoria Booth Terrible service and they do a very fast job which in the end looks like a mess. I spoke to the manager/owner and requested for them to fix it but they don’t communicate effectively or promptly. When I voiced my concern on the phone with Samantha, she became very condescending about not responding for days or me having to send multiple messages just to get a response back, she said “do you think I’m going to stop to message you while I’m with other clients? no” which I obviously didn’t say I wanted her to do that exactly but to not get back to your client who have concerns about their services, I’d think you’d make time to help them. I was offered 50% back instead of a full refund due to me not having the time to go back at their convenience. I requested to go back at a certain day and time but due to their lack of communication, I was unable too because they responded very late to me and expected me to work around their time. DONT come here. Not worth it. AT ALL.

Madelyn Allen I’ve been twice and had two different people do my nails and I was very satisfied with both! The salon is so cute and comfortable and everyone is so nice. Jenna usually does my nails and she’s amazing. JJ did my most recent pedicure and it was amazing. He really took his time on the massage which is my favorite part and my French tips look so good!

They did such a great job on our manicures and pedicures that I wish they were closer to her home. They were kind and friendly taking very good care of us. The place was as cute as he could be with several thousand options for paint colors. They offered multiple services and the prices were very good. We will definitely visit here every time we come. We used to get our pedicures and manicures before we came but love this place so much we will wait and do it when we get there as a personal treat. My nails were just not neatly done the next day I literally was picking up some towels and my nails broke on my right hand I went back the next day to fix them and as I got to work the left hand middle finger broke and I literally had to reshape my nails myself shown in the last picture. Im just really disappointed with what I got Ive never done my nails before anywhere and felt so unsatisfied

jennifer ramirez The staff here is very welcoming, polite, and knowledgeable, I love how they talk & genuinley interact w the customers. They do a great job w/ pedicures and nails. I havent tried any of the other services (yet), so I cant speak on those. But I will say in all my years of going to nail salons in differentstates, etc- Tips & Toes staff make me feel very welcome, Im always satisfied and I love going there. ❤️

Geneva Lewter Tips and Toes is my absolute favorite nail salon in the PCB area. Serena has done a fantastic job on my pedicures she’s gentle with the tools but gives a great massage, I feel refreshed. I swear by Lily for my full sets, her art work is top tier and I always feel like the quality is amazing.

Rebecca Reynolds I highly recommend anyone visiting or that lives in the area to go a see Lily! The nail art she does is amazing! We picked out SpongeBob and stitch! Love how detailed the art is! It’s been hard to find someone who can paint nail art and she did amazing! Prices are very reasonable. Super friendly staff and very very clean environment. My husband got a pedi and medi and he said it was the best spa time he’s ever had. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you again Lily

KIMBERLY FREED Do not go to this salon. I went in with my husband for 2 pedicuresand a dip. Asked the owner how long it would be. 30 minutes later they did my husbands pedicure while I sat with foil on my nails for almost an hour. My husband got finished while I was still sitting there. So I said just take this dip off and Ill go somewhere else. The woman that was finished with my husband then rudely and hastily came over and finally took off my dip then charged me 10 dollars to remove them. She left glitter all over my hands. Also while I was there the owner was berating an employee in her language. She was very unprofessional. K. Freed

kendall I’m not gonna sit here and bully anybody but I had the worst experience today. Me and my cousin are teenagers and her parents dropped us off so we were alone she was complaining and being mean to me because I asked for a price and then I asked to change my nails because she was complaining about the design taking all day so I chnaged them my cousin sat beside me picking a color and she was yelling at me and my cousin for no reason.. she was yelling at my cousin for getting up and picking colors which she told her to do.. and she was screaming and rolling her eyes everytime we asked her to fix something.. pls don’t drop ur teens off here because whenever i called them to confront them about their attitude she said ohh noo i was nice!! She lied.. please don’t drop ur girls off here to get their nails done

Jennifer Erlsten ***UPDATE*** They painted regular over the gel... So I got what I asked for in the beginning with just more cost and hassle and Time!**** Got #44 London Bridge. However the gel polish, that I was talked into, changed the color on my nails. I didnt even realize until I was almost home. 45 minutes away. I called and they said theyll fix it. Told them Im available Saturday, since today was my day off. Its supposed to be the purple color NOT the grayish.

C P My sister and I came here cause our usual spot was closed. The salon was clean. They didnt have spa slippers so my sister did not get her pedicure. We both got the dip both our nails had lumps and bumps plus dip on my skin all of this took over 4 hours.
