Devon Stubbs 2 hours down the drain. My nails are worse than when I went in. I had to have her remove my polish after over 40 minutes of her trying to get it right. I tried to guide her to what i was looking for, but the more she tried, the worse it became. It looked like my child did it. Then, after telling them Im late and to just take it off. I still had another 30 min before I could leave. With gel polish still in the corners, nails all different lengths, and a talking to about wasting peoples times. If anyone wasted someones time, it was mine. There was no reason for this to go the way it did. If she wasnt capable, then she should have said so. I could have done 1 color. I could have done clear. All I wanted was to take off my old grown color and replace it with a new color. I live an hour from town, travel for work, and have my graduation this week. Now I have to make time I dont have to get my nails fixed. If they even can be. Since the lady has some nails so short and thin, I dont know if they can be fixed in time. Beyond stressful. Worst experience. And they still charged me. Youre better off having your toddler paint your nails.

Ingrid Yockel Walked in with no appointment and they were so friendly and accommodating. Got me in for an amazing pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails with French tip. Wonderful service and attention to detail, and continually made sure I was happy with the way they looked and how I was feeling (water temperature, pressure of foot massage, etc, do I need a drink). Super clean and lots of selection for nail colors and services offered. I didn’t have time for nail art, but the talent of the nail tech I saw on another customer’s nails was phenomenal!

simplyx. aspen On Christmas Eve, I called six places to try and get a last minute appointment to get my christmas nails but had no luck! This nail salon was open and happily stayed late to provide me service, Katie and Daisy’s service was beyond amazing!! Also, the reference picture I gave them to do, they did my nails exactly like the picture. I even have a broken real nail and they still found a way to fix it AND put an acrylic on it. They were so nice and gave me a small gift at the end as a nice holiday gift! Will definitely be coming back and have already referred my friends to them! Highly recommend, thank you!

Hai does the prettiest free hand designs upon request while Don and Tom are very meticulously doing pedicures and massaging our hard working feet! I never go anywhere else.

Karrie Layfield This is a small salon and you have to make an appointment. Hai did a wonderful job and continues to do my nails. I bring her a picture every month and she always does a better job than the pictures that I bring. I thank God that I found such friendly people.

Lauren Marguerite Kovit I’m from out of town and needed a place to get a quick fill. I usually just get white acrylic fills because it’s just simple. When I first called they said sorry we can’t do that; then told me to come in at 12. When I got in I asked for something a tad different, and was told he could do something “similar,” so I was like okay; why not. Anyways, there were two people working; the lady who initially booked my appointment was rude and dismissive.. and on her phone, she ended up helping an elderly lady but was on her phone for a good 20 minutes before helping her. My guy was decent… but I will NOT come back. What nail salon doesn’t have gemstones or nail art?! The vibe and energy was just way off. I would just pick another place if I were you. It’s worth driving somewhere else. Below are the pictures of what I asked for and what I got. Also, of the lady texting on her phone instead of listening to the older lady and what she wanted. They couldn’t do exactly what I wanted because they didn’t have the appropriate nail art.. so this is what I ended up with. My total for a fill was $55? HOW? Usually it costs me $35 for a fill and I live in Tampa. Not coming back whenever I’m in town, and again suggest you try and find somewhere else.

Jenny Brewer My girls and I got our nails done while on vacation and couldn’t have been taken better care of. We were walk ins for a fill for me and first set of dip with tips for my little ones. The staff was amazing and did the designs they wanted to perfection!!

TogetherInSpectrum I am new to the area and wanted to give this salon a try, because I am searching for the right place. I’ve got my first ever acrylic nails (only had powder and gel before) at Durbin nail spa and am unfortunately really not happy with the experience and result. Everything was very rushed, not a good communication with my nail tech and not a relaxing atmosphere due to that. I left the spa very disappointed, because I tried to explain to the nail tech, that I wanted a natural color like my own nails (milky white) and she only gave me orange and two different shades of pink to choose from. She didn’t explain any options or prices. Before we started and in several times in between I showed her a picture of what I wanted and asked her, if she could do my nails like that and has the same nail polish and she said yes. Even though I asked her to she didn’t really polish my nails and they are very rough and don’t have a smooth surface, still have product under the nails (asked her twice to remove it). She just clipped my natural nails but didn’t really shape them. Instead of a pearl colored shiny glossy nailpolish that I’ve requested, she just used one coat of a clear one and said we’re done, didn’t even show me any options. The result is, that my nails look nothing like the picture I have provided and didn’t look professional. The only effort that was put in by Tracy was to sell me on extra gel polish, despite me telling her that I just wanted regular nail polish. She even got one of her colleagues over to convince me. They don’t have the smooth texture, shiny glossy pearl finish or same length /shape in the picture, there’s still different products around and under my nails and she just tried to get rid off me quickly. When I asked her nicely and friendly about those issues she reacted annoyed and rushed me to pay while my nail polish was still wet (even wanted to take my wallet out of my purse, because apparently she couldn’t wait to let me dry first). A very unpleasant and not relaxing experience at all. That’s no way to treat a customer. In the pictures you can see what I’ve got instead. This is not what I wanted and not what I’ve paid for. I still can’t believe she sent me home like that. After being rushed out and taking some time to digest this experience I took some time to give them feedback rather than just giving them a disappointing Google review. They never even responded (it’s been over a week). That’s again really poor customer service after giving you a second chance to make things right.

Moriah Hunt Hao is simply the BEST nail tech! He has been my go-to for a long time, and for good reason. No matter how last-minute my appointment request is, he always finds a way to fit me in, and his work never disappoints. Hao truly listens to what you want and delivers it perfectly every single time. His application is flawless, and he works so quickly without compromising on quality. I always request super square, super sharp edges, and he absolutely nails it (pun intended)! Most recently, I decided to take off my tips and just do SNS on my natural nails, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My nails look amazing and feel so natural. Plus, his work is incredibly long-lasting—my nails always last a month or more when I go to him. There have been a few times I’ve tried other nail salons, but I’ve always been disappointed with the results. Now, I don’t even risk it—I ONLY go to Hao! If you’re looking for a nail tech who is talented, quick, and dependable, definitely go see him. You won’t regret it!

Natalia Valero Anna always does my nails, she is extremely professional, very kind, and her work is impeccable. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her. This time, I chose color 009 for my nails with an almond shape. Without a doubt, this has been my favorite manicure!

Sabrina Billings NAILS THROBBING. I went into this salon earlier in the day to get my regular SNS/Dip removal and re-do. The previous times I have been here I have had decent service. However, this session was likely the worst experience I’ve had from a nail technician ever. She was clearly inexperienced with using the drill and doing dip powder and did not listen to me when I made her aware of my nail patterns/sensitivities. What compelled me to type this review is the terrible throbbing sensation of my finger nails right now. I have thin and sensitive nails which is why I do dip powder in the first place as opposed to gel. I start out by letting her know that I can feel the drill more easily and she will have to use lower speeds and less harsh maneuvers. She started out careful, but then attempted to be more harsh with the quick back and forth movements of the drill in small spots to remove the old SNS. I can feel the heat of the drill when they do this, and it is absolutely painful. I had to stop and re direct her. I do not like it when technicians try to “test” what I can tolerate after I’ve already told them I’m sensitive. Once the product is all removed, I tell her how I want my nails shaped. I had one nail that was broken, and I wanted the rest of the nails to be cut/shaped down to match it. The technician tells me that she will do this step after she puts the dip on my nails. This was completely out of order from what I am used to in the past. Reflecting back, this is when I should’ve spoken up and asked for a different nail tech. I continued with her because I was being open minded and I did not want to make a scene. Well as she is dipping my nails, she is applying it thick and I had clumps of powder sitting on my nails, multiple nails. The dip process was extremely slow. It took her 1 1/2 hrs to almost 2 hrs to do my nails completely. Once she was done dipping, she applied the clear gel she normally used before dipping my nails LAST, then applied the more watery solution that helps the dip harden/dry on my nails. My nail bed felt extremely uncomfortable during this step. Then she decided to file down and shape my nails. It was very uncomfortable due to the intensity at which she had to file because none of my nails were shaped prior to the dip. Once the drill was used in the end to shape the top of my nails, she cut into my cuticle with the drill on one nail which was stinging for the rest of the time. When I got home I noticed dried up blood in the area. In the past, I’ve had maybe my thumbs throb after the dip powder service because of how my nail naturally grows but never the other nails. Currently all of my nails throb as if I had acrylic nails done (which I stopped doing in the past because of it). I am very concerned that my nail bed is destroyed now and I will have to take a break from SNS. I hate to have to write this review; however, I have had bad outcomes from my nails before at this location such as gel manicure chipping after only 4 days, and it doesn’t seem like they care when I tell them about it in person. If my nails continue to throb for another 24 hrs, then I will go back for them to remove this for free. Furthermore, my nail shapes are not even, even. You can see on my nails where the clumps were previously. This is completely unacceptable. A nail service should not happen like this for anyone.

P. Cowan Sad to be leaving this review. I told Tracey 3x my thumb nail and pointer finger nail was crooked and she kept saying “I will fix at the end” and never fixed. She also left huge chunks of acrylic under all of my nails. I spent $120 for these crappy nails and a pedicure. I will NEVER return here

Brittney Bailey Linda is the absolute best! My nail shape is always 10/10. I am as picking as they come and Linda never disappoints. On top of that Linda is amazing at nail art. I keep my nails a neutral nude with a little nail art here and there and there hasn’t been one thing she hasn’t been able to draw! She always will take the lead with creativity if I’m stump on what to do which I appreciate because she knows my style and taste now and I feel confident with her suggestions for my nails! I can go 5-6 weeks between appointments and my grow out is still acceptable (see photo) LOVE LINDA!

Colleen Rader The location is beautiful and spacious. It feels luxurious. I came for the first time for a basic pedicure. My technician wasn’t friendly, didn’t even return my smile. I noticed she avoided massaging my feet for some reason and asked to have my feet massaged and she rubbed the hot stone on them but that was it. She didn’t go back to massage them with lotion. Massage is the best part of a pedicure so I was disappointed. But my friend’s technician seemed to massage quite well so must have just been a bad day or this technician (I didn’t get her name) wasn’t very good.

Kristina H I saw Heather today and she was the absolute best!! She was very nice and considerate. She had amazing communication and asked approval and if I liked them or if there was anything I wanted to change after each step to ensure I loved them, which I do. Definitely recommend.

Ashley Flood I went to get a full set on weds around 12:30pm. The guy that did them was super and nice the place was beautiful. I spent $55 plus $10 tip which i didnt mind paying because i was happy with my visit. Come Friday night (2 days later) i noticed two of my nails (my thumb and pointer , on my right hand) lifting up. The next day Saturday (today) morning my thumb nail on my left hand popped clean off. I proceed to call the store to see if i could receive a refund since i went to get them done for a party tonight and i dont have the time to get them done AGAIN between getting off from work to then go to the party . I go to call the store and ask to speak to the manager. The receptionist tells me that the managers are not in. I asked “okay what time will they be in?” She responded and said i dont know but they will come in at some time. And that she can take my number and reason for calling and asks why am i calling. I told her my concerns and my wishes & she responds and say well we dont give refunds , we can put you with another person to redo them for you. I told her i live 45 mins away from your location and its very inconvenient that i have to come back and take the chance again on someone else. She responded and said “like i said we dont do refunds but someone else can do it free of charge but if you lived 45 mins away why come to us then” I responded and said cause i had a doc appt over there thats why… which was rude to ask why i came to their business in the first place . I am very upset that im not able to get a refund on the service i paid for that lasted only 2 days . If i were you i would NOT use this location unless u have a recommended person. Right now money is to tight for everyone and i wouldnt risk losing a dollar

Jaycie Haymore Haven’t been to a nail salon in several years after a few bad experiences. Decided to treat myself and decided to visit here based on the good reviews. My appointment was very long because of what services I wanted but it was a truly wonderful experience and I appreciated the patience from my nail tech. The staff are all so friendly and my nail tech took the time to make my nails look spectacular! You can really tell when someone cares about their work so I will absolutely be returning and recommending to everyone I can.

Renee Larkin I started going here when it first opened, very nice people, clean and a great gel manicure that lasted. I have been going back intermittently to give them another shot. They raised their prices substantially and the last 4 gel manicures I had only lasted 1 week. They have started to skimp on the polish, the color is not as vibrant as it should be, as theres not as much polish as there should be and it does not last like it used to. They are very nice and place is clean but it is no longer a great place to go for gel manicures.

My husband, received his first pedicure and was very satisfied. I also got my eyebrows waxed, and it was the best job I’ve had in a very long time. We were just visiting, but I’m sad to go!

Di G Got Manicure and pedis for my daughter and I with gel polish. I requested the simple no design and short rounded nails and so it was. I cant say enough about their work as it was very neat, clean, detailed and excellent! I think the gentleman name was AP and the lady was Mila, they are superb! It was Lovely talking to them. The place is beautiful, clean and organized with a good clean smell. Chairs have massage to the people who care, and most of the accesories used are disposable. Highly recommended from a very detail oriented picky person. We will be returning for sure!

I had originally asked for acrylics but the girl they put me with did not know how to do them. They talked me into gel nails. Iryna I believe is new. She put a thin layer of gel on my nails. Then she didn’t know how to do any of the designs so Lena came and did them. Well 6 days later the first nail broke off. Unfortunately we were only there for 5 days. Day 7 the second nail broke. My response from the owner was unfortunately this happens. And if your ever back around come see me. Very disappointed. I spent over $200.

I had terribly damaged nails from doing the dip powder (at a different nail salon), but this place took care of the damage. I went to both Irina and Alyssa, both are fabulous nail techs - they are gentle, take their time, and truly care about the work they do and the overall health of your nails. Eduardo Ferrari I was in the area visiting friends and my feet needed care. Looked up this place which was only 5 minutes away from their house. Wow! What a phenomenal service! I am so close to making a trip to the area just to get my feet done properly! Ask for Valeska for the BEST experience ever!

Taylor Madden Jenna was great! It was my first time doing ombré dip powder and she took her time, and didn’t just rush me out of the door. She took the time to hear what I wanted and then explained the different processes - what the maintenance was- and the cost all up front. I had a very pleasant experience and will definitely come back again! ☺️

Nina McIntosh Had a very poor experience today with a nail technician named Mia. I was excited to get my nails done before vacation and instead left upset. I asked her for her opinion regarding whether or not to do tips and she rudely responded “I’m just trying to do my job” and “You’re the one who has to look at your nails, not me”. I was honestly so shocked at her attitude I didn’t say anything the rest of the appointment and left unhappy. I do not recommend her. My nails are lumpy and uneven too : (

Samantha Williams I was excited to see that this salon was owned by a brand, new owner and new management given the circumstances of all the negative reviews of the prior establishment. I decided to give them another shot. Everything was going great until my technician started filing my nails with the electric file, it started to burn. I told her this several times and she continued to go over the same spots. When she started her acrylic work, everything was fine there until she then proceeded to file my nails with a manual file and sliced my pinky open as well as Cut my cuticles with the electric file during the final process. I was very vocal throughout the entire time and mention as well as as several times in front of colleagues as well as as the owner and new management come the time of checkout I was still charged full price for my nails with no compensation given and or an apology. very disappointed and will definitely not be going back.

Pegah Riley Steven did a great job!!! It was my first time here and the salon is beautiful, warm, clean, and welcoming. The staff is very kind and professional and all of the nail technicians are very good just like Steven. Steven knew exactly what I wanted and he delivered it beautifully and perfectly. Thank you Steven!! I will definitely be coming back again and I found my salon!!!

Rose Bambach Laura gave me the absolute best and most detailed manicure I could have ever asked for. Typically I leave salons feeling like I wasted my money. That they didn’t get all of the cuticle or left an edge… not this time. Laura is amazing, the price is great, truly an amazing experience. I am 200% happy with the change in ownership as it improved this salon greatly!!!

Kyra Wade They are amazing. Jessica the owner is always accommodating and Mulan always replicates the pictures of the nails I want. And also are reasonably priced. I love them so much.
