Brenna Pulliam AMAZING!! best in st pete!!! They got new ownership within the last year so fully ignore any bad reviews. Daniel is the new owner and so nice. Gaby did my acrylic nails today and she did a PERFECT job. Gave me the exact french tip I asked for & even let me see 3 different shades before she started. I will be back soon! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ! great prices too

Amanda Lindeman This was my first time at this nail salon. It was very nice inside, the man at the front desk was very attentive (I think he was the manager) and he was walking around checking in with everyone- very involved. I did have to wait for like 15-20 mins despite an appointment but that’s kinda just how things go sometimes at nail salons so not a huge deal. My tech was a woman by the name of Sary I believe. She was very nice. I’m very particular about my nail shape so I was having her make a lot of adjustments which I know can be annoying but she was more than willing which was great. She did a good job, it took a while to get to the original shape I came in with but we got pretty close. She was heavy handed with the drill but it didn’t hurt- until the very end. Right after she did the fill, she went in with the small drill around the cuticle and went way too hard. I didn’t really realize how hard she went until I was home and my cuticles stung as I washed my hands. You can see in the pics a few cuticles look red. So that sucked and they still really sting. Tho I was shocked by how reasonable the prices were!! I paid $45 for a fill with cat eye gel polish. At my regular salon (I’m from out of town) that would be probably $75.

Dary Lv I have no way to explain how good they made me feel and how nice they are, it was my first time there and it was a very satisfying experience, I went in feeling nervous and left feeling very comfortable and with AMAZING definitive nails, the guy at the entrance was very friendly, and always supervising that the girls work was very good, the girl who helped me was very kind and very nice, I will definitely be there again, Ive seen bad reviews from the previous owners, but I want to tell you that they are completely different and do very detailed and good work, and speak Spanish, so they are incredible, thank you for such a nice experience.

CHAN CHAN Mike is the best. I love his work. I drive an hour just to get my nails done. I have not had 1 nail break in the entire time Ive been coming. Quality work.. reasonably priced..

Borica Chhem Great experience here. She took time to understand client’s nail shape and wants. So far the best SNS manicure I’ve had in the longest while. Also didn’t feel like she rushed through the appointment. When one finger was a little off, they even fixed it with a smile. Ps don’t be afraid to let your nail tech know if you don’t like something. Everyone at this store will happily fix it for you. The management is great and atmosphere is nice despite the strong acetone smells. But totally worth sitting through the smells for a beautiful manicure that will last. I will come back from Jacksonville just to get my nails done.

Auna Shkira Safe to say I won’t be back. I paid $70 for an overlay (I asked for dip they only had poly gel) on my natural nails and a soak off. I have no polish on my nails or designs just overlay. Less than a day later I noticed my nail chipped and called the shop to ask if it could be fixed and I was instructed to walk in at anytime and I could get it fixed that day. I came immediately after work and was told to come closer to closing because they were really busy (had I been paying for something I would have been taken then and not told to come back). I always try to resolve problems with the business before making reviews but I won’t be back! This set was too expensive for it to be chipping a day later and I didn’t even get polish or design add ons so $70 is insane. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Susan Jaamour Finally found a place where they are perfectionist with their work. I’m super picky and I like getting my cuticles cleaned very well. Couldn’t find one thing to complain about. Chi was great!

Kaliyah Lamar My cuticles were flooded and is making my skin extremely itchy. Other then that I love my nails. Now my hair it’s supposed to be a silk press but it was actually a stream press. My hair is extremely curly and steam didn’t cut it. I had to re straighten it and that didn’t even help.(mind you that was within a hour). I would stick with a Dominican blowout at another place. My roots aren’t even straight. The staff is nice

Carol Sheppard I went there 1st time today. At first I was the only one & it was good. Then other people came in. I felt rushed. I got a pedicure & full set. The nail polish for my toes looks clumpy. As for my nails-instead of clipping my cuticles- SHE FILED MY SKIN around my nails. Also she didnt clear out the acrylic under my nails sticking to my skin. And she made the nails too short. She was in such a rush to get me out of the there that she pushed my sandals on. My toes werent dry and one toenail nail polish completely rubbed off .Last time. Is there a good place around here? Ive been to almost all of them

Travelbug Trips Danea My daughter and I came here for my “birthday treat” gel pedicures. We experienced such a magical time! From the salt scrub, hot oil soak, grapefruit ice massage, hot stone massage, hot towels…. Then pedicure, THEN…we were treated to hot paraffin for our feet and lotion before sandals- it was the best pedicure I have ever had in my life, and I’ve had more than I can count. The ladies were sweet and funny, don’t miss out! Bring your daughters!! Added 8/9. The acrylic magic that Cecilia and her team can do is amazing!!

Kayleigh Rooney Im so furious. The worst nail job I’ve ever seen. I’m bleeding on three fingers. The acrylics aren’t even connected to three of my real nails. The paint job looks terrible. My hands are covered in glue. The girl was more concerned that she spilled nail polish on her pants so she rushed through painting my nails so she can go try to wash her pants. $55 for two people to get a regular full set. I won’t be coming back.

Shalene Cochran This place is the best. My pedicure was amazing. They always have nice little things they do that make it special like warming up the salt scrub and lotions and putting on little sock things to keep the paraffin warmer longer. They spend a lot of time shaping your toenails and removing extra skin around the toenail if needed, which I really appreciate. And the massage is really strong and nice. All together 5 stars for sure. Also the studio is clean and modern and relaxing. Ive gotten my fingernails done there too and also phenomenal.

Eleni Powell I had a great time at Leann’s nails I wanted acrylics with a pretty flower design and needless to say she killed it! I can’t remember the name of the wonderful woman who did them but thank you again! Also the price is affordable especially for the design I had picked as well. This place is amazing and if you don’t know where to get your nails done this the place to go! 10/10

Kim Nguyen Love! Had a great pedi by Rose with a wonderful massage. The massage chairs are nice and strong too. Spotless, bright and modern place. The staff is friendly. There’s a huge selection of colors. I can’t believe I haven’t been here before.

Melissa White I have tried many nail salons in St. Pete after moving here from New Jersey 4 1/2 years ago, often getting disappointed, but I finally found an amazing nail salon that is consistent and has excellent nail technicians & service at Leann’s Nails! I love this salon. I always leave feeling as if I got a spa experience. The owner, Leann, is professional, helpful and knows how to run successful business. Always greeted with smiling faces. Highly recommended! Note: They are at a new location (128 9th St. N) on MLK & Arlington Ave with accessible free street parking.

Emilia Andreja Tina was incredibly meticulous when shaping and filing my nails. She got them exactly how I like them short and neat and classic. Perfectly shaped! I highly recommend this nail salon. I also got a pedicure here a few months back and it was amazing as well with a wonderful massage and the music and videos that they play are very relaxing, very clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Faith McDonald Had a couple a good experiences with my nails but the pedicures have not been up to expectations. Then this last visit my husband joined me and seems to have got some sort of infection or irritation on his big toe since the visit. This is unacceptable and we wont be returning.

Katherine Levy My natural nails were completely transformed into the best work I’ve seen in a long time by Kelly here at Fonda Nails. I had some ideas, but she took those, saw my vision, and made them even better. I came here with my girlfriend who is transgender, and they were all outstandingly welcoming and friendly. Not to mention the complimentary drink, and beautiful and clean atmosphere. I live 15 miles away in Clearwater, but I will be making the trip to Fonda Nails in St. Pete every time I need my nails done again!

Nicole Johnson My nails aren’t filed evenly, and the gel polish is noticeably bumpy. Plus my big toes are on fire! The girl was nice, but I did not find the overall experience relaxing. For almost $100, I wanted more professional results or a more relaxing spa-like experience.

Hailey Tester First time here and pleasantly surprised. Lea, the owner, fit me in between her appts and did a great job. She did exactly what I asked for. She was personable and easy to talk to. I paid $50 before tip for a dip manicure, which I thought was a little pricey. Lea made recommendations on how to grow my nails out and give them better strength throughout my appt. Thanks again, Lea! I’ll be back :)

Andrea Gallerie Got same day pedicures for me and my husband today and loved the service! We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and taken right away. Very gentle technique and care used… very professional.and clean . would highly recommend if you want a good professional pedicure that is reasonably priced!

Olivia Hoover Trish and staff were AMAZING! $42 for a gel mani (plus tip of course) is so reasonable. She was so kind to me and not judgmental that I didn’t want her to file or shape my nails as some salon artists have been ahahah. The experience was so sweet and the place didn’t smell too strong, wasn’t crowded at night etc. I’ll be back for sure.

Adrianne Stebbins This is such an upscale nail salon in the heart of St. Pete. It is the only place I go and all the technicians are very friendly and highly trained. The ambiance in the salon is always elegant and relaxing. They also just got in brand new massaging chairs, highly recommend.

Husband and wife experience, went in to support local businesses in the Treasure Island area, and left there amazed by the thoroughness of the most amazing manicure ever. Love this place!

Alexandra L. Most thorough treatment Ive gotten at any nail salon or even spa in a very long time. So so impressed, especially at the incredible value/price point for the service rendered. *Very* hygienic and clean - pedicure tools came in a brand new sealed bag that looked hospital grade. Rose was so kind, friendly, compassionate about my pain/comfort level. She really took her time with the very tough shellac that was apply to me for my wedding, removing it properly and carefully. Did fantastic with the scrub massage and then cooling minty gel right after. Even did a very nice massage of my legs with *hot stones* - ALL included in the basic pedicure. WOW! This nail salon is certainly a local treasure in Treasure Island. WILL be back!

tonya donati I’ve just started getting my nails done regularly in the past year - gel x then hybrid gel. For several months I would walk in or make an online appointment with anyone available at Noire. I was fairly pleased with most everyone but since finding Vanessa she’s the one! Not only do they look great but they are so durable. I cook and clean and pry things open and I haven’t broken one yet. Photo is of my hybrid gel set after doing major clean up after two hurricanes - pulling out dry wall, hauling, scrubbing and all types rough work. Not a single chip or ding! She will spend time to get it right and likes to try new things. My only complaint is I wish you could book appoints for specific people on their website.

Arielle hawk noire the nail bar is the best nail salon in all of St. Petersburg! I’ve been going here for 7 years and it’s only gotten better. Everyone is seconding and so sweet the second you walk in the door. I’ve been seeing Vanessa and she’s always done amazing on my nails. Even the other nail techs do an amazing job.

Suzie Baumann Mimi is my favorite nail technician ever. Today we did back polish with a silver cat eye. Turns out you don’t have to pick from the cat eye colors displayed up front - MiMi created a custom color for me.

Sheila Weiland I tried the builder gel and liked the outcome. They looked really good with the pink gel and then painted french tip. Within a few days my cuticles were sore and peeling on both my hands and my toes. The two techs I had were rough and aggressive with their Dremel tools and sharp files.

Danielle Vance I searched long to find Ken over the past 2 years since he left his prior shop, and before a big trip in September I went to Poshe to save my nails from a prior salon…and there Ken was! The now owner of Poshe! It was fate that led me to this salon, as I was never able to find the quality of nails like Ken executes. Since being his client again he’s given me durable dip nails/coated with gel that withstand cleaning/cooking/working in healthcare. To say I’m thankful is an understatement for how happy I am to have come upon Poshe. They ensure you’re happy with your nails several times throughout the visit and never leave you looking scrappy! Excited to wear these nails for my engagement photos tomorrow. Give them a try you won’t regret it!

Laura Brown My friend & I luckily stumbled on Poshe while spending the weekend at The Vinoy Resort. We called around 4:30pm to see if they could fit us in for 2 pedicures and one manicure with dip powder. They were so gracious to squeeze us in! Ken did an amazing job on my nails based off the picture I showed him and he also gave my friend and I local restaurant recommendations. If you are ever in the St. Pete area be sure to visit their salon! I wish I could find a Ken in Atlanta!

Melannie Frey I do not recommend this place. I went for a manicure, and they hurt my fingers so badly that they turned red, and I had to take medication to prevent an infection. With my pedicure, I also ended up with a fungal infection. After finishing, I noticed they didn’t properly clean the equipment, which they likely didn’t do before working on my nails either. I’ve had many pedicures, and I’ve never experienced anything like this. The hygiene is poor, the pedicure service is poor, and the manicure service is, too. In the end, they only asked me how much tip I was going to leave I wanted to add that the issue with my cuticles may have been due to how roughly my hands were handled during my last visit. Additionally, I have never experienced fungal issues after a manicure or pedicure before, so I believe the cleanliness of the space may have been a factor.

Erica Corey I can’t recommend Navy at Nouvelle Beauty Bar enough! She is incredibly talented and truly the best. I’ve been going to her for a while now, and I’ll always continue to come back because her work is simply outstanding. I get so many compliments when I leave. She is so skilled and creative! Navy takes so much pride in what she does, and it really shows in the results. No matter what I ask for, she always delivers flawlessly and always exceeds my expectations.

Morgan Sherman ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Navy at Nouvelle is absolutely the best when it comes to nails! Every time I leave her chair, my nails look flawless, and I get so many compliments on them. She can match any color or style I ask for, and she always has the perfect chrome finish ready for me, which I love! Her attention to detail, creativity, and ability to bring my ideas to life are unmatched. I’ve been to other nail techs in the past, but no one comes close to Navy’s skill and professionalism. She is second to none! If you’re looking for stunning nails that will have everyone asking where you got them done, Navy is the one to see. Highly recommend!

Amy Najarian I initially came to nouvelle beauty bar to get my nails done for my wedding in 2021 and since I asked for nail art they recommended I see Navy. I have been coming back to her ever since. She is extremely talented and can do any nail art you show her a photo of. She pays attention to all details and takes her time. She has amazing work ethic and is also extremely kind and funny. Every time I’m scheduling to get my nails done I look forward to seeing her because she is just such a good person. Thank you navy for transforming my nails for me!!

Aria Holden-Lopez I’ve been going here for maybe 2 years and the service is always impeccable. The workers are friendly, the service is quick and of quality, and the atmosphere is extremely pleasant. I recently moved out of state and while visiting my family back in December, right before the new year, I decided to get my nails done. It’s now Jan. 29 and not a single nail has chipped, broken or lifted- something that seems to be a constant struggle with salons in my new area. If you’re looking for a new spot to get your nails done, Nouvelle is it.

olivia zeitler Tina did an incredible job making my full set look elegant and extremely natural. She is efficient and skilled, which I felt showed her utmost value of my time! Jennifer helped prioritize me by keeping the store open a bit later in order for Tina to complete her masterpiece. The vibe in there is also very modern and relaxing. Worth every cent and more. These girls are the only ones I trust with my nails! Go see Tina!!

Kelsey Marie My 21st birthday is tomorrow so I scurried out of work to make it in time and I was so nervous either the nails wouldn’t turn out right or they would hate me for showing up so last minute, I called on my way there and they were more than happy to schedule me in, Karen did my nails so well, but everyone helped me feel comfortable with doing exactly what i wanted and were so helpful matching the design and color, it was a bit confusing with me not being prepared at all, but they turned out perfect, and the team effort was much appreciated! Thank you guys so much, my first drink will be in honor of you ladies!

Diana Contreras It was a lovely experience, with over 27 years of experience this family owned business really showed how they alway aim for perfection. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about my experience. They listen to what I wanted my nails to look and I got exactly what I asked for. It was very satisfying watching how precise he was not just about the length and shape that I wanted but also about the strength of my nails, to make sure he didn’t over file my nails. I definitely recommend booking with them.

Not only do they do a consistently excellent job on my manicures, pedicures, and brow waxing, they offer tons of other services. Today Sasa did my pedi and brow waxing. She’s always a delight. Cyndy Murrieta When I moved to St Pete 5 years ago I tried a few salons to try and find my place. Was looking for a really chill place with just a few chairs because I don’t like a loud environment for my pedi experience. And first and foremost, it had to be very clean. So happy to have found Nails on Ninth. Super chill vibe and spotless inside. Ask for Lynn, but they are all good. Wouldn’t take my tootsies anywhere else!

Kamel NY I went there 3 times. The three times was waste of money. 3 powder gels and 1 pedicure. The pedicure came off right 3 hours after I got home and when I complained to them she said that’s why you should do Gel pedicure! Ridiculous Jess did my manicure powder gel 2times and once her husband. When I asked her the last time that I want to do gel manicure instead of powder bcs they are not staying for so long but started to break the first week, she said i will charge you $10 more for removing the old powder that she did, or if I do again powder gel she will not charge me.. so basically I was obligated to “choose” the expensive one so she doesn’t charge me. I was so disappointed and let her do my nails again with powder gel which has been just a week and they are already broke. I don’t even do dishes!! Also all the time she tries to “promote and sell” service which bothers me while I am there. I asked her why it doesn’t last when I am doing powder gel to last, and she said ohh you have to come every week!! Noo I can’t bcs I am paying you $50 plus tip not for every week, otherwise I do simple manicure at home and will last for a week!! I am not coming back Jessi bcs your service doesn’t last even 10 days!!!!

erin menes I’m not impressed by this salon. With a 5 star review I expected a lot more. First, I picked a gold color for my toes. It looks almost clear and makes my toes look a yellowish color like there is fungus. Next, I wanted my nails very short and some of them are still a little longer. There aren’t many colors to choose from. Overall I would not come back to get my nails done here. There are salons with under 5 stars that are better. Also, the scrub massage is my favorite part and he barely took any time to do that as well as massage.

Ash I made an appointment for it today and I requested French tips with an acrylic flowers and rhinestones on my ring finger on each hand and got exactly what I asked for!The staff members were really helpful and friendly, and this is my first time getting my nails professionally done and I felt so comfortable on my first visit here to! I would definitely recommend this place and I’m so excited for my next visit here!

Brenda Rodriguez I do not recommend this place at all I showed the lady what I wanted and it went completely left first she made my application too thin and round the manager stepped in to help fix it by making the application thinker and charged me extra for it I so so upset with I walked out with it looks completely wrong nothing like the photo at all you can tell they don’t really know how to apply application please don’t do it when I told her I wanted my French tip painted with polish instead of tips she told me what would be hard 0/10

Hannah Kenzie Da was amazing! She was very detailed and careful with my nails. She did a stunning job, I love my gel manicure. She was also friendly and worked with my time-frame! The salon is clean, and I got seen right away. They have the best prices in the area. (I did my research!) I will be coming back for a pedicure, and using my loyalty punch card!

Jillian Moore Wonderful experience. They had full chairs when we got there but only had to wait a few minutes for a free chair so my friend and I could sit together. The ladies, Lisa and Da were wonderful. We got pedicures, it was really nice. Cant wait to go back :)

Raven Sunkiller This is my second time in and I’ll be going back repeatedly as my schedule allows. Everyone in this salon is SO NICE including the owners - I felt completely comfortable and welcomed. I love that they have an option for scheduling online, but today I walked in. They were busy, but fit me in immediately. I opted for the chrome look and French tips this time after seeing another client getting something similar- they perfectly shaped my nails how I like them and did an excellent polish job.
