Stephanie Hilland Came in on a Friday Morning, was sat immediately with no appt. Came for a gel pedicure. Tobin was my nail tech. He asked me which pedicure I’d like & answered my questions. He didn’t push other services on me, he was polite & man did he do an amazing job. I received the paraffin wax pedicure with gel polish, $80 total & FULLY worth it! I walked out of there with fresh new amazing feeling feet. What a treat! The place is so clean & it was a lovely environment. Plan to be back again even if it’s across town for me!

adriana hoplin I had went in about 8 days ago and had a good experience but the nails didnt hold up. They were chipping really bad! Went back in tonight to see if I could get them fixed and they discounted a full set. I am so satisfied. Vee fixed me up and he literally made a replica of the photo I asked for

K Taylor I absolutely recommend Premier Nail Bar! I had an exceptional manicure and pedicure with Julie! As an avid nail biter, I dont expect my nails to match the photos. But, Julie turns my brittle short nails into a work of art! I can show her a picture of exactly what I want for my nails, and she delivers! Thank you Julie, always! Vee is a brilliant nail tech! Whether its the nail designs, health of your nails, etc he truly knows his clients and delivers! Thank you Vee!

kaitlyn hoyt I came in to get a pedicure after a really tough week. I normally don’t treat myself, but it was Friday and this week sucked…. so I came to the closest salon. Thank you google, because this was the most EXCEPTIONAL customer service experience I’ve ever had. Jennifer was my nail tech, she was so kind, compassionate and understanding. She absolutely crushed my toes, I feel like a girl again. She also gave me the best set of acrylic nails I’ve ever seen in my entire life. I’m so grateful for this experience and I will 100% be back to see Jennifer. If you come to Premier Nail Bar, request Jennifer.

Chelsea Carnahan I come here regularly to get my pedicures and always have a great experience! The staff is all kind and everyone does a good job throughout the experience. The salon is beautiful and very comfortable-- especially the massaging chairs!

Desiree Ballester Figueroa I visited Unique Nails last Thursday around 5:00 p.m., and my experience was incredibly disappointing. There were only three people working, and I kept being told to wait just five more minutes. Eventually, they had to call the owner to come in. When she started doing my nails, she ended up stopping and had her husband finish them instead. I wanted short coffin nails and showed them a picture of what I wanted, along with the same orange color to match my toes. Instead, they gave me a coral color that leaned more towards pink. The acrylic application was terrible—too thick and not properly shaped around the cuticle. Just two days later, one nail came off completely intact. When I went back to get it fixed, they couldnt find the same color they used and instead applied a bright orange, thinking that was acceptable. They didnt even offer to remove all my nails and redo them completely. Overall, it was a complete waste of $70 for subpar service and mediocre nails. I will never return, and I do not recommend Unique Nails. Theyre short-staffed, slow, and the quality of their work is just not worth it.

Cynetra Moore Nail tech did a good job but OMG $70 for a Polish only is crazy. My daughter and I stopped in before a doctors appointment and we did not get a pedicure. We literally just got gel polish on our toes. Mind you I paid a $20 tip which brought the total to $70 but $25 each for polish only is crazy. My regular salon is, $13 for a gel polish change. Just thought I would put it out there if considering this salon In response to the comment left on my review, your high quality products peeled right off. I made sure to add the time stamp so you or anyone else don’t think it was made up. So I guess the nail tech didn’t do too good after all. This is ridiculous.

Phillip Pullen I have had nothing but great experiences here. My pedicures are to die for. I almost always fall asleep because it is sooo relaxing. The staff is very nice and Annie is amazing.

Megan Magdziarz I started seeing Tom this year after being recommended to him over 3 years ago. He has consistently provided me with the best nails I’ve had in Tampa Bay (been here for 8 years). He is INCREDIBLE at designs and shape. I get long stiletto and am very particular about their look. They last 3+ weeks without break, tear, or dullness. The salon itself is clean and always has a variety of relaxing music.

Jordan Kleinhans Jay has done some of the best nails I’ve had since I moved from Las Vegas. The first set was a picture taken after a week 1/2 of being on and they are still solid. Show him a picture of what you want and he will deliver! Prices are very reasonable considering the time he takes to design. My favorite thing about his work is that he gets the shape down perfectly. I hate when you look at the set a few days later and realize one nail looks crazy, but that doesn’t happen with Jay. The salon he works out of here isn’t the prettiest …and it’s further from my house but his work is the best I’ve had so far so it’s worth the drive for me.

Isabella Rozo I had an appointment with Tom at 9am. He told me he was going to be 15 minutes late and ended up being 40 minutes late to our appointment. He also continuously kept asking me to reschedule because it seemed like I was “in a rush”. He did a decent job on my nails but because of how late he was and because he wasn’t honest from the start I will never go back.

kathrine lol the nails came out beautifully, i had come here once before and gotten a plain nude med-long set for $60, which was incredibly reasonable. however, the second time i came in for a fill it was the same $60 price JUST FOR A FILL and i was only in there for about 35 min... if i had known it would’ve been the same price i would’ve gotten a whole new set :/ kinda disappointed… probably won’t be returning

Maxine Fabrega Best nails in Tampa!! Cindy always does an amazing job (I get hard gel) and booking an appointment is so easy. She is fast but also makes sure they look perfect!

Ashwini A I went to Cindy for a manicure and pedicure for my wedding and she was the kindest, most patient, and amazing nail technician. I showed her my inspiration picture and how long I needed my nails to look good for since I had about 1 week of wedding events. She did 2 layers of dip powder to strengthen the base then a gel manicure on top. 3 weeks later, my manicure and pedicure still look perfect. I am so happy I chose her for my wedding nails. I would recommend her to anyone.

Maggie Smith UPDATE!! New star rating, pictures, and review 07/08/2024 I wasn’t able to go in this previous weekend to get them fixed (my scheduling issue, not theirs) but they got me in today with Jessie to correct the previous set. They were very communicative and apologetic and she did an AMAZING job with my new set. I was hesitant to give them another chance but I’m glad I did! That was very nice to offer me a chance to fix them at no cost. I really appreciate it and I will be making sure that all of my future sets are done by Jessie. She was so nice, efficient, and made sure my new set exceed my expectations. Thank you guys!!!! :) I’ve been going here for about a year and it used to be pretty decent but honestly this is the 3rd set I’ve been completely disappointed in and this sadly will be the last time I give them business. It’s a shame because the shop is beautiful but the work is just awful. I don’t think I ask for anything too extremely difficult so that’s what’s even more frustrating. I’ll post what I asked for vs what I got and you can judge for yourself. The length is different on every nail, the shape isn’t consistent at all, and I asked not to take off any length (been working on growing my nails out for a year) and now they’re stubby. I know everyone has off days but the last 3 sets have been such a flop and I’m over paying premium prices for mediocre work.

Debra Auslander I was very nervous as this would be the 1st visit after being with the same nail tech in NY for almost 25 years! I took time to read reviews that talked about Kevins expertise and decided to make an appointment. Kevin was able to put me at ease quickly and did an amazing job on my nails. He took the time to listen and adjusted accordingly. My nails look beautiful, and I made another appointment before I left! Thank you, Kevin, for making me feel comfortable and doing a wonderful job! Kayleigh Anderson This was my first time coming to this salon, I came in for an Acrylic Gel Fill. When i discussed with the nail tech what I wanted done (pink and white ombré) not once was I ever told that I would be paying for a full set rather than a fill. I wasn’t told until i was paying that I was going to be charged for a full set which was $75, if I had know that prior I wouldn’t have proceeded with the service. I went in there expecting a $45 fill. So I was completely in shock when i had 3 or 4 workers speaking to me at once at the front after I voiced my confusion of the price and questioned why I was being charged that. Very unprofessional and not understanding of my side of the situation at all. Once I left the salon I looked at my nails and I had acrylic stuck to almost all of my fingers (see in photos). None of my cuticle were clipped either. I paid $75 to walk out with my hands looking like that?? A week later one nail fell off and the grow out has left the nails peeling up on half of them. Will not be returning.

Celecia Jones Tammy did a great job on hands last night!!! I got there kind of late in the evening and she still took the time doing my nails. The owner made it a point to find the right combo of the gel powder that was used on my finger nails well. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!! The salon is not even five minutes from my house, so that is even better. They are pricey but it is worth it!!! Celecia

sandy shores OMG....this was my first time. Bea did my pedicure and Donna did my nails. I got cats eye gel on my nails and I love it. Ill definitely be back

Sunkissed Libra I REALLY want to like this place. I live nearby, and have come here many times. I’m let down every time I visit. I don’t know why I even come to this nail salon anymore. The employees are SO nice but their work is lackluster. I use to get dip, but it would lift from my nail within a week. I was also curious why getting dip doesn’t come with lotion or a hand massage… the employee told me that only comes with gel manicure. Okay, so this time I got gel. They charged me $5 for the dip removal, left dip residue all over my hands and nails, and didn’t give me a full manicure. Mind you, I had red dip, so since it wasn’t fully removed, I can see it through the gel polish! The woman also let gel polish cure under the UV lamp on my skin. They didn’t trim my cuticles or do anything other than trim & file my nails. I asked if at least a hand massage comes with the manicure, and the woman did a very quick one. Oh yeah and to top it off, she did the wrong color on my nails… the color I asked for was a milky pink, so kind of similar I guess, but not what I asked for. Attached are photos I took right after I left the nail salon… gel cured to my skin, red dip leftovers on my nail and skin, and uneven application. Can’t believe I paid $40 for this. But I’m sure I’ll go back because it’s a convenient location. UPDATE: The gel polish I got that prompted this review started chipping off the next day. 3 of my nails broke within a week also. Changing my review to 1 star bc of this.

Sam Merigliano Lee was absolutely amazing. He was so willing to listen to what I wanted and told me multiple times to let him know if I wanted to change something. I cannot recommend him enough.

Truc Ho Tracey did my pedicure today and she was fantastic! She can be a certified masseur if she wants to. She was fast and accurate with the nail application but still provided the relaxing feeling the whole time. Not to mention her fashion sense is very unique! Always have the best experience coming out of here. 10/10 recommended.

Ashley Laureano I went for the first time today. Thankful it was not busy. Got a pedicure, full set, both with gel and eyebrows. Both technicians were amazing! I am pleased with the work and how I was treated. Will definitely be back!!

Karla- Gaye Powell I’ve been coming to NiNi for almost two years now and it’s the best nail salon I’ve ever been. The service is always amazing and everyone is so friendly. I usually get UV hard gel which is a strong as acrylic but without the powder as it works best for my nails. I always book with Hachi because she’s so great at her job, no matter what design I throw at her she always executes them flawlessly. The UV hard gel also last so long, I can go more than a month without a fill and it still looks good.

Yaremis Solá Nini Nails never disappoints! I’ve been here 3 times and have never left unhappy. They are the only place that I’ve found does gel x really well on a recurring basis! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to get Gel X done at.

Riannon Canestrelli I’m brand new to Tampa and I’m so glad I found NiNi. They have online booking with transparent pricing and they honor their appointment times. I had a gel pedicure and acrylic fill and both were excellent and so relaxing. The nail tech fixed my nails so they aren’t curve (I looked like I had talons) I had a great experience and I will definitely go back. The color I picked at first I didn’t like and they were so gracious with me changing it. The price was what I had calculated and expected, which is uncommon. Thank you!!

Jaden J I called 15 minutes before I arrived for a walk-in appointment, and was fit into the schedule quickly. The team here is amazing! So kind and friendly! I am new to the area and was nervous about finding a new salon, but I feel so confident in my choice to come to NiNi’s! I could tell immediately that the team here has built relationships with their clients and value their time/support. Lina and Nancy were so thorough and talented. Tara S NiNi’s nails is amazing and the only place I will go to get my nails done! I usually see Hachi for my gel manicure with design but when she isn’t available I have seen countless others like Amy or Jeannie and I really haven’t had a bad experience. If you are a girly that just loves to get a design this is the place for you! I always bring in pictures and they hit it out of the park every time. NiNi the owner is also super personable and somehow seems to remember almost everyone when they come in. Can’t recommend them enough.

maryroselol I have been coming off and on for many years. I can usually book no problem at anytime. Today Tanya helped me get my nails ready for my wedding and they look and feel fantastic! She really took her time to make each nail perfect. Definitely recommend!

Maggie Smith This is the second time I’ve left upset over how much I paid and what I received. I left a review about 7 weeks ago on the other location’s page by accident but the run down of that was I didn’t get anything close to what I showed them for inspiration. They asked me to come back in and had someone else re-do my nails at no cost and they were great so I left happy and decided that whenever I need my next fill I’m only going to go to her. I got a pedicure today and that was fine but for a total of 149 dollars (tip included) I’m so upset. I’ve taken several photos thinking maybe it was just bad lighting, but these nails just suck. The shape and length are great but seriously, if you can’t do the design that’s being asked of you just say that so this whole mess could be avoided. I don’t think what I was asking for was outrageous either. I gave heavenly another chance but this is the last time I’ll give them any of my hard earned money or my time. I drove Lyft all last night so I could have some extra money to be able to get my nails done and this is beyond frustrating. Below is what I asked for vs what I got. 2 hours of my Saturday wasted. I don’t recommend them unless you’re doing an absolutely basic color.

Hope Sullivan Hahn is the BEST! May gel manicures have never lasted so long with other techs and she truly does an amazing job. The salon also has the best color selection, so many options!

Tatyana G So disappointed. Went in for a dip manicure and signature pedicure. The tech Nanna didn’t even try! I didn’t have polish on my hands and she went straight into applying the dip after buffing my nails. I stopped her and reminded her I wanted the full manicure: nails filed, cuticles pushed back and or cut as needed, but she kept telling me she’ll do it later. Well that never happened. After just a couple days, the polish is coming up on the corners on the nail beds. The pedicure was just as mediocre. She rushed through it without paying attention to detail. She didn’t clean up the cuticles or try to make the French nails look even. I’m so upset and feel taken advantage of.

Lauren Anzalone omg i finally found my perfect salon here in tampa! i randomly tried this place out because my roomie recommended it, i walked in and had Layla. oh my god she got me so right my nails are literally perfect. this full fresh set and gorrrrrggeousss design was only $75- im literally obsessed!!!

Ranada Hughes I came in with my daughter today and location was completely empty. Two ladies were sitting at front desk on their phones. I came in on my last day in Tampa with my daughters to get two gel full sets, a pedicure and eyebrows. I walked in greeted the ladies, expressed what i wanted and they gave me a rude look and told me they dont have anyone to take care of us, yet they are open and no customers. I honestly feel like they treated us this way because we are black and this location is considered very upscale location which i chose because i wanted to experience the spa like environment they advertise. After telling me they were refusing to service us they went back to their cell phones as if were not standing there. Horrible customer service. I found another location inside the mall and told them about my experience and they told me customers come in all the time complaining about the lack of customer service given at temptation nails and spa and how they always turn people away and never want to provide the service. Why are they even open if they are not providing the service they advertise? I wish i could rate 0 stars.

RosAnna Wilson I was excited to come because i saw some gorgeous nails done here but Im a bit disappointed. the pedicure was great and its a very nice environment, it was just the quality of the nails that’s bothering me. I asked the woman doing my nails to make the design centered, and she said she fixed it but looking at it now it’s not good at all . it looks completely different than the picture and just overall sloppy. makes me a bit sad as these are for my homecoming this weekend. i’ll put a picture of what the nails were supposed to look like at the end (i asked for the darker color) Very kind people working there i just wish i got what i was paying for.

Mari C I was initially hesitant to book due to mixed reviews on Google, but Im so glad I decided to go for it. Upon arrival, I questioned my choice, but I decided to give it a try—and it turned out to be a great decision! My nail technician, Helen, was exceptional. She took her time and did an outstanding job, meticulously removing a lot of cuticle, which is very important to me since many technicians overlook this. The nail polish application was flawless, with no gap between the cuticle and the paint. I absolutely love the result and will definitely be returning.

Elizabeth Comeau The outside looks rough, inside is even rougher. If a dive bar was a nail salon, I think it would be this location. Of course, this had me questioning the cleanliness of my experience. You will get what you paid for as the pedicure was ~$35 without tip so not the entire nail was painted, streaks in the polish, you can clearly see the top coat does not go the polish length/ to the nail bed/ to the edge of the nail. The appointment went over time, which I’m sure some people may see as a bonus but for me, I only have the 35min. Any salon can exfoliate and treat the skin but not every place will focus on the nail polish work and for me, that’s the point of a pedicure.

Kanishka Saravanan This is my first google review ever and i’m sorry but i had such a bad experience. I went to this place because of the student discount and new customer discount they have. I was a walk in and sat down with Ana. I just asked for an acrylic set with french nails. While prepping my nails she made me bleed on two fingers from drilling my skin too much, and when she started doing the french tips she painted it on one finger and it looked fine. She did the rest of the nails on my left hand and before i cured it i looked at them and they were too thick and the lines weren’t straight, I asked her to make it a little thinner and she started complaining and making a big deal about it to her coworker so i just asked her to wipe of the french tips and to just add a top coat to the base. She still charged me $45 and i got no discount even thought i asked about it when i came in. This is how i left the salon

Nita Smith Linda is so sweet and amazing at what she does. She makes your nails look delicate and feminine. She gives alot of attention to detail. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she executed it perfectly. I have NEVER had a salon put gloves on me to protect my hands from the UV light. So smart! Great mini massage after, too. $60 for builder gel and glitter detail on nails. She didnt charge me to fix one broken nail.

Alyssa Long I can’t recommend them enough!!! I’ve been visiting this salon for a few months now and I have ALWAYS walked away feeling beautiful. Linda is amazing and even if you’re pressed for time they can get you in and out without feeling rushed. I’ve had everyone service me at this point and they all do an amazing job. I think this ombré pink and white is the best I’ve ever received. Highly recommend!! The red and green are my two previous sets. All at T and D Nail Salon! ❤️

Tesa Jewell honestly, just not worth $100 for GEL x only… I didn’t get any other services done…… I ended up having to buy some black nail polish and fixing it myself. here is the info picture on Pinterest and then the photos of what they came out as. It’s upside down and it’s not even a heart. The gel x is good but like The base code is see-through and They should know to do more than one or two coats. The staff was really friendly though everyone was really nice. The environment was really nice. I just wish that nail tech would be honest when they don’t know how to do designs so that I could just pick something else… won’t be back sorry

MB Tried many salons in Tampa over the years. Some were okay, but never truly found a place that I was in love with, until now! Busch nails has been perfection! Richard is the most talented nail design artist around! My daughter likes to draw her own designs and he executes them so beautifully! And every nail artist Ive had has done such a great job. Great experience. 10 out of 10.

A Irby An amazing experience! We are visiting and were searching for a nail shop and found great reviews online for this place. Booking an appointment online was simple. When we arrived, the shop was bright and clean, we checked in at the kiosk and seated immediately. Our nails tech were kind and did a great job-and quickly! My tech removed my gel so quickly-which I appreciated. I got a classic pedicure with gel and my husband got a classic pedicure. They have a very diverse staff and offer waxing and lash services as well. While we were sitting, Bruce came over and introduced himself. He has such a personality! He was kind, funny and we even took a selfie. He offered us beverages as well. We checked out with Jimmy who was also kind. I would visit this place again without hesitation!

Maria Diogostine Great place! Been to many Salon for the past few years in Tampa but this is the best place and they sanitize everything really well. Sady is my favorite nail artist ! Shes great and knows what shes doing. The owner is really attentive too w her staff and making sure you get 100% customer satisfaction .

Mia LeRoux The only nail salon I will go to in Tampa. Tampa nails is SUPER clean and relatively affordable in proportion to the quality of service you get. All the girls there actually care about how your nails come out and want you to be relaxed and enjoy the experience. I always ask for Sady, she is the best and gets my nails right every time. I’m a college student and always feel safe going there alone.

Abraham Edward “Ed” Exceptional service and great experience at the Tampa Nails!!! From the time my wife made the appointment; meeting Geydis and Adi for taking care of the pedicure and manicure; till the time we left. The place is very we organized and clean. Geydis and Adi were true professionals, friendly, and very efficient and effective in what they do. The owner is hands-on and very welcoming and friendly. Our overall experience is excellent and we highly appreciate and recommend Tampa Nails.

Tiana Smith Amy saved my day! In a last minute attempt to get a mani/pedi during the hurricane, this spa was the only one open in the city! I got a dip manicure and gel pedicure. The only reason im rating 4 stars is because of the uncertainty with prices left us a little confused.

Lindsey Willis I visited this salon on 11/8/24 because it was next to Publix, I went in for a pedicure and fill spending 100$ before tip you would think my nails would be on point. NOPE the color on my toes and nails are very inconsistent and looks like my toddler painted them, also my gel top coat is already coming off my nails after 3 days. Also the acrylic was not removed from my cuticles. Although the man who did them was super nice and the massage was nice, this is by far one of the worst pedicure and fills I’ve ever had and theses were suppose to be my birthday nails. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Always Pixi Wish I’ve read the reviews first , I only went to this place out convenience and i definitely won’t be back . I only wanted a pedicure and acrylic on my big toes . It was a language barrier but she understood that I wanted pink gel. She came back with pink acrylic and proceeded to do my big toes .So frustrating. She was nice but it definitely not what I wanted . $60 and no pedicure .

Jenni Garcia Would give zero stars if it was an option. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY. The lady who did my nails was SO rude. It felt like I was an inconvenience to her for wanting to get a BASIC MANICURE with regular polish. She slapped my hands multiple times, made me bleed on 3 separate fingers and don’t even get me started on the polish. The polish applied would’ve been done better by my 9 year old daughter. To top it all off she left me in the salon to dry for god knows how long and just walked out to go smoke. Just skip this place

Lexx H TERRIBLE SERVICE! Owner with short bob is extremely RUDE. Constantly leaves for smoke breaks.. pulls my feet out of the water by grabbing my big toe only. She coughed on my feet multiple times! She argued with me because I informed her that she’s coughing all over my feet. She later apologized and said that it isn’t a sick cough, it’s because she smokes cigarettes! She watched videos on her phone while servicing me. My overall experience here was horrible.

Kim Avila 45 for this she literally just out acrylic over my short nails let’s not talk about how rude and unprofessional she was she also takes like three smokes breaks and smells like straight cigarettes she was going to charge me and extra 5 bucks for a color and let’s not talk about how she made me bleed if I could give a zero star I would save yourself not worth it******** 30 minutes later acrylic is coming off I’m so mad please save your time !!!! If you see this don’t do it you are dodging a bullet do not come here unprofessional and bad quality super rude !!!

Picklemans Cafe Lady is rude, I saw a roach. She kept hurting me after I told her she was hurting me. Then when it was finished the pain job was very messy. Pain on my skin even after I left, the filing was uneven on my toes. Bad experience over all.

miranda pettermon This is by far the worse nail experience I have had in Tampa! I went in wanting my nails taken offf and redone! She literally tried to fill my nails with a different nude color than the acrylic I HAD, that I wanted off! Then painted over them with gel polish and a pedicure that literally still hurts today the day after. Annie! She sits in the front. Very unprofessional. And not for nothing the 4 smoke breaks, and whatever was on that “Starbucks” cup smelled hella strong! I do not recommend going here for anything!!

Melissa Dobbs My favorite nail place to go for my pedicures, manicures, eyebrow and upper lip wax. They have some of the best pedicures in Tampa. They also offer a discount when you get a pedicure and manicure together. The staff is nice and engaging. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

The Reptile Bunch My first time here, but my family has frequented this shop for years. I had already left city nails because they closed earlier then advertised. When I and my niece came in customers were already being attended to and the shop did not appear busy. After being told to sit at the pedicure stations we waited four pedicures later to finally get service. My issue is that Sunday’s shops close early so letting us know there was a wait would have been helpful the customers that were already being attended to hadn’t even received their pedicure’s. We could have made it to another shop in time. Im big on customer service and today was not it.

Olivia Peel At first i wanted to give a low rating for my issues but i waited. I am glad i did because now they get the rating they deserve. So I came In on 2/25/23 to get a manicure and a pedicure. I did the basic French tip on both. I then wanted a design on my big toes and ring fingers. The nail tech said no no you need diamonds I said ok I trust you know what your talking about. So she did a wonderful job they were beautiful. But I made it home and within an hour and a nap later I woke up to all my diamonds off one finger, 2 off the other finger and a couple off each toe. I came in the next morning to see why this was happening and they fix the issue with no problem. I was very satisfied. I didnt do the diamonds again I stuck with my first choice and got the design I wanted. I will come back in a few weeks to get a touch up. Great job ladys you have a custom that will continue to come back. They listen and fixed the issues and for that I Ive them a 5star rating.

Sunji Monae Horrible Attitude/Customer Service/NAIL SET Do yourself a Favor and keep looking for another nail shop. We cannot let people own a business in the community and treat the very same community like ish. We as people should expect more. I believe If you dont deliver the product as expected, you fix it or forfeit payment. You look silly Arguing with the customer.

Lashon Baisden I came in for my birthday to get my feet done which my boyfriend recommended this place. To sit was very fast, but honestly not worth it. I knew I should have left when I seen the cart and the used tools not cleaned or maybe cleaned but needed to be changed out. I asked for acrylic on my big toe, which I always get so I know that you’re supposed to get your pedicure first THEN the acrylic added after the toes are clean. I mentioned to the one who did the acrylic that I would like my toe cleaned first, I guess they don’t speak english because she kept going. Expressed to her that the acrylic was too long, too thick and they were not even and were also crooked. I have a big toe that goes slightly to the side but this has never been an issue with my other nail salon off of Bearss, it always comes out straight. She continued to go, saying when she file it will even out…it did not. It was still crooked, square as hell, long as hell and ugly. The lady who actually did my nails was horrible at painting, I could’ve had my 6 year old niece do a better job. All in all, I will not return. I tipped because I am grateful but will not recommend coming here to get your nails done.

I love working with Tina and Tony, but ALL the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Ive never felt rushed or unappreciated. I find their prices very fair, and they are always very grateful for my business.

Ms Al Visited today for the first time and had such a great experience! Salon was clean and wait time was minimal. Tonny handled my pedicure - he was friendly, very thorough, and did a fabulous job. Katie was walking the floor checking in on customers and she was so lovely to everyone. Prices were more than reasonable and they didn’t nickel and dime for petty things like polish removal. I will be returning and would 100% recommend.

Lilli Blank My mom and I absolutely love and recommend this place. We came in last minute for a walk in and everyone was so sweet. One guy was extremely caring about making sure my purse didn’t touch the floor and he would put it on a hook or a chair for me. And my nails turned out beautiful and they are completely perfect, I’m a little bit of a perfectionist and I couldn’t find any imperfections, Christinas work was flawless. The price for two pedicures, a regular manicure, and a full set of acrylics was I think 180 and it was soooo worth it for an unforgettable experience.
