Jorge Abraham Molina Honestly, it is my second suite and the experience with the owners has been spectacular. The maintenance of the property is impeccable, they keep everything clean and in perfect condition. The suites have first class cabinet equipment and hair and shampoo bowl stations (if you are a hairdresser), the station has lights and organizers with cabinets, electrical and USB connector drawers. The cabinets in the color area are my favorite because they came with dividers for better organization of the dyes and a small sink. They gave me the suite completely clean and painted and they even left me a welcome gift. Last but not least, it has digital access control (Butterfly) and parking is ample and FREE. I really dont have a single complaint, the prices are super competitive compared to other suites in Miami. It was a very good decision. Very grateful to Askel and the My Salon Suites team for this great opportunity.

Adalis Diaz What can I say about this place?? It is amazing!!!! Alejandro and the girls are just wonderful. I have been taking my friends and family little by little to this salon. My mom tried it for the first time a year ago and she only does her hair @Alcober. My best friend tried it and she comes from Hollywood, FL every time she wants to do her hair. My daughter, who is 10 years old, has taken care of her acne with Diani (such a lovely and professional lady) and for myself, i go there twice a week. I dont touch my hair anymore. I wash it and blow dry it twice weekly. My nails look beautiful now. I love being able to do everything at one place. All the employees are kind and do a great job. It feels like family when i spend time with them. I wish there were more places in Miami like this one. I highly recommend it.

My hair is naturally dark brown and she manages to keep it a healthy, shiny blonde that everyone swears is my natural color. I have done my hair in salons located in Pembroke pines, Miramar, and Doral, and Ive wasted my money trying to find a salon closer to my home in Broward. However, I will gladly make the drive to Equilibrium to ensure that my hair is done properly.

I travel from Atlanta every 3 months in order to get my extensions done by her, and she does it perfectly every time! She also blow drys and straightens my hair after, and it lasts for a week! Marlene also does my eyebrows, I’ve been doing my eyebrows with her for years & I wouldn’t trade either of them for anything! Best place ever!

Precious A My experience at Milly’s Dominican Salon was disappointing and unpleasant. The owner displayed an unwelcoming demeanor that seemed rooted in prejudice, making the entire visit uncomfortable. The only positive interaction came from the young lady who answered the phone, as she was genuinely welcoming and polite. The owner tried to charge an outrageous $125 for a simple wash and blow-dry for my daughter, claiming she needed ‘special treatment.’ This price is absurd, as I have never been charged more than $75 at any Dominican salon for the same service. I would strongly advise against patronizing this business due to their unprofessional behavior, unreasonable pricing, and lack of respect for customers.

Ash MB I dont often get my hair and nails done but when I do, I go to Milly. I like to keep my hair natural but I know I can count on her for a new look or a simple refresh. From a blow dry to a whole makeover, mani pedi, and eyebrows. I have massive back problems and cant tilt my neck back but she works with me, providing extra cushioning for the sink so I dont have to tilt my neck back. ❤️❤️❤️ theyre up to date on the latest techniques and always learning and keeping up with what new innovations come up in the beauty industry.

Lisa Corea Milly is amazing. Even though I don’t go very often, she always remembers who I am. She does a phenomenal job cutting my hair. Her blow dries are so amazing they last me 4-5 days. She gave the best advice to color my hair. She is the only one I trust with my hair!

Luna Perez I Paid Milly $450 for her to fix my roots, I originally had a bayalage. I had asked her not to cut my hair as I cut it every single month with my hair stylist but she wasnt available at the time. Then Milly kept saying she wanted me to cut my hair. She completely messed up my hair cut. She did really bold cuts all over my hair. Mind you, I dont have any layers in my hair because of my hair volume. I like to keep it one to two layer max. I asked her to cut my ends one inch and to not give me any layers, she insisted that she wanted to give me layer and basically did what she pleased. She cut my hair super bad. I went back 15 days later to ask her why she cut it like that and she smacked me in my arm in front of everybody leaving a huge scratch in my arm, I had to make a whole police report and shes lucky I didnt proceed with the sue. She asked me to leave her salon immediately that she didnt want to talk to me and that I had to leave. Mind you I asked her in a really calm way why did she make bold cuts. She lost it and smacked me in front of her clients and everything. The police was shook. I had been waiting to see if I posted this review but I had to have justice done in my favor. Look at the way she left my hair cut when I went there. She was slick and she curled my ends so I wouldnt notice. But I washed my hair and shared the pics of the actual haircut she gave me. The last picture is how my hair used to be before I went there and my original haircut. All I have to say is that I hope everyone sees this and nobody goes to her business because shes evil, rude, malicious and doesnt deserve to touch anyones hair.

Martha Ruiz I’ve never been here but by the way I was treated over the phone tells me all I need to know. I called to make an appointment and the lady over the phone tells another gentleman whose name is Elier that he has someone on the phone that wants to make an appointment. In the background I hear him tell her in Spanish, “No no no no more appointments, not for this month or next year either.” The lady seemed embarrassed of how he spoke to her so she gets back to me and very nicely tells me there aren’t anymore appointments. My issue is: how can you say there aren’t any appointments for next year either? People cancel all the time! He didn’t even bother to take my phone number down and “pretend” to even be interested in my business. That is NOT how you treat clients, let alone first time clients. Very disappointed cuz I was hoping to find a new “hair home” at Allure.
